I have raised a request on 14th april 2017 to convert my post paid airtel number "[protected]" to prepaid. The signals wentoff on my old postpaid sim on the same day after i submitted the request in the airtel office. I got the signals after 2 days (16th april 2017) on my new prepaid sim. When i call customer care for activation of services on my new prepaid sim, the customer care guys said like details not reflecting at their end and asked...

In airtel app in my phone it showed me that there is unlimited call and unlimited data with no further information they provided. i taught i got same as my friend got (he has got 1gb/day and unlimited call). but for me u have only provided 1 gb/ month and unlimited call.
why?
if i was not upto the offer why did u shown it in my airtel app.

I have purchased the Airtel SIM card in 2008 from Airtel store with all the proper document of my name (Prasanta Kumar Panda). Today I wants to change 4G sim and go to the Airtel Store Ciny Center 1 Saltlake but they told me it is not my name. the number is [protected]

I have been using an old plan till date which is 1600 rs (65 gb data and 8mbps speed).
Airtel has already migrated to new plan with v fiber tech, which is of 1149 rs (100gb data and 40mbps speed)

I was facing many issue related to my connection, i wanted to disconnect the airtel services so i called to customer care, asking for disconnection.

I have charged my phone with net banking on April 18 for INR 200. The amount never reflected on balance. I filed a complaint and they gave me a complaint number PR[protected] but so far it is not addressed.

I charged again on April 21 for INR 360 again with net banking, the transaction ID is[protected]. So far no credit into my balance.

Whats wrong with Airtel? Why are they messed up? Why they are cheating and...

I have purchased a number for Rs.3000 and its been registered on my name. I got activated but didn’t’ receive the incoming. I complained to the customer care. After swaping i am not able to send or receive any sms. please resolve this issue....

I placed a request 79964228 on 13 march to shift my connection to my updated address. I was informed from your customer representative next day that address is not serviceable for Airtel broadband services. I requested to close my connection immidately and refund my amount as I have paid 3 months advance rent while used the services for only one month.

After placing request 80315182 to close my connection I got atleast 5-7...

Dear sir /mam, please help me as i want my call logs for incoming and outgoing calls, for some security reasons, for last 3 months. The past complaints raised are being addressed very late and after persistent follow-up by customer. Current service call has not been attended even after reminding several times. I have been billed even for the time that I could not use the broadband Internet because the complaints were attended after a week.
I demand refund and exemption for billing for the time I could not use the Internet because of delayed response from Airtel...
