Complaint 1) : why for the same person having same address, there are two relationship numbers?
Complaint 2) to get a printout of payment receipt for online payment, needs a lot of effort. The website is only about payment, every click is how to pay the money in the fastest possible way but once paid to get the printout of receipt is an exercise itself.
Complaint 3): in the payment receipt of post paid mobile connection, airtel logo is available but for the data plan payment receipt, it is absent, why?
Overall, business owner's/promoters lack of ethics is prominent.

      Sir,

      I am a corporate plan user of Airtel and we have 10 connections altogether, I regret the day I chose to be an Airtel customer. I complained about the network issues in my area but did not get any response, then I sent an MNP request against which I was assured that a booster will be put in your place for which concerned department will contact you within 48hrs.(Request No.[protected]. However, as expected I didn't get any call. Thereafter, I mailed the nodal officer on 08.02.2017, in reply of which it was received that, "This is in reference o your email regarding network issue for your Airtel mobile number 9899.9.

      Basis your email, "I would like to inform you that we tried calling you but were unable to reach you. However, I have escalated this issue to our concerned team at priority and they will validate and revert within 24-48 working hours. Request your kind co-operation in this regard."

      Although I was getting call from other nos. during that period and was, at no point of time, out of reach. After sent them repeated emails, I got a call and a mail as follows:

      "This is in reference o your email regarding network issue for your Airtel mobile number 9899.9.

      Basis your email 9899.9, I would like to inform you that I am escalating your case to the concerned team for validation of booster installation on priority basis.

      Hence you will be getting a revert with a case update within 48-72 Hours.

      Kindly consider this as an interim response. We seek your cooperation and patience."

      I waited for the stated time but did not receive a single call or was approached for a survey.

      Then I sent several other mails and after almost a month of chasing them from pole to post I received this:

      "Greetings from Airtel! We have received your follow up email regarding network coverage issues on your Airtel mobile number 9899.9.I would like to inform you that, as per our requirement to install booster does not match your revenue, hence we are unable to install booster at your location.Further, Please be assured this is a high priority for us and we are looking for a suitable space to install a new site since the same is already planned.It would be great if you can pass on any leads of a location for a mobile site in the vicinity. Simply click on the link below and identify the location on the map."

      This is not expected out of a Giant Brands like Airtel and I have attached some FAKE Assurances mail which I received from nodal officer.

      By this review, I just want Airtel to accept it on a public platform that they cannot deal with the complaints of their customers nor they can afford a Booster for retaining there customers.

      I dont received a single call from airtel
      Meine naya phone liya hai usme mujhe my airtel app download kr ke 3GB free milega 12month k liye aur 121 pr call krne ka kaha. To castmer care wale ko pata hi nahi. Hai. Ap log aise bewakoof kyu banate ho aise hi time barbad kr te ho saf saf mana bol do na k free nhi a jayega. Me vodafone prepaid use kr raha hu usme mujhe turat aa gya aur aap log postpaid hote hue b nhi kr sakte.

        Hi, i have raise a broad band request (Ref[protected]and paid the amount online ₹3792 on feb th 2016. As the broad band service was not activated in 48 hrs for broadband connection i requested them to refund my amount as they were giving excuses like network connectivity issues. I am following this issue with customer care and then submit complain to nodal team but haven't got any proper response from any one. So i have contacted appellate team but then also i am unable to get my refund amount yet. It has been almost 20 days now and still i am not getting my refund amount. I am also requesting to all the other users who are planning to buy airtel broadband or 4g service to not to buy any services from airtel and not to pay online for new broadband connection as you will not get any refund amount after paying online.                 I am being troubled by lot o[censored]nwanted calls from airtel representatives for last 9 to 10 months now, they are asking me to port my number to airtel. I have already told them several times that am not interested in porting my number still am being harassed 2 to 3 times every week.

                The call comes from some unknown number though I have activated DND. Recent number was [protected]. Further these calls come from different number everytime so even if I block one number it will not help. Its creating a lot of problem to me during my working hours.

                First of all I want to know how these guys are getting my number and why airtel is sharing our number like this to harass us? Why are they not marking number as "Not interested" once I respond, and stop calling me unnecessarily. I don't want to get any such calls from Airtel in future so I want a serious step to be taken about this.

                If I get any further calls like this from airtel am going to write a complaint to TRAI. People know when they want to port their number we don't want anyone to ask us to port. Keep that in mind.

                  I am using airtel prepaid since last 7 years. How can i raise a complaint in care number. I can't complain via 121 and 198. I don't know whether those numbers are for customer care or something which makes irritation to customers. Today i tried so many times to contact a customer officer. There was no any option to contact them in 198 and 121. Those numbers are giving only informatios. This is very disgusting. And here is my complaint.

                  I am recharging around 1000rs per month for airtel 3g/4 service. If i use more than 15 mins, it is automatically turned to 2g service. Every time i cane restart my mobile. I need to fix this iaaaue on priority. I got my new 4g sim. This is happening in multiple locations wherever I'm moving.

                  Pl revert on customer care number and above complaint as well.

                      My number (M-[protected]) is not active from last 3 Days. I have applied for MNP from Airtel UPE (Prepaid) to Airtel Karnataka (Postpaid).

                      Previous SIM got deactivated but new SIM is not yet active. The MNP should be seamless. From last 3 Days and I am not reachable to any of my contacts.

                      I have already approached twice to nearest Airtel Express Relationship Centre and they said we have escalated the issue.

                            I used a BSNL SIM card . But Airtel give a lot of offering data . So it converted airtel and upgrading to 4g I pay for this sim 90.00rs my no is [protected] . When all proses complete. I insert sim then msg come your sim not 4g. Plz help soon.

                              We are facing network issue in calling since 5 feb 2017 on my num [protected]. same issue occurred in my another number [protected] also. We wait till 8th feb and registered a complaint with airtel whose complaint no. is 73995745. On 14th feb we come to know that same has been closed mentioning that earlier same issue is still on hold which was registered in aug 2016. Please be noted that aug 2016 issue was regarding internet services which we are not using now because no solution was given for our concern. But this time issue is regarding the most basic service i.e. Ph calling. we are chasing behind airtel since then but they are only saying that new site is planned and it will take 90 to 120 days. They had there engineer visit at my location and he has also confirmed that issue is serious and there is no network coverage in my location. Also he has confirmed that they had multiple complaints near by our location. For interim solution, we have also asked for some router(network booster) to be installed but no response for this from airtel. Please help me a.s.a.p because I am pregnant and I am not be able to contact my husband during his office hours. Other complaint registered : 74124580, 74061497

                                I am living in rohini sec 13 delhi in savera apparent in this area network is very poor and I can't talk in my house .network is very poor so please resolve this issue as early as possible. Everyone in my society is facing this problem. Everyone is fedup from network issue so I want from airtel please remove this problem as early as possible. I had complained so many times but airtel not resolved my problem

                                    I am writing this complaint to you to have a look on my concern regarding the airtel services. I need to escalate to you the issue which I faced from airtel. I am not sure whether you are the right person to escalate and you can take action against the issue.

                                    2 month ago, I have applied for a airtel broadband connection through airtel site. Initially, I got a message that there is no feasibility at my location. But after 2 days, I got call from airtel executive and said that there is a feasibility at my place. She said that airtel has sent an executive to collect the required documents and collect the amount of Rs.1200/-.
                                    The executive had come and collected the documents and also I paid him the amount which was informed before. He has given to me the airtel application number TBLR7262631 and asked me to call Nikhil - [protected] for any other assistance.

                                    There was no response from airtel for that application and I called the executive who collected my documents and then he said that there is no feasibility at my area and I have to call airtel customer care for refund the amount which I paid him. His mobile number is [protected] (Name is Akshay I believe). After that he is not at all lift the phone.

                                    I raised a complaint to airtel for this issue and asked for the refund amount and they gave me the reference number REF40472678. Initially I got reply from airtel that they have forwarded the complaint to concerned team and they are following up the issue with them. When ever I asked about update, they copied the previous email and sent to me. After few days, I got a call from airtel and asked me to apply for online refund process. So I went to airtel site and applied for online refund and the airtel ticket number is AORb594d6.

                                    Now its almost 2 months over. Till now I have not received any response/resolution from airtel regarding this issue. Now I felt that this is a cheating from airtel and I really don't know if i get back my refund amount.

                                    I request you to have a look on this issue and take a necessary action against this issue to resolve as soon as possible.If you are not a right person to take action against this, then please provide me the person and their email id to escalate the issue.

                                        The complaint is put down against the service center in charge Lakhwinder of Adarsh Services, House no 213, sector- 52, Chandigarh. The reinstallation of airtel dishTv was done, for which she informed Rs250 will be taken, but at the time of installation Rs 450 was charged.
                                        On talking to her she back stepped and told to remove the dish and give it back to customer without installing in a ruthless manner.
