I am trying to swap my airtel 3G sim to 4G sim from last week. I followed the procedure on 24.02.17. I also received confirmation message for sim change. But old sim is still working as previous. No swap has taken place. I also tried same thing tonight (2.03.17). But I am facing same thing. Please resolve it as soon as possible. My connection no is [protected].

    I have made a call on Toll free No. [protected] against my Mob. No. [protected] and charged an amount of Rs. 16/- on 02.03.2017 at 11.01 AM. It is mentioned that this number is toll fee and make a miss call. I have made a complaint on your customer care today at 11.03 AM. They have not given satisfy reply.
    You are requested to look into the matter and refund me Rs.16/-, otherwise I will be constrained to go to forum that you have wrongly display the information and misguide the public i.e. written toll free and when make the call charges very high tariff.

        I recide at Aurangabad (Maharashtra) am consumer of Air tel DTH since 04/02/2017 with Consumer ID [protected] I have to recharge as balance as on 02/02/2017 is Rs 9.00. Tried to recharge online, at website www.airtel.in.
        It is not accepting either of my Registered telephone numbers [protected] or [protected]
        When I enter my Consumer ID given above follwing message crops up "Oops ! Sorry! Your request cannot be processed. Please try again later"
        This happened on 1st Mar and 2nd Mar 2017
        I contacted on[protected] but no satisfactory solution was given
        I am sure they would discontinue service if I fail to recharge on time

            I received a call from [protected] (Airtel) he told he is an advocate and was telling me to pay some money and after that he started talking weirdly I have received this call more than 5 times previous also.

            And your Customer support hold me for #### 10 mins and they drop the call. Pathetic customer service experience.

              I am representing my issue since more then a month, but no satisfactory response from Airtel, Ministry of Tele communication & Telephone Regulatory Authority of India. I am legal immigrant o[censored]S, left India on January 18, 2016. I have Airtel simcard, I am only using what app through wi fi, even then Airtel had charged me for incoming /outgoing calls. [2] Airtel had activated International roaming facility since i had pre paid plan, but how Int Roaming gets activated only for pre paid plan not for post paid, 7 how Airtel can charge when consumer is still at Indian Int Airport.
              I met some Indian who often visits foreign countries, they too have similar complaints, Airtel activates int
              Roaming facility, charge consumer even though consumer is at Int Airport, or has landed in in India
              It is shocking Regulator do not take effective action.This issue related to mobile no-[protected]. I received many calls even at midnight, though i was not entitled to pay any charge since using what app through wi fi, once while picking up handset at midnight, handset fell down, from portion damaged, display went off. I have demanded new handset, no money .But Airtel lacks

                  I had my mobile no [protected] from Idea since 2006,
                  Since 2015 June till Oct 2016, I was using it only for Receiving OTP,

                  I ported to Airtel & within 2 months Airtel stoped the service saying there was no activity,

                  Airtel should stop service only if we dont make a minimum recharge within 6 months.

                  Activity like call & message is our concern.

                  Since above mentioned number is associated with all Financial Institue & Government sites.

                  I want Airtel to help me get this number active at anycost.

                  My sim is issu[protected] my sim is not activaton my sim active now
                  I paid today Rs.251 for 28days as the net validity is up to 24.02.2017
                  My balance was more than 11GB . After payment, my balance is showing 536MB and validity extended to 25.02.2017. After payment, I have not done used any net.
                  Last time, I paid for 28 days but validity was extended for 14days.
                  This is very unfortunate. Please do the needful.

                      I did data recharge for my airtel no which was recently converted from postpaid to prepaid for rs.265 and 102. Recharge was not successful but amount ot deducted from my bank account which was not refund yet its been a month now.
                      Also they are not taking complaints if we email them they open a ticket for that and they are closing it the very next day without any call or intimation.

                          On 25th Feb 2017 I purchased one HD+ DTH though online and not received material till now and customer service also not telling exact date when setup box will reach to me each and every day customers care executives telling same thing what earlier day they told like ( u will receive setup box by today evening ) same message repeating till now. Poor service from Airtel.

                            I sent only one sms on 01-mar-2017 (2.47 pm) but it got delivered 11 times to my boss, it brings a very bad impact and as well as i have lost my balance in my mobile. (My boss also using Airtel and I received his msg 2 times that time :) ) when i called customer care, the person speaking like as if airtel is the best bugless network, in the history they did not receive such a complaint and the problem is only with my device, i told that i had this problem when i was using lenovo and samsung, but the person was proving like he checked everything at his end there is no problem and it is only my/our device(s) problem. I cannot make him understand anymore hence he was trained for that! finally he denied to retain the amount deducted.
                            AIRTEL lost more than 500 cr last year in business because of jio entry, they are trying to compensate this loss by these kind of FRAUDULENCE I think.
                            So guys if you have faced the same kind of problem please post it here. Atleast people should know what their actual face is.

                                        My broad band ACC no : [protected]

                                        I have applied broad band in Airtel plan 999 for 40gb net n 16 Mbps speed n received connecting using for more than 3 months . I have paid installation charge 1000 for that. Now suddenly speed decreases as 8 Mbps speed. I informed to customer care n asked to solve problem. Asked to switch over plan to 899 speed with 40mbps . They said ok but they again asking installation charge 1000 for plan charge. How it's possible to pay for plan change .I DNt understand Airtel procedure . Pl clarify
