Dear sir,
I have recharged my father's mobile number in previous month, at the same days recharged my sister also, alongside we founded that my father has done recharged the mobile.
We called to airtel customer care number but they clearly refused to increase the validity as well as refund the money
Airtel should be given the restrictions their rights of multi recharged successfully on sim number.
We are facing critical financially problem in Covid-19. So kindly help us.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
