    I have upgraded my 3g sim into 4g but after upgrade internet is not working even 2g! Complained several times in customer care, as per them the sim ic fine! They told me to wait for a while but after 5th day also, im out of connectivity!

        Dear Sir/Madam

        I had taken Airtel Data card connection i used but no proper signal in my Area ie in bangalore, I given complaint twice to the airtel costumer care to solve this problem but they failed to solve later in the month jan i stopped using data card due to weak signals but the bill as generated up to the month of April so i used upto jan i am ready to pay amount for jan only please consider this my complaint & request to cancel my connection for future immediately.

        Kindly Send me the bill for the month of January.

          I made a purchase of rs. 66 top up from icici bank portal on 6th may 2017 for my number [protected]. The deal says that i can call local and std calls at 35 p/min for 28 days. I got the message also that the recharge done. When i tried to phone immediately it says low balance. If it is bogus then it should not have accepted the money. What is this. I am old man of 72 years and don't know tricks of the trade. Even i went to the airtel office in mayur vihar and the people at the counter connected me to somebody and he told that he will rectify, but till date nothing is done. Please tell why my balance has become zero. Please let me know urgently.

              Dear sir
              I have recharged my airtel number +91-[protected] with amount of ₹399 on 2nd may 2017 via airtel app at 6:55 am. The amount of ₹399 was deducted from my idbi bank account but i have not got recharge done. Instead i got this msg which was displaying billbpayment instead of prepaid recharge (Bill payment of rs 399.0 has been initiated towards your airtel mobile [protected]. Txn id: [protected]. Please keep this txn id for future reference.) whether this is technical error or something else. But it cost me degradation of my self pride.

              I asked airtel customer care and they replied that i will get my money back in account in 48 hrs. But i didnt get any money back. After calling again on care centre they replied that i will be refunded within 7 days.
              Now its been 8 days and i have not got any money.
              I need my money back and i want to fine airtel for disturbing me by their bad efforts.

                I have already placed a complaint. After that I have received 3 calls from 3 different numbers l suspect whether the calls are from Airtel or from some other person. While speaking itself they have cut my call.
                I did my prepaid Recharge on 3-05 and it's 10-05 today.
                Request you to credit the money of Rs.300 by today.
                For last one week l am not able to make a call to anyone.
                Please complete my issue...

                  The complani regarding airtel work at home opportunity advertisment in local amar ujala and hindustan newspaper. They took money from me saying they would provide employment. Rahul tripathi has taken money for agreement, laptop fom work, etc. He keeps asking for more. I have paid him rs22800/-. He said he has refunded rs6500/- which has not reached my bank account.
                  I want complete refund of the amount. This nonsense of providing work at home for which no job provided. Should be not be allowed.

                    Our residential society has a large number say about 20 residents having airtel landline/broadband connections. The security guard room and residents were interconnected with an intercom system which was a security requirement. For the last 6 months the centrix intercom system has been inoperative which leads to compromising the security of the society. Repeated complaints have not produced any result and the complaint is generally closed by airtel without any rectification of the problem.
                    The customer care and the technician who attends the complaint are just not bothered to resolve the issue which has been raised a large number of times

                      Dear Sir/ Madam,

                      I have been using Airtel from the past 11 years. But, I have not received any offers from their. But, my friends who are using Airtel are getting several offers like unlimited calling and 1GB internet per day. Its very bad that Airtel is showing discrimination towards its customers. I have attached images which show that for the same recharge value of 147 Rs 1 customer is getting 1GB of 3G data, while other customer is getting only 350mb of 3GB data. Is this action not discriminatory? WHY ARE YOU SHOWING DISCRIMINATION?

                          My mobile number is[protected]. I have used this number from airtel for more than 15 years and have always paid my bills on time. My credit limit on my bill is mentioned at rs. 14, 000.
                          Three months ago, i received a bill of rs. 35, 000.
                          I have spoken to airtel various times onver the phone, visited their store and mailed them various times but they just have a starndard template and just keep repeating that i must pay the bill.
                          I cannot understand how if my credit limit is 14, 000 then how can i receive a bill of 35, 000 rupees.
                          Apart from this, i had informed airtel authorities very clearly that i will be travelling out of the country for a few months and so they should solve the matter with me within a month. They did not solve it. Even then i am communicating with them on e-mail constantly and have provided them my number abroad. But they are calling my father and my sister telling them they will take legal action against me.
                          If i am available to contact and have given them my phone number and my e-mail and am corresponding and talking to them regularly why should they harass my father?

                          I am willing to settle the bill upto my credit limit amount and have told them various times that even though the charges are not fair i will staill pay upto the credit limit so that the matter can be solved.

                            I have recharged with 349 for unlimited calls and 1GB internet everyday per their offer for 4G handset but I recieved only 1 GB net and later for 27 days no internet balance through that offer, Cannot reach customer care also.                               This is regarding a multiple bitter experience i had with airtel.
                              First of all the customer service is worse than any other service providers. There is no number to register complaint as such even thought they suggest many number, when we dial that number there is no direct option to converse with executives. And the executive don't know the basics of professionalism. On 9th may 2017 i called the customer care number [protected] around 11.30pm, after a tiring process i got connected to the executive. He put me on hold for 10 minutes and then the call got disconnected. I tried the same number again and the call was attended by an executive, i explained the bad experience and asked him to register my complaint regarding the poor mobile network connection. I said that i opted for 4 g recharge worth 497 (10 gb 28 days) as i required data immediately to do an update, i used airtel service eventhough 2 weeks ago i have sent a portability request to 1900. The executive transferred the call to his supervisor. He introduced himself as rahul, he asked me to repeat everything and i did so, after all i am the person who spend hard earned money. To my dismay, he seems to be really disinterested from the very beginning and sarcastic best throughout the conversation. I even threatened him that i will report it to consumer court and he was like, do it. Before listening to the whole conversation he was in a hurry to give [protected]@airtel.in.com id, i said i need an immediate solution. He was like you could recharge it after checking the open network. Throughout ernakulam some up gradation is going on. I asked when will it get upgrade, when will i get normal internet, he carelessly replied that i can't predict, i asked whether it will take more than 28 days, he replied that it may or may not. Normally the service providers send an alert message to the customers if there is any interruption in service. I asked in vain what about the money i spend on a recharge?
                              I live in kochi precisely in kakkanad. The network issue i face is not new, i have complained it numerous time, but it hasn't tackled yet. It is really disappointing that the service provider who proudly claim that they have network in forest and mountain that too india's fastest network can't provide a proper network in a city like cochin. I can understand the technical issue if it is occasional but the issue with airtel is never ending and moreover the approach of executives to customers are more shocking.

                                I recharged my number with 399 pack for 70 days validity and it was done successfully them after a week randomly i received a message from the Airtel that they have reduced my packs validity to 56 days. Now I m getting messages that my pack is gonna exhaust in a day but its just 28 days since I recharged

                                  My Airtel contact number [protected].

                                  I am using this Airtel connection from past 2 years, recently I have changed my handset (4G compatible) hence I have to change the SIM card in order to have 4G connection based on the retailer advice.

                                  Now my phone and sim both enable to use 4G. Post activation from past 4 days I am getting a message from Airtel stating INR 349/- recharge, get unlimited calls and 1GB data per day for 28 days, recharge today to get the offer for 1 year.

                                  Based on the message reference I did a recharge of INR 349/- and activated the 4G facility and started utilizing the same in a day I have completed 1 GB data and awaiting for 12:00 AM keeping in mind that I will get 1 GB data for the particular day.

                                  After waiting 45 minutes I realize the factor that my SIM is not receiving the internet service, to be frank I am not in the position to call customer service provider since my main balance less then specified limit

                                  Due to this I have to use my office land line to call Airtel customer service, initially I have been diverted to post-paid department later, post-paid customer care representative transfer my call to pre-paid department.

                                  My call was attended by Customer care representative Dilip Nagendra. Post explaining the whole scenario I was surprised to hear the response from CSR, During the call he mentioned that this offer is not applicable to your number.

                                  He kept on arguing that you’re not eligible for this offer, “this is seriously not acceptable, SMS is clear evident to prove that I am eligible for this offer, if my number is not eligible why did I get message from service provider?

                                  My speaking experience with Dilip nagendra is worse, he knows to only argue rather helping the customer, suggested me to send the snap shot of the message that I have received to resolve the issue. Since he is not the position to resolve the issue I have requested him to transfer the call to his superiors but he is Not willing to transfer the call to supervisor, he clarified that during night operation no supervisor available( pathetic customer service) also shock to see the message from customer service that “thank you for contacting us. Hope the concern related your airetel mobile [protected] has been resolved to your satisfaction. Your ref.no. is CBNRD[protected].

                                  Which means my complaint already resolved without providing any resolution.

                                  Currently I am not in the position send those messages to you as I am running short of the data, check from backend more than 8 times I have received the message with regard to the 349/- recharge. Make sure that as per the assurance you activate the tariff without any further follow ups.

                                  If not we being corporate people I will strongly recommend my co-workers to not use the Airtel, and I will switch the connection some other service provider, this will be published in social media.

                                  If there is no replay this will be escalated to next level.

                                    I had made a recharge of Rs.41 for my airtel number [protected] and for this Rs.41 has been deducted from my Axis bank account but data pack as per offer was not received on my mobile number.

                                    Also as I checked I got message of recharge but no data pack was received, I am fighting with Airtel customer care but refund for this has not been made to my account.

                                    Airtel's service was good earlier, but now-a-days Airtel is looting money of the people like this. So shameless is looting money of the people.

                                      I made 2 transactions at Dbs bank Mumbai of rs2000 each (txn no[protected] &[protected], transaction got failed, but amount has been debited from my Airtel money account..

                                      I got the message from Airtel regarding both the failed transactions, but amount credited in my account is for 1 transaction only i. e. 2000 only..

                                      I didn't get my rs2000 back in my Airtel payment account for 2nd transaction i.e. for another 2000...
                                      When i am calling airtel money customer care, they are only fooling me, they are always informing me that you will get your amount back within 1-2 hours.. Airtel is only cheating their customers.. what they are doing is, just taking money from customers, keeping it with themselves, and then earning income by investing these monies..
                                      I confirmed from merchant and bill desk(payment gateway), they are saying that transaction has been declined by airtel, but airtel is saying that transaction was successfull..
                                      I also sent the screenshot of meesage which i received from airtel regarding failed transaction, but then also they are not going to believe me..
