      Unwanted airtel announcement while calling also call gets dropped after that

      I am chandan kumar from bangalore, a regular customer of pre-paid airtel ([protected]) from last 6-7 years. I am facing a very annoying and disturbing thing from last 2-3 weeks, when ever i tried to make a call, i have to wait to completion of airtel ad or saying about my account balance of data.
      Stop this immediately. It is frustrating to listen this bs when i am trying to make a urgent call also after airtel ad call used to drop so...

      There is a new plan in airtel, for Rs.349 airtel is giving 28GB for 28 days validity. (1 GB per day). I recharged on 6th of March'17. But today 8th March'17 its showing the balance as zero. while checking with the airtel customer care, they said that there is no issue with there side. But still for me the balance is zero. My airtel mumber is [protected]. Please check and let me know what is the issue. My mail id is [protected]@hotmail.com.

      I got a call from the a number([protected]). They said they are from Airtel corporate office, they told that they will refund the money, but asking for all the details of the card. I deny to give the details. I am not sure the call is really from the Airtel. If so why they need the full card details.

            airtel broadband charged me for wrong Billing as per plan and they changed plan without any confirmation from me.
            despite registering complaint to customer care they did not taken any action. Even nodal team and appellate authority not responding to complaint.
            After acceptance of mistak efrom nodal team again they continued charging for wrong plan. here is details of mail conversations.

                I had made a bill payment for postpaid Phone No: [protected] via SBI debit card In Basaveshwaranagar 8th Main Airtel office Details: SBI Debit Card 459XX1840 Amount Rs 1501on POS [protected], Txn#[protected] on Mar 2nd at 11:29 AM. But amount is debited in my Statement but did not get bill receipt. The office people are claiming that there was chargeback from my Bank. On enquiring the Bank they said there is no reversal or Chargeback happened. So whats the further Step on this as the amount is already deducted.

                In regards to this I had received a call from your Customer Rep

                I had received a call claiming that he was one Service provider he has taken all my Debit card details and made transaction into his account of around 50, 000. He has blocked my sim also. May I know why all the information is leaked or to whom does the complaints being receive. Is there any separate Team for this. I have given a police complaint on this. please take action on this.

                      Please dont attend call for the above numbers. Thet will call and tell you won a 35000 rupees gift. Come and collect the gift as a pair (eventhough you are unmarried). This fraud company is in T nagar, keep on calling and irritating me. They are getting our numbers from super markets like Pazhamuthir nilayam. Please police file a complaint against this fraud company. The lady calling with above number using some bad words :(

                              I had been using Airtel Boradband service since last 1.5 years in Madhapur area at Hyderabad, Having good services I had againg choose the new connection.Â

                              I am feeling sorry to say, but I don't want this new connection. As I had applied for that at 1st march, still I am not getting any response from service provider. As they are failed in promising, The service provider, Mallikarjuna made promisse to be set connection on saturday or sunday. Well, He didn't picked up my call on that day. On monday he asked me to come at 12 O'clock in noon, I left my office work and came there, but no one was picking up my call till 3 O'clock, I waited and spoiled my 3 working hours, aftrer he came with new issue and told we are not able to set connection, we will come tommorrow.

                              Well, On Tuesday, there was another hope for me, He called me at near 11 O'clock and told to come at 5 O'clock, I again spoiled my 2 working hours and waited there, no one was picking my call, at night time he came to connect. Ahhh!! That was the silly reason, he had having two routers and no one was working(He should have to come with working one, Right!!??). He made me promise again to come between 8 to 10 O'clock in morning. No one came.

                              Overall, I see the very silly and bad service of broadband by Airtel . I want to cancell this connection (as it is not established yet this month's 8 days already passed  ). As we are working people and I am tired with those falls promises. Please, Proceed for cancellation of connection refund to me.even for failed transaction they deducted money and didn't even have my refund even after several working days even after they promised to do so within 24 hrs

                                  Dear all,

                                  I would like to mention here that airtel is a big fraud company, which commits to solve your issue
                                  Within 24 hours but the technical persons are unable to sort out the problem.
                                  Here i would like to mention the complete details of the fraud incident happen with me.
                                  Since i am an exisiting customer of airtel for one year i took another a connection on main pimple
                                  Saudagar, shivar chawk, pune - 411017. Here the commited promise with me is that within 24 hours
                                  You any issue will get resolved, but whevnever i raise a complaint first of the call centre guy is rigid to
                                  Take the complaint like they are taking and fir in police station. If successfully the complaint get
                                  Registered, the technical guy who is nothing but only a lazy person who actully is killing his time in airtel
                                  Named mahenra — [protected], come and give a very illogical and nonsence reply and goes back.
                                  Recently my airtel connection is down because of the wire breaking or disruption in network but the
                                  Person said me the below:
                                  1. Continuity check is not airtel's task.
                                  2. Its is the customer's responsibility to do the continuty check (On behalf of airtel)
                                  3. Customer is supposed to call to their personla electrician and once the continuity will get connected
                                  They will come and say that connection is up and running now (See the nonsense logic, if my
                                  Electrician is literate in networking then bloody why he would not start providing broadband services)
                                  4. Also he has suggested, to talk to the installation guy who came at the time of airtel installation
                                  Nagesh thorat — [protected]. Nagesh said my task is completed and you call mahendra then he has
                                  To arrange an electrician for it.
                                  5. Once i raised a request for new airtel connection the contact person is saying that we will resolve the old issue and provide you new connection at the earliest.

                                  Summary: airtel is a big name in the market where the name is screwing up by the employees itself.
                                  Airtel should take the serious action against the team and resolve my issue at the earliest.

                                      I am using the Airtel 4G hotspot since 6 months without any issues. But since last 2 weeks, unable to use. sometimes its get connected and discconnect after 5-10 mins automatically.

                                      Even if i restart my laptop, 4g device etc. i tried multiple option but same issue.
