    Hi,

    I have been an airtel subscriber for the last four years (Mobile No. [protected]). Unfortunately, I realize now that airtel customer services are more aimed at fleecing customer than providing services. The last couple of days have been harrowing and I have seen no resolution. I am surprised, shocked and pained at the lack of professionalism and empathy of Airtel.

    1. I have been using my Airtel connection on International Roaming since Jan 6th 2017. However, Data services have not been used at all.

    1. To my utter shock, for the billing period from Feb 20th 2017 to 19th Mar 2017, I have been wrongly charged for mobile internet data when it was permanently switched off on my mobile and it was not used at all.It says total usage/pulse as 3933(39 MB) which no means can be used and for that I have charged Rs. 29914.39.

    2.Raised a request no. 74955413 for verifying the dispute and request is closed without any resolution and stating that the charges are valid. I completely challenge this as false. The billing system at your end has mal-functioned and I have been the bearer of this.

    3. My credit limit was raised to Rs. 9200 Rs on Feb 20th 2017, without my requesting. If my usage had exceeded that amount, why was it not blocked beyond the credit limit? Why suddenly did I receive this shocking bill?

    4. There were no charges for the entire month but suddenly between March 2nd to March 4th, I have been charged for mobile data usage which was not turned on once even in past two months as I am currently using my local USA number for calls, sms and data.

    5. For next bill cycle started on 20th March, 2017, I just used the voice call to 121 for not more than 7-8 mins to report this discrepancy and other calls were made on your toll free number [protected] and yet I got a usage alert for Rs 19000, my international roaming has been blocked.

    If this is the way Airtel's billing systems work, I am sorry to say that I will challenge this in the consumer court or the highest courts of the country. This is gross harassment and cheating and it seems that Airtel is trying to offset its losses by falsely charging customers. In this era of transparency, such unprofessional management is unexpected from a company as big as Airtel.

    I do not intend to pay these false and unethical charges and I would like a full clarification and revocation of these false charges on my account from Airtel immediately.

    Kindly help in this regard.

        I hae appied airtel bb on 8.2.17. On 9.2.17 i was paid rs. 100p/for insallation. Till date they are not giben line and also return my money also. A/c no. [protected] inst. Ref no.[protected] this is gien by airtel. Payment transatioin referene id :[protected] dt. 9.2.17 for rs. 1000/-
        After several time we contact them no responsible reply from them.

        Hope necessary step for getting money or line immediately without delay.

            Ihave an airtel broadband and landline service. Details are-

            Landline no[protected].
            On 20th i sent an email requesting for termination of service to your mail id:[protected]@in. Airtel.com and getting no response i followed it by phone calls to 44444121, 198,[protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]-all have the same automatic response system which has no provision for closure of account.
            I am disconnecting the service from 24/3/2017.

              Hi Sir,
              I am not able to send SMS from my number [protected] but I am not receive SMS . Its been so long I'm trying to call airtel higher authorities even but they give lame excuses like I'm solving the issue within 24 to 72 hours but they are not responding at all .Please do the needful as my bill is raising and I'm roaming as well .                       Airtel agent called me and explained the plan details which is 6GB 4G for 499plan, though I am using Vodafone postpaid with same 499 plan with 4GB data, he convinced me that I will get extra 2GB.Once porting and change of network happened I saw that they give only 3GB data. Regarding this I spoke to airtel customer care, he confirms only 3GB only, pure cheating, hope I get justice in this issue. Thank you.

                          I got a call from unknown number and they asked me if I need a Airtel broadband connection. I said, I am interested and asked them to check the feasibility in my area. They confirmed me that connection is available in my place. I paid the advance amount (3446) through online. After that they stopped calling me, they did not pick up my call as well. I called the customer care, they have no clarity. Every time when you are in the middle of the conversation, they will simply disconnect the call. Its been a month now, I did not get connection, they have not refunded my money. Feeling lost. Never trust Airtel for any product.

                            I have placed an order via online for broadband connection newly and I got call from Airtel executive. I asked the details about which i heard earlier as if i pay the 3 months rental at a time installation charges will be waived off. It was so rude, Its is like if you want connection take the connection or else take the connection from who you heard and then she disconnected the call without giving any information. This was so disappointing me, kindly try to take necessary action, if possible.

                              I am using Airtel DigitalTV prepaid service. When there is a exams for my children, i will not recharge the Airtel DigitalTV. Once after exams are completed, if i recharge they are detecting IMF(Idle Maintenance Charge). This is totally. For prepaid service, they are charging IMF. This is should be removed.

                              In other DTH service, they are not charging any IMF charges for the Prepaid service.

                                Here there are 3 numbers in every number billing is not done as explained by executive of airtel his number is [protected] and name is shubham . He is picking up call for last 1 month . And I tried so many times 198 but it was not working then I come to know about customer care number [protected] but it is also not repling as there is some system updation is going on since last 15 days. Then only here I am complaining . Now as my number is post paid I need to pay bill otherwise I get intimation for due amt which is irritating and I am not paying due to unproper billing . I was told bill will not be uper than 500 althought I had demanded for fix billing of 199 plus taxes. But executive told it can not fixed less than 500 . But company fixed limit till 1000 which is unfair. And when I come from other company executive told me mobile remaing balance will b transferred and deducted from bill but it does not show on bill any where. Bill is not as per plan explained. I am having 3 post paid numbers please help me to resolve issues as I am not able connect to the company. While new connection then come in one call and when there is an issue not picking up call.                                   I have applied on refund online site for the refund of excess amount paid for the post paid bill no.[protected] of 6th March 2017 of amount of Rs.383.53 for which by mistake amount of Rs. 38, 353/- was paid and my refund amount of Rs 37, 969.47 is due I have already submitted the request on line on 20th March 2017 but so for I have not received my refund till today

                                    1. I work in Saudi Arabia and be there for 6-8 months in a year – check my records for last 3 years
                                    2. Every time I return from abroad (2 months trip usually) you guys barr my services for a silly INR 1000 bill – And then you keep sending me messages on my credit limit being INR 15000
                                    3. Like another trip I returned to India on the 22nd Morning at 3 AM to experience the same from the so called India’s best open network provider
                                    4. I spoke to Vijay, Anukrita, Abdullah, Rahul & Komal just now – all of them said they are trying to resume the services but system is not supporting.
                                    5. Asking for a Supervisor at your contact center is more like a spiritual visit in Tirupati or Shirdi; as usual they weren’t available

                                      Sir my dot no is[protected] . My previous plan was 899/- -20gb. +100/- 20gb. + 5gb. I called customer care mr Prakash Sewani and they suggested me that they are offering 25 % discount on tariffs and 25gb. More data . I agreed and told them to do . After call message came to me that ur 100/- 20gb. Top up plan is deactivated . I talked again to mr bhupinder Kurni he blamed me that u only said to do I told him that I didn't . Then he started talking rudely. Sir please take action and include my top up plan with new plan.
