My name is Darshan wagh,
Iam from nashik. My airtel brodband is not working from 3 days. The company always text me to sorry for delay. But their technician not do any work completely. They disconnect my wire yesterday and say their may be some problem on wire and. And then they say we changing the wire today. And after some time they say that not possible to change wire today. Our technician will change wire tomorrow morning. And till is 4:20 pm but they don't change the wire. And the company give their representative no. The same man come to my house yesterday is not receiving call thier name is sanjay dabhade.
They told yesterday that our technician that connect your brodband on first day he will come and again connect your brodband. The person name is pavan badgujar that fill my form is tell me that this not my work. You need to call sanjay dabhade.
Its only 7-8 days that i get connection from them. I already pay them for 6 months.
This is totally Harsment for me. I work from home for company. The brodband connection is always need for me.
Hope I get justice here.

    Hello i live in dubai my no validity expires las month but i fail to recharge on time now i have recharged on same no but i didnt recieve any message i cant do calls or chek balance i dont know why its not registering on any network please help me with this issue

      UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.

      Above message is coming after sending port requests to company again and again.

        I am a airtel prepaid user and i did a recharge of Rs 479 through Airtel Thanks app after that i choose my recharge pack and do payment via airtel upi and then payment of 479 rs was deducted successfully from the bank and my recharge was not done it is still pending. After that i call on customer care 198 for registering complaint against it so customer executive told me that u can do another recharge ur previous recharge is not successful and the amount of 479 will refund in my bank account in 9-10 days. So i did another recharge via Airtel thanks app via same process and then i did payment of 479rs and then again this payment also goes in processing so my two payments of 479rs was stucked in between after that i talk to my bank they told me my payment is successful tranfered to airtel merchant. I don't know why its happened, but i want my amount as soon as possible.

          I am using the no from past 20 yrs from same airtel. After multiple mnp due to address changes, finally came back to airtel with due respect to bharathi airtel.
          Experienced bad time for 6 hrs to activate. Tried many no to contact with customer care but of no use. It repeats electronically voice msg of same topics and never able to connect to person. Worst experience. Services are detonating.. may be this is the reason jio is emerging. Bad experience. Till now not solved

            Hello i had recharged my airtel mobile number with inr 2999 and had activated a pack for next 365 days.

            Next using 'google pay' i had recharged the same number mistakenly of inr 2999 and pack for next 365 days.

            I contacted airtel for refund/to credit that to talk time at least as it doesn't make sense to use both same packs by paying double the price.

            Now they were not ready to refund it as it was done through third party app (Google pay) where in they were ready to refund it if was done through airtel app.

            Does it make sense?? No matter how you pay money i was paying it to airtel.

            Kindly look into this at the earliest and i am ready to provide you all the transaction details as i want to find a solution for this by having the money refunded.

                Hi,

                I ported my SIM from BSNL to Airtel. I got network in my mobile, but my SIM is not getting activated eventhough I called 59059 to activate my SIM.

                    To whomever it may be concerned,
                    I am working in UAE, for the past three years, and was using the Airtel sim for my personal use. For the past few days, the mobile is showing ' sim not registered on any network' and i am not able to make/ receive any calls using my Airtel sim.

                        I have simple postpaid plan and still getting error “ UPC cannot be generated for the reasons: (1)There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”

                        I am not getting good network hence like to change operator.

                            I have done 598 recharge.on 16 th october..on [protected].. through airtel app and select upi as my payment options... payment was successful ...but recharge..was not...i have raised complained multiple times ... obviously...airtel is gonaa provide me refund...as i developer...i know...airtel is merchant here...and we r paying through...upi...if payment is successful.. then only it will show...a sucess message...but stupid airtel... agents...r telling..they haven't... recieved...so where my money ..have gone...to vijay malya...its obvious...they even dont know how upi works...they told...when u do recharge..trough..airtel app...n select...upi..as payment...then upi (providers..like gpay ..or..even i[censored]se bhim upi...they will do recharge..)..i don't know who taught them these...i have attaching my transaction proof...
                            airtel your agents r stupid... people..or u guys have a solid plan to make people fool...if i dont recieved my refund...i am gonaa port...my whole family members...and even don't suggest...anyone to use this fraudsters

                              I am an airtel prepaid plan user. I have done recharge of 666 that gives 1.5 gb/day till 84 days. In that i use 850 mb but in my airtel app its showing i have use my full data. After that i ask their CUSTOMER care then they say i have used it and it was very rude. Due to some issue i have to add data so i recharge with 118 that gives around 12 gb but even though i only use 1 gb atmost but still it showing i have use 7 gb. You mean litteraly. Airtel doesnt give a ### about data fraud in open.

                                  I was very surprised to know that Airtel DTH is charging Rs. 15/- on every delayed recharge, and they have been charging this every month.
                                  My DTH was valid till 12th Jan, 2022 midnight, and I recharged the full amount on 13th Jan 3PM. However, to my surprise, I saw Rs 15 has been deducted. On going through the laborious process of talking to a customer care exec, I found out that this is due to 'Late Fee'. Now, I don't understand, how is this late fee. A person will take their bike to the service center only after it breaks down, right and not before that. So, even if I recharge the immediate next day, they are charging this amount. To top it off, there is no prior communication regarding this amount. It's kind of happening in stealth, so they are cheating unsuspecting people of Rs 15 everytime. This is a loophole they are using to perform corporate fraud.
                                  Please beware of this.

                                    When i adding my airtel dth account in my airtel thanks app, after entering the dth account customer ID and click on submit, it showing that ERROR:-BAD REQUEST .
                                    Iam re-entering the customer ID and submitted, again it showing same error.
                                    Please fix the error.

                                      Just wanted to inform that because o[censored]nprofessional behavior of airtel employees and airtel itself cost me salary loss due to unavailability of internet and mental harassment for 3 days ie. 4th, 5th, 6th January 2022 which is around INR 4000/-. I am really pissed off with the airtel customer care and airtel engineers as they are not picking customer calls and providing wrong information to customer. For 3 days i called multiple times to airtel customer care to resolve my problem but i didn't get any help neither from allocated engineer nor customer care and because of that i will not pay my due amount and waive off all my due amount and i want airtel to compensate me for my salary loss which is due to airtel incompetence and unprofessional attitude towards their customers. I called multiple times to airtel engineer but he disconnect my call and provide wrong information regarding my resolution.

                                      I need full waiver of my pending amount and written apology from airtel for this inconvenience and mental harrassment.

                                        I had paid the airtel dongle bill [protected] through Net banking for Rs. 471 on 11th January 2022 and The amount was also debited from my account, however it was shown as Unable to fetch the payment & payment failed...

                                        It's been 2 days, still I haven't received a refund...
