i have taken a connection on 23-1-17.Telecaller called me and said selected number is not available they preferred me another number it's ok for me(connection number-[protected]).I paid service charge through online.I had sent inline transaction id and all other proof.Till now i can't make outgoing calls and can't use internet also.So many times i have contacted telecaller and customer care, but no response from their...

Airtel people contacted me for a new broardband connection, i said ok. They came and collected documents and money through cheque, after they deducted money and saying no fisibility, we cant provide.but they didn't refund my money.this is happening from past 2 months.

I am having airtel broadband connection 4mbps for which my data limit was increased few months back.
Last week my data limit was again reduced to 35 gb without intimation. I checked few more plans to shift over and found many new plans of higher speed available at lower cost. I tried to contact Airtel customer care to shift to lower price plan of higher speed but I'm yet to hear back from your end.
It is very disappointing...

The SMS are not going from my sim. I own a lenovo vibe k4 note. I talked to customer care, but nothing helped. Please help me I am frustrated, or I will change my operator!!!...

My Prepaid Airtel number is [protected]. The service to this number suddenly got disconnected . .Its not a good to disconnect service without customer intimation.

Network coverage is very low and bad of Airtel because in this area no tower installed
And one tower installed but it rang not covered this area.

Airetel collected Rs. 1490 in advance for one month rental in early December. Connection provided 4 Jan. Now bill raised by Airtel for 23 Dec to 22 Jan due date 8 Feb 2017. As I am not able to use my data plan of2999 properly for last 40 days and have complained so many times but on every complaint I receive a sms that you problem Will be seen in next two days and all that.
