Starting issue is the internet is not working intermittently and to resolve this Airtel engineer visited 3 times but none of them was good enough to resolve the issue and situation got worse than beginning All three times airtel engineer did some technical jerk things to get this resolved and asked me to monitor for some time, As agreed Airtel was supposed to monitor this but they have closed the issue all three times without resolving it, also I have dropped a note many times but no one is even bothering to address or give a call to resolve this.
Details of Email communication & Request number has been raised to Airtel, I wonder if I have to just keep on writing to get resolved my issue, looking forward a quick response on this.

-- I got one response but they were never called again to discuss the confusion, As I was supposed to downgrade the speed to 8mbps as it should be there in place to ensure this is working .. as per Airtel engineer.
