Hi team,

I have done a transaction of 20, 000 on 03rd Feb, 2017 from my credit card to Airtel money. Money got deducted from my credit card and it wasn't added to Airtel money wallet. I waited to 6days on a view that money would get credit back but it wasn't happened. Could you please resolve the issue ASAP.

    Worst company Airtel

    I had paid 3 months rent in advance and they didn't install the connection saying that they have connectivity issue.
    lol in this digitization they have connectivity issue in city like Gurgaon, Any way but harrasment starts when they are not refunding my money back.
    Now it's two months but they are processing and only processing. Once I get a call saying that due to technical issue they are not able to refund and now it will take another 15 days. :(
    Worst customer support illiterate people. Even once I got call saying that your details are not present in our system...OMG then how this conversation was going on from past one and half month.
    They only extend the refund date but will not refund the money. They are looting and churning the interest onmoney of innocent people.

    Guys do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband else you will also face similar issue and Airtel will harass you badly.
    Better use another broadband provide and pay only after installation of broadband.

    The above issue still not resolved and you people had not returned my money. You ##### have not sense how to run a business thats why you are loosing the consumers and they are moving to JIO and BSNL.
    Let JIO broadband come they will make you band...hahaha
    Give return my money back with interest.
    Guys do never pay in advance to Airtel they will never return the money, .

        My Complain is while taking the conncetion i had two employees from your company to collect the cash, i gave them 1000rs as connection charges where i got to know the charges for new connection is only 500, no problem, As i was not contacted for more then a week i called the customer service and the asked me to pay 500 0nline which i did, then i asked the person who took my 1000 rs, its been one month that person is not responding my phone calls nor my sms plz help me name of the sales guy SIRJU phone # [protected]

          I have been issued a duplicate sim one month ago. Since then it is not activating(no signal). I have submitted all my documents, called 7-8 times to customer care and they keep on saying that you have to visit airtel store.When i am going to airtel store they are saying call to customer care. Its been almost a month now and i m still not able to activate my sim. I just wanted to know how long it will take to activate my sim.I am facing problems day in and out because of deactivation of sim card.

            Hi Airtel Team,
            I have a Airtel Prepaid Number of Banglore Circle +91-[protected] in name of Seema Choudhary . I did a recharge of Rs 1000/- on 3rd of Feb 2017 from MyAritel App order ID[protected] . The amount got deducted on its own without any usage .

            On calling customer care they told that it has been used in Internet but the phone was not used for Internet and don't know how the amount got deducted .

            Can you pls help in reverting the amount deducted .

              Since the time i have moved to gurgaon which is since past 1 year, not a single month has gone by without an airtel issue coming up. Network is a big issue ofcourse in gurgaon, which is funny because they provide network in leh and other hilly regions but not in gurgaon.

              Now apart from the million problems i have with this money sucking giant airtel, the latest one is suspicious data drainage. With a usual usage on my phone, my data drained out 5 gbs in 3 days.

              Initially on a lower plan, i kept increasing the plan depending on the usage and when finally 10 gb was enough for me. Now 3 days and 5 gb is definitely suspicious and on calling airtel customer care, they dont know anything.

              This is the last chance i'm hoping this forum helps me out with this suspicious usage or else airtel i've had enough of you.

              P. S. Please check my complaint calls if at all you have a record of them. They are huge.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I used to use a airtel broadband connection which we disconnected as we switched to another faster connection. However, we had no pending bills neither have been informed about any pending bills. Yesterday, we received an abusive airtel advocate calling from +[protected] threatening to pay Rs. 12, 000 immediately for an out of court settlement for a criminal case that was registered against me. He said notices were issued to us to be present in Delhi court yesterday (7th Feb 2017) at 4 PM failing which police warrant will be issued. He also said the best way is to go for an out of court settlement!!!

                      We are confused and need help at this point of time. Why cant airtel send a pending bill directly to us if there was any??

                      This is mere harassment and nothing more. Please help. My broadband number was [protected]

                          I have not received any bill for this no. [protected] from the last 2 months, this is happen 5th time with me that the bill is coming after 2-3 months.my company allows me to make payment every month . I had also visited the customer service kiosk Airtel at Survey, guwahati, but there is no one who can help me in this matter because of poor and unexperienced staff.they recruited untrained staff.there are only girls and you don’t say anything to them bcoz they are girl.I have also made several calls to your customer care number, the customer care agents are very unpolite and are least interested in understanding the customers problems.
                          I also have spoken to the floor manager, who was extremely unpolite, mannerless and inefficient to understand my problem instead he banged the phone down, without giving me a satisfactory solution.
                          false commitments to customers? Is this a kind of a joke that they are cracking with customers?this is the last time I am complaining in airtel and after that I will go to consumer court and fight for the right..i am fed up with your false promises and commitments. Take immediate action please.

                          Airtel is cheating the people and looting the money.
                          They even had not refunded my 3297 broadband connection money till now even after 2 months.
                          Guys please help me to spread this message so other people will not caught in this fraud.

                          Guys do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband else you will also face similar issue and Airtel will harass you badly.
                          Better use another broadband provide and pay only after installation of broadband.

                            There was a dispute regarding the bill. I had raised a complaint and the discussion was on. You had stopped my outgoing and finally you stopped my incoming. It was a mistake from your side as you had charged me Rs 99 extra for some roaming charges for more than a year and you stooped the services.which was auto renewed without my approval or information. I found out only when I checked by chance the bill. And above that your executive calls me and asks if you will pay instantly then he would give some discount. He should first apologize and reverse the charges. I do not want some discount but complete reversal.

                                  I had paid 1193/- and activated international roaming vide id no.[protected] on 6th of feb and i was told that it would be activated instantly. I FEEL CHEATED THAT THE PLAN DIDNOT WORK AND I HAD TO RECHARGE EXTRA MONEY ON MY CARD SINCE ALL MY BALANCE WAS OVER. I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY AIRTEL SOLD ME THE PLAN IF THEY COULD NOT ENSURE COMLIANCE ? I WANT MY MONEY BACK ALONG WITH THE DAMAGES FOR INCONVINIENCING ME AND ALSO MAKING ME SPEND EXTRA TO BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY WORK AND HOME.

                                        even i didnt use my airtel number for outgoing calls and my postpaid plan is 599 but i got the bill of Rs: 966/- how it can be happend without using internet services and out going call [censored] network services and even-though Airtel Digital TV is also waste i complained on 18 feb 2017 they never get back to me yet thats how they are maintaing the services

                                        i request to each and everyone please dont take any connection from Airtel services not only Post-paid / Prepaid / Digital TV and Broadband connections also
