    I have opted for airtel broadband connection, Based on this i got a call from airtel representative Prem, He said there is feasibility in my area . Airtel executive came to my home and collected Rs2100 along with required documents. Its been a week I get the connection. Tried contacting airtel customer care no proper response from them. The collection executive's number is switched and the person Prem's number is not reachable. kindly provide a solution for this issue.

        I have given a request for a new broad band connection on NOV 22 2016 and i gave a cheque for Rs.3792 with number[protected] HDFC bank kotturpuram branch, I was told that the connection is not feasible in my location but to my surprise the cheque got debited from my account on Dec 20 2016, I never expected Airtel will debit my cheque without giving me a connection. I called Airtel customer support regarding this and I was told that the amount will be refunded within a week time, the interaction id for the conversation is[protected], I called them on 2nd jan 2017 to get a status on this and I was told that I will have to send a mail to get my refund, This is very frustrating, i sent a mail to [protected]@airtel.com on 02/1/2017, i got a reply from them on 08/01/2017 saying they have the excess amoount as mentioned above in my account and asked me to send a cancelled cheque leaf to process the refund, i sent the cancelled cheque leaf on 09/01/2017, after that i got a reply from airtel on 10/01/2017 as mentioned below

        "Dear Abdul Fayasss,
        Greetings from Airtel!
        This is in reference to your email requesting refund on your airtel fixedline number [protected].
        I have registered your request for refund through NEFT and the reference number is 77511114. Let me assure you that the same will be completed within 15 days.
        For further queries, please email. I will be delighted to assist you." it was 20days ago and i am yet to get my refund amount, this is very frustrating and inethical from a renowned company like airtel. Please don't give any cheque to them till you get your land line or broadband working.

        yesterday (1/2/2017) i sent a mail to [protected]@airtel.com regarding the refund status and i got a call saying my request is closed because the status of my landline number is disconnected, how can the status be disconnected when i didn't even get a connection? i requested them to reopen the request and process my refund, as expected i got a mail saying i will be getting the refund will be processed within 15days, now i am back top square one, my money is with them for almost 3 months i am not sure for how many customers they did this and earning out of the money which has to be refunded. Below is the mail i got today from airtel. why should it take them 15 days to process a payment? this is frustrating.

        "Dear Abdul Fayasss,
        Greetings from airtel!

        This is in reference to your email requesting refund on your airtel fixedline number [protected].

        As discussed with you on your mobile number [protected], I have registered your request for refund through NEFT and the reference number is 78405712. Let me assure you that the same will be completed within 15 days.

        For further queries, please email. I will be delighted to assist you.

          I raised a complaint with Airtel on November 7 telling that there is no network at my home in Kaggadasapura even though it is pretty close to the main road(COMPLAINT NO.[protected]. A person came within a week to test the network in my area of the company that boosts on "OPEN NETWORK". He found there was no 4G outside my flat and no network in my home. He mentioned that this issue has been persisting in the are for more than a year. I also talked with the nearest Airtel Store and they also had the same say regarding the issue. When I didn't find a solution for more than a month, I wrote a mail to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com asking for the resolution. But again I did n't get a solution. I strictly told them in the email that I will not pay a single penny for using the network with issues. The mail chain has been going on from that time but no action was taken. When I followed up in the mail I was told on the call that within 15 days the issue will get resolved.

          When the issue was not resolved for 15 days I again followed up and then I was told that it will take 3 more months to resolve the issue and I will have to pay the bill as I have been using it. My say was why should I pay for using the bad network.

          Please help me.

              I have made payment of RS, 1000 for new broadband connection on dec' 01' 2016 but no connection given till today. Customer care executive not giving proper response when I contact them. They are not refunding money and not even giving new connection. Most of the times they are not answerring call and even if they answer they are asking to call back after some time. Could anyone please help me.

              I am still not getting proper response from the airtel broadband customer support executive. Could someone please help me to get either the connection or the money back. I would appreciate if someone from airtel could call rather updating the comments, because nobody from airtel contacted me till now. Because of this issues, it gives a very bad impression of airtel to me. Could someone please take action please.

                I received the below msg -on 20-04-16
                "Payment to Videocond2h(Min Rs.150) done successfully for Rs.500.0. Your airtel money a/c has been debited by Rs.500(Fee:Rs.0. Bonus:Rs.0). Transaction ID:[protected]. Date:[protected]:13. Current balance is Rs.3747.03."

                I have not done such types of activity and how RS 500 deducted from my Airtel money acct. i have given many compliant to airtel money customer but not action taken by them.

                  My name is Hari Krishna & i have Airtel postpaid connection with number [protected] with Mumbai region. I lost signals since 28/1/17 without any reason whereas i dont have any pending bills at all. When i am trying to reach their representatives, all are saying there is no problem with their service & it will get sorted soon. I could not have many important calls till now due to this issue. I want compensation for the loss from Airtel for the same. It is really embarrassing after several calls also there is no response from their end. They are taking undue advantage of the customer's weakness as this number is important to me & i cant change it as of now. Kindly look into the matter & do justice to me.

                    I have received a call from Airtel Number : [protected] and inspite of advising him, continuously giving a call and harassing using unethical behavior and words, Request to kindly take an action against the number.
                    Also i would advise if there is any way where we can block unwanted calls online using our Mobile network account as this seems to very useful for any person to do that online and if there is any such facility please advise.

                            Even after complaining repeatedly 8GB of data is deducted from my account today, for regular web browsing. Even my jio mobile data (1GB) is more than sufficient for my daily use. I want an explanation for this loot. Yesterday 10 GB of data was debited from my account without any reason. If airtel do not compensate for my loss i will approach the consumer court and also start an online campaign regarding this issue.

                            I also have noted that this kind of cheating is very common in airtel to force the customer to buy your smartbytes package. Refer to the complaints available online:

                            I need an immediate solution for this or disconnect your broadband and pay me compensation.

                              My Phone no is [protected].Recently I had taken a package where In Thailand I will get Free incoming call, 2GB data, 250 Free minuets to India and 100 free SMS per day in Rs 1199.Validity is 10 days.
                              But while in Thailand I could make Out going call only and Whatsup. If somebody call from India it shows as my phone is switch off.
                              I had even done sim card on and off.
                              I have been cheated

                                Airtel Wallet Account Blocked

                                My Airtel wallet blocked and if I try to reset my mpin it always saying "MPIN reset window closed please try after 24 hours". If I dial 400 number, it is saying "your airtel account blocked please try *400# to reset the mpin". *400# is not giving me any luck. Even Airtel guys at service centre are helpless.

                                Guys I have request for broadband connection on 15th DEC 2016. They didn't installed the connection and when I asked for refund they are not giving it back. Now it's 29 JAN 2017. Where is my amount.
                                Today got a call from Airtel they said your request rejected and I have to make another request again.
                                what the hell you people are doing. Why not returning the money.

                                Firstly you are not able to provide the Broadband connection.
                                Now not refunding my money back.
                                Reassigning another date and date.

                                Guys please do not pay in advance for Airtel broadband connection better switch to another service provide and pay only when it gets installed.

                                Today got the call and they now said due to technical issue they had not processed and again extended the date by 16 FEB 2016.
                                Guys do suggest how to process complain in Consumer Forum. Now I will legally file the case in Consumer Forum.

                                Please share this issue on social media so other innocent people must be aware of this scam.
                                They are not returning money and again extending the date. I am not able to understand that why they are not processing the NEFT even after 1 and half month.
                                Very pathetic service.
                                Guys seriously don't pay in advance otherwise they will not return the money.
                                Better use another service provider.

                                    I requested for broad band connection of Airtel on date 26 Sep 2016.After few days Airtel informed me that they can’t provide connection in our area so I request for refund. Now, Airtel is refunding my 1000 via cheque with name Prateek because I mentioned Prateek in form only but I have already informed there have no account with single 'Prateek' name because my name is Prateek Srivastava. Airtel committed that if I provide canceled cheque with complete name or bank statement, they will do NEFT but they sent cheque with Prateek name that was useless even I have provided all docs twin times in mail which they want.They were doing time pass from last 30 days and taking all docs on mail but at last they sent me useless cheque as per customer care.Main point is that they were saying just receive that cheque after that they will update my name and then do the NEFT but they were saying same word before sending cheque.They had already taken too much day and did wrong promised. Even I wrote down about on this matter on Airtel facebook page. At last total 120 days has been passed and I didn't get any cheque. They hold my 1000 rupees, they didn't do NEFT, didn't send cheque, didn't complete their promises. They feel that customers are fool but we are not fool. I disconnected my Airtel D2H service, my Airtel number and also my home broad band connection and are giving to suggestion to all for not using Airtel services.
