Paynent made in time Rs 710.But by mistake wrong mobile number mentioned .On informing Company and giving all details are not willing to give credit even though admit that Rs 710 is received .Hopeless customer care and staff of about 50k is of no use if customer has to repeatedly remind of his concern but still of no avail

    By mistake mobile of somebody else was mentioned while making payment of Rs 710.On informing Airtel they are not doing correction and are insisting to pay already paid money with next bill already issued.
    Customer cars is hopeless and dies not care to resolve issue and is stating for last Ten day that resolution will take place in 24 to 48 hours .99107xxx39

      Bill paid in time but by mistake have mobile number of other .Later correct derails sent to company but hopeless customer care department is not resolving complaint and has added already paid charges to Feb bill with late payment charges .Dont want to resolve and want to harras customer by not resolving a small issue to make him pay amount already paid .

        I had done a recharge on 2.2.22 of amt Rs 1799 on airtel thanks app and Rs 172 on 30.1.22 both amount are debited from my bank account and not refunded to me...Its been a month

          Bill of January 2022 was paid well in due date but while writing the mobile number by mistake mobile number of somebody else was given .On learning the mistake all details are sent to Airtel but they are not doing correction and not giving credit of amount paid .Instead amount paid has been added in Feb bill and Rs 118 as late payment charges are also added. Mails sent to co in last 10 days are not replied properly and matter is not being resolved .mobile is 99107xxx39 .Company customer care is [protected]@in.airtel.in / [protected]@in.airtel.com.( very poor customer care service )

                I did a prepaid recharge (mrp299) on date 1/03/22 but its not reflecting in my phone number ([protected]).. I tried calling coustomer care but couldn't connect to them so i tried mailing them and address my problem but instead this is what they replied me " Dear Customer,

                Thank you for reaching out to us.

                The email ID from which you have written to us is not registered against Airtel number number .

                For your account security, we would request you to call us at our customer care number 121 and get your email ID registered against your number.

                Warm Regards,
                Bharti Airtel Ltd."

                One thing i don't get is that, why is it necessary to register my gmail account inorder to solve my problem? Am i not their coustomer? And weren't they there to help their coustomer issue? I mean this is ridiculous. If this thing don't change then I'm switching to other circular network.. I'll attach a screenshot for my recharge details . Kindly refer to it and solve my problem 🙏

                  In July 2021 I disconnected my Airtel Broadband ([protected]) due to multiple issues and they told me to pay Rs 513 charges incurred for the month of July.
                  In August I got a call from the Retention team and they told me that we can put the connection on hold for some time and then it will disconnect if no response is received from my side (they never told me that there will be any charges to keep the connection on hold)
                  In February they called me again and told me that the connection is not disconnected and I have to pay Rs 1813 now as it was on hold for a few months and I have to pay the charges.
                  When I talked to their Billing team, they told me I don't pay the charges it will be more next month.

                  This is harassment. Please look into the matter

                      Hi Airtel Team,

                      My broadband is not working from last 2 days. I have raised SR, but no engineer is visiting my place for resolution. I am unable to talk to any operative in customer care as IVR disconnecting the call stating work in progress

                        I went to abroad, I activated one day Airtel abroad plan I stayed abroad close to 20 to 25 data. Next day when there representatives called I asked them to stop my one day plan the next day.. Without my permission and consent they activated my plan.. Now when I am back they gave me bill for 27 thousand.. I requested to there office by going personally to give me the bill only what I spoke.. While called there customer care they are saying they are automatically generate one day plan to the next day.. I told I didn't ask them to do.. For there automatic thing I am not responsible, they are not ready to listen at all.

                                I am 15 years PLATINUM VIP customer of Airtel.

                                But last one week I am feeling when will go to another network. The worst customer service they showcase and told on the thing now they suspended my internet connection beggers but I paid 3months advanced. Please don't trust their words always do carefully their network. They now have a fully working money-minded network.

                                For their sudden disconnect of my internet... huge Loss for me.

                                  I'm using AIRTEL prepaid connection ([protected]), which I was attempting to recharge through airtel payment bank on 17th February 2022.
                                  The money got debited from airtel payment bank wallet and unfortunately the airtel prepaid mobile recharge was not successful.

                                  So, I approached Airtel payment bank for refund, they pass the ticket to Airtel prepaid services. And when I am approaching Airtel prepaid services, they are passing the buck to Airtel payment bank.
                                  This has been happening from past 10 days.

                                  Airtel Prepaid service is such a Fraud Company!!!
                                  The CUSTOMER care isn't even telling any status regarding the transaction ID which I have shared with them

                                  I have raised multiple complaints but all are just ###. Nobody cares about the refund. You can go through the complaints numbers which I have registered.
                                  complaint number 14445855, 14445856, 14612286

                                  It has already been 10 days and my money is still not refunded.
                                  Airtel Payment bank is telling Transaction is successful where as Airtel prepaid services CUSTOMER care is denying it and does not even tell the status.
                                  They keep fooling me from past 10 days.

                                    I am Mahesh writing this email regarding the inconvenience caused by Airtel fibre internet pole which is located in front of gate. I was away from my house for some months and this pole was installed during that time.

                                    This is causing problem in bringing items inside my house and it may also cause damage to the pole any time.

                                    I sincerely request Airtel to remove or relocate the Airtel fibre Internet pole as soon as possible.

                                    I had already complained to Airtel office in Koramangala but nothing has been done to remove/relocate the pole.

                                    The Airtel internet pole is situated in the below mentioned address.

                                    #500A, 17th F4 Main Road, 6th Block, Koramangala, Bangalore - 560095.

                                    Airtel pole number which I could see on the pole is KMC100301.

                                        01:23 am my fedmibile application . translation id is,[protected] recharge is successful my money is debited my account 209 rupees but plan is not active .bme called Airtel customer care and he telling 2/3 days after refund this rupees but not refunded after 3 days again called customer care executive and he telling 9 days after refunded but not refunded.. again called customer service.andbhe telling company not provided refund option you going your bank and tell her refunded this. What I do this problem .sir please
