My mobile # [protected] and I have paid Rs. 997 to activate International Roaming for USA on 29 April 2017 for one month at Airtel Showroom, Uttarahalli Main Road, Bangalore. I was given a Transaction ID[protected] and was told that the same would be activated in four hours time. I have not received any SMS till now and while calling 121, it is practically impossible to check unless i speak with the representative. I cannot check on the net with the transaction ID. I wrote and received mail from Airtel on 07 May stating the International Roaming is not activated. The Nodal Officer and Appellate never responded to my mails. I am at loss and feel frustrated with this unfriendly approach.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
