Hi concern,
This is regarding a new connection which I have applied in Airtel Jabalpur office in the month of January around 7th Jan 2017 and for the same given them chq of Rs 2754/- drawn on axis bank Ltd but after 4days when I called concern executive they confirmed it will take some more time due to some technical issue but again after 4-5 days when asked them for connection no proper reply given by them later on I got a call from Airtel that they are unable to give connection in that location and when I asked them for return of chq and documents they confirmed that it will come back to me but nothing has come back and in the month of feb2017 I was surprised when I have received message from my bank I.e. axis bank Ltd that the issued to Airtel has been debited from my account when I called that executive she confirmed that it was by mistake and the same will refund to me as well I have put request in Airtel for refund of my amount but more than a month passed but no refund received and every time Airtel is sending mail that it will resolved soon.
Now requesting you to please help me in getting my refund with penalty from Airtel.

          Balance remaining is 551 Indian rupees..
          According to TRAI rules & regulations
          They cannot block calls like this. Only after
          6 months of inactivity they can..
          Please resolve to avoid to face legal consequences in near future.

              My cell no is [protected], I went to airtel store at durga nursery road...where mr himanshu refused to accept my photo for postpaid to prepaid conversion ...when asked why he said photo is old we need new photo...when I asked please give this in writing he said please drop a mail...so as a customer this is what I have to do...if so it is a pathetic culture...will love to switch over to other telecom operator...and he said airtel is not offering any plans of rs 348 unlimited calls and 1 gb 4g data per day...what kind of information flow you have...

                I am a senior citizen and having two numbers of airtel sim one is91 [protected] and another is 91 [protected] since long. It is sad to say that without any information undue deduction are made from both the numbers. Kindly look in to the matter and refund me the deducted amount otherwise i will be forced to go to any other network.

                      I was purchased Airtel mobile new connections on 25th of Feb'17 as of now not get activated. I was contacted Airtel showroom where I purchased ( Salem near sona college) but no response after so many follow up and I given complaint to airtel customer care on 27th complaint no 74408050 but they are also useless as of now no solution daily I am only calling for status. I think airtel is becoming a worst service provider...

                          Went to change portal for my number on 23rd feb 2017, they offered me post paid connection, i agreed and they told will be active in 1 week, it's been 12 days still not activated, upon asking the same, told me wait for one more week, why should i wait for one more week, why should i pay for incoming calls. Will wait for the last 24 hours, if not activated, I will through this worst airtel sim into drainage and shift to other network.                               Our complaint is specific that, one Mr. K. Srinivas, resident of H.No.3-71/172P/1, Anjali Gardens Colony, Puppalguda, Hyderabad, A.P, INDIA – had licensed his premises to Mobile Company for installation of Mobile Tower in midst of residential area of Anjali Gardens Colony, Puppalguda Hyderabad.

                              As you know that, it is general rule that, the Mobile Tower has to be installed 50 meters away from the residential area as the radiation eminating from the said Mobile Tower causes various effects on human body and worked as slow poison upon the human body. We are experiencing unexplained body pains due to radiation.

                              As per the rules it is the necessary to give structural stability certificate and drawings, building owners' agreement copy, no objection certificate from neighbors and surrounding areas and other documents has not been given and the neighbours has objection to this installation in their areas.

                              We therefore request you to kindly look in to the matter personally and see that the above tower is removed immediately from the above House in order to prevent further damage to the health of innocent people of the area.

                                I've paid my airtel bill via airtel money app. At the end of transaction mobile app hung up, but the amount is deducted from my bank account. I've shared my transaction details to airtel and they've confirmed this transaction via mail.
                                But still my bill is not paid and they closed all my request. I tried calling customer care, instead giving solution they asked me to mail again with all details.
                                I mailed my statement again and i'm still waiting for a solution.

                                This is one of the service request # 74493065

                                I've also inquired about this transaction to my bank customer care. If they refunded my amount it should have credited to my account by at least 3 days. But i haven't received it.

                                I've also shared my last five days statement to airtel.
                                Can anyone from airtel please solve this with all the details i've provided..?

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,
                                  My airtel mobile number is inactivated due to not being active. It shows not registered on network. I contacted the airtel customer service centre in coimbatore, they could not resolve as the number has no info attached to it . This number is originally from Karnataka and ported to Tamilnadu. I wish to activate the same. I am aware as per the TRAI guidelines the inactivation process should be transparent and the customer should be given grace period of 15 days to reactivate his inactivated number. I did not receive any alert messages or even a courtesy message about disconnection. I explained this to the service representative but he could not help in anyways. I hereby request you to kindly help me in this regard.

                                      I applied airtel broad band connection on june 07 2016. But i am not getting single message from the concern team. I paid 3000 rs. I called so many times to customer care service but i am not getting proper update they are telling same answer day by day (Need 48 hours to work on like that)

                                      Almost 8 months gone but nobody respond it properly

                                      This is my very worst experience from airtel team.

                                        Hi, I have raise a broad band request for 6 months and paid the amount online ₹5168 on february 12 2017. As the broad band service was not feasible in my area for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So I have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. I am not getting my refund amount. Regards, Naresh reddy
