I had recharged on the 25.02.2017. As above.
Balance is being cut from main balance wich was 298, and this is the second time this is happening.
Data usage alert:You have consumed 10.00 MB data.To activate data pack, dial "*121*11#"or to stop internet without pack SMS STOP to 1925.
I would like a refund.  I called customer service today. I was on a 19 minute call with no resolution that I was charged for and the agent cold transfered the call to another department without any intimation.
I would be awaiting for an email and refund asap.
