        Hi, my number is [protected]. I had applied for a prepaid airtel mnp from aircel. My aircel is disconnected, however i am not able to activate airtel through 59059. I called to customer care so many times, they were not at all responding. After 2nd half hours finally they respond and told me that you can not activate your number through ivr if you are not in the same state. Can you please suggest. As this number is important for me to activate. Please help asap

            My issue is i don't receive any sms recently after i got a new sim.

            I tried to contact airtel customer support earlier today as i was unable to reach them so i raised a query in their website. Moreover 198 is joke i don't see an option to speak with a human agent to get my issue resolved.

            I have been told that i will be contacted by them within 2 hours. Its been already 4 hours and am still waiting for their response.

                I recently traveled to Switzerland due to which I had activated a International Roaming Pack of Rs. 2999 which said 250 Free minutes to India & Local. Even after activating the pack, Rs.1320 got deducted from my main account when I made calls.

                After coming back to India when I called the customer care, they told me that you have made calls to local landline numbers due to which your money is deducted. But on their website they have mentioned Balance deducted without reason. When I told them that it is nowhere mentioned on the website that only local mobile calls are free, One lady from the customer care told me that " you should know that local calls are only local mobile calls. It is coomon sense", she says.

                Hoping that my problem is resolved at the earliest and this company is stopped from exploiting customers in the future.

                  I have recharged on 16/04/2017 with an offer o[censored]nlimited std, local and 70 gb for 70day's, recharged amount rs 399/-
                  But airtel not providing this offer to 70 days, they cut for 28 days. Airtel betrayal the common people.
                  Airtel promised to give 70 days. But after collecting money they not providing the same as they mentioned...
                  For me rs.399 is not huge amount but airtel make me betrayaled...
                  Airtel should understand, if not their goodwill goes down and people will say bye bye to airtel...

                        How is it differ. From previous amount of rs.349.57 to rs.1529.30 the bill has been sent from unknown sender. Why is it unknown sender sending me airtel bill and that too such an exorbitant amount..? Please explain data usage is nil in y case. And calls sms were also very few.. If this practice goes on i will have to discontinue with your services. Farther, the bill has been sent to me from unknown sender means a highly gross misconduct of the employee concerned.                             Airtel has cheated my, they haven't give me the promised data and validity as shown on my airtel app.. Now they are least bothered to resolve the issue..
                            I have recharged for 399, airtel had promised a valid of 70 days... With unlimited validity and 1gb data per day.. But they have given me a validity of just 28days with just 1gb data per day..

                            Recharged for 399 on 16 April 2017 having 70 days validity but recieved message from Airtel stating that my pack ends tommorow.

                                I have recharged my phone twice in a week. On 4th of may i recharged for rs. 120 and did not call much people still my balance got low. Then again i recharged on 12th of may for rs. 20 in emergency. Then in a day i just called only one person & received one call then why my balance got cut. Now when i tried to check my last 5charges it is showing that i have availed for some vas services whereas i haven't at all. Why are these services kept by trai? We common people become victim of such ads even if we don't click on them. And also when my balance was low i tried to sms a person it wasn't getting sent, still my 1-1 rupee got deducted. I am attaching a snapshots of the sms i received from airtel for your reference. Please see to it.

                                  I am a current Airtel customer.

                                  I have a postpaid connection + Airtel Broadband Connection

                                  I had applied for an Airtel DTH connection that I had received as part of an Amazon Offer.

                                  Amazon Offer as follows:
                                  Your purchase makes you eligible for a great offer from Airtel Digital TV:
                                  30% off on Airtel DTH subscription and 6 months of free HD content.
                                  (The offer is apparently valid till 14th May 2017 - Tomorrow)

                                  I was given a Customer Id over SMS.

                                  But till date no one has ever come to install the connection, despite repeated follow ups over calls or emails.

                                  Numerous people from Airtel side (or claiming to be from Airtel side) call and ask for directions to my house, and when I ask them when will they install, they never turn up.

                                  10.30 am today (Saturday 13 may) an Airtel personnel named Nagraj came (Phone- [protected]) but did not install anything. Instead he assured he would come back in 30 mins to install but has never turned up. Multiple calls to his cellphone have been unanswered and now he has started disconnecting my calls.

                                  Also an Airtel personnel named Narendra (Phone: [protected]) called around 9 am today morning asking "What needs to be done" and after getting the information from us, he has stopped taking calls.

                                  Till date no one has bothered to install the DTH connection.

                                  I have also received calls from:
                                  Raghav - [protected]
                                  Manju - [protected]
                                  [protected]
                                  [protected]
                                  Nothing has happened.

                                  I was promised by Airtel Customer care that this would be installed by today (13th May 2017 - 1.30 PM).

                                  This has not happened due to horrible and careless attitude of Airtel and the Pathetic service (or rather lack of it) that you have.

                                    On 6th May i applied for new airtel broadband through their website. Immediately i received back to back calls asking repeated questions about my location and plan. One representative, Meena called on the same day and asked me to share my photo and identity proof through a WhatsApp no. [protected]. So i shared my photo and driving licence to this no. But after that there is response from airtel. I repeatedly asked for in the same whatsapp no but no reply. I escalated twice through airtel customer care but again no proper reply. It's just a worst company in the public services. If they cannot provide connection, they would have informed me. But simply after getting all the proof they become silent. I am complaining here because i am doubting they are misusing my identity proof.

                                      Dear team,

                                      I had port my no.[protected] vodafone to airtel... Due to batter tarrif as plan is 499/- as per your company executive in this plan 23gb 4g & calling​ unlimited free local and std data applicable.
                                      But i got only 3gb.

                                      Hence, please resolve urgently otherwise i will quite to airtel
