    Even though I have sim activated, International roaming activated. Sim shows zero network .there is no way to call customer care and app us just waste of Time Faq and automated response.

    I have wasted 5, 000 Rs already on this international roaming .

      Airtel Xstream Fiber Installation

      Made payment of 2828 for Xstream Fiber connection on 24th NOV 2021. Till date, the installation is yet to be done. On enquiring, i came to know that the FAT box isn't live & had no power. Its been 18 days....

          I have recently shifted to UAE and I'm keeping my india airtel number (+91) active with prepaid balance if Rs 298.
          Now suddenly the services are barred for no reason.
          Airtel is no way bothered to send message before disconnecting.
          Very bad service

            I Vijay Patil (Pune), holding airtel mobile no. [protected]].
            I got this sim changed several time over last year. Now again it stopped working, and showing only emergency signal. I am not able to call(dial & receive) anywhere including customer care(121).
            Currently am outside india,
            You plz resolve this problem asap. Its very urgent. Otherwise tell me what should i do?

              No Network in my mobile since morning.

              Tried reaching through all means fraudster are not responding.

              Disgusting service provider. I am customer of Airtel since last 15-20 year but now will port to jio.

              Worst network, pathetic customer care

                I am using airtel prepaid sim for the past 11 years. Recently i moved to Bahrain on a buisness trip and was staying here for 3 months now. My sim was working fine untill yesterday when my phone was reading NO SERVICE. I tried to restart my phone and even tried using the sim on another mobile. But it still reads no service. With this sim not working it affects my work. And being in abroad am not able to reach any airtel store to enquire about my issue.

                  I am working in Abu Dhabi since 2019. this is the second time I'm facing an issue with my airtel sim [protected]. even I have enough balance in my account they are simply stopped my service. the last time I went to India and took a duplicate sim. now I came back here after two months again they stopped my service. they are looting money from customers. please take necessary action on this.

                    Its about one year that i was complaining regarding indoor network issue that i am facing. I lodged many complaints but Every time i asked them did u resolve the problem? They answered the work is in progress or the complaint is closed and now the problem has resolved. But still i am facing same issue. The customer care representative gives fake promises and asked for the patience.
                    Really Airtel is such a bad telecom service provider. I have never faced this much issue regarding indoor network. Such a worst service is being provided by the AIRTEL.

                      Hi,
                      I am using Airtel SIM. I have recharged with Rs. 399 and the validity was till Dec 3, 2021.
                      From Dec 1, 2021 I am not able to access data services provided by airtel. I have raised complaint on Dec 3rd 2021. Also Since my plan validity was till Dec 3rd, Agiain I have recharged with RS. 2999 which is 1 year plan.

                      Till Now I didn't get any solution to my problem. I have dialed 198 and communicated to customer care serviece 3 times. Once I recieved APN settings configuration from airtel. But this solution didn't work. If I call 198 nowadays, they are not answering my call.

                      Please help me to get back my recharged amount.

                          I ported my number from Vodafone to AIrtel to avail prepaid E-sim, it got disconnected at 10.25pm and the tele-verification 59059 is not working.

                          Customer service team wants to check with nearest store in the next day morning. I work at night and my number is so much important to reach.

                                  Am an Airtel prepaid customer. For the past few months the voice breaks during the calls. I run out of the house to the balcony and try to speak. It does not solve the problem. I have gone to the Vadapalani Airtel office and registered my complaint three times in the past six months. Every time they say it will be resolved within few days. And nothing is done.
                                  I am fed up and thinking of shifting to some other mobile service provider. I will wait for a few days after posting my complaint here and see if anything is being done by Airtel and then take a decision.

                                    Airtel Sim Network didn't show up on 29/11/2021., When Consulted Airtel Service Center, they advised me for the Duplicate Sim. I have attached all the required documents and information on the same day.
                                    I have contacted Airtel office, but there is no progress and no proper response from airtel office on my request till now. Its been 2 weeks, Airtel is not even sharing the exact status of my request on why it is delaying so much.
                                    As a customer, the impact of not having the SIM is huge, as lot of my transactions and activities are linked to my Airtel number.
                                    I Request you to consider the above matter and Reactivate the Sim Immediately.
