Hi,
I am using Airtel SIM. I have recharged with Rs. 399 and the validity was till Dec 3, 2021.
From Dec 1, 2021 I am not able to access data services provided by airtel. I have raised complaint on Dec 3rd 2021. Also Since my plan validity was till Dec 3rd, Agiain I have recharged with RS. 2999 which is 1 year plan.
Till Now I didn't get any solution to my problem. I have dialed 198 and communicated to customer care serviece 3 times. Once I recieved APN settings configuration from airtel. But this solution didn't work. If I call 198 nowadays, they are not answering my call.
Please help me to get back my recharged amount.
