4. 26.09.2016 to 25.10.2016

Since I have to attach Bills to claim Telephone Charge, I need the above duplicate bills. Usually I am getting the bills by post. I request that they may please be sent to my e mail id in addition in future.

    We are getting very low signals from few months back, we are not able to make a call, please look at this problem and resolve ASAP,

      Reference is made to emails sent to [protected]@in.airtel.com from [protected]@gmail.com

      I am a pre paid Airtel Customer.

      My airtel sim for cell no. [protected] has yet not been credited with Rs.44.00 debited from my SBI account for the same package i.e. Rs.44.00

      I have sent two emails to Airtel but they haven't had the decency to even acknowledge them.

      Left with no choice, I bring this to the Kind Attention of this forum.

      Since there is already an amount sent to them online i.e. Rs.44, I do not want to pre pay any further amount till the same has been settled.

      This leaves me in a very inconvenient spot as I am left with no credit in my phone.

      The package that I have subscribed to i.e. Rs. 44 is an advertised and applicable package and I had this confirmed even at Airtel Store in Vile Parle East on 23rd Jan 2017.

      Please help.

        We are facing bad network since July 2016 for post and prepaid as tower is not there in BJ poorvi shalimar bagh area. Raised complaints multiple times and got response it will definitely be resolved within 90 days but still facing same issue in each house.

          Dear Sir,
          My mobile no. [protected] ported to Airtel 2 year before.
          I got a msg from Airtel "please recharge your Airtel mobile by 22 sept. to avoid disconnection of service (Grace Disconnection)"
          Msg recd. on 22-Sept.2016 07:49pm
          And next morning service is stopped. I tried with customer care, I visited to Airtel Gallery, I mailed to customer care and grievance officer, but no one able to make my number back in service.
          Number disconnected due to no usage and no balance during 90 days. But now I came to know that TRAI has guidelines to have grace period of 15 days to active mobile no. again. Then why Airtel not did.
          This no. I am using since 6.5 years and it is registered everywhere for online transaction and as registered contact number.
          I need my number active again,
          This no. still not available with BSNL.

              I am getting so many threatening calls from Airtel.
              I availed data card from Airtel numbered [protected] from Pune Maharastra
              I paid 12 months of advance rental and that was 11940.
              After three months airtel sent me bill of Rs 7149 and disconnected my data card connection.
              Airtel did not let me avail the service for remaining 9 months.
              Now Airtel have made my life hell calling me repeatedly some time 6 times in a day and threatening me for legal action.
              I requested Airtel to adjust this bill of Rs 7140 with 9 month remaining advance rent of Rs 8995.
              I am so much tortured by Airtel executives.
              If you suggest I can pay bill of Rs 7140 But then It means that I would be paying Rs 19000 for three months of service. It si not justified.
              I am so much tortured by their threatening calls of Airtel executives.

                Hello,

                I am facing billing issue since 3-4 months for my both airtel postpaid number.
                This time also, I have wrong bill issue with my postpaid number:[protected].

                Billing cycle start from 23rd of every month and end with 22nd of next month for my above number.

                I have corporate plan of Rs.199 and along with I took 1 roaming pack of Rs. 99.So I should have bill of Rs.343(including tax), But I have got bill of Rs.475.68.This is ridiculous really.I am facing same billing issue since 3-4 months.Really I fed up with airtel services.

                Could you please resolve this issue.

                    Hi

                    I have a myfamily plane with parent number [protected] and child numbers [protected] and [protected]

                    My parent number ([protected])works absolutely fine

                    However, both child numbers ([protected] and [protected]) are not reachable 90% of the times in Delhi

                    Surprisingly, the child numbers are reachable in Mumbai Area.

                    We have tried the following options, however they did not resolve the issue :

                    1. Changed both the SIMs of the child number

                    There is no problem with the phone as we tried the following :

                    1. I put my parent number SIM in the phones used by the child numbers and the parent number works fine on these phones

                    2. I put the child number SIMs in my parent number phone and both dont work

                    Hence, from the above it can be concluded that there is no issue with either the SIM or the phone. There is an issue with the numbers themselves

                        I done special offer of 186 ka 1GB recharge online in my mobile .
                        Every months I applied this offer and my balance MB carry forrword in NY new offer recharge
                        This special offer I applied approximately more than 7 month's regular
                        But this time there is issue
                        Recharge successful but operator provide 465 for 28 day's but offer is 186 of 1GB
                        After that I call on 198 than they can't connected my phone line
                        This is not good

                          NO RESPONSE YET regarding my activation of roaming service.
                          My alternate no's are +[protected].
                          It's 12 days. I can suggest you issue me another SIM card and I shall get it couriered here to USA.
                          Some sort o[censored]Nautomated response would help. Can't use my credit cards
                          Bank accounts, emails !!!
                          Please help. If I have paid for a international roaming service I should get it with no further harassment.

                                    I have recharged with rs.269 on my airtel app thrice on 21st december 2016, and twice on 18th january 2017. The transactions were failes but money was debited from my account. It has been a month and not a single penny was credited back into my account from airtel. Despite so many mails and calls to the customer care of airtel of which everything has gone vain, my money was never refunded. I want to get my money back from the airtel. Please. Look forward into the issue and resolve the problem soon.

                                      I am using this no [protected] for last 3 months on airtel network but on Dt24/01/2017, the company was not informing me, and he take a wrong foot step to block my respective mob no. after that i contacting his company executive they says that last 3 months you have not do any such kind mobile top up for which that no was blocked,
                                      Dear sir already i have valid proof of my transaction details related to that mob no of my last recharge was that on dec 31/12/2016 already the transaction was available with me .
                                      Dear sir that mob no was very important for me because that mob already linked me online transactions, respective bank account, now i am hope less what to do at that time still i am full of tension on today morning, kindly arrange that mob no and a necessary step for which, i should remain obliged towards you.

                                        I recharged for 349rs and again for 29rs as my balance was showing 0 on 23rd jan 2017 yesterday

                                        Now my balance is 0, without calling anyone and without using the damn mobile to call anyone

                                        What the hell is going on. I am not even able to call csr as you people charge for that also.

                                        100%, if my money is not refunded i am going to change the provider.

                                        I am having continuous issue with this and fed up contacting the csr.

                                        Aired dealer recharged wrong plan, they activated SMS plan against roaming plan. But Airtel executive did not provide proper solution and didn't resolve this issue.
