I have requested for airtel broadband connection on November 7 2016 in Abbaiah Reddy Layout. They have been saying since then they are working on upgradation and that they will call once the connections are available. How many more months do you want for upgradation as it has been almost a year now since the first concern has been raised? And if you cannot provide connection in the area then remove all your banners from the area.

    DSL No. [protected]_tn

    I signed up for Airtel Broadband 100 GB plan on 9 Dec 2016, Paid Rs. 1480, got receipt (Rs. 1299 + tax). Actual installation was done only on Jan 4, 2017 after several attempts to reach Airtel. Service Dept no response, Airtel Sales person Augustin +91 [protected] refuses to respond to my calls. Will not pick up mobile or acknowledge sms.

    On installation Airtel has put me on a 90 GB plan, yet payment collected for 100 GB plan. The monthly rental cycle ends in 6 days!!! 30 days credit not given.

    I need the correct plan to be updated with 30 days monthly cycle. Airtel keeps transferring my call to the Service Dept, who do not pick up the phone. Mails to [protected]@in.airtel.com keeps getting responded by Sivakumar, Service Specialist saying "pls mail [protected]@in.airtel.com!!! When I check the mail history I notice that the email address is being corrected by Airtel. My sent box clearly has mails marked to [protected]@in.airtel.com.

    I am extremely annoyed and surprised at Airtel behaving like this.

    Dear Ms. Singh:
    Till date Airtel is going back and forth with the static comment that they are checking with the technical team. You have still not addressed updating my plan to 100 GB which I paid for by giving one month's rental in advance. The receipt for the same has been sent to Airtel by email. I have post your communication received a bill from Airtel for the period 23/Dec/2016 to 22/Jan/2017 for Rs. 774/62 due on 12/Feb/2017. I have written several mails to Airtel, but no response.

    Kindly note I am not liable to pay the above bill as your representative has collected Rs. 1499 in advance towards one month's rental. I do hope you will not cut my connection and provide uninterrupted service.

    My broadband connection has been disconnected as of this morning. Airtel customer service/technical team unable to take a complaint as my account shows disconnected. Who asked you to disconnect my line? You have collected one month's payment in advance and making me now run from pillar to post. Airtel are you really interested in resolving this issue or will it take another one month for you! O check with your technical team.

I am recharged my wife's mobile with no [protected] with R's 349 for unlimited local calls for 28 days using MY AIRTEL app. But I got problem and failed to get one time password. So I gone through my HDFC AC netbanking and completed . But in my HDFC AC two times R's 349 was debited. So please verify my recharge history and take necessary action to return an amount of R's 349 as it is double entry

        I am not able to receive incoming calls on My No. [protected]. When someone calls me it says that the number does not exists and I am also not able to make outgoing SMS since Nov.2015. I have lodged many complaints for this but Airtel is not able to solve the same. Shame on AIrtel. I have worst experience with Airtel and not recommend to anyone to choose Airtel. Due to not able to make outgoing SMS I even cannot opt for PORT of my SIM because for this I have make outgoing SMS on 1900.

          I have airtel mobile [protected]. Recharged rs147 for 1gb (1024mb). 350+350=700 mb credited. Rest324 mb was not credited till now (16.01.2017) it was cheated. So, i have lost rupees 46.50. Most of the customer were not known about gb &mb. Airtel should be stopped like this type of cheating. Recharge date 13.01.2017 at 12;30 pm. Transaction id[protected].

            Bsnl signal will stoped 11/1/17
            But airtel no signal no activation
            Airtel customer care says we have not reserved any message from bsnl stoped the network.
            Local airtel delear preferred new SIM for new connection without number change
            I have given to new proofs & photo on12/1/17
            But still my number is not activation
            Take the action as early as possible.

                I load money to airtel money wallet, mPIn was not asked while loading Money. After that i try to pay my bills that time it was asking mPIN which was not shared with me by Airtel. Their mPIN generation link not allowing to reset or generate mPIN. I tried to call on 400 but it is not allowing without mPIN. I have sent 3-4 mail airtel Money to reset my mPIN but no response from Airtel. due to this I am not able to pay my Airtel mobile bills.

                  Hi my name Chitra. I was having Airtel postpaid connection. My Number: [protected] I used 1 month for this connection and Paid bill for one month without net usage of 5GB after I gave request to stop (Disconnection). I suppose to pay 1 month bill but this airtel people asking 5 month’s bills. I didn’t use [protected] 4 months. after 1 month only gave request in outlet but they said to Call 121 or Toll free no [protected]. I called and gave request but airtel people telling they didn’t get any request. They can see also I didn’t use [protected] after 1 month. Now they are asking to pay 4 months.

                  They are not valuing the customers as it may decrease the valuable customers. they are not taking proper action from the second month. From the 2nd month of the airtel postpaid bill to9th month they are not updated the sim as blocked from their side. After i requested they keep on asking to pay the bill.

                    Airtel recieved 2000 from me for Airtel firbernet connection. But even after months, they are not returning the amount and not giving the connection also. I brought the issue to TRAI also. But still no response.

                    I had a worst experience in getting the Airtel Postpaid connection and airtel Fibernet connection.

                    The details are given below. Please refund the amount if you can't process it. Don't give false promises.

                    Airtel Mobile Connection Details:

                    Approached Airtel Office at Kelambakkam, met Mr. Sridhar (Mobile #:[protected] for the below activities.

                    Converting my aircel postpaid # to Airtel Postpaid ( [protected]. ) - It's done.
                    Converting Tata docomo prepaid to Aircel Prepaid[protected] It's done.
                    New Postpaid connection[protected]. They promised that I can get this #. But still is not done. If you want to verify the address, you may come to home with prior notice. Address is same as Airtel postpaid connection [protected].
                    I gave 400 or 500 in the store for the above 3 activities.

                    Airtel Fibernet Connection Details:

                    Airtel Executive (Mobile #:[protected] came to the home on 26/11/2016 and received 2000 (attached the proof). He promised that it will be done within 3 days. He confirmed that Fibernet connection is feasible to my home. But still it is not done. And the worst part is no one is taking responsibility and giving reply on the current status. Please refund the amount if you can't process it.
                    Airtel Executive (Mobile #:[protected] is not picking the call. No response for the SMS sent to him.
                    Called the Customer care executive[protected] on 1/12/2016. they mentioned to call[protected]. they told to call [protected]. They told to email to this 121 email id. How many calls I need to make to get this worst experience?
                    I may cancel my postpaid and prepaid if I'm not getting proper response from you.

                    Hope atleast this email id will get me proper response and not another phone # or email to contact.

                        I changed tariff plan infinity 1999 to my plan 1199 with a discount option of Rs. 200/- on NMNP. The bill charges for for bill dated 12 Jan, 2017 are 2591/- as against 999/- tariff of my plan explained to me. Further the statement giving break up of tariff charged is not attached with the ebill to enable me the genuineness of tariff debited to my account. It is so happened for the first time in Airtel post after NMNP in UP West in my ebill.
                        I request for a complete ebill with call, SMS and other services used for which tariff charged, in ebill attachment to enable me to make payments on time.

                          i am total disappoint by our company service that your app airtel money. on jan 6, 2017, recharge on my mobile [protected] (airtel) of 255, but its gets fail till your company deduct my balance form bank account, i recharge repeat again 255 sane result have, the company deduct 510. i call to 121 care they tell that it will refund in 8-10 days but still it is not refund.

                            I have airtel connection from past 7 years but now I want to disconnect it. I visited their office on ferozpur road but they said NO candidly.
                            Gave me number a and ask me to call on it for disconnection, which I did.
                            They are not terminating it.

                            I am getting much cheaper plans from other companies and almost double the download data.

                              I was informed by some Airtel offical who called on my airtel no. +[protected] on 11 jan 2017 at around 11:19 am that if I change my current plan to 549 unlimitted plan I will get 6GB of 3G data and the plan was upgraded by the same official at that very time. But unfortunately the 3GB data which I should have availed through My Airtel app is yet to be availed becouse i am not getting an option to avail the offer which was comunicated to me by airtel.
                              Now today on 15.01.2017 at 7:57 pm an airtel executive namely Bashir called me from[protected] and informed me that i am not eligible to avail the offer and i was given wrong information from the airtel official and even we cant activate your old plan. This behaviour of airtel is disgusting they are forcing me to take unlimited plan of 549 even when i am not getting the benifits i was communicated on new plan activation.
                              Thus i request you to kindly look in to the mattar ASAP and provide me the data benefits as communicated to me by Airtel otherwise activate my old 75 plan .

                                  Airtel website permits payment with card only through a save and pay button.
                                  This practice is unfair. I have browsed through similar complaints in the forum. This appears to be a deliberate policy and it is implemented in the web site. If this is not rectified we will be forced to approach consumer forum or unsubscribe from airtel services which ever is faster. Please take action immediately. Requesting airtel not to ask for e-mail phone number details as this is a generic issue and not to pretend and send a robotic reply 'that we assume your issue is resolved as we haven't heard from you.
