Hi sir/madam

I am raghavender bearing airtel mobile number [protected] and [protected].

I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction regarding the billing and customer service of airtel. I raised a request to deactivate data plan on my both numbers and service request number 75132096 was raised on 29 march.

To my surprise i received a message stating that service request number 75361079 on 7th april saying that my request to deactivate data plan was received on 7th april and will be addressed within 23 hours. When i called the customer care, i got a response that my earlier request 75132096 was cancelled and they do not have reason for that.

I never cancelled the request number 75132096 and this was done purposefully on 7th april because my bill cycle end on 6th april. Customer service executive was rude in handling my questions and he has not allowed me to speak executives at next level and more over i was made to wait for about 18 minutes and finally i had to disconnect the call. Service executive raised a request number[protected] to ensure me that a call will be arranged to address my concern but this was closed immediately and never received a call back.

I very well understand that these are very cheap tricks played by all telecom companies including airtel to exploit customers. I just wanted to understand why the ticket number 75132096 was closed with my knowledge. Why should i be charged 200 rs extra for the present bill cycle without me getting the data (I stopped getting the data on 29 march)

I request you to please look into the issue and make sure i am not charged for data and kindly provide me reason behind closing the ticket raised on 29 march

      Hi Team,

      I have made 349 recharge based on message received to mobile, I got a successful message after recharge but I am not able to make any calls and even the data is not activated.

      Please refund my money back or I else I will come out of your connection if the problem is not resolved.

            Maine apne no pe [protected] pe 297 ka 3 april ko recharge karwaya tha aur usme maine apne mobile se check kiya tha offer toh 297 mai 28 days ulitimited aur 50mb net aur 7 april ko bolta hai hai recharge karwaiyeh. Maine retailer se bhi jannch karwaya, customer care se bhi baat kiya. Mere paas recording bhi hai uss din offer ks msg bhi hai, aur toh aur uss din retailer ka mobile mai bhi offer dikhaya tha. Yeh airtel wale ne dhokha kiya hai. Pura.

              I am using Airtel broad band connection and I have transferred my connection from one place to another on the same locality. Connection installed to the new location and It was working fine but suddenly it was stopped working 3 days back and logged a request with request # 80911340 but till now i didn't get any resolution. When I am getting the request status from call center then every time I am getting the same response that 'There are some technical issue'. Its very frustrating for me with the Airtel services.

                      Hi, Am a part of airtel family for past 10 years. my and my wife, my father and mother having each postpaid and prepaid airtel nos. On 5/4/2017 at 11.30 PM i have recharged my airtel 499 on wrongly instead of to recharge my MTS datacard no. i connect the airtel executive on 6/4/2017 from 8.30 pm onwards, and i came to know that for 499, its international roaming for 1 days and that is going to expired on 6/4/2017 12 pm onwards. i informed to executive to change the plan . they told to not to revert back. they gave higher official to no to speak further. am try to connect [protected] with complaint reg no[protected]. i need my money back. or recharge 499 to my main balance of my airtel postpaid no or recharge any data plans. this my request, kindly revert back.

                        The tower can provide coverage to all the industries in the area and a huge residential population is also very well in the Line of Sight.

                            Please look into issue. My family have 4 airtel no. and we are old cudtomer. As a poor network situstion Me and my family will move on another service provider. Because this is very bad if im received call then me and caller not listing voice.

                              I received a msg from your end saying that I will be getting unlimited local std calls and 1gb data daily for 28 days.

                              I activated the pack and also I received a msg saying it got added. I came to know that my data usage was charged from my balance. I request you to kindly add the pack and refund the money which was deducted for data usage.

                              If not pls refund my full amount or i will go away from your network.

                                Have opted for airtel broadband fibernet connection on 28/02/2017 They took nearly one month to process it, subsequently i received call from the customer executive enquiring about the address and contact information.I have been informed that your airtel executive will collect the advanced rental amount of Rs. 2100 on 26/03/2017 (Sunday), the same amount has been paid and received the airtel bill as well. Also i have received a message from AD-AFIBER via my mobile as
                                "Thanks for your interest in AIRTEL FIBER BROADBAND, please call us for any support. Call[protected]"

                                My complaint (AIRTEL) and the reference number is 80654918

                                The executive information has been provided below:

                                  Seasons Greetings to you, and this email finds you in Good Health.

                                  This email is written not only to notify about the grievance but the amount of sufferings we face day to day with poor airtel signal in our area, our area which is a suburb of Hyderabad. The name of our area is lake view Colony in Pragathi Nagar of Hyderabad - 500090. This area lies very close to a beautiful lake named Ambir Cheruvu. From this area I Sathish kumar. S represent the Vaishnavi Perfect Towers, Secretary. It is no doubt that Airtel is the best mobile/Telco service provider in terms of 4g Signal and the best Network Clarity for the World, but not for Lake View Colony Pragathi Nagar. The Reason being -the nearest Airtel tower is atleast 4 km from our apartment radius. There comes the beautiful story of Network service providers including airtel ignored the basic rights of Mobile signal in our area fearing some unknown political reasons, which only god knows. Yes there is no mobile tower in lake view colony, and still our area lives in dark ages.
                                  For better ventilation and away from the urban crowd i have purchased a flat in this area in 2009 without knowing the problems of mobile network signal. A billion Thanks to Airtel when it took lot of guts to provide us the landline connection in our area, I have so much of grattitude for that, I have a airtel landline connection from 2010 to communicate with the outer world. Earlier I had a tata docomo mobile connection till 2015, I have number ported to Airtel for the only reason that I already have a landline connection with Airtel for more than 8 years Based on that I am a special customer for Airtel, so it would be easy to get good services, I request for mobile signal boosting or a Network signal repeater to be installed in my apartments, for the very reason that more than 50 people use airtel connection. Infact I have told to incurr the device charges, But in Vain.
                                  I got a clear cut message from Airtel that they are not going to increase the signal or provide a Mobile signal booster device, I have literally begged Airtel in various cases with service requests, the point is that they dont say a "NO", they deny amicably by ignoring my emails or simply say "your mobile is not reachable". It is a basic common sense I am requesting a service for betterment of mobile service, which already denotes that I dont have a mobile service in my area, so always I have provided my landline number to be contacted. I have raised many service requests all have been sent to recycle bin by your customer support executives.
                                  I have only one ask, being a timely payer of mobile and landline bills, I would like to have mobile signal in my house premises, and its my right to have it. I am begging you/pleading you to provide it. I work for a multinational company in which i am not getting any business calls when I am at home, which is indirectly playing a role in my career growth as well. Please prrovide a mobile signal booster for betterment of 50 people using airtel connection in our Vaishnavi Perfect towers association. Other details please find below:

                                      I received call from airtel official Vinay Patel ([protected]) on 04/04/2017, he asked to recharge my dth connection giving me different offers. I explained him that my house is being renovated and i will be unable to use the connection for next 6 to 8 months. So he told me to put dth on hold for 6 month for which i will have to recharge for Rs 199. He told me that I will the the balance will not get deducted and practically i have no loss in recharging. So i recharged my dth online (through airtel.in) and called him again. He told me the connection will be put on hold. Next day i noticed that my connection got recharged with one month plan. Then i tried to solve the issue by calling customer care and Mr Vinay but now Mr Vinay is behaving rudely, his tone changed completely. He misguided me and put me in financial loss of Rs 200.

                                        As per my enquiry through mail on 01.04.17, one Ms.Manisha called me on 02.04.17 and explained about DTH Service. As she said, a qualified technician will be sent to my residence, and the connection will be installed properly without any problem. On 03.04.2017, a technician named as Mr.Yadagiri (cell No.[protected]) from M/s Sri Laxmi Enterprises, Saradhi Studios Road, Maitrivanam, Ameerpet, Hyderabad Cell No.[protected] & [protected]) has come to my home at Gayatri nagar, Borabanda at 11 a.m and fixed the antenna immediately without checking signals. He even doesn't know how to fix the cables also properly. I helped him in this process also. He tried upto 5 p.m and could not get the signal and nothing has done on that day. He wasted a valuable day and to my surprise, he left without installing the same. I told him to take back the equipment when there is no signal, as told by him, he refused to do so and went away. M/s Sri Laxmi Enterprises also not responded to my calls till date i.e, 06.04.2017. I complained the same thing through emails and contacting the customer care no.[protected] many times and Mr.Jignesh and Mr.Santosh chinnadurai, chennai confirmed me that as I am not interested in the connection, my order no.17474408 & ID No.[protected] will be cancelled immediately and a representative from Airtel DTH will take back the equipment by 06.04.2017 evening. But till now (now the time is 09.20 p.m) nobody turned up to collect the same. Even from yesterday onwards, I could not get the customer care no. also.

                                        As I experienced the worst and irresponsible behavior on the installation day itself, I decided to cancel my order and requesting the concerned to take back the equipment immediately as the equipment still lying at my home. It is their responsibility to take back the equipment which is fixed by their irresponsible and rude technician and I hereby bring to the concerned that I am not going to pay even a single rupee on my behalf.

                                        Dear consumers, don't go for Airtel DTH as it is the worst service provider!
