This is to bring to your kind notice that I have applied for disconnection of my Airtel broadband connection on 13th Nov 2021 (since I have moved to my hometown and thus do not require the connection anymore). Please note my account details below.

Even after repeated follow-up with your customer care executives on 121, my connection is still not disconnected with bills being generated month after month. Everytime I have been provided with false hopes and assurances such as your service will be barred from immediate effect etc, but no action has been taken from your side.
I can also list down at least 6 different service requests (Service request number: [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]) which has been generated from your side to close my connection but either they have been closed automatically without my permission in fraudulent ways or they have been left open.
This is unprecedented harassment caused by your organization's fraudulent behavior which I think is quite common going through online posts and blogs which mentions similar problems faced by your customers in disconnecting their connections.
I have said this many times earlier and I am mentioning this in bold letters again that -I DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE WITH THE ABOVE MENTIONED CONNECTION. NEITHER DO I WANT ANY RETENTION CALLS FROM YOUR SIDE. THEREFORE PLEASE DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION WITH IMMEDIATE EFFECT, otherwise i will be forced to escalate this issue further and proceed with legal action.
