I had recharged twice with rs 100 for my airtel number-[protected] on paytm. the status showed recharge successfull but i did not recieve the service. paytm has asked me to contact airtel but airtel is not responding to my queries. i want the money(200 rs) credited immediately- paytm has responded to my query asking me to contact but airtel is not responding to any mails or queries

        2days back on 27/1/17 I have visited ur airtel store(HIMAYATNAGAR/HYD) branch, and I have placed request for prepaid to post paid connection for which even I have paid 300/- rs, and your executive said max by next day morning the service will be activated, , , , ,
        But it didn't started, i called same store and your executive said again than by day end the service will get started but still it's not been activated...and even now ur online staff is saying that my request is under process...
        So do am I looking as a FOOL...? So that I should keep calling to ur guys to know my status...and to hear u their ######## reasons and excuses...

        I want MY PLAN and SERVICE to be started right now...or else I am going to share same thing with local media channels websites of Hyderabad for ur fake promises and fool service...

        And finally i don't have patients and I don't know what I am gonna do at HIMAYATNAGAR AIRTEL STORE...

          Hi my name is Essa Khan I have submitted regular complaints with Airtel regarding the network and My complaints are as old as November 2015 I am not able to get any response from Airtel have tried reaching the applet team, the Nodal Officer I've also tried reaching them on Twitter but they are not able to help me in any possible way being helpless This Is The Last Resort I am trying if in case I can get a proper response from someone

                  I have very horrible experience with airtel post paid connection with very very poor signal at my home. we are not able to make a call, please look at this problem and resolve asap, we can not make call inside the home which is located in the heart of delhi city, karol bagh new delhi.

                  please try this number, you will reach very hard to this number...please resolve this issue asap...when we are make call it was showing like not register on network. Really it is mentally harassed by the airtel team saying we will visit and solve this but there is no response after lot of calls on their help line number. now i am too sick that why i am writing to you pls. solve this as soon as possible. if i want to call from my home urgent call than i have to go outside the home even than i feel problem to go again and again outside the home. My urgent calls and business calls i am missing day by day. its really a ridiculous and mentally sick because i am enable to call to somebody even in emergency. pls. help us to got corrected signals by airtel...!!!

                    I am writing to you to express my extreme disappointment for the treatment I received from Airtel, after being a loyal customer for 12+ years.

                    I had a number - [protected] (prepaid) which I had been using since 12 years. Then I had to travel to the US last month due to which I couldn't operate this number for around 1.5 months. I came back to Hyderabad last week and tried using the number and got to know that this has been re-issued to someone else. I hadn't received any notification whatsoever on this change, which could have made me act sooner and approached the team.

                    I have all my bank details, Hall ticket information, exam details sent to my phone numbers and it is REALLY important for me to have this number back. I'd sincerely request the airtel team to pay heed to this request and see if I could have this number back. After being a loyal customer all these years, I'd be really grateful if this is something you could help me with as it's really important for my day-to-day activities.

                        IT has been a pity to inform you that i had made a payment for an excess amt of Rs 37, 512(Thirty seven thousand five hundred and twelve rupees) on the 12th of January 2017 against my Airtel bill, which i requested a refund of the very same day.
                        This complaint has been ongoing ever since then ...and i have not received the refund yet.I have sent my bank statements and informed AIRTEL several times over email and phone about this concern and they have not bothered to resolve the complaint yet.

                          We have earlier requested for relocation our airtel connection from Flat-No-394, D-6 Kaveri to Flat-No-139, D-6 kaveri and it is now around 30 days this connection has not been done.

                          We have been calling Vasant Kunj Sales manager who is not replying now on messages and at the time of new connection he keeps saying that no complaint will be there for connection and now when requested for relocation from one flat to another flat he is saying that it will get soon but it has now been 30 Days.

                            I have been complaining since the first day of my mobile no. port, but their is still no healthy results found. i am not receiving any signals at my home and my work place and as their are no signals in my phone i am facing a heavy loss in my business. i have complaint in bharti airtel as almost 7-8 times but still the issue is not yet resolved.before the porting process i was told that you will receive a proper signal at your place(they said that they have checked through open network) but as my no. ported in airtel their were no signal, i need to walk out my home to make a call.

                                Hello my name is sushil rastogi, my mobile bill is more than 2200, my number is [protected]. Company is charging the roaming in my number. Incoming roamings are free on all the networks si why the company is charging roaming. Kindly waive off my bill so that i can continue using this number. I am using this number for more than 6 years. Kindly resolve my problem.

                                    Wrong recharge reversal option

                                    I am from Hyderabad and I am using Airtel mobile number.i made online recharge on inr 149.by mistakenly I entered 149/- correct amt 140/-recharge successfully done but balance I am not received .
                                    Is it possible to reverse the amount of yes what is the way to get reversal....

                                    I am paying for my calls then Why should I hear thier Annoying advertisement and be pissed off. Moreover I was trying to call in emergency and I was forced to hear a 30 second. Do you understand the potetial threat of it ??? A Girl may be in danger trying to call police for help and she gets AIRTEL advertisement ?
                                    Can it be justified ????? This SUCKS . AIRTEL u are the most costliest network and Zero Service and if this persists I will be more than glad to port to some other company which is ethical enough in its operation.

                                      With out any initiation my outgoing call has been blocked, even am using corporate service...Let me know why am not able to dial the outband # from mobile? where its stopping . Please get it fixed at the earliest.Not sure what kind of service which Airtel is providing to customer...Worst and Ridiculous services.
