    Sir, I am using airtel prepaid mobile no since last and half year. Since last five days there are so many times my account balance have been deducted for so many value added services even I didn't activate any service. Instantly I have been contacted customer service and they solved, deactivated the service and refunded the deducted amount. But, another service is being ativated automatically and balance deducted. this exercise is being happened since last five days and resulting this I am mentally disturbing. So please resolve this problem so that it shouldn't happen in future for good relationship between customer and airtel company. Thanks for an early action.

      Dear sir/Madam
      My mobile no. Is [protected], name Amritsherpal singh. I have taken a plan of rs. 250 for 2gb data (3g). But on 15 jan. 2017 I took extra .500 data through smart bites for approximately rs.150. And along qith that I asked from a coustomar care executive if I've used any extra data than my plan, but he assured me that I haven't. Along with that he told me that if my data usage exeeds the limit then it will be disconnected automatically as it was stopped earlier as well after 2 gb consumption. But now I have been charged around 1400 rs. Just because of excessive data consumption. So please do something regarding my bill as I have been misguided by one of your coustomar care executive. I am not able to pay this much. It shall be really kind of you.

        I took a airtel data sim ([protected]) on 24th Jan'17.

        I was informed that I will get a double data benefit for 10GB data plan with 999 rental. I should get 20GB after activating the offer. But even after activating it on 25th of January'17, I was not provided the offer yet. I called customer care repeatedly but they were not able to resolve the issue. Also raised a complaint (OT[protected] to airtel but didn't receive any reply yet.

        The airtel executive who had given me the connection is also not responding.
        Please look into it. Otherwise I have to discontinue it.

            Dear Sir

            I am Aafa J S were using an airtel sim ([protected] prepaid) since May 2014 upto 3 January 2017. The sim was taken in the name of my father T Somanathan (Thankanivas Parasuvaikal P O Parassala Trivandrum 695508) on May 2014. On 5 January my sim was not active and I called the customer care. I came to know from a customer care executive that the ownership of the sim is changed to some other person as a postpaid connection. But this was happened without the authorization of my father T Somanathan(original owner). By using that phone number the fraudlent person hacked my facebook and gmail accounts and posted vulgar posts. I really need a statement regarding the details of change of ownership and the airtel showroom from which the change is happened and the details of the current owner. Please kindly respond.               we wish to bring your notice that there is a Airtel Broadband junction box in front of our house. The junction box was installed without our knowledge and it is right in front of our gate. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to us as we cannot park our Four wheeler inside our parking lot. It is requested to remove or shift the Airtel Broadband Junction Box at the earliest.

                        Hi,
                        From a really long time i am receiving messages from 54321 and i have been charged a considerable amount for the same.
                        On a daily basis I receive these messages stating whose calls I've missed. Okay still understood. But otherwise also in pesetered when no missed calls are there by messages which state:-
                        'No messages exists for this service on 23/10/2016'
                        I'm charged an amount of Rs 5 per message which end up draining out all the balance that I have. Simply lost around Rs 78 last month due to this.

                        It gives me shear disappointment that airtel allows for such services to be carried forward. Highly troublesome for the users.

                        Hence, I want to deactivate it as soon as posssible.
                        Plz resolve this soon.

                          Hi, this is Rajeev Dubey from Kolkata having airtel prepaid connection no. 0091-[protected]. I lost my mobile today evening I.e. at 1800 hrs on 26.01.2017, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP.

                          Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                                I have been using a prepaid sim with mobile no.[protected]. After theft of mobile phone, I purchsed a 4G duplicate SIM no.[protected]U from Airtel Stores Paharganj, New Delhi.This sim did no work. The above store has issued another 4 G duplicate sim no.[protected]U. The sim is showing the network while putting in non-4G set, as advised by the above stores for the purpose of activation, The sim is not activated/working from the date of issue i.e. 23.01.2017. Pl. resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                  I have a horrible experience with Airtel for getting a broadband connection. They collected the money from me three weeks before i., e on 07/01/2017. Since then I didn't hear anything from them, I have tried to contact their agent many times but able to reach once or twice . No action was taken even after reaching out to the agent. The contacted the nodal officer and promised an action with in 2 days . No action was done then as well. Finally when I contacted their appellate officer, i am given the reason that there is no feasibility to give the connection due to technical issues and the amount collected will with refund wit in 20 days. So horrible
                                  If there is no feasibility to provide the connect why the amount was collected first?
                                  Even if it found later why no updates were given to me unless I am writing to them, so worst experience.
                                  On other note, While Airtel complaining about Reliance's Jio s monopoly, the service they offer even if we reach to them voluntarily is worst.so why they are complaining

                                    I port my no from docoma to Airtel and it's activated on 22nd Jan 17 morning . From that day I not receiving incoming calls as well as sms service .I called up customer care made complaint[protected].They committed within 4 hrs will activated .So many times calling customers care also same reply getting from them every time . After 5 days over still it's issue persisting .Airtel the worst service provider of in telecom in India. If not happening within 1 day . I have to go for legally for the compensation which I lost pease of mind opportunity and money lost last 5 days .

                                        Refer to mymail dtd 21st oct 2016 to stop services on my Data card no-[protected], inspite of that airtel continiued my no & raised bill for nov 2016 & dec 2016. In lieu of that Airtel yesterday onwards terminated my all outgoing calls from my postpaid no-[protected]. i am regularly made payment against mobile no-[protected] & also datacard no-[protected] till Nov last billing cycle..
