My father expired and he had his mobile number under family scheme in Airtel, which i ported to Jio under my name, his heir. After a month, the network barred and was intimated from Jio that Airtel made a complaint about an outstanding amount of INR 49. https://www.ezetap.com/r/o/VDVO1EDF/ is the link that we paid the balance as intimated by airtel, on 15th November 21. Jio is yet to receive any kind of information from Airtel on the payment. E-Mails were sent to [protected]@in.airtel.com; [protected]@jio.com but no humanity.

    I want to port out from airtel prepaid to B.S.N.L. But airtel customer care said first recharge with unlimited plan even T.R.A.I. has directed on Tuesday that there is no requirement of any recharge or unlimited plan to send upc port request to 1900.

      Despite having daily data pack for 50GB, Airtel is deducting money from my main account. My mobile number is,[protected]. I have tried contacting customer care, but it is always dead end with some IVR reading some recorded message.

        I'm using the Airtel from 2008, in this Covid i need to stay in home. So i tried to complaint the Airtel through customer care, email and through airtel thanks app too. But no reply from them, How can i reach Airtel customer care too. Any body will help me why they are replying. Please how can i reach you. I have email proof also.

          My airtel number has been deleted without informing or warning me about the same. It's been 11 days since the number showed no service. I did not receive any communication from airtel about the same. This is gross misconduct from a reputable company such as airtel.
          Extremely disappointed with the service, moreover the airtel store near me which I visited has not resolved my query even after multiple visits.

              On date 08/12/2021 8.00 PM
              I called customer care executive of maharashtra customer care no 59059.

              I ask him to verification process to activate the Airtel Sim but instead of guiding me properly he was behaving very rudely and teaching me manners.

              I thing airtel doesn't provide proper training to there customer care executive,

              Airtel cant provide us proper service then i have decided to stay on vodafone plan. And only he is responsible for my decision.

                I am totally fed up with your services. I am receiving calls from you everyday without skipping a single day . STOP DOING THIS. This is not a healthy way for promotion. When we need we’ll get recharge done . So do not waste my time explaining about new offers and all.

                  I have received a sms text message from my friend who is using airtel prepaid sim. He says that he hasn't sent that sms to me. As the message is of a nature that raises dispute between us. He says that the message would have been sent through cross connection. Is it possible?

                      But no response from service provider
                      Every time I get the following message
                      “ UPC cannot be generated as there are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance.”
                      I am totally disappointed

                        On 29th Nov, I have booked for airtel-xtream fiber but when technician came to my location it seems that no connection is available in my area. But already I have paid of Rs2828 money to the airtel-xtream fiber and when i'm complaining for the refund of money the airtel customer care is not responding towards my issues. I tried for many times but not in vane and also the fiber team(Client) who has provided me all details about the connection and payment now not receiving my calls (MANJEGOWDA N, [protected]).

                          Airtel is not giving me a refund of Rs 5307 I paid in advance as fiber fees. I requested refund because the salesman tricked me into paying for this. He later claimed Airtel is not their in my locality and asked for under the table bribe to facilitate the connection. This is extremely pathetic. Please give back my money as its been over 1 week I haven't heard from Airtel regarding this issue. I am fed up and I need my money back.

                              I got a notification of Rs.265 recharge with benefit of 1.5/day through airtel app.After doing the same recharge I am only getting 1gb/day.And the network is extremely poor on my sim though I have change the sim.Also they are providing coupons which are not working.I have also emailed this to customer care but I didn't get reply from past 4 days.

                                I have submitted request for transfer of corporate number [protected] to individual name on 28th November 2021 with Airtel Store Sector 21C Faridabad and also forwarded mail from my previous employer as a proof of NOC. The request was raised on 2nd December 2021 from mentioned store and till date it has not been processed.

                                I have been trying to contact Mr. Monu from the store since today morning but he is not responding to my calls and simply reverting on whatsapp that your request in under process.

                                I would request you to provide an update on the same asap since my last working day was on 30th November 2021 and as per the trail mail this number will be disconnected today if not transferred in my individual name.

                                    We have received call from airtel team that upgrade your plan to fibre with 499 with unlimited speed of 40 Mbps & we will upgrade to fibre line & modem without any extra cost within 72 hours.But it's more than 14 days we are getting speed of 8 Mbps with copper line only.

                                    You have increased price by telling us wrong thing.They tell us that they are calling from recorded line & we will get 100 rs per month lifetime discount but we are not getting discount as well as getting low speed with high price.

                                    These is such a big scam & fraud

                                    Kindly sort out these issue other wise we are going to take legal action.

                                      Recently my uncle expired due to COVID and his mobile number is being used everywhere in my family and linked to Aadhar and other Banking Services, Since last 5 days the SIM stopped working says NO SERVICE, I have visited Airtel Cust Care with my Uncle Aadhar and Death Certificate Cust Support Executive said that they'll give me the SIM but they are forcing me to get the Postpaid Plan at least for 5 months which i couldn't afford and Even I have mentioned this infront of the Cust Support Executive that I Just use that number for OTP purpose then too they are forcing me to take POSTPAID.
                                      Earlier also it was PrePaid SIM.
