M writing this mail regarding the payment of 650 rupees to dish TV through Airtel app . I wrongly entered the wrong CV when making the payment . Nobody is giving me the correct information my amount will refund or not . Customer care executive saying that the transaction id is not correct . So please help me and provide me the correct transaction id.

    Two people called saying that we are coming your home to check the network signal strength but no one has come yet and the issue not resolved
    Airtel people asked me to wait for a month from my first complaint now it is more than a month where is the resolution

Could you please reverse out the amount and credit it back to my credit card. Appreciate your help on the same. This seems to be an online transaction done using my card details

          My mobile # [protected] and I have paid Rs. 997 to activate International Roaming for USA on 29 April 2017 for one month at Airtel Showroom, Uttarahalli Main Road, Bangalore. I was given a Transaction ID[protected] and was told that the same would be activated in four hours time. I have not received any SMS till now and while calling 121, it is practically impossible to check unless i speak with the representative. I cannot check on the net with the transaction ID. I wrote and received mail from Airtel on 07 May stating the International Roaming is not activated. The Nodal Officer and Appellate never responded to my mails. I am at loss and feel frustrated with this unfriendly approach.

            My digital tv is not working last two days and today i am logged a complaint against him and customer care executive give me resolution time today 4 pm.
            But no one visited also my problem is not resolved. I am calling after 4 pm again executive told me visit will be done today at any cost but again same issue no one visited again i am call to customer care but this time executive told me today visit not possible. i have to STB and my two TV is not working. I think airtel don't take serious about customer complaint.

              My mobile number is a retailer sim and I am using the same for the past 10 Years.
              My distributor has migrated my number ([protected]) without any prior notice and I have been using the same for my other businesses also. It is very disappointing and all my internet bank transactions, business transactions are associated with that number. My distributor number is [protected]. He is not responding properly. Kindly help me with the same. I request you to get me back the same number.

                    My airtel prepaid mobile number [protected] was deactivated last Monday without prior notification through sms. I initially thought it was due to some
                    network issues. However, when I called customer care they confirmed that my number is deactivated.
                    I am staying in abroad now and would like to continue using this number since I have been using it from 2008 and have this number registered with many other service providers.
                    Hence, could you please reactivate my number?

                      I had paid in full to one of the executives for a broadband connection who came home and picked up the cash and the documents. This happened on[protected]. They said in 24 hours someone would come to fix the line and get it started, till date nothing has happened, they do not pick up our calls on the numbers they gave us and we gave numerous complaints to 198 and 121 but no one seems to take us seriously. Why would they take money and not bother to get in touch with the customers. What kind of fradulent business are they running. Please do not opt for airtel broadband they have the worst customer care and they are just looking to pull money from the cusomters

                              This is with reference to recharge with transaction id [protected] done by mistake due to an error shown as recharge unsuccessful of previous recharge with transaction id[protected] and has reduced my bank balance as the recharge was done on www.airtel.in with net banking option.This double recharge of amount rs. 349 is not required and thus is a waste of money.

                                I have contacted airtel money 400 and [protected]@airtelmoney.com 3 times and registered complain for refund about amount not loaded into wallet and not returned back into bank account.

                                Below transactions are done by me through my airtel app on 2nd and 3rd april 2017 but it did not credited to my account.

                                  Dear sir, i recharged mobile no [protected] rs 200 on 2nd may 2017 transaction id is[protected] from airtel application. And i recharged mobile no [protected] on 9 th may 249 form paytm, 50 from airtel app, and 29 rs from airtel application bt my amount deducted from my account but my mobile not yet charged. So pls refund my money and resolve the complain fast. And inform me about the resolution.
