Ho Team, I have requested for temporary disconnection of Airtel fixed line for 3 months as I am travelling out of station, I had a pending bill 588 (apx) which I agreed to pay later or when I would resume back the service after three months which is May 2022. I was told by customer care that I can stop making payments and services will be discontinued automatically, I agreed and so i received confirmation of disconnection on 17 FEB, now i see that a new bill is generated for 1219 rupees and being asked to pay. I am not going to pay for Feb month for which I have not used any services, Internet and voice calls, I would request to waive the Feb bill and I will Jan month bill, if so, I will resume back next month, if the issue is not resolved- I am ok to opt for temporary disconnection from Airtel from all sources and move to JIO. I have raised multiple complaints and no-one resolved instead dodging to answer. Please find latest request ID[protected].

Airtel payment is failed for recharge. I received massage from your dept. 7 to 10 Days re-fund your amount but still until not received money.
