Just Turn on the data on mobile and it consumes Data for not using any thing. I don't have any update in my mobile but data consuming is very fast then any other Company I have used Vodafone before and I don't faced any of these problems and but switching to Airtel it eats data faster just for simple browsing for hour I got sms that i have consumed 70% of data

    Not providing gst invoice for recharge payments

    I did an airtel recharge for 699 on november 29 2021 for which no gst invoice is present on airtel thanks app.This recharge was done using amazon pay balance.A similar recharge of rs 699 was done in january 2022.I am asking airtel to send me gst invoice for this .but airtel customer care says they can not provide that.also I tried to reach them on twitter by personal message.I am not getting any reply from them.why airtel can not share gst...

      I am an NRI working in saudi arabia and Visit my native in India once or twice a year. I had subscribed to a Airtel prepaid life time service SIM card in my last visit to India in the month of April'09. Mobile phone no is +91 [protected] It was explained to me by the Airtel Agent that I need to have a minimum balance of atleast Rs 200/- to keep the SIM card active. But the problem is as it is showing no service will my recharge affect. Will my sim get its signal back. I asked customer care for a garuntee but they are not giving proper response they are just saying to recharge Rs 200. Please help with this issue.

        I raised a disconnection request on 30th Nov. It has not been actioned yet. I keep getting charged for a connection I haven't been using and I keep getting reminder calls to pay the bill. Numerous calls with customer support staff has not resolved the issue

          I am in Airtel Black Plan, One of my postpaid mobile, AIRTEL has charged on my post Paid bill around 324 rupees for using the services of 543212(which
          we haven't used this service. i wonder by seeing this bill and called the AIRTEL customer care service people. There way of answer is very rude and disrespecting the customer. They are not ready to investigate on why this bill was charged and also not ready to show the proof .
          I feel very bad that this people are charging illegally and making our money and time waste .

              Have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs. 2000 on 4th April 2017 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of Rs. 200. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

                Hello team,
                This is how airtel started doing fraud..like WT[censored] I recharged my prepade number from airtel thanks app and i didn't received the GST bill i received the bill for previous month and for this month there is no option to download receipt. I called to CUSTOMER support and told me to go to airtel store...so what is this process all about we have to recharge online and for taking bill i need to go to store..such a ### company it is..
                Highly unexpected.
                If any ways to receive gst bill online kindly suggest

                      Hi Team
                      I am lodging this complaint against Airtel for requesting inflated bill due payment of ₹ 1122.86/- after successful port out with all due clearance for my postpaid account (9633******) relationship number[protected].
                      I had sent e-mails to nodal & appellate office about the falsified bill due claim but no luck yet with requisite actions.
                      Hence lodging the complaint for legal remedy.

                          I recharged my Airtel number for 99 rupees on the 29th of January since then I have not made a single phone call and yet my balance has been deducted for phone calls I have not made please refund the amount for those phone calls this is my third complaint, if you have refunded the amount then you can overlook this complaint.

                            I recharged my phone number on the 29th for 99 rupees, since then I have not made a single phone call and my balance has been deducted of 98 rupees for phone calls that I have not made, please refund 98 rupees to my phone number.

                              I bought 2nd airtel DTH connection in the month of May 2021. I recharged my recharge on 002 connection but it was not reflecting. On contacting customer care I got to know that since I recharged 001 connection hence it is not reflecting to 002 connection. Next time onwards, I consiously selected 002 connection and recharged as I did not want to use 001 and was expecting it to get suspended due to no recharge but one day I realised my 002 topup recharge is getting eshaused far ealry than expected. On contacting customer care, they told me the reacarge done on 002 is being distributed on both the connections. I was shocked knowing this cheating that on their app they ask to choose connection in case of multi-connections and I alwasy selected 002 and still they were charing me for both without my consent that I want to recharge 001 or not. I want my refund back.

                                In Pune district ( Manchar; Narayangoan) Airtel glary owner charging extra amount RS 100 for old SIM swap which is against TARI guidance.
                                they are not helping to customer but taking disadvantage of rural people.

                                  Complaint Reference: 55843054 /[protected]. Like this received many reference. Till date registered the complaint not net solved. Over almost 120 days our entire family strugulling while switch on the TV and select the channel programe, day-day am getting bad experience from my family members dut to this issues am unable to continue my regular works and also my helath felt under sick, Follwing Airtel for me become a regular duty such like sending mail, caling Airtel customer care, visit Airtel outlet but no response, As you all aware during this Covid time only watching TV entertainment. Overall family members accomodate in house and given important on watching TV, however situation TV remote not working since long days as a family head just think about my situation, Airtel is full responsible for my pain and have to answer to my question. Only small remote problem such like Airtel big company unable to solve the problem, than why they are promoting DTH like new brands. Month wise we are paying rent, suppose if any payment delayed Airtel immediately disconnected the connection until receive the payment. In my case since last 3 months we are strugulling with Airtel instrument, in such condition Airtel have to pay, Once complaint registered / remainder from Airtel i will received a call stating that within 24Hrs will attend the complaint, after couple of hours from Airtel service team will call and asked me to share 4 digit OTP to refresh / extend my complaint, during this 4 months several times received calls and become a practice. Kindly intervene on this issues and do the needful at the earliest. Note: Our TV remote malfunctioning unable smooth operation.

Remote control is specially designed for this brand, and I am not interested in purchasing it in the local market. Hope Airtel side there is proper head to deal the customer queries, Airtel survey in such condition than why Forcing customer to purchase DTH, during this 5 months had I enough experience and also Airtel pressure force me to admit in Hospital. In the end, I spent a lot on these issues like, daily attending Airtel feedback calls, during my office hours, Airtel eating my busy hours, Airtel Fake message, Etc.. Still the remote complaint has not yet been attended. FYI, I registered the complaint during the warranty period, Over 5 months, now what to do. Hope Airtel acts like headless chicken, there is no proper leader to investigate these small remote issues. Very shame, I never had such a bad experience in my life. As you are not aware, I am also working as BDM Business development Manager in L&T. Really I feel sad about this issue.

                                  Since the complaint not yet attende, but Airtel update problem resolved. Airtel giving false feedback, like this cheating the customer is not fair, Airtel is full responsibility to answer with proper reason, without knowing customer feedback simply sendig false reply, is this the way Airtel treating the customer. I need proper response for my complaint.

                                    Im a prepaid user me not taking any talktime loan or data loan.

                                      It is well over 10 days that I had requested Airtel Customer Service to Transfer my Broadband connection from my old address in Cooke Town, Bangalore to my new Address in HRBR Layout, Bangalore.

                                      An Airtel Agent called me to confirm the new address. Another Agent calls me and tells me Call 121 and put in a Shift request. I did this.

                                      Yet another Agent calls me an tells me to put in a request on Airtel Thanks. I did this too.

                                      Till today NOTHING has happened. I will not be paying my bill for a service that I can't use.

                                      Absolutely pathetic service from AIRTEL.
