Sir/madam,
I was in Bangalore from the month of aug 2021- Dec 2021 when I had used Airtel broadband service ONLY FOR A PERIOD OF 06 MONTHS TILL MONTH OF FEB 2022. I paid rs 3500 initially in the month of August. I was contacted by airtel service executive Mr Chetan [protected], [protected] in the month of August 2021 when I subscribed to your service who clearly said that ROUTER WAS FREE WITH THE SERVICE AND I CAN KEEP IT. if they insist I will give it back to them. I had put cancellation request thru mr Chetan and myself to the Airtel Back in DEC 2021. THE REQUEST WAS NEITHER ATTENDED TO NOR UPDATED. The service was autorenewed without my knowledge in Feb 2022 and I am being asked to pay up for the same an amount of rs 3533/- without my consent or knowledge. I will NOT PAY for the service I haven't used and which was IMPOSED ON ME without my KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT. I have paid for 6 months service which I have used. I also want Airtel to refrain from contacting me regarding the same.
