On 1 April 2017 I recharged my mobile no [protected] with rs 345 and tried to pay the money via paytm Due to some rush issues the payment wasnt successful and so I did it again After some time both my payments were successful and I even got the message
Just after that I called 198 and talked to the customer care executive to which he said that since I have recharged twice the validity will be of 56 days instead of 28 days On 28 April my internet services were stopped and the customer care executives have already blocked my no I tried calling them for the entire day but all in vain Its still blocked I talked to them by one of friends phone on 30 april and the 121 senior care officer told me that my internet services will resume after 12 mid night but nothing happened Next day I again called him and to which he said that he hasnt said anything like that and was completely contradicting his previous promise and then he disconnected my call
345 is not a small amount Kindly look into the matter

      Yesterday I got the call from one of your customer care executive & they confirmed the SIM Activation Procedure completed and service will be continued without any disruptions.

      Today it repeated again and my mobile was saying SIM not provisioned. While I am calling from the other mobile it saying the 'Number does not exist'.

      Dear sir/sirs,

      I am one of your old customer who unfortunately subscribed to your iptv services as soon as they were launched. I subscribed to a bundle offer of iptv services, unlimited data and some calling benefits paying a sum of rs 2000/ on a monthly basis till your iptv services were discontinued towards the end of 2016.

      I continued with airtel despite it's poor broadband connectivity and below average iptv services just thinking that this was the best i could get.

      When your iptv services were discontinued at the end of 2016, i called up your customer care to give a me basic calling plan since i was not happy with the broadband services also. Hathway was providing much better services and prices and i had installed one of their connections on a trial basis and already used it for a month.

      Please note that all this while since september 2016 to 31st december 2016 my mother was in a critical condition in the hospital and i could not regularly follow up with reference numbers thinking that once the request had been made it would surely be acted upon by your globally renowned company.

      All me telephone bills are paid by standing instructions on my credit card by the way.

      Well, after my mother passed away in december and was free from all the family rituals, i finally got the time to call up airtel and i requested them to reduce my plan to basic calling plan. They offered me a plan of rs. 699/- which gave some calling benefits and data of 10 gb. When i told them that i do not require any data they replied that since this was the minimum plan they could offer so i might as well take the data bundled also since i did not have a choice.

      But they offered me a discount of 50% for the first 6 months and assured me that at least for the first 6 months i would be saving on my bills. Again since i had no choice i thought some saving is better than nothing and had to accept.

      But sir, my ordeal does not end here.

      Come march, come april and i am still getting bills according to the same iptv plan of rs 1800/- and my credit card company is more than happy to pay all bills on time since the money is not going out of their pockets.

      So i call up again "121 happy to help"... And i get a reply that they can see in their records that a request was made by me on the 1st of january 2017 to switch to a lower plan but "due to some technical error" it was not done and i was assured that it would be done very soon and all the excess amount charged from me would be refunded to me. And i was assured that i would get a confirmation soon within 48 hours that the change has been made.

      As expected no confirmation was sent to me and after almost a week when i called 121 they had all the history but nothing was getting processed. I told them that i was no longer interested to keep the connection and requested for a disconnection. They transferred my call to the disconnection department who after listening to the whole story assured me to do something and still took the request.

      Then the usual story, the so called retention department calls and asks me to narrate the entire fairy tale and then offers heartfelt apologies for the inconvenience caused and shows how deeply hurt he would be by losing an old and loyal customer like me and starts offering me mouth watering plans and literally begs me to give your company a chance. (By the way he was calling from an airtel landline [protected] and there was so much disturbance that he called me around 10 times that day and i could not make out a single word he was saying except for the intermittent "aap sun paa rahe hai?". I begged him to check his landline phone first before calling someone to resolve a complaint.)

      But persistent he was and after about 20 failed attempts he finally got thru to me the next day and started making promises that my plan would be rs.299/- and he would make it free for one month blah blah blah.

      He was representing you company, i would not even employ him to clean my car.

      Well, that was 4 days back.

      And finally i get a call from airtel very politely informing me that a bill of rs. 1874 is due for last month and my disconnection request will be processed only after i clear this bill.

          We have taken airtel digital tv one year back and we did not get tv for last 5 months. We have raised so many complaints. Customer care people are responding very arrogantly. Engineer told he has rectified the problem but when we have taken subscription after 1 year the same problem. We are not getting the digital tv from the day we have subscribed. We get irritated with this. So we request to return our money back.

            For the past 3 years i am using the number of +91 [protected] in vodafone postpaid on 26 april 2017 at 4.30pm i got the message that from it-601154 statuing the message at postpaid with unlimited local & std call+23gb data+free sms+free roaming incoming @ rs 499/. They asked me give a missed call according to that i gave. At 6.00pm from klr global inc and thay said that this plan will be valid till the date i am the customer of airtel postpaid after that only i asked them to login for they asked me send my photo and through whats app on the same day they logid in. 28 april 2017 i asked for port request from vodafone to airtel for the plan which they offered. It took 5 days for activation in airtel on 4 may 2017 i got activated in airtel after that i download the airtel app in that it shows me that for my plan i will be getting only 3gb of data. I contact with the dealer they dont know about the knowledge of the plain they are requesting me give which some time i get back to use after verifing about the plain after that when i contact the customer care of airtel that they said that u will be getting addition of 10gb of data for tha activation i will take of for 1 week for bonus of data only for 3 month after that i will getting on 3gb. Because of there wrong communication i am not statified and dosend like to use the airtel, i would like to go back to my old network vodafone with the plan which i used in that network

                Sir,
                I recharged my number 348 on 30 march and avail unlimited and 1gb/day benefit offer for entire year. And then again recharged on 27 april, but still not benefited with 1 gb/ day. When call airtel customer care, i was told that i was only suppose to have 1 gb data. But after availing offer for a year and again recharging my 4g number having a 4g device i'm not getting my befit, after sharing complete condition with your customer care officer, they told me to wait for 48 hrs and their superior will contact me. But haven't received call nor the benefit. I have airtel purchase receipts for both transactions which states that i have purchased your special offer by paying 348 rupees.

                              Dear airtel,

                              I'm writing this e-mail because i have reached the threshold limit of my patience.

                              I am a broadband user of yours. Since september last year (2016) i have been regularly calling your service center for inconsistent/irregular internet connection.
                              Practically every alternate day (Since sept 2016), my internet connection is down for at-least 30 mins, (Sometimes two times a day). I have been raising this issue constantly without any permanent resolution till now.

                              This issue is further compounded by the fact that service engineers of airtel make me close the service call by force. Your service technicians use the tactics of "goonda gardi" with customers, one particular engineer actually shouted at me, arguing that since the connection was working at the time he called, he should close the service request!

                              I have been a customer of airtel for almost 14 years now and if this is how you treat old customers, i shudder to think about the new ones.

                              I have spoken to the nodal/appellate office about this issue.in case there is no resolution, i will not hesitate to escalate this matter to trai (There has to a limit to how much airtel can arm-twist a customer). If i can pay the full rental on time every time, i expect consistent and hassle free service (I am paying for it).
                              So, if airtel cannot provide consistent service, it is only fair that the customer too shouldn't pay rentals consistently either.

                              More over, because of the behaviour of your service engineers, i am concerned about the safety of my family and me. These people know my residential address and i fear they will cause some kind of harm. I will be registering an fir/diary against this (Airtel service people) with my local police station for the safety of my family,

                              I need complete and permanent resolution to this, or, i need airtel to admit that this issue is beyond your capability to resolve in a professional manner.

                              The original sr number is 81450454. (I don't know what the status of the sr is right now - the engineer might have closed it himself).

                              And finally, every interaction with airtel causes way too much stress and anxiety. Thankfully number portability is available and many other isp's who can give better service than airtel. This is not a threat - this is meant to open your eyes - don't think your customers are fools and that you can take them for a ride and for granted. Social networking can spread the word like wild fire.

                                Hi, I have requested for a new Broadband connection on 29th April 2017 via application no RTLBLR 7348206. Till today my connection is not activated and installed. They promised installation within 48 hours. I also raised a complained about it on 3rd may 2017 compliant no SR81971684. Till now it is not resolved. I think the vendor (airtel.[protected]@gmail.com) who collected my documents have misused for documents for connection purpose. The vendor mobile nos are +[protected] and [protected] both the numbers they do not answer after 6 pm. Every day they promise installation will happen today. This is going on for last 3 days from 2nd May 2017. Their technician is demanding Rs 500/- for installation, while there is a provision of adding this charges in my 1st Bill. The TAT for resolving a complaint is 24 hours and it is over that.
                                Kindly help me to get justice.

                                Hi team, I have done recharge for 349 where a customer gets unlimited calls and data as 1 GB per day.
                                Offers are not clear to customers and also it's differing after recharge. I need a clear justification why this is changing after recharge. I am frustrated due to this.

                                    Pl provide the post paid bills from dec 2016 to april 2017
                                    Sir my landline broadband is not working from 15th april.
                                    I have booked complains times but they didn't respond.
                                    They mailed that cable is broke and will be restored till 24th april but connection is not restored yet.
