I have not received any bill for this no. [protected] from the last 2 months, this is happen 5th time with me that the bill is coming after 2-3 months.my company allows me to make payment every month . I had also visited the customer service kiosk Airtel at Survey, guwahati, but there is no one who can help me in this matter because of poor and unexperienced staff.they recruited untrained staff.there are only girls and you don’t say anything to them bcoz they are girl.I have also made several calls to your customer care number, the customer care agents are very unpolite and are least interested in understanding the customers problems.
I also have spoken to the floor manager, who was extremely unpolite, mannerless and inefficient to understand my problem instead he banged the phone down, without giving me a satisfactory solution.
false commitments to customers? Is this a kind of a joke that they are cracking with customers?this is the last time I am complaining in airtel and after that I will go to consumer court and fight for the right..i am fed up with your false promises and commitments. Take immediate action please.
