Hi Team,
IT has been a pity to inform you that i had made a payment for an excess amt of Rs 37, 512(Thirty seven thousand five hundred and twelve rupees) on the 12th of January 2017 against my Airtel bill, which i requested a refund of the very same day.
This complaint has been ongoing ever since then ...and i have not received the refund yet.I have sent my bank statements and informed AIRTEL several times over email and phone about this concern and they have not bothered to resolve the complaint yet.

    We have earlier requested for relocation our airtel connection from Flat-No-394, D-6 Kaveri to Flat-No-139, D-6 kaveri and it is now around 30 days this connection has not been done.

    We have been calling Vasant Kunj Sales manager who is not replying now on messages and at the time of new connection he keeps saying that no complaint will be there for connection and now when requested for relocation from one flat to another flat he is saying that it will get soon but it has now been 30 Days.

      I have been complaining since the first day of my mobile no. port, but their is still no healthy results found. i am not receiving any signals at my home and my work place and as their are no signals in my phone i am facing a heavy loss in my business. i have complaint in bharti airtel as almost 7-8 times but still the issue is not yet resolved.before the porting process i was told that you will receive a proper signal at your place(they said that they have checked through open network) but as my no. ported in airtel their were no signal, i need to walk out my home to make a call.

              I am paying for my calls then Why should I hear thier Annoying advertisement and be pissed off. Moreover I was trying to call in emergency and I was forced to hear a 30 second. Do you understand the potetial threat of it ??? A Girl may be in danger trying to call police for help and she gets AIRTEL advertisement ?
              Can it be justified ????? This SUCKS . AIRTEL u are the most costliest network and Zero Service and if this persists I will be more than glad to port to some other company which is ethical enough in its operation.

                  Let me know how much time it will take, See the above mail chain when ever i asked we had posted high priority request with in 72 hours it will update. The same thing from your Nodal officer and Appellate Authority. After cancel it was almost 20 days. Every time same answer we are working on this we will update in 72 hours.

                  Please resolve it and refund the amount.

Ltd. but till today I have neither got my mobile recharged nor I have got refund in my account. For last few days I have contacted Airtel, IDBI Bank through which I have made payment and avenues India Pvt.                           Have registered complaints for remote several times. Every month there has to be a problem and need to follow up with the customer care then with the local vendor. I received a call against my service request 58268844 from a local person, whom i was following for 3 days to have the remote changed. He smartly transfers the request to his friend who does not turn up. Airtel had promised of TAT and person visiting by evening 6.30 pm and get it resolved, no one turns up and leaves as it is. Fed up with such lack luster attitude and irresponsible behaviour. If you cannot honour your commitments then keep away. You need guys like jio to screw your happiness. I am planning to move on with other provider, as have already done in the postpaid connection.

                              Hi,
                              I am using airtel network and the number is [protected].
                              Last month i recharged 10 GB net pack work of 965 rs and it is validity is upto jan 20th.I used only 2GB. ANd the remaining 8GB was unused . And recharged again to carry forward 8GB data. But the data was not carry forwarded. I called the customer care and they said it will not be carry forwarded since i used special recharge. How do i know that that if i use special recharge, the the data wont be carry forwarded. Infact they sent the special offer message.

                                I disconnected Fixedline number [protected], 2 months before and I sent disconnection request for your reference in the attached file.From call center also they called for disconnection, I told to disconnect and I paid the balance amount on November. Still I am getting the bill from this connection (now totally bill amount is mentioned as 2160.73 ruppees) for not using this line. Every day telecallers and airtel collection person is calling to pay for unused connection.I don't know people in airtel is working for closing this problem.Still they will mail but will not resolve the issue and tell airtel collection person to call my number and again ask money from me for not using the line.That collection person spoke today and blackmailing, he will disconnect only when he receives amount.I request the people in airtel to close the issue now.

                                      I used registered prepaid number more than 5 years now it's been deactivated. I requested airtel service center to activate the above number, but they said the number has been transferred to other person nd when I called on that number it's switch off. I request your necessary action regarding this as all my transaction has been registered with this prepaid number [protected].
