Updated by kiran_2012 Airtel Customer Care & Rakesh, are you guys sleeping 24x7 and leaving everything to IVR.
It has been more than a month and you are not able to resolve the issue. Is this same way you deal all customers by adding a comment that our customer service called you and you didn't answer our call. That's completely fake and irresponsible.

Can anyone suggest how to get the money back form these ######. It looks like a small amount and not worth chasing all these guys, but it's cheating.
