I applied for a new broadband connection on 23 august 2016, now connection has not been installed nor my amount of rs 1000 has been refunded.
It has been a period of more than one month. I have called this company for more than 10 times to get my money back but they are not willing to refund they just say you will get your money in 7 days and then i did not get my money back

    Inspite of sending clear mail to disconbect broadband connection on 19th August well before the billing cycle of 23rd, fresh bill for August -Sept is generated. This is the evident of AIRTEL being cheater and third grade organization. Even worst is your customer care team as they are calling me for payment for July-August although my network is down for last 2 months and data is not consumed because of 0.00 MBPS speed and still these idiots and bunch of jokers are asking to pay rental. Why the hell such idiots are employed? Are they customer care executives or customer harassment agents?

    Please see the screen shot of mail sent on 19th August clearly indicating to disconnect the connection.

    This is really disgusting that to what extent company goes on harassing customers?

    Is there any one in whole organisations to understand the concern of customers. If customer is not able to use broadband connection and after making complaint 2 months back and if company is not able to resolve the issue why would customer make the payment? Is company trying to loot the customers? Does the comapny has any ethics?
    Please make sure that the connection is disconnected without any delay and o/s amount is written off as I am not liable to pay any single penny to AIRTEL - WORLDS WORST ORGANIZATION EVER EXPERIENCED...

      Am using aitel 4g datacard, staying at marathahalli in bangalore, getting the worst singal, had spoke with customer care twice but no response. Am fed up this service. I think am not getting even 3g also in my area, am not in forest. The worst response & singal.       I stay in Lane No 7 Koregaon Park in Pune and I have never seen more than a single bar of network since I moved to Airtel a few months back . Really missing Vodafone .
      Forget getting any Internet . Forget 4 G, even 2 G doesn't work .
      And these stupid agents persuaded me to take an unlimited postpaid pack of 2000 per month with 7 gB data. What's the point if I can't make calls or use the data due to lack of network coverage.

      I miss the little puppy of Vodafone . Why did I even switch? :-(

      I'm gonna switch back to Vodafone or maybe reliance jio but AIRTEL ... Never ever ever ever again ... And I will ensure I tell all the people I know, friends, family, relatives, shopkeepers, security guards and the neighbourhood grocery store guy and anyone and everyone I meet ...Never use Airtel . It's a scam .

      Same advice goes to you my friend, change your service provider.

        I'm harvin vasudevan from malaysia... I often used to visit kerala for some official reason. I have been airtel since my first visit. But really it's annoying & biggest cheater brand in india... I don't know how come indians can control their anger.

        On 21st sep 2016, i wanted to check my data balance so, i went on running a ussd code by using this *123*11#, it's shows my data balance, also they were some added messages like rc 148 - 1gb 3g/4g. So after that i did that top-up, but i got 600mb, yesterday 23.09.2016 i made a call to airtel customer care executive - i explained my annoying matters over with him - what he said was really made my brain burns... He simply said, "sir, we are really sorry, that 148 matter was actually an advertisement by airtel" i asked him, ok it doesn't matter, what is that advertisement for? He said, i will connect my call to my senior executive (After just sounds beep... Beep) he simply disconnected...

        So guys my 400mb isn't a matter for me.. Yes, that's my hard earned cash. Ok wat to do. But what about illiterate peoples. So 400mb that may cost 100inr if we do it separately, if they cheat 100inr from 1crore customer per day, think about that guys...

          This is to inform you that today on 23/09/2016 in my airtel account portal it has been shown that an amount of rs 14070.00 has been generated against my dongle no [protected], kindly refer to my earlier two email dt 11.09.2016 where i have been informed you that a wrong bill plan has been activated by your representative named sujoy without informing me the actual plan. To my above mentioned number. So i request your goodself to rectify the same and generated the correct amount against my dongle no.
          It is also to be noted that due to your fault i have been suffering very much mental pressure and agony. So once again i request you to correct the same so that i can pay the actual amount and close the relation with you which i have been maintained with you since three years. Good bye airtel.

                My DTH Set top box got damaged so I had to get it replaced, after getting the box replaced on 22nd of September. I was said the connection will resume after few hours but it did not. I again talked to the customer support and was assured that my connection will be resumed with complaint number:55276402 till night yet it did not, then at night I again tried contacting customer support when again I was promised that my connection will be resumed till next morning 1p.m, i.e 23rd September 1p.m, still after that my connection did not resume and again I was promised my connection will be resumed till 5p.m same day but it did not, and now I have been said that they can do nothing but I can only wait for same answer the next day!
                P.S: Complaint Number is 55276402.

                  Hey! Airtel m having a problem with my data recharge. i had an offer in my no. of getting 3gb data in rs 348 for 28 days but when i recharge it i got only 2 gb data. The shopkeeper says its not his fault so m not getting any refund. I waited too long in the hope of getting rest 1 gb sometime later but m only disappointed. Please do something about it. 348 is not an small amount.

                    I would like to inform you that day by day your network is becoming worst in every area. we are facing lots of signal problem in my native village. my native village is situated in gaya district bihar. village name is samsara and situated at (25°02'36.5"n 84°54'38.9"e). two year before when airtel tower was in very less number then we are getting proper signal and today there is two towers is available nearby 2 km away then we are getting worst signal.

                    From last one week problem is became to worst. so kindly try to resolve the network problem as soon as. there is so many consumer is effected due to the problem. one of contact number is [protected].

                      I have been following up with Airtel since many years regarding poor quality of network in LIC colony behind Arya Vidya mandir. I have many a times raised complaints and everytime i have just recieved assurances about tower upgrades.
                      The Open network Policy of Airtel is just a marketing gimmick and we can clearly see the number of towers on Santacruz linking road is just one catering to big area. The most common reply i ahve been hearign is towers are in planning and will get installed in 3 to 6 months time.
                      Our social as well as business contacts suffer due to network issue and I cannot bear to lose anyomre
                      I am having three numbers o f Airtel since last several years and needless to say i will have to port out to some other service provider which can guarantee the better network. I have already sent port request for one of my numbers.

On[protected] I have watch all the Telugu channels, but on[protected] I have unable to watch telugu Gemini Channels i.e. Gemini, Gemini Movies, Gemini Comedy, Gemini News like. In this reason I have registered complaint through customer care on[protected] between 9.30 am to 10.30 am. He give assurance to arrange call back facility and also rectify the problem, by mistake your plan active actives south max – tamil instead of south max telugu, and also the customer care executive updated my other mobile also i.e. [protected] but so far not rectified my problem. I am very uncomfortable with these practices. Many more times I have callback to customer care. Now the executive says we are unable to change package with-out additional recharge amount. How can I responsible for your executive mistake for activated south max tamil instead of south max telugu. So please take necessary action to rectify the problem.

                            I ported my prepaid number to Airtel Postpaid 4 months ago, In my area I have faced non stop network issues..
                            - I am always out of coverage for people calling me when m @ my home.
                            - Although I have 3G plan but at home it does only shows E that is for Edge.
                            no speed at all, I cant also use the internet service.
                            - You(Airtel) described yourselves as open network is very shameful and also fraud.
                            - have also complained this network issues but was of no use. Still I face the same issues.
                            - You(Airtel) have misleading advertisements with all false promises.

                            * I have always felt free to call customer care and complined but nothing help.

                            A unhappy Airtel customer :)

                              I have taken 8 mbps plan with free land line, but i did not receive land line.

                              My Connection established 3 weeks back. If i called to sales person they did not respond, i called several times.

                              Even i told him i will give complaint on the above problem, but did not care about my problem. Then i gave complaint to Airtel, then want proof. I have submitted the proof to Airtel also.I did not expect this much of poor service provided by Airtel. This is worst service, i did not seen any where.

                              I called and mailed to Airtel, but no response from their side.

                                Airtel correspondent is saying my 3G balance cannot be carry forwarded. but my 3G data balance was been carry forwarded for past 3 years, suddenly they are saying its stopped and therefore you are not applicable . i had a lot of 3Gdata balance in my account, all off sudden zero .
                                last month i had 3G data in my account even though they charged it to the main account all off sudden and within seconds my 167 rupees was absorbed, and they are saying your 3G data balance was low so we did so.
                                its a easy way of cheating people to their whims and fancies they like, they change plans the way they like, they do what ever they want, please help me out...

                                  I am tired of this network. The company charges high rates but does not know hoe to assist its customers. There is no single customer care number which helps us to contact with the representative. The network keeps on going. When there is a data pack on, the network bar rarely seems to be seen. Instead of helping us the network is creating lot of trouble. The company doesn't even help us to contact to representatives.

                                    My sim no is [protected] is a prepaid sim with lifetime validity which am using for years as recently since months am on roaming(Gulf) so was unable to use it i guess last 3months back i used. Today when i inserted it it displays Emergency calls only and on calling the same number it says out of reach. Hereby request you to reactivate the sim and provide me with the procedure for doing the same as i called to the cutomer care they said not possible. Please look into the matter considering the long standing customer of Airtel.
                                    i have registered my mobile number to all my bank, LIC and all transaction based on this mobile number.
                                    kindly give a solution or suggestion to activate my mobile number and kindly do the needful...

                                      Airtel has updated my name wrongly in airtel account even though i have gaiven correct details. when asked, the customer care took complaint and asked me tp provide necessary documents which i did and said it will take 3days to solve it. After 20days also no response.i called them again and they said 3days more is needed.i called them after 5days they are still telling we need one more day. during this time they are putting me on hold for 20 to 30minutes just to give small detail also. i am calling them everyday from 1week they beg me for more time and if i shout they are putting me on hold for 20 to 25minutes everyday. they are not at all servicing the customers. all of managers spoke to me saying its been escalated to highest level and it wil get done. but when i call all they do is put me on hold for 30mins and tel me they need more time.i want to sue them till the end
