    My mobile number is +[protected].
    When I took this simcard, I did a recharge of 349. I was told that 1gb data/day is only on 4g handsets and I use a 3g handset as of now.
    On 7th April 2017 I receive a text from AT-ARWINF saying that "Effective 6th Apr 2017, benefit on Rs349 recharge for Airtel mobile has been revised. You get: Unlimited All Calls + 1GB Data/Day Validity: 28days. This benefit can be used on all type of handset 4G/3G/2G"
    After reading ceiling this text I realised that I am not getting 1gb/day. So today on 09/04/2017 I called customer care and asked them about it. A agent named Seema told me that she cannot see any such message and asked me to read the message back to her. After reading the entire message she said she has raised a complaint and a complaints officer will call me in 4 hours.
    The reference to this conversation is "Thank you for contacting us.Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile [protected] has been resolved to your satisfaction.Your Ref.no.is CBNRD[protected] registered on 09-apr-2017 12:58".
    I did not receive any call for 5 hours so called customer care back again and this time it was Dharmendra on the other side. I told him the situation and then he checked the details and then asks me if my query was about Airtel dish TV. This means the previous agent Seema had done nothing. And now the agent tells me to take that message to the nearest Airtel store.
    The reference for this conversation is "Thank you for contacting us.Hope the concern related to your airtel mobile [protected] has been resolved to your satisfaction.Your Ref.no.is CBNRV[protected] registered on 09-apr-2017 18:04".
    This behavior from a customer service agent is ridiculous. I have been a customer service manager for a UK based network and I know how the entire system works. Fooling customers to end the call as early as possible is not a good remark.
    The message I have received is from Airtel company itself and now they behave as if they don't even know about it. All I want is to activate the service of 1gb data/ day on my 3g handset as written in the text by Airtel. Kindly do it else I make sure I take this up till consumer court and in media too as I have the texts and the call recordings of your agents.

      I am receiving continuous call from November onwards from Airtel customer care and their DST team to port my Vodafone number in Airtel number. I am keep saying them that I do not want to port and also email them regarding the same but they are still calling me. Since I am staying in Ghaziabad I had even emailed Airtel Delhi & Uttar Pradesh appellate authority on March 31st but situations remains the same.

          I recharged with Rs. 349 with Txnid :[protected].
          I received an offer through airtel App that if I Recharge with RS. 349 I will get unlimited data 3G/4G (1GB/day) with that recharge, but I got only 1GB for 28 days. Please add remaining internet balance to my account.

              On 31st night I recharged for 349rs but myairtel app said that there is some technical issue so we will refund your money. so I recharged again for 349rs. But I didn't get my money back. Please respond immediately. thanks

                I have Airtel broadband connection and had recently shifted my home and has requested for shifting the connection.. They still haven't provided me the connection and when I call each time they say I wil get connection in 24 to 48 hours..now it's more than 8 days without broadband and they are least bothered..                   myself nithesh kumar, i was using my mother's simcard for the past 2to3 years.Since i am a student studying 12, my dad took my mobile and placed it somewhere, this happened 6 months before.Now i completed my studies, my father assured to return my mobile back..but it was found to be lost .He didnt notice when this happened.Assuming that it was lost, my mom went to apply for anew simcard of same number([protected])in nearby airtel office(perambur).they replied that it was activated for another name since the simcard was inactive for nearly 45 days and also added that they have sent a message regarding simcard changeover in another name but we didnt notice . my question is...without my mother's permission how they are supposed to change . we tried calling the number([protected])...but it was not reachable.is it possible to get our number back?

                    I never thought the customer service from Airtel DTH services are too worst.
                    I've submitted the relocation request 10 days back, but still I'm not getting the resolution for this. Initially the person from Airtel visited and asked me to close the request as there was som internal issue. He asked me to call once the problem got resolved. I called him somany times but no response. I've submitted the request again on 06th April, 2017. They promised me that it will be resolved within 24Hrs but they never and keep saying the new address is not updated in the database. It's already 2 days but they didn't get back to me. I've spoken to the representatives and bull **** supervisors but there is no action taken from them at all. Worst service and will not recommend Airtel to anyone. Shameless people.

                        The more I try the more I fail in understanding that I can receive the calls on my number but am unable to call anyone back. I have left no stone unturned but in vain. Please help me out. Otherwise, it won't take time to file a case against Airtel. I tried to call the customer care team but they have a list of variations rather than solving issues of customers.

                          Airtel broadband and mobility- recently got hard and low my latest kid on the block Jio has started resorting to cheating the customers with malicious offers which in the end do not deliver the committed services.

                          I was recently offered a bundled offer with my existing broadband connection. They offered me 5 GB extra data if took another service from them like mobile or tv. I chose mobile and the next day a sales person called me up and filled me up on the plan offering. She conveniently skipped the part that in order to get the full benefits of the plan, I must be using a 4G handset.

                          After several calls and follow ups with the call centre and Nodal officer, I am yet to get both the 5GB benefits on my broadband and on my phone.

                          What's even funnier is that they cannot provide a consolidated bill for both services either.

                              I received calls daily for several months from Airtel to switch to 4g sim for free. As the daily calls were annoying, i agreed to them and switched to 4g sim. Ever since i started using 4g sim, i dont get proper internet speed. 3g was much better than 4g. Though there is full signal bars and 4g symbol, internet speed is not even equivalent to 2g. I'm facing this issue at home, office and wherever i travel. Unable to use internet now. Why did u trouble me to get 4g sim i[censored] cant provide proper network. And i have been trying an hour to reach a customer care agent but there is no way to reach you. Tried 121, 198, 123 and [protected]. Tired of it. You are just making my life miserable.

                                  24th March 2017 i.e. [protected]. All things like payment, verification, etc are done properly and number also activated timely but FRC ( First Recharge) from them is still pending..
                                  Because of this I m practically handling very much problem.
                                  I m requesting to solve this problem as soon as possible so that I can use my number free of mind.

                                  I m updating some points from earlier complain so please take a review of it.
                                  I had purchased airtel two new no. From employee Mohd Kayumm (employee code- D27726) On
                                  24th March 2017 i.e. [protected] and [protected]. All things like payment, verification, etc are done properly and number also activated timely but FRC ( First Recharge) from them is still pending..
                                  I have conversation with him also before two days and he told me that I deposit all money to senior or TL( sales head- Rahul dixit, Abhishek ghosh. TL- sushil ) and many times asking for it but they are not processing your recharge.
                                  Because of this I m practically handling very much problem.
                                  I m requesting to solve this problem as soon as possible so that I can use my number free of mind.

                                    My name is Prashant Mahere, I am using a post paid connection [protected]. I have received a call from Mr. Indresh on 30th March regarding waiver for my outstanding amount (approx Rs. 9200/-). He said if i will pay 4500/- on the same day or 2, he will give me waiver of pending amount (4700/-).

                                    As per his commitment I paid Rs. 4500/- on 31st March to Mr. Saurabh Tiwari (Receiving attached).

                                    On 3rd March company aboard my services without confirming me. After discussed with Priyanka on 121, she told me that I am eligible for approx Rs.1800/- discount. Then why your agent (Indresh) mis-commuted me.

                                    I have also registered a Network problem before 2 or 3Months but still not getting network on my house (Vaishali, Ghaziabad).

                                    Note-: I haven't received confirmation call from Airtel regarding the waiver amount and natwork resolvation.

                                      This is Ankur Rohilla, Mob no. [protected]. I have written many emails to customer care [protected]@airtel.com. Instead of resolving my complaint they even don't have time time to give a single reply.
                                      How can one retain customer by providing such services.
                                      Earlier also i faced some problem with airtel services but this is worst of all, in which i lost money ₹549 .
