      Network Issue - very poor Indoor signal strength

      I;m facing network issue at my location (Inside my home to be specific). The signal strength is too weak where the call gets disconnects frequently.

      I have aitel 4g dongle, last month payment made on 7th march, but my connection was disconnected, hence i went to madipakkam airtel office and given all the proofs (Bank statement, receipt details, merchant debit reference id), still my connection is not enabled, today i had connteced custoemer care office reg my payment, still they are saying not received. Also got call from madipakkam airtel showroom, saying that again come and submit the payment details againg.
      Also airtel forcing to pay the amount for my account till date (They are expecting to pay the amount even my id was blocked period as well)

      Had requested connection closed request but they are saying full payment to be done then only can able to close the connection so until my old payment issue resolved till that time i need to pay the money

          I have opted for airtel 349 plan (Unlimited calls + 1gb data everyday for 28days) but after 2 days data is not working... Not even 2g.. This is really pathetic and least expected from airtel.. I do have called cc.. That gentelman said i'm not eligible for 1gb data for 28days and i will get only 1gb/month... If i'm not eligible then who else is eligible??? Will airtel give this offer to jio customer???

            I have purchased the ₹348 plan from Airtel. It works really well. However, I've been facing a huge problem recently. At midnight, when I'm supposed to get 300 more minutes and a GB of data, the services promised stop working. The problem is resolved after around 2-3 hours past midnight. I need the internet throughout the day as I am a student. I called the customer care and they said that this is absolutely natural. However, I don't think so. Kindly fix this ASAP.

                  Requested for shifting of my landline[protected] on 16/02/2017 Ref. No. 78971628. 5 days time was given. Moved out of premises to new one. 02/03/2017 get a bill adjusted from my advance deposit. 02/04/2017 again billed advance adjusted and now calling for balance of Rs 270.00. After all efforts of 45 days wrote to disconnect on 07/04/2017 in frustration as does it take 45 days ? 20 emails to [protected]@in.airtel.com, Nodal and Appellate but, all are sleeping. Best part my new address on bill has come but, no connection given. Daily chasing for Rs 270.00 is remarkable. I should get refund back or I have to pay not able to understand.
                  Given advance got cheated as diluted all my advance deposits in fake billing and now calling for difference payment where as I am suppose to get back my funds for unused period i.e. 16/02/2017 onward. Again they will take 7 days to disconnect and will raise one more bill and demand balance money with late fee and new bill funds too. Big cheating practices. Please help me

                      Dear sir

                      I had given the following complaint regarding not providing broadband connection aand I have not heard anything till date. As on one of the distributor of airtel Mr. Khan had collected my application for broadband connection application no. TBLR 7309111 as on 05/04/2017. The airtel official told that the connection will be provided within 48 days. But neither distributor Mr. Khan mobile no. [protected] and his technical manager Mr. Sharan Kumar mobile no. [protected] did not respond my calls regarding the connection. Again I came to know that since they have not taken action against my application my application logged in was logged out and rejected. Again on following up the applcation was relogged in and my cheque was debited on 19/04/2017 for Rs. 3447 payable to Bharti Airtel ltd. But till date I have not received any connection and these two people are not responding my calls. I fear that there is a fraud played on me and my application money is swindled by the airtel people without giving connection. Please help me to get the broadband connection.

                        I purchased a new airtel sim ([protected]) @ rs 290. Offering free calling & 1gb data per day @ 4g network initially it worked @ 4g network but after a weak it begins work on 3g network. I visited airtel store they are not responding well. They are saying airtel 4g network has been closed on your area. Kindly take a legal action. And airtel challenge for a open network. Where is open network? Plz take a legal action regarding this. Thnku & have a nice day.

                          Hi, I am not receiving any SMS from any network except Airtel most of the times, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from about a month and I have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved by such and such date and time and I never get any response.                               where i hv to check shartein (Shartein Lagu) as I activate this plan immediate i got sms only 3000 call are free for you why i dont want plan for Internet i want for call that why activate this plan... after that i went Airtel Gallery In mira road first she is saying all from where did this activate this plan what ur show me ...is this compulsory to tell where plan Activate ...i told her plz show me Terms & Condition mention in WebSite then wait then she searching where r terms and condition after she says I got mail about terms and Condition then i told her show me now she says sorry we no right to show mail ...That kind Store Manager you keep in this Big Store... Where u mention terms and Condition(Shartein Lagu)...its Totally Fraud with Customer...

                                The landline is out of order since Nov 2016.WiFi is not working. Inspire of complaints on 121 there has been no response. Now after five months airtel is demanding payment of bill.which is highly irregular and unjustified.please disconnect it immediatly
                                Inspite of reminders on 121, airtel failed to resolve the complaint and make landline working.

                                  I have been following up with the airtel customer care, from past 1 month, regarding the up-gradation of plan on my existing number,
                                  Plan details-
                                  Current plan on my number - 349 Rs (unlimited calling + 1gb data for a month)
                                  Plan currently given by airtel to other customers - 349 Rs (unlimited calling + 28gb data for a month)

                                  I have repeatedly raised a request/complaint with the customer care executives, and also via twitter and facebook... but every time they keep saying, we have taken your complaoin, and the service will be updated on your number within 2-3 working days.
                                  Its over a month, but still my complaint has not been resolved, and many times some customer care executives, are rude enough to say, if you are not happy with your existing plan, you can port out to other operators.

                                  I am tired of complaining with the airtel customer care department, but nothing has been done.

                                  Taking help of this forum, so that, they upgrade the services on my number as well (services which they are claiming that it is for all the customers).

                                  Kindly take this issue on priority, and resolve it.

PFA the screenshot of the fb chat, where from past 4 days, they are just telling, they will call to address my issue, but i am not getting any call, even after reminding them continously.

                                  Really disappointed by your service quality. This is not the airtel, which i have been using from past so many years.

                                  My problem is still not resolved... And when did you guys shared the resolution details? You just reiterated what i have been hearing from customer care from 1 month, that is, to wait for the offer to get activated on my number... this is not the solution I was looking for.

                                  If you guys are unable to resolve my problem, just admit it, and tell me to port out publicly, so that others also know, how awesome your service is.

                                  Really disappointing... even after taking help of public forum, you guys havent done anything to solve the issue, rather just gave a diplomatic reply...

                                  If you guys are not capable of solving the problem, have the guts to accept it...

                                    Dear Airtel Admin,
                                    I was using the number [protected] since a long time. the last message i received from airtel on this number was on 15th of feb which was for special recharge 35 rs. Since i travel a lot for my job i had kept this number which doesnt get used from time to time. Airtel did not even bother to inform before disconnecting my services which created a lot of problems.. i purchased it with lifetime validity. I need this number to be activated as my whatsap is linked to it and all my connection will be lost please activate this sim.

                                      I gave a request for change of address for Wi-Fi in 1st week of Feb. I came to know later from customer care team leader that the request was not processed as there is no network feasibility in the new area where we shifted. I shouted at team leader as the same was not informed to the customer. She apologized and taken request to cancel the Wi-Fi service. Later I got a new bill to the new address. I don't know what's happening with Airtel service.
