I'm complaining about weak network connection in my village.in my village it's is very tough to get network signal, we are climbing hills to get network connection. Some times we are getting the signal outside of our homes that only 2g signals even that also not connecting properly, voice breaking, signal drops like this we are facing so much problem. If some one gone to hospital to neighbor city its very critical to get his status. So please its my humble request on behalf of my village members, please install the network in my village. Whatever support you required we will provide you. We want network installation. Hope you will sort it out asap

    I ported my number to airtel before 10 days but still SIM is not activated, im trying to get in touch with customer service but no one is responding. I need my SIM to be activated immediately or refund the amount which as been taken for activation.

      I had requested for the regular six monthly plan change three months back. But airtel kept on generating monthly bills, after calling numerous times to customer care, they kept informing plan has been changed. I am paying unnecessary taxes on each bill generated. They raise complaints and close by themselves without calling and checking with customer.
      Recently the raised disconnwction request on account by themselves while the payment of 6000 has already been done.
      REQUEST FURTHER INVESTIGATION ON THIS PLEASE.

        My mobile network is not available since 31st December, 2021. I have tried everything in the settings and reinserted the sim card multiple times but of no use. Kindly resolve this issue as soon as possible.

          Hello;

          SIM got invalid during roaming aboard on 15th Oct 2021, post discussion with Customer Care dropped mail on 16th Oct for SIM replacement but to our surprise not got any feedback from Airtel. So subsequently dropped reminder mail from 18th to 27th (10days), On 28th Oct after multiple follow with customer care, requested documents were submitted to Airtel Store (Ms. Meghna Owner, Ulhasnagar) & got SIM replacement. This SIM did not got active even though service on was shown active in airtel system & this happened for whole Nov month. 45 Days lost without SIM being active & we paid 5999 INTL Rent roaming in Oct & 999 plan rental for whole OCT & NOV month.

          Post discussion with customer care again & subsequent discussion with Airtel store who asked to re-submit the document on 11th Dec. On 12th Dec, we resubmitted the document again & got new SIM as older SIM replaced earlier was no longer valid as per Airtel store. The New SIM activation was assured with-in 4-5 working days but again airtel store to our surprise requested to submit additional document on 24th Dec which we submitted on 25th Dec but still SIM is not active till today.

          I hereby request to address my concerns as its affecting my financial transaction & ultimate lose to me. I'm only getting assurance from multiple customer care executive who are insensitive towards my concerns & are interested to sell only there new airtel one/broadband product. this is sheer harassment o[censored]ser as this insensitive customer care executive & their team leader only provide scripted assurance to user & not taking any action on airtel store & backend team who failed to active sim for long 3 months. i would also request to refund International roaming amount on prorate basis along with rental for OCT, NOV &Dec month for which i have already paid.

          appreciate early resolution & not scripted assurance from airtel

            I manigill has done a payment of 500 rupee from my Airtel payment bank on 29 December having utr no[protected].
            But the amount has not been recieved by the party.
            I tried calling Airtel payment bank customer care but they told me the payment is already done.
            They informed me to ask third party bank but third party refused they don't recieved any payment.
            I want my money bank as soon as possible.

                            Hi team,

                            This company should certainly be banned.

                            They simply harassing customers. The country needs better services & better people.

                            I have a broadband connection for one and a half year . Everything was all fine however the internet did not work for some days In the month of November . I called AIRTEL to get refunded however they denied and I because was not happy asked to cancel account.
                            They took request but the next day I had call from airtel asking to take cancellation request back since they resolved my problem giving refund.

                            I took my request cancellation request back.

                            Everything got sorted ..Things were going fine for some days and then all of sudden MY ACCOUNT got disconnected for NO REASON.

                            It's been 15 days & I have spoken more then 20 people having long conversation s many times where I was put on hold for more then 30 minutes. I am feeling as if I'm been harraesd.

                            Please look into and get this fixed.

                            I could write bur many could not. They just suffer.

                              I was adding money in airtel wallet through my debit card when i filled all details and after entering otp when i proceded it failed but 695 amount debited from my bank account in the name of airtel payment bank . I contacted airtel customer care they said to wait for 5 days but its more than 8 days they didnt refunded ₹695. TXN ID[protected] .THIS IS airtel txn id for transaction on 21 december, 2021 . Plz resolve my issue 🙏

                                I have two airtel prepaid sim. one was in roaming and other in india

                                but suddenly signal went away.

                                I complaint about this a month ago. but so far no action from airtel.

                                    I was travelling to USA and took a 1 month International Roaming pack from Airtel. It’s been 25 days now and I am not able to make outgoing calls ever since I landed in US. Following up with Airtel since then, they started working on it last week (after 2 weeks) but no resolution yet.

                                      Today I selected option in airtel thanx app for prepaid to post paid. Without any prenotification company immediately convert in post paid. Now I want to download my last month recharge slip but customer care executive clearly said "We can't do that because there is no history of prepaid now". I simply asked about my last month recharge slip in mail.

                                      I already sent a mail for this issue but didn't get any solution in that. I am totally frustrated with airtel and now when I asked to discontinue all services with airtel immediately but executive inform me "You can't do this till 90 days". What is going on? .

                                      I want solution immediately.

                                        Dear sir..

                                        I am unable to make or receive calls in my Airtel number [protected]

                                        When I receive calls, it gets dropped.
                                        when I try to make calls, it says "call ended".

                                        This is happening every time. There is no issues with my location as I've faced this problem everywhere.

                                        Please fix this problem.
