I have recently changed my SIM card and my sms amd call services were resumed but unfortunately my data has been entirely emptied even though there was a huge amount left the previous day.Also the usage charge is changing constantly.
I have seen through Airtel app and recharged 299 it's offer are all calls unlimited and 3gp internet free after recharging they said no offer for u

    I have moved to the new location in budigere, and was looking for a new airtel connection. I got and airtel agent and opt for 999 40 mbps plan. After the installation, the speed was coming for 4 mbps.

    I have paid 3447 as 3 months advance rental. Now when i call these guys from last 3 days they are not answering properly.

    They do not have any solution/information about the plan and now i am loosing my money for the advance rental as the days are passing.

    Airtel guys does not have any idea on how to deal with customer and they are just cheating.

      Hi,

      I have been using an airtel prepaid number for over 6 years which I bought from a local shop by giving my ID and photo. Suddenly I got an SMS saying SIM change request has been submitted which I never did and my number stopped working. When I called customer care, they informed me that the number is not under my ID but under a different person's ID. I want that number to be activated on the old SIM or give me a new sim with the same number, if required, take my correct ID and other necessary details now. How can a number be assigned to another sim without my consent.

        Got message from Airtel, 99 rupees has been deducted for international roaming.

        I have not activated this service, and not even traveling to outside india. Then how come this service activated and 99 deducted form my account?

        I called costumer service immediately, from pune, Maharashtra, but agent was trying to convince me I am not in Pune, somewhere outside india. And hence this service is activated. What pathetic service we can expect?

        I have not activated international roaming so i need my 99 rupees money back in my balance.

          International Roaming fraudulent overcharge on bill

          I subscribed to a basic 2999 USA 3GB plan for 10days. I used 1 GB of it in 5days and disconnected it once I landed in India. Airtel gave me a bill of 15k which after 30days they waived off 7900 as it was wrongly charged. Next month in March 2017 I get a bill for 75000 against international roaming data usage for a period of 3hours in UAE which includes 10000 Rs taxes. I didn't subscribe to UAE roaming, I used free wifi at the airport and...

            I am using airtel digital tv, they have activated "i music " service on my account without permission or on oct 2016 . When i found it on march 2017, and asked them for refund, and called their customer care they says that i activated the by giving miscall and they will not refund the amount.
            But the service was not activated from my side in any manner.

                Hi, I have raise a internet + telephone services request and paid the amount ₹500 by SBI indore cheque number 831834 on 22 August 2014 to Mr. Rupesh Agrawal (Airtel Executive) along with application form.The amount has been credited to your account on 26 august 2014. As the internet service was not feasible in my area then i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet.                   I am not able to make a call nor receive a call from others. Every time when I try to call some one it is not going. Same is the case with receiving calls, if some one tries to call me they get engaged tone even if my phone is not engaged. Lot of call drops during conversation. Really I am fed up with the network.                     I am using airtel broadband i changed my broadband plan on 11th of feb i subscribed to 899rs plan which includes 30gb data and unlimited calls i also subscribed to 500rs additional plan which gives me 80gb of data after few days they gave additional 50gb then i called customer care for asking that why they are gaving me this extra data they told that this is our broadband surpirse offer on completing 2 million broadband customers and you will get this free data for life time then after 3 to 4 days i was checking my usage on airtel smartbytes page there i saw my data pack has converted from 80gb to 130gb then again i called customer care they told me that this is data only given to some lucky customers and you will get this data every month so after that my total data quota was 30gb(899rs plan)+80gb(500rs additional top up)+50gb(broadband surprise)+50gb(additional data pack given by airtel free of cost)+5gb(airtel my home) =215gb
                    but this month i got only 165gb data i have called cc several times first they told me that your 50gb data has been stuck and you will get your 50gb in 2 days but when i called them after 2 days they said you will not get any 50gb data

                      The mobile network at my house is very poor and same is the case of mobile data..Most of the times the phone number is out of coverage and am facing call drops every other second.
                      Mobile data is pathetically slow.
                      I raised this complaint on 21st Feb Compliant Number:74272132.
                      There has been no update or improvement from Airtel. They are still working whenever i call on the customer care number..
                      Airtel gives FALSE PROMISES AND WRONG PROPOSAL OF OPEN NETWORK n all ..all advertisement gimmicks...

                      We raised a request to shift broadband connection of airtel from one aptt to another in the same society on 20th Feb. It took 7 days for them to just shift the connection and since then there has been connectivity issues, every other hour the connection drops ad wireless is as good as it does not even exist.
                      The airtel executives plainly state that there is a problem but do not resolve it.. they make the internet line go dead and then when the same is restored the connectivity issue is still there..
                      Our work is suffering because of this. Nothing is being done from airtel's end...just excuses..
                      On top of this the airtel executive who's number ha been given to us to follow-up never picks up the phone.

                        I was deducted an amount of RS. 99 for the activation of international roaming.
                        I am 1000℅sure that neither did I travel out of country nor did I ask for the activation of international roaming
                        Refer below messages

                        (1/2) Dear Customer, International Roaming rental charge is Rs99. Due to low balance in your account, Rs.92.44 have been deducted and balance amount of Rs.6.56 will be deducted in..(2/2) subsequent recharges.
                        Dear Customer, Rs.6.56 have been deducted towards the International Roaming rental of Rs99 activated on 04-MAR-17.

                        I request you to look into the issue immediately. I would urge you to do so as I am in fact losing faith on Airtel, and a deduction of heavy loss including the blockage of customers from atleast reaching the customer care executives, is much annoying than ever...Yet Airtel claims to be open network. I express intense frustration to be an Airtel customer.
                        Therefore, I urge you to solve this immediately, else I am out.

                        Hey its been 5 years i have been using your network but seriously from last few months i am highly disappointed with your guys unnecessary all the tym u keep on deducting amount from my main account unnecessary.
                        Inspite of having data balance i daily got a msg of deduction of amount from my main bal i dont know why..and when ever i use my data between 12-6 am why the data bal is deducted from my main account as u guys says that using data between 12am to 6am is free..then for what the deduction is for.
                        Unnecessary u guys keep on deducting amount from my main bal and data bal.

                        I really want to port my this number to other operator i am highly disappointed and dont want to further use your services.

                          I have a family plan and being charged extra consistently for 3 months now in spite of complaining every time. Say, i have 1000 free minutes and i use only 500 minutes out of it and then 200 minutes within CUG then ideally i should not get extra bill but you are charging me for 200 calls saying CUG charges. First month i noticed this i called 121 and your guy accepted the issue and reverted the amount, same happened next month as well. My only issue is that why do i need to call you every month to do when you have assured that this will not happen, but no action is taken from your side. I am frustrated and porting out to other network.

                          Sorry to say but you failed to fulfil your commitments and unfortunately the problem still persist. You failed to provide the resolution even after committing for the same. Now how should I take this and what do you expect me to do next. You are just adding up to my frustration consistently.

                                my first bill also generated but i didnt got any extra free data in my account that in MNP OFFER.

                                i ALREADY SO MANY COMPLAINT TO HELPLINE NUMBER & ALSO VISIT YOUR AIRTEL STORE.
                                BUT NOT SATISFIED ANSWER FROM THEIR.

                                Please final date when my account update with data?
                                While I MNP my number Vodafone to Airtel That time your representative said that 3gb data in your plan & exxtra 4gb for MNP customer.
                                But i just got only 3gb data.

                                Please reply ASAP.

                                Otherwise I go to another network provider.

                                      I am using Airtel mobile No from last so many years. It was on 28th Feb, 2017 i received SMS from company stating my post paid plan has been upgraded from My Plan family New 399 - PB to My Plan Infinity 549. I was surprised to receive this SMS as i have requested for any type of change in my plan. So i called 121 and Miss. Sushmita talk to me. She told me that a person from company sales team named Mr. Vinay Puri called me and detailed me regarding this plan and then i requested him to do the need full. But on that day or before that also i have not received any call from Mr. Vinay Puri nor i made any request for the same. Then how come he can change my mobile post piad plan. I requested Miss. Sushmita to please reverse the changes and make it the previous one only. But she refused to do so as changing plan can be done only once in a month. So it can be possible only in next billing cycle. I requetsed her to file my complain for the same to which she again refused to do so. She said she has mentioned some notes in system and the issue will be resolved within 48 to 72 Hrs. but as today is 06th of March, 2017 nothing has been done in this respect. I also requested her to give contact detail of Mr. Vinay Puri which she again let down.

                                      So atlast i was left with no other option to register my complain with you. I want you to:
                                      1. Reverse my Billing Plan to the previous one (As mentioned above) from last 28th Feb, 2017. As i will not pay any increase in my bill due to this change.
                                      2. I want you to take some very strict action against Mr. Vinay Puri for doing Fraud with me. I also request you to kindly inform me what action company has taken for this.
                                      3. If as per your company record Mr. Vinay Puri called me on that date then provide me with all the evidence for that.

                                      I request you to please take this as a very serious matter and do the need full as early as possible.

                                      Correction: in Third line I mentioned"I was surprised to receive this SMS as i have requested for any type of change in my plan." there is some typing mistake in this It should be read as " I was surprised to receive this SMS as i have not requested for any type of change in my Plan"

                                      I had been to their Authorised Banking Point Mobile Station at Deshapran Sasmal Road, Howrah on 24/02/17 . The Authorised person with Airtel Uniform asked me for Rs 100/ for verification. I lodged the complaint to Airtel Payment Bank twice who closed the complaint without resolving the issue and not contacting me.
