1) Firstly no matter what you dial 1, 2 or 3 for hindi, telugu or english the person at the other end of the phone speaks every other language except ENGLISH!!

i would like to bring it to your notice with regards to the bill generated to me after me not using the internet. i had taken two connections on 11 nov with air tel one at banjarahills(which worked for one month only ) and the other one at medhipatnam doesn't work till date several times I called up the concern persons and told them about it still they was no action taken by the dep and they just generated the bills...

Loafer airtel service providers, they think can do watever they want, ...bloody rogues...

i am for andhra but i am studying in Vellore, for my phone number their is no STD offers if i will call to my home town it charging double how i want live.Now a days JIO sim & other have came but i am preferring airtel but now jio came to existing so u'r increasing offers to the normal customer. if i will call to the customercare their are not responding.

if change offer i will be airtel otherwise i will go to...

In the month of Aug'16, I went to UK and US. For business purpose, I added International roaming pack in my account. When I came back from there, I asked multiple times (you can pull calls data made to Airtel) Airtel team to de-activate my international roaming pack which was not done. In Dec'16, I went Singapore with family and used data pack there without knowing that international pack is still active. Now they have sent me a bill of 172000...

After repeated sms, you not stop modelmaniaw pack, I have receieved your sms of stop service, in spite of it you not stopped said service, I have prove, If you not stop I will go consumer court....

I got my new 4g sim but didn't get free 4g data..

On 19 jan 2017 i have recharged with 219
Rupees and i get a message fir successful
recharge and i had recharged for 410 minutes and their valadity was for 30 days but they were deducted in 28 days only so it is agreat loss for me of 490 minutes and at last i want my balance back. And when i called on customer care
121they said that it was valid for 28 days but i can show you the message that i have received ....

I am surprise to see my airtel bill, in which continuously outgoing call to [protected] every day 5 to 7 calls, when i am trying to know about this no. through airtel customer care, she told me, she can't share details with me for other no., i also request her at least tell me name of no. holder cuz when i try to call on no., call is disconnected within second....

I recharged my account with 168 RS with 1 GB data morning. But when i verified now its shows balance as 3.4MB how the data is moving to another account.
why there is 2 accounts to manage data and why it is not mentioned in website...

I have requested them to close my broad band /phone connection on 16 th october 2016. Accordingly they accept my request and charge me Rs 1047 for the broken period and the was paid by me. But again they have raised bill for nov and dec and asking me to pay by sending sms and cell . In this regard i have contactedtheir customer care more than 3 times and they said they will reverse the entry and inform me.I have sent 4 mails in this regard.no...

Actually I am getting unwanted calls from some person. So that i want a incoming and outgoing call details of my number. Period 1st Jan 2017 to 10th Jan 2017.
He is calling me continuously from last 6 months.

I Recharge My Airtel Data Card Number Through ICICI Net Banking With Plan
Of 80 MB 2G/3G Data @ Rs22. But Airtel Did Not Give Me This Benefit They Give Another Unuse Unexpected Offer Of 20Paise/Minute Call Rate 28 Days Which Is Un use For Me I Talked To Airtel They Are Saying This Is Not Their Fault This Is Bank Fault. But Bank Are Saying All Update Come Through Airtel This Is Airtel Fault. Now What I Need To Do....

Hi I am from Devakottai, Annanagar in our area for the past two years we dont have a proper network. If you are inside the home then tower will be 0.Lots of complaints registered with Airtel but no use.If anyone can resolve from Airtel will resolve this issue.If airtel wants to check the signal strength then they can test.Annanagar, Devakottai . So for other networks are working without any issues except airtel.

I applied for a airtel broadband connection at my house on Gurusamy Road, Nolambur, Chennai. The tele marketing person had assured me that 16 mbps connection was feasible. I paid Rs 1000 online. But the next day, a technician called me and said, it will not be possible to provide broadband connection in the location.
They have not responded to my calls. Nor they have refunded the money. Very poor service....
