I am not able to make a call nor receive a call from others. Every time when I try to call some one it is not going. Same is the case with receiving calls, if some one tries to call me they get engaged tone even if my phone is not engaged. Lot of call drops during conversation. Really I am fed up with the network. My number is [protected]. Even the 198 or 121 are not going from my phone....

I am using airtel broadband i changed my broadband plan on 11th of feb i subscribed to 899rs plan which includes 30gb data and unlimited calls i also subscribed to 500rs additional plan which gives me 80gb of data after few days they gave additional 50gb then i called customer care for asking that why they are gaving me this extra data they told that this is our broadband surpirse offer on completing 2 million broadband customers and you...

The mobile network at my house is very poor and same is the case of mobile data..Most of the times the phone number is out of coverage and am facing call drops every other second.
Mobile data is pathetically slow.
I raised this complaint on 21st Feb Compliant Number:74272132.
There has been no update or improvement from Airtel. They are still working whenever i call on the customer care number..
Airtel gives FALSE...

I was deducted an amount of RS. 99 for the activation of international roaming.
I am 1000℅sure that neither did I travel out of country nor did I ask for the activation of international roaming

I have a family plan and being charged extra consistently for 3 months now in spite of complaining every time. Hi, i have opted for MNP and it has been observed that name has been mentioned wrongly for my account. I have contacted airtel and raised a complaint.
