I had booked for an airtel broadband connection on 2nd july 2016 and paid rs.1800 online through net banking on 2nd july 2016.
However due to certain circumstances i had to cancel the booking and was told that i would get the refund in 7 working days.
Even after repeated calls and emails to the customer care, i haven't got the refund still for the booking amount of rs.1800.
The booking reference number was ontmbanga33519304 and the account
Number is [protected].
Amount of rs. 1800 was paid through hdfc net banking with transaction reference number [protected].
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
