I raised a connection shifting request, complaint no[protected] for my airtel broadband on 9th December and I was told it will be done by 1 day. It's been 9 days since I place my request, not a single call I have recieved from airtel for shifing my connection. I called there customer care plenty of times and each time they just tell to wait. I have emailed the nodal offices too, still by shifting hasn't been done
Since it's work from home situation, without internet, my work has been affected heavily.
I would like Airtel either to shift my connection asap and compensate me for the days my work has been affected or refund me on my 3 month recharge that I have paid for my broadband connection, I will move to some other operator.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
