Airtel Sim Network didn't show up on 29/11/2021., When Consulted Airtel Service Center, they advised me for the Duplicate Sim. I have attached all the required documents and information on the same day.
I have contacted Airtel office, but there is no progress and no proper response from airtel office on my request till now. Its been 2 weeks, Airtel is not even sharing the exact status of my request on why it is delaying so much.
As a customer, the impact of not having the SIM is huge, as lot of my transactions and activities are linked to my Airtel number.
I Request you to consider the above matter and Reactivate the Sim Immediately.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
