Please check the number [protected].Getting no network after porting from vi to airtel.
Please resolve this immediately. Porting is done by 18th dec. After inserting sim, had slight tower and then immediately moved to no service

    I applied for and got a duplicate SIM for my prepaid connection, owing to signal issues in my existing SIM. I visited the Airtel store at Ashok Nagar, Chennai and got the work done.
    Date[protected] pm.
    The old SIM got deactivated on Saturday night, while the new SIM is not yet activated (even after 36 hours).
    Please resolve at the earliest.

      Airtel is charging IMF in their DTH service whenever there's a breakin in service, there's no specified period of breakin which seems inappropriate.

        I am facing the issue of port out sms. I want to port out of airtel and get into bsnl network. Customer care is telling that only recharging with unlimited plan will allow is to send sms. I don't want to waste 179 rupees just to send sms and get out of this network. Don't know why airtel isn't following government orders. And why do I have a normal balance if I can't send SMS ?!! Open exploitation of poor people by airtel and government isn't being serious about this company's policy. Please make them change this option.

          I have reacharged rs. 239 prepaid plan for month but I m unable to use internet for single minute within month worst service I ever seen my money wasted for 2 months each month I recharged rs.239 really worst service don't take airtel prepaid plan

            I had paid 6 moths advance and had taken airtel broadband connection. It expires on 19th December, and I have been repeatedly calling them to permanently disconnect my broadband before 19th December. Today when I called them, they told its been disconnected, but I got a message telling me that I have opted for a new plan (rs 499/month) from 20th december.
            I complained the same to the customer care executive again, but they are not responding properly.
            This has been the case with many customers, even after expiry without letting us know they choose the plan and make us pay for the next month.
            My current balance is ZERO.

              I am trying to activate my FaceTime and iMessages using the airtel number but it shows activating even after 24 hours or error when activation and I tried all ways to seal support from apple but still they could not resolve and informed to contact the Phone carrier to seek help .SMS charges always deduct but does not activate .please help resolve this issue

                I tried activating my iMessages and FaceTime many times thru the airtel number but it shows activating or error occurred during activation and the balance gets deducted always but never activate after even waiting for 24 hours .I tried all the ways with apple support team but still unable to resolve and informed to contact carrier .please help resolve this issue .

                      Airtel Team response is not only pathetic but they try to avoid resolving the issue by beating around the bush and hope the customer forget about it? First, it is really hard to connect to any customer care via 121. Secondly there is no straight-forward procedure for registering complaint. The Airtel thanks app doesn't allow me to go back to previous transactions to raise a ticket for the unresolved issue, it gets stuck at the most recent. Which was why I had to write an e-mail to (121) airtel team.

                        Since last 1 month
                        We not have been getting internet connectivity
                        There are lots of issues

                        We have put so many complaints
                        But still the same issue persist
                        Really fed up with the Airtel services
                        Its worse than ever

                        Call from this No. i have received after my last complaint.
                        He never come to my home.

                        This is no. Who come to our home initially so set up the router. But he only procrastinate. Every time he ask & said we come but never come. During my last call he said your internet will get connecting at night after 10 now this is the next morning 11:15 but still wifi not get connecting.
                        I asked him if you could not resolve then remove our connection he said we could remove call at 121. That is also never connecting.

                        What to do..
                        airtel services claim they are best.
                        But i said its worser than ever. I will also recommend all. Not to avail that service.

                        I want my money back & remove this router as early as box as its good for nothing.

                          I raised a connection shifting request, complaint no[protected] for my airtel broadband on 9th December and I was told it will be done by 1 day. It's been 9 days since I place my request, not a single call I have recieved from airtel for shifing my connection. I called there customer care plenty of times and each time they just tell to wait. I have emailed the nodal offices too, still by shifting hasn't been done

                          Since it's work from home situation, without internet, my work has been affected heavily.
                          I would like Airtel either to shift my connection asap and compensate me for the days my work has been affected or refund me on my 3 month recharge that I have paid for my broadband connection, I will move to some other operator.

                            I was not even using my data in my airtel number and it was deducting by it self. Same thing has been happening since the day I recharged the new plan in which the price has been increased BTW. This is such a shame a big company is scamming the costumers like this and stealing their money right under their nose.

                                I am not satisfied with the Airtel so I want to change the network to another one so I ported my number and I got the confirmation also the porting number but for my inconvenience I am unable to reach the another network provider when I was reached the another network on the last day of the porting validity at the time the new network process are finished and by change on network brasses will be and under processing the next day I received a message that
                                Your port request is rejected as the validity o[censored]PC has expired.
                                I don't wish to continue with Airtel so I request you to please change my porting as soon as possible

                                  Multiple complaints being Registered. Every complaint takes more than 24 hours to resolve and their engineers do not respond.

                                    I am using airtel mobile number ([protected]) from more than 10 years now my sim card have some issue so i go to airtel store near me and they said this number is registered on somebody else's name and they can't reissue the same to me

                                    So my first question is when i purchased this number years ago i gave my I'd proofs than how it can be on somebody else's name

                                    Second if this number is on somebody else's name than on my ID proof must be used on someone else's number and if they used that number in some illigal activity than who is responsible

                                    I am using this number from more than 10 years its linked with my aadhar card, my bank accounts, my insurance and more legal and non legal services so its very difficult for me to replace mobile number on all places

                                    I also tried to complaint to local airtel store mr Gurmeet Singh but they refused to register by saying that this number is not registered on my name.

                                    So you are requested to please reissue my same mobile number to me with required verification as soon as possible

                                    I also want to mention that i am using many airtel services like airtel prepaid c, airtel broadband, airtel dth etc

                                      I was interested in airtel broadband plan and paid them Rs 5309 online. I was given assurance that my connection will be active very next day of my payment. Though its been 8 days now and the sales guy has stopped picking my calls...airtel is not even refunding my money as order cancellation has to come via same sales executive who is not picking up my phone.
