I went with a bill related query to Airtel store at Tollygunge Phari, Kolkata. I was taken aback by the rude behaviour of an Airtel staff by the name Mr. Dey at the store. He wasn't not following a coupon system and kept people waiting for very long. He wouldn't allow a customer to speak of any shortcomings of the network because "other customers in the store might get influenced". He refused to clarify my bill query because I complained of poor Airtel network in my area, prompting another staff to intervene and take over the matter. Is this how Airtel store caters to a postpaid customer who has been loyal to it for more than 6 years?

    Parent No. has a 599 Family pack activated with 4gb data and i can use the data on it but i am unable to access net on the 3 child nos. Numerous complaints on 121 and mails to your support team have had no outcome, they have raised a complaint and closed it themselves without even asking me and when i ask them for the complaint history they conveniently say that no complaints have been registered for the nos. I've also had problems receiving your bills on my mail id. I visited our airtel store today and they made me wait for an hour before i got the bill and they have again given me a deadline for 48 working hours to get back to me to "TRY" to fix my problem! I have a corporate account and this is the way you treat us! I hope you get back to me on my email id.

      The airtel sim i am using is corrupted all of the sudden and is not being recognized by the phone anymore. When visited the store for duplicate sim the store keeper says no sims in stock and do not know the availability.

      Called customer service and the agent promised to arrange for a sim to be delivered to my work address on the 7th. No action taken. When called again and spoke to supervisor (Raj kamal) he raised a complaint again and gave a number and promised to have some arrangement for the sim which is corrupted by 3:00 pm on the 8th. No action yet.

      Called the customer service again, the agent says customer support cannot do anything about this. I have to visit the store for the sim.

      Total nonsense in the way the store and customer service behaves. I am unable to make any transaction as my number is linked with the phone number which is not working anymore. I am unable to make payment as the otp are sent to my registered phone..

          Hi,
          I have 4G Enabled handset And 4G Enabled upgraded SIM with 4G Internet Package Activated. But I have not received Even 3G Data Speed inside my Home - situated at R L Colony, Pimprala, Jalgaon.
          I had complaint Call Centre No. "12118" at least 22-23 Times. But Only replay received from call centre is we will work on it. it will resolve after 72 hours.
          Unfortunately 72 hours not completed from last 3 months... and I am facing same issue again and again..
          my friend told me to Shift through MNP from AIRTEL Network To RELIANCE JIO. Because that is the last option for me.
          Kindly resolve the problem within 72 hours otherwise me and my 5 Airtel Prepaid connections would be shift to JIO Network.

            I am facing issues in voice clarity and network issues for making calls and receiving calls for my mobile number [protected]. I have complained about the same to airtel for which the request number is 77283230 which was raised on 28/June/2017 and i got a SMS stating as below

            Dear Customer, regarding the network issue with service request number 77283230 on your airtel number, you were facing a temporary issue and necessary action has been taken to resolve the same. We hope you are able to enjoy airtel services now. To check network coverage in your area click airtel.in/opennetwork. Thank you

            First thing it was not a temporary issue i have walked in 2 times to airtel connect and both the times i was advised to change my SIM card which i have gone ahead and done the same.

            Secondly earlier i had to go out of my house to receive calls or make calls. Now i can stay inside but the voice clarity is really bad. " When i check this link it shows network as excellent. I have registered one more complaint with the request number 77569725 today the 8th July 2017.

            Kindly look into the same and hoping for a early resolution.

              Last month suddenly I get a message from airtel for CELEB ZONE VAS activation of Rs. 35/- per week, without me being activating it. On 1 july I deactivated same from My Airtel app. On 8 july again I recieve same message of same VAS being renewed & ask for deactivating the same. Means for these ###### I have to again pay Rs. 35/- . I dont understand the reason why they r looting money from customers, instead they can beg. I am thinking of either going to MNP or lodge a complaint with consumer FORUM.

                A scheme change request for my postpaid number has been raised on may26th. I requested for a scheme change from Rs.899 to Rs.349.The person who undertook my request said that the scheme will change in one week.After which till today the scheme has not changed and no proper response from the concern which has raised to a Bill amount of Rs.1190.

                  Airtel has literally stopped providing service to customer, I had been asking for Airtel connection for 3 months, each person calls and says that it is in process and few call and say to pay the bill for connection not establish, they now say sorry sir it is not feasible and even now they are saying that box is full, my question is to Airtel, if box is full why don't you add one more box if consumer demand is high, why do you lie and charge...

                        I have ported my number from airtel to vodafone which got activated on 23 july 2017 but now airtel has sent me a bill of 433 from 5-22 june 2017 and there customer executives are saying that you have to pay 548 rs till 6th july but why I have to pay this amount when my services from airtel got deactivated on 23 june only.They usually think customer is fool and overcharge the bills so that these creepy guys can increase there pocket but I am not going to pay this irrelevant amount and there executives too does not have sense to talk to customer behaves like they are frustrated with something and when asked to forward the call to senior they behave like owners of airtel that we cant do it pathetic services you guys are providing to us

                                V full family r using airtel postpaid & prepaid service since six months. Suddenly after rains v r facing network issues. No calls or data access. After multiple complaints v have received an solution to wait for 90 to 180 days as they r upgrading in our area. What kind of solution is this???? For six months v will have to face same problem? What is the point of giving unlimited offers when u r not able to use it. We feel like cheated from big brand like airtel. No network in so called Open network

                                8th july complaint is responded on 15th July. Dnt offer services when u cannot give them. Still the situation is same at our place. No network & no changes in their so called open network website. They r showing strong network there in our area. Nice way of marketing & fooling people.

                                      Hi Team,

                                      Recently i did MNP from JIO to Airtel, when i am doing i didnt relize that they are offering me postpaid(In the openion that, it is going to be preapaid just like other network).

                                      Mobile Number : +91-[protected]

                                      Somehow now i am Postpaid Airtel customer and i am having 499 plan.I am not satisfied with this as i am getting very good benefits with prepaid plans.

                                      I have called to customer care and they offered by some extra data package but still i am not convinced with the postpaid as i am paying more money.

                                      So i have reached to Chennai - navalur Airtel Showroom, they are reluctant to accept my request and asking me to reach Airtel Showroom at Adayar.

                                      What i am not understanding why they are not thinking in the customer point of view and why they want me to pay more money when i dont want that.

                                      Is it the Service, India's Largest network provider should provide to a customer?

                                      If Airtel is not allowing me to convert to prepaid, i am not left with any option to discontinue this number.
