Dear sir,

My airtel sim had lifetime validity.in may it just stopped working and the mobile status shown sim card registration failed from last 15 days.
It is my permanent no. For the last 10 years and prepaid balance is rs. 34, 000/- approax. All my contacts are on it.
I continuously trying to airtel customer care, they were not proper respond and there receiver told me that my mobile number has been deleted from their list and they cannot activate the no. As it is not used for long. But this no. Has been allotted to someone else. How can you issue this phone no. To someone else i am a permanent user of yours.
What of the loss i had incurred as all my clients have that no?

Sir it is highly requested please allot my existing no. To me……

I will be highly obliged to you for this act of kindness and thanking you in anticipation…..

    I am using Airtel Prepaid Sim [protected] since 2015.
    I have moved in new place in Chennai where I get not even a signal. I have raised complaint for the same many times, but Airtel didn't do anything.
    Recently I have new problem facing with Airtel is I don't even get a signal in good network area in Chennai. I have raised complaints many times to them, but no response from there side.
    My Complaint number: CBNRV[protected] and it was raised on 17th May 2017, They told they will solve it in 24hours. 24Hours haves passed and not even a response from Airtel as they have told me they will definitely get back to me after 24Hours.
    I think if I write here, I can get correct solution for my problem.

      Till last month every two weeks use to have this issue repeatedly, one month it worked fine, on Wednesday (17-May) got disconnected for 5- 6 times with the span of 30 mins, raised complaint against it.

      Wednesday it worked well after that, next day some technician visited, completely screwed up broadband and phone as well, till not ( i.e., Friday) no resolution.

      is this the way Airtel suppose to work.

        My airtel no. Is [protected]. I recharged with 399 plan on 25th april, 2017. I got this plan from best offers on airtel app, according to this plan i will get free outgoing calls on all the networks across india for 56 days also i will get 1gb data per day for 56 days.

        But after recharging when i check my account details on myairtel app, i saw that my data plan will expire on 22nd of may (I. E. Only 28 days not 56 days).

        Soo for query i call airtel customer care, and airtel executive told me that you will get free outgoing calls for 28 days only and data for 56 days. After hearing that i am so disappointed and told airtel executive that according to the plan i must get free calls and free data for 56 days, but she didn’t agree.

        So i am lodging a complain here.

        It is disgusting to let you know that you have learned now only debiting cost.a/c in sincerely it is very pathetic without my permission and request you have deducted in name o[censored]seless service which I never intended to use something went wrong
        Hi Team,

        My sim was damaged, so got new sim from Airtel Bommanahalli store on May 16th, it's been 5 days and my sim is still not activated, highly irresponsible behavior from your Airtel Staff, they have not submitted documents as per Airtel customer care.

        Why do you guys need 5 days to activate a duplicate sim, really disappointed by your Airtel service.

                  I transferred to my own money from Airtel money to bank account 5000 but company charge me Rs.100 as a transfer charge i totally paid 5100 instead of 5000 inr and other time i transferred 2655, airtel money charge me 2715 inr means 60 rupees as a transfer charge, totally comapny fraud me as a transfer charge totall of Rupees 160 on Rupees 7815 without use any service, while i say that Honourable Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Damodar das Modi encourage cashless Transaction without any charge, my Question is that if private company Charged that type only transact of Rs.7815 as charge Rs.160, why a customer use a cashless transaction, i complaint many of times in company customer care, they said me that it is a company policy doesnot changed, i aid about prime Minister argu but they didn't hear my problem.

                    I have been using Airtel mobile network/ DTH service and thought will use Airtel broadband connection. But it has been a very bad experience from the day I thought of this.

                    A person has come to my place collected my documents and asked me to pay Rs.2584/- which is 3 months advance rental online. I have paid it and after a week got a call that as there is no ports available, broadband connection is not available and asked me to raise a refund request.

                    It’s been a month now from the day I raised this request and no proper response from the customer care team and refund is not credited in my account.

                    Kindly take action against this and let me know when the money will be credited in my account.

                      #1: Billing error in my current bill that I detected and explained to your call center staff. Airtel has still not explained why there was a billing error in the first place. Also, wrong communication given by your call center agent regarding payment amount due. Which is why I've made 2 separate payments for the same bill ensuring there are no outstandings against my bill. Airtel still cannot explain why the billing error occurred, except just offering an apology! Poor integrity of Airtel exposing it's vulnerability to long-term customers, like me.. followed by Airtel's ignorance of resolving this issue of explaning why such an error occurred!! Very poor capability & capacity of your people and systems!!

                      #2: Network error not properly recorded by your call center agent. I still face a voice & data network error at my registered billing address. The SR # 75413790 was opened and finally closed without even informing me of the correct resolution. Wrong resolution w.r.t. changing my mobile phone was given via sms & no effort made to check the network (voice & data) errors at my billing address. Still the SR was closed by Airtel! Proof of improper resolution already shared on email with Airtel. Complete unprofessional attitude by Airtel with misguided communication to it's customer!!

                      #3: Promise of "50% rental waiver" made on 18-April. I've even shared proof of this message on email to Airtel... still Airtel chooses to ignore this! Where is my rental waiver? Unethical for Airtel to ignore it's own misgivings!

                      #4: Request for connection cancellation... your own retention team (Kumud) requests me to hold-on to my connection cancellation request to resolve the above 3 errors. I comply. What does Airtel do... it goes ahead and suspends my connection without even informing me! So, who asked the customer to exhibit patience & not canceling the connection, Airtel or somebody else? A new level of professionalism by Airtel, it seems!!

                      #5: Connection reinstated by Airtel on grounds of promise to resolve issues mentioned above (#1, #2, #3). All Airtel SMS's on free rental waiver, change of handset shared with Airtel team via email. Still, no resolution provided Airtel. Once again promises made to the customer, failed to deliver!!

                      #6: Multiple calls made by Airtel to the customer, repeatedly asking for issues already stated above. As your customer, I've taken the pains of explaining all the above issues atleast 10 times to 10 different Airtel employees across Call Center, Retention, Appellate & National Escalation team. Inspite of this, Airtel employees call me to help them explain / understand all the above mentioned issues. Don't you have any system wherein you can validate customer issues!! Multiple counts of customer harassment done repeatedly to prove Airtel's point of just following their policies of calling the customer to know the issues better!! How callous and unprofessional... didn't Airtel have enough documentation already!! Poor example of integrity showcased by Airtel!!

                      #7: Incomplete references to my overall connection issues... even made today. You can see for yourself, basis Dimple Sharma's email below. This is unprofessional, unethical & truly condescending as an attitude towards customer service. Improper or excessive use of authority on your long-term customer... this is not the right thing to do in any business or service relationship!!

                      I've more than enough reasons to now call this "lack of services provided/rendered inspite of payments made in full". I seek for grievance redressal through a separate channel with Airtel co-operating on this. As horrible it is for me, I seek alternative channels of redressal.

                        I had requested for a broadband connection on 2nd may and submitted my documents along with the installation charges on 3rd of may and it's been 16 days now without a broadband connection. When i write to them (Since the customer care doesn't respond to the calls positively) they call me and just inform that there is a delay of 2 days. Not even single person is bothered to provide any resolution. I have been waiting and just posting comments since 16 days without a broadband connection. They still have my money. Please help.

                          sir,

                          i do not know whether the company is being run like a corporate or a grocery shop. Even a grocery shop is managed in a better way.

                          I am sorry to bring to bring to your kind notice the sad state of affairs prevailing in your gurugram, haryana circle. Of late every attempt is being made to over charge a client on several accounts. I am one of the early user of services of airtel. I am dropping the cheques for payment of the bills in the dropbox placed in front of the new prateek medical store., sector 8 market, faridabad--121006. For the last 7 months th cheques are not being collected regularly resulting in late credit to the account. The customers are charged late payment charges of rs. 100/= per month. I hope you will agree that all the customers do not go through the details of the bill and pay as billed. The late payment charges become the revenue of the company at the cost of the customer for no fault of his. My complaints in the customer care department have fallen on the deaf ears. It is only a few customers who scan the bill thoroughly and resist the payment of overcharge. They have to argue and oppose it and the charges are waived but the fact remains that attempts are being made to overcharge the customers.

                          It has caused mental torture, agony and harassment to me every month for the last 8/ months.

                          It seems that the complaints of the customers made through your customer care department are thrown in the waste paper bucket which should be the place for the non efficient executives of the company .

                          Sometimes even the benefits of the schemes are not passed on to the users and again the customers have to resist the overcharge and get a waiver.

                          Even when the schemes are being sold the customers are kept in the dark about some parts but customers are charged for calling on those numbers though they are toll free numbers.

                          I hope this complaint does not fall on deaf ears and action is taken against those officers who are responsible for this state of affairs failing which i shall be forced to approach the consumer grivence redressal courts for complaining for the mental torture, harassment and agony caused by the inaction of your executives .

                          I shall be forced to forward the complaint to the trai, govt. Of india, new delhi and the prime minister's office if
                          i do not hear from you in the matter within a fortnight of this complaint.

                                Have stopped receiving the rentals from last 12-13 months and no reverts from the contacts we have with us at thekkady. Had experienced the same 2.5 years back too but then when mailed we had received the reverts and was cleared all the dues till date and for next 1 year we were getting it regularly.

                                        I just port my prepaid idea sim into airtel 3day ago. From first day 4g is not working. When i select only lte network mode it's going in emergency call only no network in network bar.. When i manually searching networks airtel4g coming in list but when i tried to select the network it's showing the network currently not available. Please help me. Customer care isn't solving my problem. 4-5 time i complained. 3g also too weak. Maximum download speed in 3g mode is 120kbps.
