Company have changed their process of minimum recharge from 49 to 99 without any communication to the users. I have done recharge on my 3 of numbers of rs 100 each. But the validity didn't extended. When I called them they say that we need to do a validity pack of 99 to extend the validity. I'm not sure why do we specifically need to do that recharge rather we should be able to increase the validity by doing any recharge higher then then minimum recharge value. When I spoke to customer care she confirmed that no communication have been shared by Airtel regarding the same. Users need to goto Airtel app to check that. In India not all users are aware to use their app. Basically airtel is not transperent and are cheating users

      My Phone number spoofing

      Hi, Looks like my phone number is spoofed as I get calls from Random numbers saying i had called them. Earlier a crypto currency platform spoofed my number where a army veteran tried contacting me. I had raised this issue with airtel support with evidence and was suggested to change my sim to avoid any sim swap danger.
      However, the spoofing continues and i still get calls. Even yesterday i got a call from [protected] stating they...

      Since one week daily midnight my net stops working and it works properly in morning... what if someone is in emergency ..? Have tried to reach them but no initiative from airtel.. I[censored] can't handle the customers then shut the damn company... They are best in taking money and not providing services.:. Since one week i cant use my internet at midnight...

          I recently ported my sim to airtel. I got the network I tried calling to 59059 but it didn't connect. I recharged my number. My internet started working But my incoming is not yet started . Whenever someone tries to call me it says Invalid number. Please fix this issue. As I am not able to use my net bank since I am not getting otp.

            Hi,

            My father has gone to US to meet my sister and for that, I had activated a 1 month IR plan on his airtel number which got expired on 23rd Dec. Earlier Airtel had a policy in which if you are travelling internationally and activate a roaming plan, the same plan would get activated again once it ends. Im this case as the plan ended on 23rd Dec and my father was still in US, they shifted him to a daily IR plan and since he is not that tech savvy, he missed the notifications even if they have sent any and because of which the bill has become extremely high. Now my question is shouldn’t the organization have that moral responsibility and apply the best possible IR plan in case the customer forgets to reactivate it which in this case would be monthly plus why would you change that you need to reactivate your plan whenever it is ending.

                Due to some feasibility constraint in your locality, new Airtel Xstream Fiber connection (request No. [protected]) could not be processed. The refund of the paid amount will be processed soon.
                I received this massage date of 14/01/2022 from airtel.

                But still I have not received refund.

                    I don't have any active plan but have sufficient balance for sending port SMS, the SMS sending fails.

                    As per TRAI rules, no active plan needed to send port SMS.

                      I requested for my fixed landline/broadband disconnection on Dec06/2021 with a request no:[protected] and my Fiber ID[protected]_ap.
                      I moved to other broadband connection after requesting to airtel for disconnection by mail(attached for reference)and also by calling customer care multiple times.
                      But still this month by bill got generated and asking me to the bill(589rs),
                      Which is very disappointing, even after calling multiple times..CC executive and supervisor also spoke. Late they told backend team will call...still i will get so many unnecessary calls and asks for OTP for cancelling the connection. But still nothing happened, its Ridiculous, Very bad service, Lot of disturbance, unnecessary pressure, . Kindly do the necessary action and do the needful.

                          Hi,

                          I'm so disappointed with your services that I think I need to go to the Consumer Forum for the unprofessional behavior of Airtel towards my request.

                          I've shifted from my Delhi address to my Hometown Patna and the customer service agent told me that they can fix the connection to my Hometown. However, when i took my router and modem from delhi to patna as advised by your agent then after chasing with you for almost 5-6 times your agent told me that this connection could not be fixed in Patna.

                          I told them to discontinue my service in that case from 27th June 2021 and refund me my money. However, since then I haven't heard anything from your team and have not received my refund. Is this a joke and do you play like this with all your customers?

                          I want immediate attention to my matter or I would not hesitate to take legal actions towards airtel. This has caused me so much mental stress.

                              Hi..

                              My wife's name is Indu and we live in Faridabad, Haryana. Last month, we had to travel to Dubai for some personal work and we took flight on 25 December. We did not require any international roaming package from Airtel and we did not ask for it too. But, when my wife received her December bill, we were shocked to see that Airtel has imposed a per day iUAE roaming package of 649/- Rs. on us and they have also charged for other international call and messages. Since than, I have sent our complaint via their twitter and Airtel app, but have not received any revert.

                              Please help us on this issue.

                                  I have paid for Airtel Xstream in advance and before payments sales person committed to do installation on same day. But after payment he postpone it for next day and give excuses. Then next day also he just gives false commitment and nothing happened. Its is a very bad experience with the airline. First impression is 3rd Class how could I think to continue with such customer support. I will choose to get refund instead to continues with such company who's employee gives fake commitment and only focus to grab the customer instead to support and properly guide them with clarity.

                                      I visited the Airtel store as I was facing issue with services and they changed the Sim. Even after that I'm not able to use the services. Also, after the SIM change I'm not able to enable VOLTE. I inserted a Vodafone SIM and then my device showed volte. But then after insert the Airtel back, volte is not shown in my device. The ### CUSTOMER service says we are raising a service request, please wait. They are closing the service requests without giving any resolution. Such a waste telecom service airtel is.
