Hi Airtel Team,
With full of frustration, I would like to inform you that your technical team has disconnected my Internet yesterday evening when I was not at home. When i logged the complaint with CUSTOMER care, Mr Pradeep Singh has refused to help and said that I have to wait until tomorrow evening to get this issue resolved. He was such a annoying person that didn't help CUSTOMER and asked him to wait for 24 hours. When I specifically request him to check with Online/Backend team to trouble shoot the probem, he again said that I have to wait for tomorrow.
Below are the series of events happened:
I have lodged a complaint yesterday with Airtel, that 5G connection is dropping 3-4 times in a minute and ping time is also more than 15 seconds. However, 2, 4G is working fine.
Service Request was created by CUSTOMER Care.
I talked to Rahul and scheduled time post 7pm on 22nd Dec.
I start receiving multiple calls (around 20 calls from 5 different people), saying that there are multiple requests created and they need to resolve the ticket before 2.30pm. I mentioned that it is not possible as I am in Hospital.

Again getting annoying calls to send sms and to check if they can come.
(### man, A CUSTOMER has logged the complaint, and you guys are annoying him. CUSTOMER is not at fault if 2 SR has been created)
Then I called Rahul around 6.30pm saying that I am stuck in jam and will not be able to reach before 8pm. He said that he is at my place and waiting till 8pm if I can reach. I told No, I wont be.
When I reached home, to my surprise the internet was down. However, it was working till 7.30 pm because I was accessing my laptops from Hospital via Remote Software.
Also, I have my neighbors, who heard your team saying that lets disconnect it.
