Sir, I generated a port code by texting to TRAI on 21.06.17 and got the following no. AB624843 and then I went to a retailer for porting my mobile number i.e [protected] to BSNL operator. And now it's been 13 days and still porting isn't done. When I communicated with Airtel customer service they didn't have me a proper explanation, and forced me to stay on their Network. Then I talked to BSNL customer service they said they are ready with everything it's Airtel which is not cooperating with then and delaying unnecessarily.
So, here's my request please help me resolve this issue and please give Airtel a proper punishment. Thanks

    I never thought that Airtel could have this much of bad service ever. I bought an Airtel secure plan and it was just activated in 1-2 clicks, I was happy to see that service. Then the insurance amount was started reflecting in my bill every month.
    One day I was taking out my keys from the pocket, my handset slipped and got damaged.
    I applied to claim the insurance, the Airtel executive called me and informed me that my handset will get repaired and told me to upload images, sign document and hand over the handset. I did the same, after few days the executive called me and informed that my claim got rejected by the insurance company.
    I was not aware that they have a tie-up with some other company as they never informed about that, now don't know which insurance company came into the picture.

    I was paying money to Airtel secure than how some other company can reject the claim. Even after rejection, I have not received my handset.

    Now Airtel is also not replying to the emails. I am going to proceed with a legal option if Airtel not helps me out in this.

    I am having 4 different connections of Airtel because I trusted Airtel, but if this is the service they are giving, I need to port to some other operator.

      Hi, i have raise a broad band request and paid the amount online ₹2584 on june 26 2017.
      I have got 10 calls from airtel to check the feasibility in my area and every time they say there is feasibility. When i ask when it will be install, all the time i have heard from customer care mam today it will be done. Since 10 days i am hearing same thing.
      I called customer care today and asked what is the status i have to heard that my request is closed. How they can close without notifying me.
      Such a pathetic experience with airtel. I have never expected this from airtel.
      Now i have to raise refund request to get my money back.

      I am requesting to all the other users who are thinking to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for
      New broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.

        I had recharged my Airtel number [protected] with Rs. 244 whuch states free Unlimited Local calls and Free Airtel STD calls.
        But as a matter of fact, I am being charged for almost all calls that i have been making from my cell phone.
        Plz resolve or escalate the matter.
        As the Airtel 121 customer care service is the poorest of all in the country.
        I have tried that number at least a hundred times but it says "This call is not going through" that too aftet passing layers of IVR
        Plz improve. Its high time plz provide some quality service.

          I am given postpaid 4g sim no [protected] along with dogle. Mu phone no is[protected].
          From the day one the internet connection is limited.

          After my complaint to nearest airtel office complaint registered.
          A call received from airtel, delhi informed they will look into,
          A call then came from vaanasi airtel nd said slowly it will come.
          Now one month has passed only bill has come and no connection is available.

            This is Krishna, all of this started on June 20, when I switched my network from reliance to airtel, for prepaid mobile number [protected].
            I was not able to recharge special offer Rs.349 (unlimited calls + 1GB/per day for 28 days)
            First attempt - 23/06/2017 – did rs349 recharge through my airtel app and the result is -
            Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 349.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.
            Rs.349.0 online recharge of Airtel mobile [protected]; txn ID[protected] has failed due to a technical issue. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
            Dear Customer, Your refund for your recharge transaction on 23/06/2017 date has been initiated for Rs. 349.0. The same will get refunded to your account in 7 days.
            Second attempt – 24/06/2017 – same rs.349 recharge through airtel.in and the result –
            Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 349 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.
            Dear Customer, Your refund for your recharge transaction on 24/06/2017 date has been initiated for Rs. 349. The same will get refunded to your account in 7 days.
            Rs.349.0 online recharge of Airtel mobile [protected]; txn ID[protected] has failed due to a technical issue. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
            (As I came to know that because of technical issue the recharges are not happening, contacted airtel customer care to know what is the reason behind the recharge failures, my wife contacted customer care from number [protected] on 26/06/2017, the customer care executive(when she tried to give information about the network switch, the CCE wasn’t ready to listen to her and he was so keen in resolving and advising) advised her to repeat the same recharge once again and said it would be successful this time, while asked about what was the reason for previous failures, answered as they were because of technical issues and refused to give the exact details, which was frustrating. If we knew that if some kind of technical issue existed for number of days, we wouldn’t have recharged for those many days. But as per the CCE’s advice my wife recharged my number again below are the details.)
            Third attempt - 26/06/2017 – same rs349 – through airtel.in and the result –
            Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 349 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.
            Dear Customer, Your refund for your recharge transaction on 26/06/2017 date has been initiated for Rs. 349. The same will get refunded to your account in 7 days.
            Rs.349.0 online recharge of Airtel mobile [protected]; txn ID[protected] has failed due to a technical issue. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
            Fourth attempt - 26/06/2017 – same rs349 – through airtel.in as the previous net banking transaction failed and the website requested us to try a different payment method, since recharged using a debit card, and the result –
            Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 349 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.
            Rs.349.0 online recharge of Airtel mobile [protected]; txn ID[protected] has failed due to a technical issue. Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
            After all this attempt, we contacted the airtel customer care office in person situated at jaihindpurem main road to do a recharge there, it was unsuccessful too, as the executives there requested as to contact them after two days, since whatever recharges they did for the last two days didn’t go through because of GST launch or some other different reasons, even their answers and assistance weren’t appropriate and sufficient.
            Fifth attempt – today 03/07/2017, I again got in touch with jaihindpuram airtel office executive and told all the things happening since the beginning, there the CCE notified that in MY airtel app I wasn’t able to view rs349 special offer and since I am using a 4G smart phone and 4G airtel sim, I should be able to do the special recharge and advised to check if I can do a top up or full talk tile recharge,
            Since the Sixth attempt – for rs 200 today (full talk time offer TT220 amount rs 200) through my airtel app – quick recharges –more plans – Full talk time and the result is –
            Your airtel mobile [protected] online recharge txn ID[protected] of Rs 200.0 has been initiated. Please keep the txn id for future reference.

            I actually initiated for a full talk time offer but I do not know what exactly it has resulted into.
            Totally I am frustrated with airtel services.

              I did 399 prepaid recharge on my Airtel 4g mobile number and this pack guaranteed unlimited calls and 1gb/day for 70 days. But just after 35-40 days, I am unable to use internet. My Airtel app shows that you don't have any data pack activated.
              I even cant find any airtel customer Care number by which I can directly contact to the Operation Team.
              So Kindly resolve this issue.

                I had taken airtel secure mobile handset protection plan from airtel, they had charged me premium for the same and sent me policy papers, on receiving the papers on email, i noted that the name is not correctly mentioned, i instantly sent a email to airtel help line and updated the issues, i received a reply from airtel team that i need not worry as your set is secured as name does not matter, they record the imei of the mobile for making policy etc. So u need not worry there would be no problem,
                Next month also they charged the prmium amount and billed in my account,
                Unfortunaley my mobile got damaged so i filed for claim, now airtel team is rejecting the claim saying that i have a corporate connection and you are not eligible for claim and insurance.
                My question is
                1)when airtel took the premium why didn’t you reject the insurance that time stating invalid.
                2) when airtel was informed about name issues then why didn’t they say that ur insurance is invalid, instead they said to not to worry .
                3)when airtel renewed second month insurance and charged the premium why didn’t they reject the insurance at that time stating invalid.
                4) when i filed for claim then why do they need to investigate and cancel sating invalid,
                5)why in cover note of insurance it is written “prmium : the insurance is complimentary, when airtel is charging money for it and also taking taxes too for the charged amount

                  My name is Manoj Kumar. I'm living in Hyderabad. My Airtel SIM ( No: [protected] - Ahmedabad SIM ) has been deactivated from past 10 days. Upon reaching out to the Airtel customer care centre here in hyderabad, they said since, i didn't made any outgoing call from my Airtel SIM in last 45 days hence, it's been deactivated. Now, they are suggesting me to go to Ahmedabad for the resolution, which is not possible for me right now. i don't understand this, i was receiving the calls on my phone with that number. I'm not getting any signal or connection in the phone while inserting the SIM into the phone. i don't want to lose this SIM number. i need this number. I'm requesting you to kindly, look into this matter as soon as possible.

                    Service SMS sent without customer knowledge

                    On 3rd July 2017, There were two sms sent from my number to 58234 and was charged Rs 3. When checked with Airtel customer care the representative (Saraswati) said that the customer activated the service request! I am not a kid and I did not send any activation request! This is Steal and nobody is looking into it. When checked the Service request was for Airtel LIVE. This is absolute fraudulent service from Airtel and the Customer care representative...

                    I received a call from an Airtel agent for purchasing Airtel DTH connection and paying online. I paid online an amount of Rs. 2090 on 28.6.2017 at 12:14 hours. I received the customer ID [protected] and Order ID 18467272 but sadly after that nothing happened and this is the start of my harrowing ordeal. I have been frantically calling up the call center for resolution of this issue but they are not helping in any way. If the call is within the day then they are saying that the connection would be given immediately and if the call is around 5pm then the response is "it would be surely done by 12pm tomorrow". But the service has not been provided. I have purchased a new TV but am unable to install it with the stipulated time. So I am facing a financial damages as well as this continuous harassment and mental agony. Buying Airtel DTH is the biggest mistake of my life so far.

                    Recently i have uprgrded my sim from 3g to 4g airtel with all due procedure. Since than i have inserted new 4g sim and the opertor showing no signal.                       I tried to switch my old sim card for a new 4G one. I got the SIM card from an airtel store. The guy sent the sms to 121 with SIM and the 20 digit code on back of the number. I got the reply SMS and asked me to reply with 1 but when I do so I am getting an SMS "Unable to process your request. Please try again later". Also Airtel does not seem to have customer care support for Prepaid Customers. It only has IVR support. Only Postpaid customers have the luxury of a customer care executive. Pathetic support I must say.

                        My outgoing calls and data have been suspended. And I'm asked to call customer care. But I'm not allowed to call because I have no outgoing.

                        All of this in the middle of a trip where I need calls and internet all along.

                        My postpaid credit limit is ₹14000. But Airtel suspends service to me for delaying a payment of ₹1750. I don't see the point of credit limit if I have to get harassed this way.

                            I have done internet recharge using airtel app. And after recharging. I use net. But main balance got deducted. I called customer care and they said I have not done internet recharge but lowering nepal call rate. So this infor I got from airtel app is wrong. And they are not refunding my money since it's their mistake. DONT USE AIRTEL APP.

                              I had been using a airtel broadband connection for 7 / 8 years. I decided to surrender my connection and asked them for the procedure.
                              I was told to give a written letter and pay the bill on pro rata basis on the day of submission of cancellation letter. And i did the same on 3rd January 2017 and i was told my submission was accepted and my connection will be cancelled. I was issued a receipt for the same.
                              But after 3 months, i got a call from airtel saying that my pending bill was Rs. 6000 and odd for that cancelled connection. I explained them all the details when & how it was cancelled. They accepted that the cancellation had been done on that date i mentioned but said after that date usage was there for the same connection.
                              I told them it was not my problem since I followed their procedure of cancellation. Inspite of that i had been getting calls from different designates of airtel and i have lost my peace for which was no fault of mine.
                              A company of such a magnitude has been involving in a cheap of trick retaining customer by not allowing them to go out of their service.
                              I am feeling very much annoyed and harassed.
                              Expecting your valuable advice on what to do further.

                                    Hi,
                                    My airtel DTH number is [protected] and i am using for more than 5 yrs now. On saturday (01-Jul-2017) I have raised a complaint[protected] that my TV clarity is not good and signal strength & Quality is very poor. I have given the appointment for same day from 4 to 5 PM. While i was out, I received the call from Customer executive ( [protected]) around 1PM and he told that he was nearby my house .so we changed our plan and rushed to the home in 20 mins and when i call that guy. He calmly saying that he went out and will come back by 3 PM. I explained him, i have given appointment at 4 to 5PM and you came very early and when we reach home and you were not there.. he arrogantly replying, that how it is and he will come on his own time and not as per customer request. I have called DTH customer care and raised the complaint against the guy and asked some one to be at my home by 4PM. then around 5: 15 PM the same guy is called told he is ready to come. Whole day we are waited for the guy and this guy without any respect coming by own time and even customer care is damn care of this issue. Still the issue is not resolved and i received a text stating that they tried reaching me and i was not available.

                                    this is second instance with same guy. Same guy came on 11-June-2017 for the same problem and told the issue is fixed and charged 150 rs.

                                    I surprised to see how Airtel customer executive are becoming irresponsible and arrogant to the customer. If the issue is not resolved then i have to move to other vendors like Tata sky.

                                    I recharged my prepaid no. With 399rs. For unlimited call and data validity was 70days . I recharged on 1st may. So this recharge must be valid till 10th july. But it ended on 25 june. Airtel is misguiding.
                                    My no expire Please help me to getting back number it is a karnatka rigestertion [protected] please all my bousnes about this number and now still i am out side india how to returned back

                                      I have 3g data pack but i am unable to use it since 3g is not active on my number. I requested airtel to activate my 3g but they did not do it. I am trying since 2 days
                                      There is no way i can talk to customer care. Such a bad service by airtel. [protected]. I dony understand why are they not activating 3g on my number. Wheever i send 3g to 121 it always says 3g not active on your number.
