Hi, I Shiv Kumar Chauhan, recieving calls & msgs from airtel regarding non-payment of bill of [protected] number. I never used this number instead of Airtel is giving me reminder, I also contacted to the airtel but they said that without the owner they can not change the alternate number of [protected]. I have also mailed to Airtel so many times, But my problem is not solved.

    Airtel — Wrongfully charged for the Data use on 21/12/2016.

    They have wrongfully charged me Rs:116 for using data on MOBILE Samsung-GT-E1207T which doesn't sport internet facility.


    I have asked Mr Vinay with ref no.CBDMO[protected] but they said i had use data on same mobile how it's possible.

    kindly look in this matter & refund my money immediately.
    other wise no need to use this any more.

      Raised a complaint on 15/12/2016. No response to it till now. I am contacting cust care atleast 4 times/day (Lost rs.300). They blindly say that engineer will come and resolve it. Not providing info of engineer too. They cut the call when i try to escalate. I have two recordings of my call with cust care person.

      Airtel resolved my complaints. But they made me lose my cool at the initial stage. My request is to customer care executives are please respect your customers, provide proper answer with proof and help them with contacts. And last but not the least, don't cut the calls in between. management need to track this and severely punish those who cut the call. Thanks.

      Video problem has been resolved now but the waiver is still in processing. Since there is no response from engineer and the issue prolonged for more than a week, one of airtel floor manager assured that they will give waiver by extending my subscription date for the dates from creation to resolution of the incident.

        Sir, My mob no [protected] updated in 4G some days ago. SIM working OK when I got but now SIM card not working & shown in my phone. I complaint to Airtel local store & they demand again my documents for new SIM which is already submitted by me on 27/11/16 (UPDATE TIME). My phone working is OK with insert another SIM. I logged complaint vide ref. No PR[protected] & PR[protected] but Airtel representative closed my complaint with not proper reply.

        Sir, Submitted documents on 27/11/16 at Airtel Store as part of update SIM process. When card working stop I met to Airtel Store & ask why my card stop they told me this is may be technical problem so we give you new SIM card. You are resubmit your documents.           I have asked them by email at [protected]@airtel.com to revise my bill amounting 857 without including the charges for above call but they refused.

          My due date is near and they are not considering my complain. if did not pay my bill on time they will charge 100 as late fee.

              I met Airtel Office at Thiruvallore today by 4 pm. Requested to provide facility to convert my Airtel no.[protected] post paid plan to prepaid plan. But they are not able to help me, the staff available in this Thiruvallore centre is not having knowledge to serve the customers. The head of the centre is not available and told to come after one hour. After one I contacted the centre staff and told that SIR is bussy and asked to come next day.                 It's been 12days I have raised a migration request from postpaid to prepaid...the pathetic thing is that I have been calling and following it up daily and I haven explained by customer support that they are processing it..I don't understand what the hell is wrong with Airtel cc, just now I have asked them to solve it asap since it's been 2weeks raised a req..simply they are saying it's is in progress and unable to say why the hell its not able to solve it..and very very rude behavior from cc guys and also I have paid 60rupees as I have used their services

                  My no. [protected] which i am using in 4g hotspot dongle. I am getting 3g speed and if i put my other no. [protected] in dongle i get 4g speed . So my device is working properly but my connection is not getting 4g . I called customer care 4 times 1.1st time after liatening to the peoblem they hung up on me.
                  2. 2nd time that is just after 10 min. Or so they said system ia under maintainace .
                  3. 3rd time they said complaint has been lodged and you will receive complaint no. through sms which is atill pending . I wonder if a complaint was lodged.
                  4. This time when i called after listening to my problem she said arrongantly that we have some system issue i cant help you. If you had system issue why did you waste my time you should havw said it at the begining itself.
                  I have been using airtel for 15 years now and i am very much disappointed wirh this behavior . You people are telling lies that complaint has been lodged and it will resolve in 24 hours. Where is the complaint no. Please resolve my issue as i am not able to get 4g speed. Thank you.

                    Hi, I and my wife are not receiving any SMS from any network, further I am not getting messages from various banks, IRCTC, makemytrip etc. This problem started from 19th Dec 2016 after reactivate our both number. and I have contacted customer care atleast 20 times since then, everytime they tell me that the complaint has been logged and will be resolved by such and such date and time and I never get any response.                       Dear Team,

                      We being Airtel customers (account number [protected] and fixed line number –[protected] since last two years feel very unfortunate because for last 20 days we are not able to access internet at home. On 25-NOV-2016, we have raised a request for shifting our Broadband connection (Request No[protected] within the same society (Prateek Laurel, Sector-120, Noida, UP-201301). After raising the request we got a call from an Airtel person (Ph No- [protected] ) informing that shifting broadband connection won’t be possible and a new connection will be given and for that we will be charged Rs.1000. We didn’t agree with the person and immediately my husband raised a complaint with Airtel regarding the call.

                      We shifted our house on 3rd Dec 2016 and from that time we are not having internet connection at our home. One person visited on 6-Dec-2016 and he just fixed our phone and old Airtel router and informed us that our connection will be given from the next day i.e. 07th Dec 2016. But the connection was not given till today. Even after repeated follow ups and mails no body actually turned up. I have attached the screenshots of all the mail communication with Airtel. Whenever we raised a complaint we are being assured by Airtel that the issue will be resolved with highest priority and confirms that we will get a call from Airtel in next 48 hours. My husband received a call yesterday (20th Dec-2016) from Airtel person called Santosh who informed that someone will visit to start the connection but no one turned up. And this not just happened once but twice. We have recorded all these voice calls.

                      Today (21st Dec 2016) when my husband spoke to Airtel Appellate authority ( voice call has been recorded), then they informed us that there is no port available to provide the connection. So here comes our two questions,
                      Firstly if no port is available to provide the broadband connection within the same society then why Airtel persons are calling us telling they will visit to activate the connection?
                      Secondly if there is an issue with port availability then upon providing Rs.1000 how we will get a new connection ?

                      We are giving a bill of Rs.1722 per month for broadband connection to Airtel and this is the kind of service we are getting in return. We really wanted to escalate this matter. We hope if any kind of action could be taken on Airtel which might stop them to harass the customers unnecessarily.

                        Firstly airtel created wrong bills which were not in line with the offers informed at the time of connection than they agreed to revert the charges but till date they haven't credited the same on top of that they have added late payment charges and than disconnected my number. Now their recovery agents are harassing using abusive language but they are not resolving the issue.

                            I Received 643 INR in my Airtel Money Wallet: [removed] on 3rd December 2016 (Proof is Attached below)
                            I only used Rs10 from it for recharge. (Proof is Attached below)
                            Then i didn't used my airtel money wallet.Now On 16th December 2016 i tried logging in into my airtel money wallet and i got Error "User Not Registered".So i register again my account on airtel money and to my surprise my balance is now showing 0rs
                            I had 633 INR in my Airtel Money Wallet: [removed] but now it's showing 0.0 INR
                            So i contacted Airtel Money Customer Care by calling 400 on 16th December, the guy told me to wait for 48 hours for the issue to be resolved and money to be back but i did not get my money back.So i contacted customer care again on 18th December, and i got again same response to wait for another 48 hours and still after 48 hours my money is not back.
                            Today(20th December 2016) again i called airtel money customer care and again got same response to wait for at least 48 hours.
                            I did not expected that Airtel will steal my money and they do not give satisfactory response.
                            I even emailed airtel money cust. care to [protected]@airtelmoney.com twice but i got no response.

                            See yourself what copy paste response Airtel always give.
                            I just want my money back that Airtel Money deducted for no reason.

                                Hello Sir, I had recharge my airtel number with 29 which is given in airtel app but after recharge my data did not carry forwarded. To take this complaint I called airtel customer care then they told me that this can not be forwarded and this is not possible to mentioned every thing in recharge this means they are openly cheating their customer.

                                  Dear airtel team & mr. Ceo,

                                  I am writing this mail with high level of disappointment & frustrataion to such a big giants of internet service providers, who claims to be the best in their sector. But unfortunately it’s not at all like that.
                                  My experience to your company is horrible, disgusting, pitiable & pathetic.

                                  You have trained your customer care executives so well to humiliate, & irritate the customer to such an extent that customer can go sick.

                                  I have gone mad receiving the repetative phone calls from your customer care service and asking for the solution to my problem again and again. The same has been repeated more than 30-40 times or even more than that.

                                  It’s a torture to me.

                                  I paid the bill for 11th sep - 10th oct on 7th nov 2016 (Amt:1378.86). Please find the attached bank statement (1-nov to as of today) of my account through which i paid the bill. Also nothing has been credited back to my account.

                                  Still your team is regularly calling me and asking me to pay the amount & when i am telling them that i have already paid they are not looking into it & ignoring the same. They are again calling me regarding the same & i am explaining the same thing again and again. But no one is ready to listen.

                                  I used the net services from 11th oct to 10th nov and again a bill was generated for this time period. Okay no issues in this bill. But still the customer care was following up for the same old bill & again i was explaining the same story to them but got no response from the side.

                                  I was about to pay the bill of the tenure 11th oct to 10th nov but my services was barred unnecessarily, as i had already paid the bill, but because it’s not updated at your end i am suffering.

                                  No response from airtel again & over and above they are arguing & humiliating us a customer

                                  After so many repetitive calls & monotonous explanations to airtel team what i got from your side was that my internet services were barred & cherry on top-my bill for the period 11th nov to 10th dec is generated, where i have not used a single bit of your service.

                                  I want solution to this my dear friends & if you cannot resolve the issue please let me know, i will drag this to consumer court.

                                      On 3rd Dec 2016 I had requested to Airtel Gallery at koparkharne near HDFC bank to change my circle that is Karnataka to mumbai also provided all required documents miss Monika was attending me. After completing the procedure she told within 7 days your circle will get change. You will receive one sms after that your old sim will get disconnected, then you need to insert new sim which will get activated with in few hrs. I waited for 10day I haven't received any sms when I crossed check with Same Gallery I found all my documents where laying on their desk. When I asked them they replied sorry sir due system error your process is pending. After that again all the process was done again the same answer that to change the circle it will take 7 day and now this time it will get done 100%. Yesterday I received one sms saying that your old sim will get disconnected then you need to insert new sim which will get activated within few hrs. Now it is more than 20 hrs but new sim is still not activated. Again I went to Airtel Gallery then I found that my old sim is disconnected but new sim is still in process which will take time. I asked Monica how much time it will take she said sir I had drop the mail to our team they will reply.
                                      My question is Airtel have authority to disconnect the customer sim for more then 20hrs without informing customer.
                                      Second question if Airtel Gallery don't know how much time it will take then what they are doing their in Gallery.
                                      And how they are irresponsible to keep my documents on hold for 10days without informing me.

                                      Sorry to say but Airtel is one off pathetic service provider
