Sir,
I had converted my airtel number [protected] from postpaid to prepaid in visakhapatnam. I had submitted my documents in airtel store located in sriharipuram, visakhapatnam on 05 jul 17 after requesting them that i am permanently leaving visakhapatnam and going to mumbai on 10 jul 17... They promised me that the process will be converted in 48 hrs but still even after 15 days after frequent visit in airtel store of mumbai located in fort region and tele conference with visakhapatnam airtel store no action was taken yet and both the executives of the stores are telling that they are helpless.
It is requested that my grievance may be considered and necessary action may be taken as this is a important number for me and i am using it for the last 4 years and this number is given as my official communication number everywhere.

    They are not refunding my recharge amount.. If i ask they r telling they have send to account.. But i dint get. No proper answer cuting the cal inbetween the speech.. Pls get my amount back..i have attached my statemnt where amnt is not received but still they dont take any steps. Very careless n bad customer care of airtel.. Worst service

      Respected sir / madam,

      I am suresh ramanujam from ambattur. Airtel mobile number [protected] my service provider is airtel. They are given prepaid plans rs 349 = unlimited all std + local calls & 28gb 28 days, rs 399 = unlimited all calls all std + local calls & 70gb 70 days. First i recharged rs 349 plan at 01.31 pm on 21/05/2017 then i get plan benefit 28 days the end date of 17/06/2017. Second i recharged rs 399 plan at 08.59 am on 20/06/2017 then i get plan benefit 28 days only they are cheating me and the peoples. Today (19.07.2017) i spoken with airtel customer care 198 at 08.02pm to 08.22pm mr saranraj (Senior manager). He can't ans properly and told me you can't get rs 399 plan benefit 70 days. He told me we provide rs 399 plan for 28 days only. I'm shocking and my brother (R. Dhanasekaran mobile number - [protected]) recharged rs 399 plan at 10.19 am on 05.05.2017 then he get plan benefit unlimited all std + local call & 70gb 70 days the end date of 13/07/2017.
      They are given the plan also me and the people. Two days (18/07/2017 to 19/07/2017) i'm upset i want regain for my benefit.

        🖕airtel secure plan🖕
        I have registered for airtel secure plan for rs 49/- as monthly renewal plan to secure
        My phone, if any physical damage happens to my phone unfortunately, then i can climb it, its been really sad to observe the worst ever services from airtel. I bought an airtel secure plan in the month of july.
        I never have been careless in my handling of the phone, you can check the condition of the phone. It is still has same new finish. I heard that my claim has been rejected due to my carelessness. What a rubbish statement ever...

        Plz look at my complent and give me true serevise
        Other wise will take legal action...

          For my no [protected], i did a national mnp from tn to karnataka on 11-july-2017 with successful aadhaar based biometric validation.
          On 17-july-2017, old sim got deactivated. But new sim never got activated till now. When i approached airtel karnataka, they say that there is no record of port-in nor mnp. Being an aritel-airtel portability, iam surpired that they could not locate what is the issue. Went to stores 4-5 times, escalated. But no proper resposne.

            Sir
            I am unable to recieve incoming calls on my mobile number [protected] since one week. On advise, i have changed sim also but of no use. I received massage after approx. 30 mts to 1 hr that there was a missed call.
            I lodged complaint also. They refered case to networking team. The person from networking team perhaps tried to contact on my number but i could know only when i recieved massage in regard to this. Then i tried their numberbut it found switched of continuously.
            I get to know that the repair work is going on in ghaziabad and therefore it will remain the same problem till september 2017.
            Under the circumstances, i may suffer a lot because of non communication.
            Please suggest me the solution.

                I had been using airtel broadband connection at my residence in dwarka since july, 2016 and since that time i have paid all my bills regularly.
                In february i have made the request to shift my connection to a new place i. E. Janakpuri as we have shifted to new house.
                After making the request in february i have to wait till may, 2017 to get the answer from airtel that the connection can't be shifted as the router is fully occupied in janakpuri and for getting the new router lots of approvals is required. Therefore this connection can't be shifted.
                Also, since feb, 2017 till may, 2017 the bill keeps on getting piled up in spite of my shifting request and since we have already shifted to new place we have not been using the connection as well.
                Then i requested to close my connection and that request is also gets auto-closed 3 times from airtel's end.
                Now, my concern is that why should i pay for the delay being done from the airtel's side?
                Now, i am getting harassment calls on daily basis from airtel's executives to pay the amount and they talk in very disrespectful manner and threatening me to send legal notice to me.
                Also, i need the compensation for all such harassment as well.
                My bill is attached herewith.
                I am will to pay for the months for which i had used the connection i. E. Around 1.5 months i. E. Around rs.3000/-

                Please provide your genuine support in this regard.

                    I am rahul, holding an airtel no. [protected] since 2012. I have been paying bills on time. Bill cycle is 20 to 19.

                    I must say your support executives at 121 are good for nothing. You have no good reason to be so unprofessional. How difficult is it to process a customer's request.

                    I request you to deactivate 540 mb data booster on my number asap. Can't find that option in my airtel app.

                      This is my number, in my airtel app it showing to me 399 is best offer to me and gives unlimited calls+std calls +3gb/day with that amount. I have recharged with that amount now i am not able to call it been saying you have no balance in your account. So i called to customer care he tells me recharge with 52, you been in roaming. Anyhow the plan which i recharged it gives me unlimited calls also. So kindly look into matter solve it as soon as possible

                        Dear guys, i am working in qatar. Earlier i was working in india. My no is a cug no which is [protected]. I left my old company then i thought to change it on my name. I called customer care to change it on my name. They suggested me to ask my company coordinator to send an email to [protected]@airtel.in and [protected]@in. Airtel.com as a noc for changing ownership and my id copy. I asked my company director and he did the same. I didn't got any reply...

                        ir pack issue. they cheated me every time

                        I put ten day ir pack for malaysia it includes unlimited calls and 3 gb network pack. But i cant use data. They charged for using data service. Totally i raised the complaint 8 times but they don't rectify my problem. Problem is in their network side. So i asked to refund the amount for not using the data service. But they said they have no option to refund. Only have option to provide fake ad's lol....

                        Earlier i used to get notification for pack expiry, before 1-2 days. But now from last 6-7 times Airtel Company have stopped sending notification, in order to cut main balance for Data usage. I escalated the issue to airtel people but they said that might be your fault in network, network fault can occur once or twice not everytime. Kindly look into the issue and revert back.

                            As aadhar verification is free .. all your retailer are charging. 30 and 50 rupees I'm my district pauri garhwal uttrkhand .. so i have complaint. In national consumer forum.
                            And if serious steps are not taken by you I will launch a case against you in consumer forum

                                Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹700 on june 29th 2017. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one.

                                  I had activated postpaid sim for kalyan from mumbai. But there is a network problem in my area (Kalyan), against the same i had logged complaint vide reference no.77648029/77778089, dated 10/07/2017.

                                  They confirm that it will be resolved by 14/07/17 & again dated 14/07/17 they inform that we are in process.

                                  As on date the problem is not solved. Kindly look into this matter.

                                    I have made a request 3 days ago to get new airtel broadband connection installed. No progress have been made so far. I paid for the installation charges as well, yet there is no response from the airtel technical team area or from the customer care.

                                    I have been calling everyday to customer care to seek updates and everyday im assured this will done by evening or the same day., yet no action has been done. I sincerely hope that airtel is punished for lack of professional behaviour and demand compensation for the damages
