Parent No. has a 599 Family pack activated with 4gb data and i can use the data on it but i am unable to access net on the 3 child nos. Numerous complaints on 121 and mails to your support team have had no outcome, they have raised a complaint and closed it themselves without even asking me and when i ask them for the complaint history they conveniently say that no complaints have been registered for the nos. I've also had problems receiving your bills on my mail id. I visited our airtel store today and they made me wait for an hour before i got the bill and they have again given me a deadline for 48 working hours to get back to me to "TRY" to fix my problem! I have a corporate account and this is the way you treat us! I hope you get back to me on my email id.
