Dear Sir/Madam,
I have recharged with an Airtel 379 pack on 2 Oct 2021. (Order ID[protected] They promised me with 6 Gb data and Unlimited calls and 900 SMS till 24th December 2021(84 days). And I have used 6 Gb and I have also recharged with a Rs.251 data pack on 19 Nov 2021. (Order ID[protected] I was using both the services very well without any issue.
But on 23rd November 2021 at 8.30pm Airtel sent me a message saying that price is going to increase so if i recharge now the new plan will be activated only after completing my current plan validity .I am attaching the screenshot of this message.
So I have recharged with a Rs.2498 pack. on 24 Nov 2021. (Order ID [protected]) in which they promised me 365 days o[censored]nlimited calls, 2GB data per day. and 100 SMS per day.
And The pack just got activated at the time I completed the payment. Which is supposed to be activated after my current plan.
I tried contacting customer care, and they told me they can’t help me with this. I lost my money. I personally feel cheated by Airtel.
I am also bringing this to your kind attention. There is one more case filed here, so they are not doing this only with me but they are doing this with a lot of people.

I believe the Honorable court will grant me justice. And take necessary action against Airtel.

I am also attaching the screen shot of the message sent by Airtel, promising that the validity of the new pack will be added after the validity of the current pack. and my transaction details.
