I have a horrible experience with Airtel for getting a broadband connection. They collected the money from me three weeks before i., e on 07/01/2017. Since then I didn't hear anything from them, I have tried to contact their agent many times but able to reach once or twice . No action was taken even after reaching out to the agent. The contacted the nodal officer and promised an action with in 2 days . No action was done then as well. Finally...

I port my no from docoma to Airtel and it's activated on 22nd Jan 17 morning . From that day I not receiving incoming calls as well as sms service .I called up customer care made complaint[protected].They committed within 4 hrs will activated .So many times calling customers care also same reply getting from them every time . After 5 days over still it's issue persisting .Airtel the worst service provider of in telecom in India. If not happening...

Refer to mymail dtd 21st oct 2016 to stop services on my Data card no-[protected], inspite of that airtel continiued my no & raised bill for nov 2016 & dec 2016. In lieu of that Airtel yesterday onwards terminated my all outgoing calls from my postpaid no-[protected]. i am regularly made payment against mobile no-[protected] & also datacard no-[protected] till Nov last billing cycle..

I am Neha Phaliwal and I want to disconnect my mobile phone number with airtel but when I go to their office they say cannot do it because it is prepaid and told me to stop recharging it..
I use the prepaid mobile but if I give to somebody it can be misused and i may be in trouble.

I am going to Dubai and I don't want to give to someone as it can be misused.

please advice how can i disconnect...

My wife and me are using 4 Airtel number among all of them has no internet working since yesterday.don't know whats wrong with this please solve the issue otherwise I will port all my number to another cellular company which will better than this.

I have this landline connection of airtel and along with it there is also a broadband connection.
Now i want to discontinue it but airtel office employees always say that i have to call on the tollfree no to get it disconnected.
I am trying from last 4 months and still can't disconnect it and every month they send me a bill ehich i have to pay wheather i use airtel or not.

Also I am using the prepaid airtel number...

Booked for broadband connection on Jan 21, 2017.Airtel officials contacted me the next day n fixed an appointment with me on Jan 24, 2017 for document collection.I regret to say that I m yet to hear from them again.My attempts to speak to their customer care officials went in vain.They can very well cancel my request if they r unable to process it.

I submitted my application dtd. 24/12/2016 for surrendering of my Airtel post paid connection No. [protected] which was confirmed over phone on 25/12/2016. But it has been observed the number is active till date .
In view of the above let me know why the above mentioned mobile no. has not been deactivated till date.I once again request you to deactivate the number immediately and no payment will be made after 24//12/2016....
