I have recharged for plan 699 on my Airtel number. [protected] on 15/12/2021. Plan includes Amazon prime membership. But when I try to get my membership activated by clicking on banner on Airtel App, the membership is not being activated. I sent email to Airtel. They told me to contact Amazon. When I contacted Amazon, they told me to contact Airtel.

        Network Issue in Qatar

        I have got the Airtel Prepaid SIM card from India 2 months back.
        A yearly recharge has been done in this SIM.
        For the first 2 months the SIM was working well.
        Suddenly one day the network went off.
        All types of trouble shooting done.
        But nothing happened.
        So I left it like this.
        After 2 full days the network came back again on it's own.
        Now after working for 15 days again since today...

            Since march to august i have paid for the dth
            connection but it was not installed yet at my place
            and i have been complaining that please waive off
            the extra payment that i have made so that i can
            make the payment of the rest amount and use the
            services but they are trolling me since September
            that it will be waived off and they always used to
            barred my services every month they treat me very
            badly this is pure harassment and humiliation which
            is unacceptable i have been a valuable customer of
            artel with their artel black plan the premium plan
            want a compensation regarding the same for this
            harassment and humiliation they have done to me
            the mental torture by barring my services whenever
            they want, i want a compensation of 10 Lacs for this
            because this is pure harassment they are doing with
            me such a big name in telecommunication and they
            are treating there premium customers like this which
            is unacceptable. And this is regarding my number

              My number is blocked without any reason, only message came regarding submit of documents to avoid disconnection within 48 hrs, I'm ready to submit my documents
              Please help in reactiving my same number I went in airtel store but they told me wait for 2 to 3 working days

                I have registered for airtel fibre broadband connection on 19 December today it's 23 December no response from airtel side they have provided number of their dealer but it doesn't pick up the call.
                Why is there so much delay if they don't have to install please tell or tell the tentative date for installation .
                Pathetic customer service from airtel side.

                    Hi Airtel Team,

                    With full of frustration, I would like to inform you that your technical team has disconnected my Internet yesterday evening when I was not at home. When i logged the complaint with CUSTOMER care, Mr Pradeep Singh has refused to help and said that I have to wait until tomorrow evening to get this issue resolved. He was such a annoying person that didn't help CUSTOMER and asked him to wait for 24 hours. When I specifically request him to check with Online/Backend team to trouble shoot the probem, he again said that I have to wait for tomorrow.

                    Below are the series of events happened:
                    I have lodged a complaint yesterday with Airtel, that 5G connection is dropping 3-4 times in a minute and ping time is also more than 15 seconds. However, 2, 4G is working fine.

                    Service Request was created by CUSTOMER Care.
                    I talked to Rahul and scheduled time post 7pm on 22nd Dec.
                    I start receiving multiple calls (around 20 calls from 5 different people), saying that there are multiple requests created and they need to resolve the ticket before 2.30pm. I mentioned that it is not possible as I am in Hospital.
                    Calls were frombelow numbers

                    [protected]

                    Again getting annoying calls to send sms and to check if they can come.
                    (### man, A CUSTOMER has logged the complaint, and you guys are annoying him. CUSTOMER is not at fault if 2 SR has been created)

                    Then I called Rahul around 6.30pm saying that I am stuck in jam and will not be able to reach before 8pm. He said that he is at my place and waiting till 8pm if I can reach. I told No, I wont be.

                    When I reached home, to my surprise the internet was down. However, it was working till 7.30 pm because I was accessing my laptops from Hospital via Remote Software.

                    Also, I have my neighbors, who heard your team saying that lets disconnect it.

                      From last 10 days Im getting so many calls which is not related to me. When I cross checked the number which they call is not my number. I don't know how it is possible. And also I'm trying to talk to customer service or raise a complaint, no one responded. Needed to remove all call forwarding numbers from my number.

                            I have an Airtel sim and i havent used that sim for more than 2 years. I was stuck in UAE due to corona and didnt know about the rule to make the sim active. I would like to re activate the sim (+91 [protected]). Can you please advise?

                              Airtel sim is not showing network.
                              Am currently in qatar and also recharged minimum amount every month
                              Since last month there is no network on my simcard and not receiving any text message from bank. I also write email to [protected]@airtel.com and [protected]@in.airtel.com. But there is no response since 1 month.

                              Please help me . I am using airtel sim card since 2012.
                              My sim status is active in mobile app.

                              Same here, started to have this issue as mentioned three weeks back before this post(Nov 2021). I managed to recharge one year data pack as they "removed all but the min charge to 99rs w/o incoming or outgoing sms", which wont help as we need OTP facility. So i recharged one year data pack and have 365 days validity. Then i switched to manual mode for network selection as well. But right now when i tried, its not even picking the signal on two different phones. We just require atleast incoming SMS facility as our number is connected to bank and govt utilities back in India.

                                My SIM card has been stopped suddenly and not working from 2 days. I have visited the store at Vanastalipuram, Hyderabad(vanastalipuramaor.[protected]@airtel.com) . The SIM card is on my brother name, its a postpaid family member connection. My brother is on abroad. As per the process, my brother has shared all the required documents via email as above mentioned. ut the store person was saying that it will take 10days time for the approval of documents and activation of SIM and if I ask why 10 days time they are talking rude and it's not possible to activate do what u want. I am really disappointed with airtel this kind of service.
                                1) why my airtel sim stopped working with out my mistake. Chip failed is airtel issue.
                                2) The store persons are not polite and make customer to revisit multiple times.
                                3) Why it should take 10 days time. If the customer shared document has any issue just point me out on that blindly don't tell 10 days time.
                                4) store person saying, i[censored] want to complain give complaint.

                                  I request you to kindly disconnect the Broadband connection on the permanent basis. The first request for the disconnection was registered on 21 September 2021, but till now the broadband connection hasn't been disconnected. The ONT device has already been picked up by Mr. Arun ([protected]) without giving any physical receipt. He generated a OTP for the ONT device pickup and told me that this OTP is the proof of the ONT pickup, no physical receipt is required. I am not using the internet and has been continued complaining about the same, but received no satisfaction resolution towards it. Please disconnect this connection immediately and provide me the complete resolution. Even this time please confirm me via a reply through E-mail. I have mentioned all the details of the broadband account in the subject of this mail, even writing it down at the end of this email. Please look into the matter and do the needful.

                                  Its been now more than 6 months that I have been contacting airtel regarding the issue that why they are not disconnecting the connection on the permanent basis. They always saying that there is an order pending of disconnection, but due to a technical glitch in their servers they are unable to take a new request for this. I have been frustrated with this, so the best thing which I could do for it was, I got the RTN number changed to any random number and got my email Id changed to any random email id which is even not mine. Further more, I have given my primary number as an alternate number to that, so that they could be able to contact me for the disconnection of the services of the airtel broadband. My landline number is [protected]. I did the above thing because I don't want to be the part of this foolish thing now. I have paid many bills regardless of I am not using their services anymore. I got the first complaint registered in the month of July of 2021, from then till now there has been no update that the company has provided to me. I was frustrated to see that connection on the Airtel Thanks app, so I did this so that I won't be able to see that on my primary number again.

                                    My self Salman Shaikh I have made a recharge of 1799rs(365 days unlimited calls and 3600 sms, and 24 GB internet) today (22nd December 2021) by mistakenly on ([protected]) while my number is ([protected]) on Amazon pay recharge.

                                      I have tried reaching Bharati Airtel on customer care number multiple times, it takes he’ll lot of time to get connected to their customer representative, after connecting they will immediately disconnect the call without listening to the customer worst customer care service I have ever seen.Airtel never used to be like this.now it started behaving like desi company.horrible experience.I will change my network and switch to some good alternative
