I had paid 6 moths advance and had taken airtel broadband connection. It expires on 19th December, and I have been repeatedly calling them to permanently disconnect my broadband before 19th December. Today when I called them, they told its been disconnected, but I got a message telling me that I have opted for a new plan (rs 499/month) from 20th december.
I complained the same to the customer care executive again, but they are not responding properly.
This has been the case with many customers, even after expiry without letting us know they choose the plan and make us pay for the next month.
My current balance is ZERO.
