Request to the Kaggadasapura store for change in plan has not been executed by the store. Initially they told that it would take three days to change plan. When I checked from their customer care number, they told they have not received any request to change plan.

The original plan was family plan for one of the mobile numbers and the other two were in a different plan.

The request was to add the other two mobile numbers into the family plan of Airtel. The store told that it would take just 72 hours to execute this change. However, more than a week has passed and the plan was not effected in the other two mobiles as requested. When the request was given, the store took it orally and confirmed orally that the request has been uploaded in their system.

A week later when I checked with the customer care, they told that no such request has been uploaded by the store at Kaggadasapura.

When I tried to contact them, their mobile number was coming out of coverage. I have written to them regarding the same and am yet to get any reply from them.

Since I travel a lot, I am unable to visit the store twice for a work that they are supposed to do. It seems as if i need to be behind their backs to ensure that they do their job. They are really unprofessional.

I had a previous experience with them wherein they entered an incorrect SIM number in their system due to which my portability got delayed by more than a week. I had to go to the store personally to sort out this mistake from the Airtel store.

I feel it a waste of my time to keep visiting their store for trivial issues and to ensure that they do their job properly.

I had a much better experience even with BSNL.

    Hi,
    This is to bring in your consideration that one of airtel 121 advisor (Amit) is harassing me from yesterday, first of all he misbehaved with me on call and since then he keeps on suspending my services. Today this is third time i have to call 121 to get my incoming and outgoing activated. When i call 121 nobody seems to have a solution to this problem, they can't assure me that my services will not be stopped again. I have already written to trai but if my number is suspended again, i will be forced to file a criminal case for harassment against airtel.

              Dear sir, i have been using airtel connection on my samsung galaxy note 3 (International version 4g/lte - sm n9005) for a long time and had no problem while availing any 4g offers until now but on 21st may 2017 suddenly amount from my main balance start deducing while i was using best offer pack (899 rs free calls+roaming+2gb per day). This pack was activated on 11 may and had no problem till now. I have been using the offers available for 4g sets for last few months and was enjoying these offers but when i called the customer care regarding my issue, the person there replied that my set is not 4g and so i wont be able to get this offer.
              I explained to him that my set is not indian galaxy note3 which is 3g but international galaxy note 3 purchased from us and it is 4g/lte and also the fact that i have been using these offers for 4g sets since many months. Why the problem came now?

              To my discontent he was not able to provide me any genuine solution and gave me solutions like restart the phone and remove the sim and place it again etc.
              Sir i request you to please refund my balance deducted from my main account and also look into the issue so that i can keep enjoying the 4g offer for which i have paid 899 rs

                I have seen many notice to upgrade to 4g sim by sending sms to 121 but when I did that according to the notice description it cannot send a message. It written message failed I have tried 100 times and it didn't work and message failed it written when I sending the message.

                      When I raised a request for broadband connection online at airtel.in I got a call from the area manager. Later I got multiple SMSs from Airtel stating that connection is not possible. Thereafter like spam calls Airtel just kept on calling me again and again from numbers [protected], [protected], [protected] endlessly. Every time a new person would call and tell me that they regret that connection at my address is not possible.

                      Airtel just don’t waste your time replying to this concern, just go ahead and improve your services. End of the story.

                            I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the internet connection provided by your airtel company in my area keshav nagar sitapur road lucknow. Airtel brochure they had mentioned that his company uses technology that guarantees uninterrupted wifi connection. However this does not seem to be true.
                            I am facing poor connectivity problem for a when we take his connection. Some times we can't connect to the wifi. At other time the connection is ridiculously slow. Many times we complaint our area manager mr. Anwar siddiqui. But he don't give any response. Six months free charge. But he send bill and call again and again. My router sim no.                                 I did purchase hotspot device with 15gb data from "image cellular" your "airtel relationship centre" at wardha on 10.09.2016. It was a post paid connection. I was told that the plan was "arp plan" and was valid for 3 months. The amount paid was rs4500/- plus taxesrs.778.50 (Vide txn no. Stubp[protected]/airtel. Before completion of 3 months i. E on 13.12.2016 i called your toll centre at "[protected]" and requested them to discontinue post-paid services and also told them that i would like to go for prepaid services for which they agreed and told me that in the system they have cancelled post-paid services and started pre paid services. Having cancelled post paid services i got a call also from your toll centre on 15.12.2016.

                                From 01.03.2017 every day people from your company would call me and tell me to pay services charges rs.4500/-. Every time i told them that whatever amount was to be paid i paid at the time of purchase of device itself but never would they listen and on the contrary they started shouting at me and threatening to drag me to court. They have been torturing me by making phone calls from different numbers during day time when i am busy with my office work. They would not leave me. Some niraj choudhary, called himself a lawyer from delhi threatened me many times that i would be dragged to court in spite of my telling that there is no amount due from my side. There is no decency in his tone and he has been very rude with me.
                                Several times i went to the relationship centre and verified that in the system it is clearly mentioned that post paid services were cancelled implying that the call centres and your lawyers have not got proper feedback and for that you are penalising me by calling me time and again when i am busy with my office work and pestering for payment which i do not owe to you.

                                      When i contacted [protected]@airtel.com they said u r having 28 GB data. But on 19.5.17, my main balance deducted. When i contacted customer care they said u didn't have that offer . one lady contacted me from airtel & telling tat u have 349 & 399 offer kindly use it. But airtel says we didn't call u. And we are using [protected]@airtel.com mail id. But past 8 yrs i communicate airtel thru this mail I'd only. Airtel cheating very well. Senior executive of airtel said this, even our call u kindly verify with *121#. Then y the... They contacted me. Ithukku pichai edukkalam...

                                        As i'm chiranjeevi b customer of airtel with the number [protected], i i have been in the airtel postpaid network due to some reason i wanted to migrated to prepaid on airtel, so i walked to my nears store in jayanagar 4th block, bangalore, karnataka and given to doc and paid money for the sim card and cleared the entire billed and unbilled amount from the postpaid, and by evening my network get disconnected from postpaid...
