Hi,
This is mrs. Padma gupta having airtel prepaid connection no. +91-[protected]. I lost my mobile just an hour ago, hence i request airtel team to please block this sim card asap.

Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid sim card (If possible, with the balance amount from my previous sim). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

    I would like to report an instance to “airtel” that i have requested for a broadband connection on airtel website. 2-3 people from airtel were calling me for a connection. Some of them are calling from mobile number and some from landline. I approximately got 12 calls in a day and got frustrated and told one lady that i am already in touch with a guy who is coming on sunday to pick up the documents because i am unavailable at home on working days. Finally one guy came to pick the documents on sunday and filled the form and took inr 1000 and provided a receipt in lieu of filling the document. Now i got a call on monday from airtel which is 10th april’17 and one guy has informed that there is no feasibility in area and they won’t be able to install connection in my area. I have started asking few questions from this guy who was claiming to be from airtel was highly rude and said your money will provided to you in a ridiculous manner and disconnected the call. Now i have no clue to whom i can speak and inform about the same because both the guys are called “pawan-[protected] & manish [protected]” are not attending me. I have spoke to someone in airtel care they said receipt is not valid and no one is able to track the same.

    I have already informed that guy that there is not feasibility in the area and he said he will get the creative improvisation done to provide better services. I have been associated with airtel since 8 long years and always recommend my people to go with airtel. Why this fraud has been done to me for what reason. Why airtel has hired such fraudsters. My trust for airtel is on stake now and don’t know if should be in relationship with airtel or not. This was one my first and last bad experiences and i hope that someone will read this email and this will not happen to anyone else in future.

    If i will not get any resolution to above request then surely i will file a legal complaint against the airtel and those fraud boys to give them a lesson.

      Hi airtel, i am not getting otp for sbi online transactions. I already registered my mobile number in the bank. From the past one month i am not getting messages and otp's for my online banking transactions. Unable to send messages also.       I have a airtel postpaid no. From delhi circle, a corporate connection. Now i moved from delhi to pune and requested a circle change after going to a airtel store (Magarpatta city, pune) and submitting all the required documents. They said that i'll not take more than week and provided me another sim. I completed all this formalities on 20th of may, 2017.

      After that i did the multiple followup with the person in airtel store (Magarparrata city, pune), but no update till now. Calling customer care doesn't help as there is no request from airtel store. I went there again and they told me within a week it will be done, but nothing till now.

      I'm in roaming and paying the bills (As postpaid connection) without using the services. I never though such rude service from airtel. Please take a look into this on priority otherwise i' have to port my no to another service provider.

        Hi, from june 13 th 2017 we (My colleagues) in electronic city phase 2 are facing network issue (No 2g/3g internet access and also frequently no airtel service between 10 am to 5 pm. One day its ok but daily its not ok so please provide smooth network for the same. We would like to enjoy the service / support from airtel so please do the same asap.

        This sim card is lost and belongs to my deceased mother Mrs.Asha S Shetty.

        And we are currently noticing some activities from this number. It was inactive for a very long time.

          Its again same old # from you. You continue to shamelessly provide false updates.

          I am in the affected location today. I reinserted the sim, reset the device, tested the services and its still the same. It took 30 minutes of continuous attempts to load the google homepage and the speed on the so called indiaâ¿s fastest 4g connection is 0.03 mbps.

          Itâ¿s been 55 days since i raised the complaints and you did nothing to resolve the issue. You have promised `nâ¿ number of times of onsite support but never sent an engineer.

          55 days and no steps taken shows how freaking irresponsible, obnoxious, unprofessional and incompetent you whole team is.

            I m using samsung j7 prime... Which is dual sim... Sim 1 is for airtel and sim2 for docomo... When i keep 3 sims there is network.. I need to wait till i get the network to call anybody... I only use airtel to make a call... Docomo is permanent number.. Which i have to use for office use...                 Airtel - very disappointed customer services. Good bye airtel. Wait for my case for the time i have wasted for you guys and for the frustration caused by you. It's been more than 20 days no one cares about prepaid customers recharge. I have recharged my number more than 10 times with 349. It failed everytime. But one time i was able to recharge. But the recharge pack not applied. Checked with customer care. No one has a clue where the money went. Every time they promised to give refund. But it never happened. End of the i couldn't​ recharge. Then why should i use airtel. Ticket number raised conrc[protected]. Is there any one cares???

                      I am soumyjit using your post paid connection for last 5years, no-[protected].in your advertisement you show that airtel network is best network between other network provider proved by some company. Recently i change my address & move about 200mtr far away from old address & i am unable to access 4g network. Your ccare executive inform me that there is no 4g connection. Kindly solve the issue or please stop the add where you shown your network is best & we get it from everywhere in india. Otherwise you loose trust from a customer & i shall move to other network provider.
                      Ps: my wife & father use other connection but they don't face any issue.

Most of the time the network is unavailable or else its in emergency mode. Get some assistance soon or most people in our area is now planning to out out of airtel. All the trust we have on your brand seems to lose its effect. All the best if you're still not taking any actions and lose your goodwill and precious customers.

                                I do not want assistance. I want my full payment refunded. Your company is running a bloody scam, fooling customers on their faces.
                                I had applied for a broadband connection on 12th jun 2017. I received quite a few confirmation calls regarding the same. I was told that an executive officer will come and verify my documents at around 1pm on 13th jun. And i received a confirmation call regarding this as well. The so called officer came at the time stated, showed me his identity (Pan card), verified the documents and left.
                                I was happy about the new connection which was being put. The customer care officer told me that it would be put within 72 hours and i called them twice to be sure about everything.
                                However, today when i called the customer care office, they had the bloody audacity to tell me that the officer was not from airtel and they had no part in sending him and that they will not do anything about it. Since then, they have just been handing me numbers and emails and there has been no outcome whatsoever. Now, i don't have a connection and my money is blocked too.
                                Mr. Manager, your official airtel website has leaked my personal details to some unknown person who came in the name of airtel to verify my docs. You have a bloody breachable website security. Moreover, my conversations over the phone with your customer centre have also been leaked to the unknown people and i entirely hold your company responsible. Such callous behaviour on part of your company is shameful.
                                Take prompt action. Either give me a connection or my money.

                                      I had booked for an airtel broadband connection on 2nd july 2016 and paid rs.1800 online through net banking on 2nd july 2016.

                                      However due to certain circumstances i had to cancel the booking and was told that i would get the refund in 7 working days.

                                      Even after repeated calls and emails to the customer care, i haven't got the refund still for the booking amount of rs.1800.

                                      The booking reference number was ontmbanga33519304 and the account
