I have spent the last 2 years trying to change my business mobile numbers - from Postpaid to prepaid. I sent emails daily to 14 different emails - nodal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@trai.gov.in, airtel.[protected]@airtel.com, Enterprise.[protected]@in.airtel.com, Gopal.[protected]@in.airtel.com, Content.[protected]@airtel.com, nodalofficer.[protected]@in.airtel.com, appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com, [protected]@trai.gov.in, [protected]@in.airtel.com - If I get a reply either by phone or by email, which is rare, I keep being told to go to the local shop and take identity with me and they will change to prepaid. I have been to the local shop and they dont want to know. They have even suggested going to Jodhpur which is 260 kms away
