I was called by a person from airtel team to explain postpaid offers. I was convinced to the offers provided and said ok to number portability from Vodafone postpaid.

i am using air-tel prepaid connection more than 10 years because of network.
But i am recharge more than 300 per month past your people were added my value added services and cost deduction per day Rs 2.past two month i have put booster pack also for 435 something i a have put late cutter and then per day they charge per day rs 2 today...

I had recharged my prepaid number [protected] on 22nd November 2016 with Rs 27 to activate 70MB data with a validity of 30 days. Then I already had nearly 760 MB data in my account. That previous data balance should carry forward with the newly recharged 70MB as I had recharged within the validity period. However that previous data balance is not showing in my account. Now my Vodafone network is not coming n I don't have airtel sim.i don't have mobile network and when I reaching their agent he is not responding to my calls. I have an airtel connection having number [protected]. It was postpaid earlier. I converted it to prepaid in last may/june. In august i used my airtel app to recharge data balance of 296 rupee. That recharge was failed. I contacted to local customer care they asked me to submit the accont details at airtel online refund. I submitted it back in some september or so i even don't remember i have a ticket no for that : AOR201b50. Still that money...

Very irritated calling up airtel customer care for reactivating my broad band service. I had raised request No 75350166 on13thNov2016. Even after 10days there is no proper response from airtel. Each time i call their customer care, they give some unreasonable response and close the ticket. Talking to their escalation manager too did not help.
Never expected such poor service from airtel. Clearly we should never go looking at brand...

My Prepaid number is not working for 3 days and there is no fix provided. I lost my services from 3 days for Porting from Vodafone to Airtel Prepaid. Each executive says it will be withing 24 hours but it is not. I called almost 10 times and even went retail store but the service provided is very very poor.

Issue: My number was ported from Vodafone to Airtel Prepaid and vodafone got disconnected on 19th Nov but from that time...

I am getting same problem every day and no resolution for is done for it only ask from there call that it will be resolved.
Either we are fool or they are making us fool. Regularly for 4 to 6 hours our connection is disconnected only link light blinks.
The same way is the company earning money by giving full package for the month and doing this type of disconnections and saving as be know the service industries.

Today, 21 Nov, 2016 at 7:25pm; I recharged my airtel mob.no.[protected] with Rs.1, 000 [Rupees one thousand] full talk time; but just after the successful recharging, when i tried to call I couldn't with the voice message that "outgoing calls from this mob.no. is temporarily blocked!" but why so?

Then, I checked the balance and found that there is Rs.1, 020 bal. and validity is till Dec 29, 2037;...

I bought Airtel 4G hotspot 6 months advance rental plan in airtel store located in S P infocity, perungudi, chennai and I have paid 3900 RS at the time of purchase. And after one month I have paid tax amount Rs.585 . Now they generated bill RS 4800 and ask me to pay and they disconnected the hotspot connection. I have contacted the Airtel store located in SP info city, perungudi and Airtel customer centers but no action. Still I am struggling.....
