I m Dheeraj Kamath, Im residing in Dubai and I was using Airtel sim from many years, but suddenly from 2 days it is not working. If I insert to other cellphones then it is coming, SIM card failure. Kindly please activate my num which is important to me. Kindly please do needful.

    It's been more than a week, that my Airtel number([protected]) got disconnected due to some SIM issue and when I visited(5th Jan) your office (Sy No. S- 212/32-1 R- 212/32-1, Koll West Village, NH 47, High School Junction, near Muthoot Finance, Kollam, Kerala 691013), they gave a duplicate SIM which didn't got activated after 24hrs. Next day the same people gave an another SIM which also had the same problem. Now it's the 3rd SIM which is also not activated till now, even after submitting the documents(Aadhar, Passport and Photo) again upon their request. I need a solution to this in next 24 hrs as it's the numbers I have been using since last 12 years and all my business and banking are linked to it.

      I had paid the airtel dongle bill [protected] through Net banking for Rs. 471 on 11th January 2022 and The amount was also debited from my account, however it was shown as Unable to fetch the payment & payment failed...

        Hello This is Arifa.. I brought my Airtel sim to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia but im not getting network here.. It says sim not allowed evrtime i try to fix even its not connecting with the network provider STC or Zain KSA

            I recharged my phone no.[protected] for an amount of Rs.229 on 04.12.2021 at 02:39 PM with order ID:[protected], the same amount was debited from my bank account but my number was not recharged.I tried to reach Airtel through phone call and the representative assured me that refund will done within week but nothing has been done.Subsequently I emailed the company multiple times but till date they had not replied my requests.

            Kindly make the company to fall in line with rules and regulations and refund my debited amount without fail.

              I took broadband connection of Airtel for my WFH by paying in advance (thats the mistake i did)
              After that they told me broadband Installation will be done in within 2 days so i waited.. Then i called them for installation but the cable guy (Kshitij Gaikwad)said it will take 2 more days.. I was furious.. That guy gave some lame excuses. And another day i called to the cable guy he said he will be there in half hour. Even after 3 hrs that guy hasn't showed up.. Airtel CUSTOMER service is sooo ### bad.. Hey airtel take some action.

                and I need my experience letter and relieving letter .And I was trying to download from the airtel Ambassador portal but my user name and password are showing invalid .when i try to forget the password showing below error .please help me to provide both letters .

                      I bought a new sim and it was mentioned that after 2 hours it will be activated but it is 48 hours and has no network at all.

                          Hi Team,

                          I am using Airtel and company is continuously deducting my balance without my consent. I talked to concerned customer care team but not received any satisfactory resolution. There is automatically sms sent to unknown number and receives balance deduction message from Airtel and the history is also not available to which number SMS is being sent continuously without my knowledge.

                          Please look into this.

                              There is no network availability of airtel on my sim in my 4G compatible handset. There is no tower on my phone however there is proper connection to other airtel number handsets near me. I had checked any defaults in my handset and I suppose for any technical glitch on your end.

                                I have ported my number from vodafone to airtel recently. Yesterday after my vodafone service stopped, i inserted my new airtel sim for activation but just after few seconds of insertion, the network in airtel sim stopped coming. So basically i am doomed in short. I have all my banking and business associated with this number and since no network is getting displayed i can't to anything.
                                Please ask your support people to contact me, as i have tried reaching you guys from my end multiple times. The customer care people could not resolve the issue.

                                If this doesn't get sorted soon, i have no choice but to take some legal actions against you guys. Please don't make me regret my decision of porting to airtel.

                                  I give port request from jio to airtel. I completed document verification by visiting airtel store before at least hours of expiry o[censored]pc code. Next day my address verification was conducted and I was informed that my new sim will be activated within 15 days. My older sim got deactivated but my new sim haven't started working. Now when I reached customer care I am informed that my upc have been expired. I completed my document verification much before the expiry o[censored]pc verification. Now neither my older nor my newer sim is working due to ridiculous service from Airtel.

                                    Whenever i call from my Airtel number. The call drop or hang it every time within a 5 to 10 minutes.
                                    I got this issue from one month. I changes mobile also swap my sim. But problem as it is.

                                      I have ported the post paid plan from Vodafone to Airtel on 3rd January 2022 at a Airtel provider located at Bellandur gate, Bangalore.

                                      I have mentioned clearly on my requirements and my roaming requirements; however, they never mentioned on the requirement of calling 59059 from India itself, after porting.

                                      The sim was working and got message that porting will be done on 11th January 2022, and I have already moved to UAE for work requirements.

                                      I replaced the sim and now can not connect to the network due to the restriction that I have to make the call to 59059 from India

                                      This resulted in the situation that I cannot use the sim and additionally I will have to pay the monthly bills also.

                                      Please help and advise the Airtel that their service provider shall be disclosing such requirements to the customer
