For the cause of incoming & outgoing deactivated i already submitted id proof & photo copy in airtel store in 10 days back. But that worst fellow not did the necessary action. While we went & ask to his he replied again you have to submit the documents. Its repeating from last 15 days so please do the necessary action for activating my mobile number and take the complaint against on that store in-charge.

      CAF number 4831973, Reference number is 74355478. Rs. 1000 taken by your field executive.Emailed Appellate and 121 again and again 11-12 times but still have no idea about my refund. Please help me its been 1 month since that guy took my money and I am not very rich to just let it go. I am struggling for money here and dont wish to donate it airtel. Please help.       airtel is very bad . because it has been taken 1000rs by frauding since one month. but did not refund till now . there is frauding in bengaluru. only minus(-) rating i can do . that is bad because their customer care executive are doing fraudin.

        Lodged complaint on 22.10.16 about airtel 3G network which is not working when i enter my residential area so im unable to make any calls, dont receive incoming calls and net does not work..issue has not been resolved even after 5 days...repeated requests were put in customer care but no action taken..staff has very casual approach and dont value customer at all.

            I have lost my phone and trying to contact airtel customers. I am in karnataka and lost my karnataka sim i tred calling in airtel customer care.
            The nos are 121, [protected], [protected] i speaked to almost 6 customer representatives. They every time tells some reasons like its in mumbai not karnataka. I will transfer call but if transferred calll other guy will also tell other like that the are playing a drama around its customers. If required i can provide the recordings in my mobile with their names and conversation.

              Dear sir, i went to airtel office on dvg road, basavangudi, bangalore 15 days back to get my 2 idea prepaid sims to 2 airtel prepaid sims. On their advise i sent port message to idea cellular., today is the third time i am visiting the same office and i am getting the same answer that "no prepaid sims" are available. I observed that it is the same answer with many customers. Now when i wanted a definite date they have given me come on 05.11.2016 or you can go to any other airtel office.

              This is harsh on airtel part to have such people and getting such answers.

              When you cannot supply sims then why you advise.

Recently airtel 4g sim card launched in balurghat that i heard from local people. But still now i have not received any news from my distributer or t. M. Of my circle. The t. M. Visit my counter once in a six month. My lafu no. [protected]. My recharge transaction above 50, 000.00 in a month and activation 100 sim card in a month of airtel.                 Outgoing SMSs are unable delivered for the last about 2 weeks. I try to contact the customers service but all in vain and did not find any person operator to whom I can tell my problem and get the solution. It is highly sad.

                  Sir i live in village murguvan, taluk seondha, district datia, madhya pradesh, postal code 475675. There are about 8000 mobile users in our village, and since there is not even a single tower in our village so there is lack of connectivity in our locality, and if you set up a tower then all villagers are ready to port there sim to airtel. Since due to lack of connectivity we either have to walk on terrace or either go in mearby village. As i heard about your open network that you would check my problem. So i request you to come to our village and please hepl us to connect to this digital world...

                    In airtel money app recently i loaded money of 8000 rs for paying insurance bills. The feature insurance bills payment is available in airtel money app is fake. No insurance bills can be paid throught that app because they are not allowing to pay a bill more than 10k. This information is not mentioned in mobile app. Now i asked them to reimburse my money back but airtel is not giving my money.

                    I recharge my n.[protected] for Rs.68 for data 3g having a balance of 1.2GB on 18.10.2016 but my balance was not carry forwarded.as airtel says for unused data to be carry forwarded why my data balance not carried.
                    I have port my no. with my satisfactory of having a Airtel no. for free unlimited calls, and I provided the details. Now I received the bill which is getting some unfair charges. I have tried a lot of time but I was unable to connect with CCC. I can't pay this unfair bill, It's a request to you to do the needful.

                      I have an airtel mobile number [protected]. On this number, airtel is telephoning and sending messages to make payment of dues of mobile no.[protected] which number I never had and does not belong to me. Inspite of complaining to the customer care of airtel (complaint ref no.OT[protected] no action has been taken by airtel to rectify its mistake and continues to send the msg for payment of the phone which I do not own. Though a message has been received on my e-mail that the issue will be resolved in 2 hrs no action has been taken. Such harassment should be stopped.

                        Respected sir/madam,

                        I have opted for new airtel broadband connection on august 20th, 2016 and i have paid amount of rs.4900/- for six months which includes installation on august 22nd, 2016. On the same day i received a message from airtel stating the amount and documents were received and they have provided a fixed line number - [protected] (Or account number). Some time later i got a call from airtel technical team and notified me that they will be in my place in 30 mins to install the connection, but they haven't been to my place till today (10/27/2016).
                        I did many calls, sent many emails and after 10-15 days they confirmed that they were no tp ports available in my apartment. And later i have requested for refund and they told me to upload a cancelled cheque so that i can get the money through neft instead of cheque. I upload the same and i haven't receive my money till now.

                        Its already been 3 months i have requested for connection/refund, but no luck. I have escalated the issue many times to nodal team, appellate teams but none of them has resolved my issue.

                        Apart from this, many times i have seen airtel installation/technical team in my apartments (After i requested for new connection) and they were giving new connection to my neighbors but i haven't get the connection. Also i got to know from airtel installation team that, still there are about 19 empty ports (For new connection) available in my apartment. I informed the same to airtel team and requested them to check the feasibility in my area/apartment, but they always come up with same content as "we are not able to provide you connection due to technical constraints."

                        Even after many escalations, my issue was not resolved, so i came to your portal and requesting you to look into this issue and help me in resolving this issue.

                          Dear team,

                          I have been using a sim card from airtel from past 12 years. As i was out of station for couple of months, i understand from airtel customer service that my sim has been deactivated.

                          The sim card was activated the life time warranty and i had paid inr 999 for the same. After several requests to the airtel customer team, i could not get the sim activated. Hence seeking your help on the same. Let me know if you need anymore details from our end.

                            I have lost my mobile on 26th oct 2016 from city Gulbarga, KA. Soon i contacted nearest Airtel gallary and requested for disconnection, and surprise to know that the card is not on my name which i have been using since more than 8 years.

                            As i am travelled to mumbai, filing complaint through my brother mobile, kindly have my above subject sim number deactivated on top priority, failing the same may get misutilise or may cause personal damage to the undersighned, Airtel will be held responsible if they do not discontunue the services on immediate basis.

                                I need to convert pre paid to post paid since trusted airtel. But totally disappointed, consumer service having not-matured staff. After process they given me new sim to do when u receive message. But i insert new sim, totally upset
                                Till now it is showing network not registered. I was officially duties
                                In tripper i approach airtel express where the store manager contacted concerned store manager in chennai they promised within 2 hr it will activated there is problem in wrongly sim updation, and they given sm chennai branch cell no to contact, several call he is not is picking the call, i am in coimbatore where i totally disconnected. I am not totally upset. As i given complaint now
                                Let see how will sort the issue.. Really if feel the customer is important...
                                I am disconnected with my family and officially duties.

                                  I am facing network coverage issues at home. Have raised service request SR71879277 which is open for more than 3 weeks without any update.

                                  They do not respond to emails. Customer care representative can only apologise for the inconvenience without any resolution.

                                  Open Network is a myth. I regret my decision to port to Airtel.

                                  Will have to switch to a better service provider soon.

                                      I am Poornima, I have requested for postpaid service by porting from idea to Airtel. One of your telecaller called me and assisting the service. On 20th I had applied for the postpaid connection by submitting my photo document and 300Rs for which they did not give any receipt. Airtel coordinators came and address verification also has been done. But after a week also the activation has not been done by the team. The telecaller to whom I was contacting not picking my call or disconnecting my call. No one is giving any response. Kindly assist me with the status. If you could not do so, please refund my amount. i wont be interested further.
