I have paid rs 1000 for getting of new broadband connection.. After one week, i got message your area is not feasable for broadband connection. I have applied for refund of amount through onlinerefund airtel website.. Till now i did not get any reaponse from any one. This is the worst response i have nt seen till now. I paid Rs.1000 to airtel broadband provider in my neighborhood for a new connection but it was never fulfilled because of infeasibility. I have been running to get my refund since then. I am unable to receive any calls and if i get a call I am unable to talk to the other person on phone due to poor signal quality in my area.I have posted a complaint but no action has been taken yet.previously there was no problem of signals but from last few months there is very poor signal in my area.All my family members use airtel prepaid and all are facing the same problem...
