Dear sir sorry to say that i am totally unhappy with your customer service. They do not sitck to their promise. I had installed broad band on 23/02/2017 which was for 30 gb package but i landed up paying for 50 gb package, i had to pay for that though kept calling them to change the package they woul say yes we have changed your plan but at the end of the month ask me to pay for 50gb. Finally i disconnected the broad band on 22/04/2017 i received an sms onfirmaion for the smae on my registerd mobile but still they have been charging me though i had cleared the previous amount. The cancellation reference number is 81538500. I also wrote a mail to your customer care but to this day no reply. I keep getting sms to pay an amount of 1100 + rs.. From where has this amount come when i have not used it since i have cancelled it. V poor customer service sorry to say so. Will not recommend any one to install airtel broad band

    Sir,
    I was booked airtel internet connection by 09/06/2017 through your marketing people maniraj his ph [protected] trichy, my address a. Rajendran rs complex 2 nd floor palayam bazar, woraiyur, trichy. When i was given payment time he told me this is rs 999 plan, 16 mbps speed unlimited, but after 1 week 16/5/17 connected time only available 2 mbps here our area he told me i was said dont to connect, 16 or 8 mbps if have connect or otherwise i will complaint your head office i was told him, pls arrange ments for me give requst speed otherwise cancel this line if not take neccessary action, my mobile no [protected] also surrender coz i was more than 8 yrs ur customer monthly nearly or more than rs 5000 recharged per month... Pls reply asap.

          I have applied for Airtel Broadband Connection for using Internet at my office twice both the times money has been deducted from Airtel but till now they are unable to provide connection neither credit back my money.

          Trying to call the sales person but he is not responding, called his team team lead no respond, called customer care requested to sort this issue but no help provided either.

          I am enclosing two receipt of payment deducted, both the time sales team came to my office showed plan full of offer and had technical check after that deduction of money.

          Was connection provided or money got refunded? I am also victim of same scame. Paid money to http://www.airtel.in/payonline/ with transaction id[protected] and CAF number 80118060. Mobile [protected]. No proper answer by them and neither money returned.

            I am RaviKumar, i have requested for MNP for one of my mobile number at airtel store, Nizampet Village, Hyderabad. Waited for more than two weeks still MNP was not completed. I walked to store to check about the status & came to know that it is not processed as i m holding multiple numbers. I said 'OK' and have returned the SIM given to me and i have asked to refund Rs.100 which was taken from me as part of MNP process. I was told that only Rs.75 will be given as the SIM given to me will not work. I have asked execute to give me in written that airtel charges Rs25 which is non refundable, for this store executive behaved very rudely with me which i cannot express here. Is this the way airtel supports their customers. I would like to get notified by airtel management. Not sure even now you guys will hear abt this or just ignore...

              I have requested for porting in my number [protected] in airtel on 10th of May, 2017 on 15th of May, 2017 my number which was running in vodafone earlier got disconnected at 11pm in evening but my number is still not activated by airtel I have been complaining in the airtel office many time buy there is no response and they say they have no clue what the issue is.                       4G signal available but no data connection

                      I'm facing severe problem in 4g data connection in my location. It's happening from last 4-5 days. Data gets connected to 4g but, a small exclamation (!) mark appears in the network icon, and there is no data connection.

                      Tried all the solutions on internet but nothing worked.
                      Facing this issue since last 4-5 days. This is very frustrating.

                      Please help me get this corrected asap. Thank you....

                          I had registered complaint 76091175 for network issue which has been closed abruptly without providing the solution. If this is the case I am bound to PORT the network to a different network. After changing my Plan, I am not able to get the 4G signal at all in any of the locations. Till the plan change everything was smooth. I think since I degraded my plan, they are not providing the proper connectivity which is like cheating the customer.

                          Rectify immediately.

                                I got a bill amount of 2627.31 which inclusive of my late payment fee 100rs.

                                I was initially with 1599 plan and i was told that i am eligible for 1399 plan with same befits i was getting on 1599 plan and also they have mentioned 200rs. Would be deducted as rental deductions and also my data pack will be revised from 5gb to 15gb on 1599 plan which for life time. Every month i was charged for extra amount for no reason, every time i have to fight back for the money which has been charged wrongly which they will refund. The same happened for this month as well but this time it has gone high, i got a bill amount of 2627.31. I called up the customer care where i was mapped to pawan he gone through my bill plan and told my 1399 plan has been deactivated and my data pack has been revised back to 5gb and was charged for for over using my data pack which i was not aware of it and he also agreed i was charged wrongly since he don't have authority to re-fund huge amount of money he looped me to his supervisor anjali she also gone through my bill plan and she told the charges has been made wrongly.

                                I asked reasons for my deductions and also i was asking for breakups, while she was responding to me i asked for 12rs which has been included in my bill, she gave justification saying it was charged for making special call, i was told that the plan have local and national unlimited call benefits and i questioned back her asking for valid justification for that 12rs deduction and again told that it was charged for making special toll free call which they never mentioned in their terms and condition and also i was not aware of it when i put back the same question asking for valid justification she got pissed off and she started behaving little harsh, after answering to all my questions she told me that after all deductions the bill amount comes to 1722rs. Whereas she don't have an access to re-fund huge amount so i need to pay 2000rs remanding re-fund amount will be carry forward to next month. Pfb break up of bill plan for your reference.

                                  The number[protected] has just called me. It was very foolish of him to ask me to change my atm number due to some problems in my atm. But interestingly i do not possess an atm. I then and there caught his intentions. So asked what happened. He described the matter so professionally as if my atm has been blocked in real. I want to lodge a complaint to catch this culprit. Because many are becoming his prey. I request to take immediate actions. I am a college student and i don't want to lodge an fir in police station

                                    Refuse TO Disconnect my Airtel broadband, keeps generating bill

                                    Hi,
                                    I called customer support and disconnected airtel broadband two months back. They said it is all done. One week back i got a call saying, i have got a new bill for the last two months.

                                    I requested to cancel bill and close the account. Girl wont close the account and scared me saying: i will escalate to senior. I do not know what else to do....
