An unknown person with mobile no. registered on WhatsApp [protected] is disturbing my family members and chat with them by telling a fake identity of my family members and chats vulgarly. He copies the details and chats with another in such a way that he is one of our family members and gives a fake identity of one of family member and shares information. He is a threat to my whole family. Please check the phone number and kindly find who is this person. Someone is intruding into our personal lives, please check the number as soon as possible.

This is not the only instance against above mentioned number. There are already complaints registered against it. Please take immediate action.

    Hi,
    I am Sivakumar my number is [protected]. I am using 1 prepaid, 3 postpaid, 1 dth and broadband connection for almost 6 years. But their service is very pathetic and customer care doesn't even bother to help and they are so arrogant if you are calling from prepaid but the case is totally different if you call from postpaid numbers. I recharged for 349 but the Internet was not working for almost 3 days they didn't intimate about the distruption nor refunded the money on prorata basis. I wanted to port out all my connections and services from airtel so sent port message. After this I was called by some lady and she assured me that she will do 349 recharge for next month but the cutomer care is denying it. I am moving out of airtel completely with all my services now. GOOD BYE AIRTEL.

      On 08th April 2017, I tried calling customer care since 4:20 Am and the time is now 5:22 Am, every time i call and get connect to the customer care executive he simply keeps breathing and doesnt talk at all.
      this continued for 3-4 calls, later when I shouted he spoke and said I can't hear for that and placed my call on hold and never spoke again I had to cut the call and call again but again the same the person simply keeps breathing without even acknowledging. Please escalate this as this is a waste of time for genuine customers like me and pathetic customer service by airtel

        I've been facing same issue on my airtel number. I've mailed to airtel so many times but never got any reply
        My airtel number[protected]

        As of now i'm getting messages from airtel that your number has not been active from 90 days make an outgoing call or your number will be blocked by 8-april-2017. The trick is i just started using airtel by 2nd of april. Please resolve this.

          I made a recharge (international) of Rs. 4999/- on airtel mobile no. [protected]
          on 3rd of march in which they promised me and i also received message that they will give 400 mts to india calling, free incoming, 3 gb data and 100 sms/day but to my surprise when i start using this service they deducted balance of Rs. 1100/- I complained to airtel via mail reff no. of complaint is 43521328 but despite of there asurance nothing was done . I suffered a lot mental and business loss in overseas country where i cant do anything . please help me out as i am still in canada and because of airtel mobile i am suffering a lot.

            I have paid 350 for the unlimited balance. But customer care people has disconnected my call for twice. I want justification regarding this issue. I am also working for customer care service. The particular customer guys has disconnected my call with out my permission.                       Respectedsir,

                      Request to refund my money back to my card, please do the needful, Please take acion and help in the refund of the amount RS 9610.

                      citibank credit card was used for the merchant - IDEA PAYMENT(idea money)

                      I got a fraud call around 11.27 am today as calling on behalf of citi bank credit for verification to redeem my credit card points and they already had details of my card and cvv number which they wanted to get verified again with me. With in few minutes, i received sms about

                      2 Fraud transaction using my citi bank credit card towards (AIRTEL PAYEMENT) airtel money with 2 transactions each of 4805/- making the total amount of 9610/- with below transaction ids:

                      Transaction id-1: 969346 of rs. 4805/-
                      Transaction id-2: 590923 of rs. 4805/-

                      I raised complaint near police station.

                      Requesting you to kindly block these transactions at the earliest and please help me out to solve my problem and get my amount back.

                        Hi sir/madam

                        I am raghavender bearing airtel mobile number [protected] and [protected].

                        I am writing to you to express my dissatisfaction regarding the billing and customer service of airtel. I raised a request to deactivate data plan on my both numbers and service request number 75132096 was raised on 29 march.

                        To my surprise i received a message stating that service request number 75361079 on 7th april saying that my request to deactivate data plan was received on 7th april and will be addressed within 23 hours. When i called the customer care, i got a response that my earlier request 75132096 was cancelled and they do not have reason for that.

                        I never cancelled the request number 75132096 and this was done purposefully on 7th april because my bill cycle end on 6th april. Customer service executive was rude in handling my questions and he has not allowed me to speak executives at next level and more over i was made to wait for about 18 minutes and finally i had to disconnect the call. Service executive raised a request number[protected] to ensure me that a call will be arranged to address my concern but this was closed immediately and never received a call back.

                        I very well understand that these are very cheap tricks played by all telecom companies including airtel to exploit customers. I just wanted to understand why the ticket number 75132096 was closed with my knowledge. Why should i be charged 200 rs extra for the present bill cycle without me getting the data (I stopped getting the data on 29 march)

                        I request you to please look into the issue and make sure i am not charged for data and kindly provide me reason behind closing the ticket raised on 29 march

                        Look forward for some professional response.

                                Myself and my family members are using for long yeays. Am getting a high amount for my airtel bill . I asked the clarification and wave of the amount to pay. Also i have asked them to produce a bill immediately i will pay. But they didnt generate and give the bill instead they blocked my number.

                                  Maine apne no pe [protected] pe 297 ka 3 april ko recharge karwaya tha aur usme maine apne mobile se check kiya tha offer toh 297 mai 28 days ulitimited aur 50mb net aur 7 april ko bolta hai hai recharge karwaiyeh. Maine retailer se bhi jannch karwaya, customer care se bhi baat kiya. Mere paas recording bhi hai uss din offer ks msg bhi hai, aur toh aur uss din retailer ka mobile mai bhi offer dikhaya tha. Yeh airtel wale ne dhokha kiya hai. Pura.

                                  My airtek mobile no [protected] pe 297 ka 3 april ko recharge karwaya tha aur usme maine apne mobile se check kiya aur retailer se check karwaya aur customer care se baat kiya tab unhone bola ha karwayeh aapko milega 28 din ultimited baat aur 50mb net tha offer toh 297 mai 28 days ulitimited aur 50mb net aur 7 april ko bolta hai hai recharge karwaiyeh. Maine retailer se bhi jannch karwaya, customer care se bhi baat kiya. Mere paas recording bhi hai uss din offer ks msg bhi hai, aur toh aur uss din retailer ka mobile mai bhi offer dikhaya tha.                                     I am using Airtel broad band connection and I have transferred my connection from one place to another on the same locality. Connection installed to the new location and It was working fine but suddenly it was stopped working 3 days back and logged a request with request # 80911340 but till now i didn't get any resolution. When I am getting the request status from call center then every time I am getting the same response that 'There are some technical issue'. Its very frustrating for me with the Airtel services.
