I got my number ported from TN circle to Karnataka Cicle, but i am unable to connect to the 4G network.
The 3G works fine but i am unable to connect to the LTE network on airtel.
I guess they are repacking the 3G SIM in 4G packets.
I have a 4G sim, and a 4G handset, but still i cant connect to 4G network.

The customer support is clueless what to do.
worst experience ever. Switching to JIO next month.

      We raised a request for broadband connection on 10th of Dec and we didn't got any connection and after that we raised a refund request on 7th of January 2017 but still our refund is pending with airtel. Everyday we are calling to their customer care but they used to give the assurance that your amount will be refunded within 48 hours but there is no refund initiated from their side.

      We mailed to their zonal office their appellate team also but there is no response.

      We keep on communicating them through mails and calls but there is update from there side.

            Diar sir yeha par airtel ka network sahi nahi chal pa raha hai kabhi ata hai kabhi nahi aata 3g net bhi sahi nahi chal pa raha hai..
            Apne app chalte huye cut ho jata hai apse ricwest karta hu ki app jaldi se is par koi riaction le...sewa jaldi se shuru karwaye...kafi pareshani ho rahi hai...sahi tarha se ntwork nahi hone k karan kai prakar ki pareshaniya aa rahi hai kabhi bhi network chala jata hai...               Unassured Tariff - worst tariff preparing team they had.

              SMS limit crossing Intimation not provided, I called to customer care and complaining about this but they told me that they sent Intimation. As like they are good enough at work not only that. They asked to check next day to check the intimation I must send the 100 SMS.

              I got several call drops too if I asked they may blah blah(you people had conversation via phone) like that.

              Network covered in most areas But Worst service(Airtel) they where keen on money so they are telling FAKE reasons.

              Any other network having good coverage let me know, I would like switch over to other network.

              Check the attached image, there is no sending possibility to reply to Airtel. Even though we sent it will never sent or delivered. But still they're show-casing that they have the feasibility but customer's are not using like that.

              Not only this previously I had so much issues on balance deductions then & there. More often I got frustrated that's why I complaining so that others can be alert from Airtel.

                I have never used Airtel network but I am frequently getting calls to convert to Airtel network. Last week, I got a call from[protected] number and he was so rude that instead of requesting, he asked me to complain with Consumer Forum also. Please take stringent action on these unsolicited callers. THis is very annoying as we were busy in meetings but have to pick up these calls as they call multiple times if we don't pick up.                 Please remove my 2 numbers from your database and the numbers are [protected] & [protected]. I need a complete investigation on why am I still receiving calls from your customer service.

                    Hello,
                    Last month I made a top up recharge of Rs.100 to get 3GB. As per the communication it applies only to current bill cycle when the recharge has been done.

                    But surprisingly the plan is auto renewed and I will be charged. Talked with customer representative, it seems I was supposed to call airtel and ask them to deactivate the plan which is unreasonable.

                    Without providing any notification or asking confirmation, they are just forcing the consumer to pay.

                      This is ravi singh. I am writing this email w. R. T my airtel postpaid number [protected]. Today i received many calls from lok adalat, dont know what is this. On top of that they are claiming that they are lawyers. Upon discussion i pulled out some informations, they told me that airtel filed a case against you for non payment of your airtel bill of 3700/- along with penalty of 15000/- do you think customers are fools?
                      He stated me that we have sent notice to your residential address, i said i haven't received any notice, how you guys directly call us and tell that tomorrow you need to present in court. What [censored] is this. I have asked him to send me a written communication on my email id along with a soft copy of notice that they have sent, they refused to provide the same and disconnected my calls. And now not receiving any of my calls.

                      Second thing, my airtel number [protected] has already been lost in nov month for which i have raised complaint via call and email also to customer support to have it deactivated. Then how come there is a bill of 3700, why you guys not informed about any bills or unpaid amount to me. If you haven't disconnected my phone, its your mistake, why i will paybill for that. Kindly waive of all charges. Why there was no communication on email regarding pending due amount, and directly lodging/filing a case against customer.
                      Kindly ask those fellows to stop calling/harrasing me, otherwise i will file a fir and and harassment case & will report this incident to cybercrime also.

                      Kindly let me know if you actually filed any case against me in lok adalat? If not then i will go and report this incident to concerned. Kindly reply to this email before monday, otherwise i will send this communication to upper management and will put this issue in consumer court and many forums.

                      Also my address have been changed. I left mumbai in dec2016, now i stay in uttarpradesh (Azamgarh) and working here. For any future communications, kindly reply to this email.

                        I am legal immigrant o[censored]S, has left India on January 18, 2017.Immediately after
                        reaching at US, I started receiving messages from Airtel that i must refill, recharge
                        otherwise services shall be discontinued.After that I started receiving calls on mobile
                        all at midnight, threatening me on same issue. Once while i was fast a sleep, I received a call from Airtel, handset fell down from my hand, front cover got damaged, display went off. I have demanded new handset, no money

                        What is my appeal [1] How Airtel can activate international roaming facility on pre paid
                        facility without consumer consent, that too when consumer enters Indian Int Airport, has not left India [2] Whats App facility through wi fi is free, then too how Airtel can charge for incoming /outgoing calls[3] Such charges are levied even when mobile data is switched off. This is open exploitation, duping Consumers.Many Indian who have visited other countries on visitor visa have similar complaints, no response.

                        Further to my complaints, I continuously receiving calls from Airtel, at day time, late night or early Morning hours.I am receiving call from mobile numbers -[protected] & [protected].I shall have to
                        bear charges for Incoming calls

                        Howlong such loot shall be allowed, how long consumers shall be exploited. Why

                        Furthermore, please be assured that our system is flawless and there is no manual intervention. The software captures the details of the call that you make from or receive on your mobile or the data that you use and generates the charges accordingly.
                        Moreover, we would like to inform you that International Roaming service is default service activation on all airtel prepaid numbers. Monthly rental of Rs.99 would be deducted from your main account balance once you latch on to the roaming network.

                          SIM blocked on 8th feb 2017 still issue is not resolved by airtel.

                          I submitted all my required documents to airtel store but still my sim is not activated.

                          If i call to airtel customer care they ask me to drop a mail to '[protected]@in.airtel.com' with required documents.

                            I applied for a broadband connection and got into contact with their executive called Pankaj who visited my home. He showed me some FUP plans, since I am a hardcore user, I asked him for non-FUP plans because they weren't going to suit me.

                            Now here begins their trickery, he was very vague in his answers, when I asked him will I get 'unlimited' data without any FUP limits and speed cutting down, he would say 'Yes yes' but not show any concrete plan. I confronted him with that and he called another executive probably on the phone and I asked him, he said he was giving us the '999rs for 30 GB' plan but since they're having competition from Jio the first three months would be unlimited data. I confirmed the same with both of them atleast 10 times, and then placed the order.

                            Now imagine my horror, when the same day my connection starts, my 30 GB runs out in 2 hours. I call Pankaj, he BLATANTLY refused saying 'I never told you it was unlimited, we agreed on the 999 Rs. 30 GB plan' and there began my horror story, we called Airtel Sales/Customer division and had literally no help. They said ' We will add another 105 GB and work out the solution'. We waited for 2 weeks and we didn't see anything more than 5 GB. Pankaj refused to talk to us, Sales Division said they were helpless and couldn't do anything about the situation.

                            My dad got frustrated and told them to cancel the connection, this was 3 days before I write this complaint, and our connection hasn't even been disconnected. I'm pretty sure they're waiting for 1 month or something to be over so they can deny a refund. I'm writing here in hopes of a Govt. Body seeing how blatantly I have been cheated at each and every front from a big company like Airtel, and their employees are to put it lightly 'SCUMBAGS' who cheat customers without a semblance of a conscience.

                            I don't think this will get resolved, frankly I don't want to have anything to do with Airtel, I will spread this loud and clear and just want this BS company to be out. Infact I'm switching everyone in our house to another SP. No Airtel for us.

                                  Extremely pathetic service from airtel customer support!!!
                                  1) Firstly no matter what you dial 1, 2 or 3 for hindi, telugu or english the person at the other end of the phone speaks every other language except ENGLISH!!
                                  2) when i lodged a complaint against an airtel store member, I got a reply stating please go to your retail store and sorry for your inconvenience and that's it they closed the request without even TRYING to resolve or ask further about the issue.
                                  3) The AIRTEL stores Charge you 150 to 180 rs claiming you will get 70rs TAlktime and 50mb internet for which there's no guarantee that you'll be even getting it.

                                  DON'T BE FOOLED GUYSS..The actual cost for porting to ANY network is JUST 19rs !!!according to TRAI.
                                  Moreover when i called the customer support for the 7th TIME!! a lady responded saying ...there's no chance of filing a complaint!!!..these were her EXACT WORDS.!!! i could hear her chewing a gum while talking to me.

                                  Such unprofessional behaviour from a company of this stature..!!!

                                    i would like to bring it to your notice with regards to the bill generated to me after me not using the internet. i had taken two connections on 11 nov with air tel one at banjarahills(which worked for one month only ) and the other one at medhipatnam doesn't work till date several times I called up the concern persons and told them about it still they was no action taken by the dep and they just generated the bills for both the connections and sent it to me i have got the numbers of the people that i have compliant to.its as follows.

                                        Hi,
                                        I have 4 Airtel DTH Connections at my home. 3 HD and 1 SD. All these 4 connections were linked to one single ID.
                                        My request was simple. I wanted to split/discontinue that one SD connection, request ID: 58658085
                                        I made it clear that this request is to discontinue the Standard Definition box and NOT the High Definition Boxes. The support discontinued precisely the one HD connection that's in our drawing room and messed it up.
                                        Result: I had to call Airtel DTH Customer Service again informing the same. Can you imagine, they had no idea what they've done. Now, this generated a new request. Somewhat a callback request[protected], for which I never got a callback. I was told that the request has been escalated in the form of an email to the higher authorities. The higher authorities at Airtel DTH are probably doing nothing.
                                        Next thing: I had to call Airtel DTH for the third time. I get to know now that the split connection now needs to be merged and this takes 90 days to be done. Wow Now I need to wait for 90 days for a simple request Original request: Separate one SD Connection from the rest HD STBs What Airtel Understood: Separate a random HD Connection and screw up with the customer.
                                        The latest update on this is that one more HD Connection is now disconnected.
                                        I posted the same on Facebook, even sent a message on Facebook, called multiple times and finally had no choice but to post here.
                                        Before they disconnect all the connections and eat up all the money, I need a reply and schedule a visit at my home to sort out this issue.

                                        I received an SMS for creation of new Customer ID: [protected]-001
                                        The earlier ID had 001, 002, 003 and 004 connections. Out of these 001 was an SD connection and my original request was to discontinue this SD set top box and NOT the HD connection. Moreover, to make it worse, now there are 2 HD connections that are completely non-functional now.
