I logged onto my my airtel app and was looking for a good data plan ..checked in offers for you section ..got plan 228 recharge 1gb 3g day and 1gb night validity 28 days ..after I recharged I get balance notification as 350 mb for main balance ..what kind of ppl do you employ in airtel ..you cheat customers do blatantly ..I'm also having a fixed line m DTH connection from this company and I'm on the verge of moving all my services to your competitors you think ppl have no alternative and are stuck with you so you can charge and fleece them howmuch ever you want ..I've made up my mind to disconnect your services ..mittal can screw off for all I care ..what a dishonest creepy cheat of an organisation ..

    Whenever, I call from my airtel landlines number to outside Delhi, voice is echo at receiver's end. I raised a complain on 20 august 2016 but issue is still pending.
    Airtel mechanics come to my premises and checked my landline phone many times and told us that problem is not in phone it is in network and we will fixed it in 24 hours. But they are not capable of resolve this issue. It is very strange and it irritates the receiver, that is why I am not able to use my landline phone to call inter state.
    Please try to fix this issue as I am wasting my money every month. Please state clearly about the issue can or can't be fixed. So that I could take decision to cancel the connection if not done.

      Dear sir we are a regular customer of airtel since 2004 .At present all the users in our area are airtel users and we still prefer for airtel as the best. but unfortunately we are sorry to inform you that we face a lot of difficulties regarding the networks. we heard about the open network an we are interested in estblishing a tower.We need airtel tower in our area as we dont have any tower in our area we are finding very difficulty in making calls and other services like internet surfing and ther services.

        I have placed the complaint on 18-Aug, and the same was closed without giving the resolution, once again I gave the complaint on 22-Aug, - where they said to change the settings which I did, they said they will send the tech person to resolve this but no one turned up. When today(10-Sep) I am checking the complaint status it was closed, so today spoke to person, they wasted my 1 hr time without giving the solution they also said that they have raised the ticket - F[protected], where they sent the msg that the issu e is been resolved.

        Such a stupid team without training they will keep them to give the service.
        I am been with Airtel from past 12years . But now this issue has harassed me mentally, speaking to new person everytime and wasting 1hr every time when we speak to them .

        So please help me out from this.
        Where I have the internet issue not able to browse any websites or use access my mails. But I can use only WhatsApp.
        Today also they told it will take more than 72hrs of time to resolve but I have lost my hope with this.

          Sir, I have recharged Airtel DTH.with Customer Id.[protected] in the name Mohd hussain.the Recharge was one through Paytm.and one through Airtel.in.the first one was not successful instantly then I Recharge through Air.in. now both the transactions are successful and I request Paytm as well Airtel to reverse one entry of Rd.665.and keep one.but they are not responding properly.kindly do the needful

            I bought a new airtel sim about one month ago. The shopkeeper told me that it will be activated within one day. Now, more than one month had passed but I don't get the connection. It only shows airtel - emergency number only. There is no tower in my phone. When I asked the authorised shopkeeper, he told it has been activated already. So, please let me know what is the problem with it. Work on it as soon as possible. What do I need to do next? Help me out, I am unable to find a solution and I could not understand them matter.

                I ported my number from Uninor a few yrs back.
                I usually do my recharges online through Airtel website or any third party website usually through paytm mostly .
                I had been recharging my airtel mobile number [protected] without any problem in all these years. But suddenly, since October 2015, my airtel number could not be recharged online using any of the websites including the air tel website and airtel app also.
                Its very ridiculous to re charge phone outside at a shop while be in que though I have everything wid me.

                BEFORE OCTOBER 2015 IT WAS ALRIGHT BUT SINCE OCTOBER 2015 NO ONLINE RECHARGE CAN BE DONE. BUT I CAN RECHARGE MY NUMBER OFFLINE FROM MOBILE SHOPS & RECHARGE CENTERS.

                Please look into this matter at the earliest and resolve this at the earliest so that I can get relief from this unwanted nuisance.

                    I had requested for a Broadband connection online here in Bangalore (LBS Nagar).
                    Being an Airtel customer from past 5 years, I trusted airtel and chose Airtel for broadband connection.
                    Representative came near house and collected documents, 1000rs check, 100rs documentation charges in cash on 1st of August 2016.
                    After 48hrs i called the same representative he started avoiding my call and whenever picked claimed that he is still working on the request.

                    Amount was deducted from bank, as i have evidence that 1000rs was deducted when cheque was placed in Bank.
                    After multiple calls he gave me his manager Number, Manager spoke rude and kept disconnecting my call.
                    Despite multiple calls dint respond properly.

                    I have message communication as proof.

                    On frustration, I went for the help in Twitter. Just Name and Number changed..!! Reply same from every Representative who replied or called.
                    "We will check the status and get back."

                    Finally the so called Manager picked my call, after rude argument said that he cannot give connection because local people dint allow him to lay the connection.
                    Its more than 45 days now and he is telling I have to wait another 7-10 days to receive the refund.

                    Who will pay the call charges i spent on their representatives ?
                    Who will pay the Documentation charges collected by their representative ?
                    Who will compensate the loss due to believing them and disconnecting my Postpaid connection ?

                    I have all proof of messages from their representative both in phone as well as in Twitter.

                    It is real shame that Airtel needs more than 70days to understand whether the connectivity is feasible or no.
                    And it is more shame that they need more than 3 weeks to Refund the amount.

                    Worst customer service i have ever seen.

                    If you have little bit of Shame left on your part, Immediately refund my money.
                    I do have proof as the Amount was deducted through check from my SB account.

                    Installation charge paid: 1000rs
                    Document charges collected by Viru : 100rs
                    Interest for keeping my money with you for more than 1 month : 100rs
                    Phone call & Other charges : 100Rs

                    Total : 1300rs.

                      I have Ported From Idea to Airtel and after 5 days i have made a recharge of Rs 34, which was a rate cutter pack providing ( 1 paisa per second on local and STD calls) I didnt received any benifit of it and the standard call rate deduction was applied to me,

                      when i had made an enquiry reguarding this rate cutter pack at the airtel customer care they said that "you will not get this benifit, only standard rate of 45 paisa per min will be applied to you"

                      after 20 days, i warned them, that i will lodge a complain against them in the Consumer forum they offered me the benifit of 1 paisa per second call rate only for the next 10 days.

                      As since Airtel literally Fake advertising reguarding its network availablity even in remote areas, but the reality is something else there is always a network Drop from Nalasopara to Dahanu.

                      The Airtel Network is even more Worse then any covering up their lack in network efficiency with fake advertising..!!!

                        Hi,

                        My name is Ajay and I am a IT professional. I land here in NCR on 12 July 2016. As my phone was in roaming so i visited to Airtel office after a week and request for porting the number. They offered me postpaid scheme which was good so without spending any single minute i agreed and bought the same.

                        I was using the number [protected] in my moto g4 plus which i bought from Amazon 3 months back. Recently last to last week someone theft my phone so i was helpless and unable to get any contact and lost everything.

                        I visited Airtel office next day immediately after filing the FIR and they issued duplicate sim. I request them to convert my postpaid into prepaid because i was not longer able to manage the smartphone due the incident.

                        At that time i was already using postpaid so they recommend me to atleast use the number in postpaid for a month so that they can generate the bill cycle. I said ok. Few days later i bought a new smart phone and installed the Airtel app.

                        I saw that the bill has been generated for the month of August so without any thinking i paid the dues and paid all the bill and i have a proof for the same.

                        Here comes the tricky part, if I already paid the bill then how Airtel can regenerate bill again and ask me to pay the bill. Since I already converted my number to prepaid I am not suppose to pay the bill because i am no longer using the postpaid number.

                        I issues the prepaid sim on 31 Aug or may be 01 Sep 2016 so from 02 Sep 2016 onwards i am using Airtel prepaid number.

                        I will show you the evidence for the same. It's not just a matter of 365 INR thought it's completely nonsense and baseless.

                        I emailed them and even i posted and text them on facebook page but got no response yet.

                        I would like to request you to please look into this matter and provide the needful solution.

                          Account number.[protected] manjula kumari baid landline no.[protected].i like to inform you that i took a new connection and it was installed on 30th of august from the day landline and internet is not working till today and bill was generated on 5th of september.After giving so many complaints in 121 and through mail there is no response from your side.MR ANAND engineer of choolai 600112 he was the person who gave the connection and his mobile number [protected] i tried calling him so many times but he is not picking the call he is doing frudlent with customer many o[censored]s told me about him and the sales man who came to my residence his name is ali and mobile number [protected] he is cheting with us.so kindly i request you to disconnect my line.and i gave the cheque of rupees.1000 so i need my money back. and bill was generated on 5th september without connection why should i pay the bill.take it seriously or else i will file case in consumer court, airtel started cheating.i need reply immediately or else i will take action

                            Hi,
                            I have recharged for 6 month of my DTV in which its got 15 days free. But just after the recharge a message came your package has been changed it has become 22HD from 19 HD and simultaneously my daily amount has been updated. They have also change the channel which earlier i was getting. Whn I called to customer care they said that the previous package is no longer valid.
                            How an organisation such as Airtel is cheating the customer on package recharge. They are saying you can view the channel by paying extra top up amount. It is just like cheating a customer for profit of an organisation.
                            When I raised the issue customer care is saying we cannot help you as the previous plan is no longer valid.

                              I got an offer from Airtel on 2-9-2016 to upgrade my broadband plan from 4mbps/15GB to 40mbps/147GB. I was supposed to agree to pay for a new modem over 5 months - which I agreed to. To my dismay I found that the plan was changed even before an engineer from Airtel could come and install the new modem (the existing modem only supports speeds up to 25mbps). My old modem stopped working as soon as the plan was changed. Till now I am waiting for someone from Airtel to come and install the new modem (7 days).

                              I was happy with the low speed and data limit. I made a grave mistake by opting for an upgraded plan. The past week I struggled with my mobile data to conduct business from home.

                              If Airtel cannot fix the issue immediately I am planning to close the connection. The only other option I am agreeable to is if I get my old plan back (no payment for new modem) at a lower price.

                                I got a new Airtel broadband connection on Saturday, Sep 3 2016 and the router was installed on Sunday night. At the time of installation, I received a message stating that the router was not configured successfully. I told the Airtel representative who was installing the router the same thing and he said that the connection will be activated in 2hrs and I need not to worry. After getting authentication failed message even after 4hours, I called customer care and the executive told me it will take maximum 24hrs to activate. I waited for 24hrs and my internet didn't work.

                                I've been contacting Airtel since Monday, Sep 5 and finally a complaint was raised on Wednesday. Every time I received a call from customer care executives I heard the same thing that the issue has been escalated and forwarded to the concerned team. It’s Day 5 now and no action has been taken except forwarding the issue to the “concerned department”. My internet connection is still not activated. I’ve been given three service request numbers and finally I've received some vague explanation that the installation is not done properly. No one came to fix the installation even though the issue was raised five days ago.

                                And on top of that, I've received more than 50 system generated messages stating that the router has been configured successfully, which apparently isn't true because the installation is not done properly as said by Airtel executive.

                                I haven't had a chance to use Airtel services but I'm already terribly disappointed by your extremely bad customer service. I was planning on getting Airtel dth too. I am glad I didn't go for that. This experience is horrible enough for me.

                                  On 3rd September I complained, engineer charged me 150 rs for his services - 170 rs. for New Remote - 150 rs for Old adaptor ( He said after few days i will pay 100 rs extra to him and he will change my adaptor with new which cost 250 rs. )

                                  I was continuously seeking solution till now- Talked to senior persons - Arpit, Pushpanker, and one more.
                                  All say it will be done.
                                  Technician visited saying set top box is faulty another said antenna to shifted.

                                  I do have all call recordings from the day one.
                                  Wasted my two Important days. had a loss due to them .

                                        Airtel customer care is not functioning properly. If I need to connect customer care 121. Its saying welcome to Airtel customer care dial 1 for mobility. If I Press 1 its connects successful. But there is no option for connecting customer care. If I press 9 its not valid. There are many ads recharge for 50 rupees you get 1 GB data.
                                        But there is no option to speak with customer care. Only system will speak.
                                        No customer care for Airtel. Its very nuisance to speak with customer care. If need data pack there is no option for activation. Every time need to call customer care. I request to Ban Airtel customer care. 121 its fancy number to Airtel 121 . its not 121 its hell to 1 . no body connect if dial 121 only system will respond. Its saying all options press 1 press 5 press 0 after it connects 129 store there also no customer care will connect press 1, 4, 6, after its gets to main menu after call gets disconnect. What a service really hands off for such service.
                                        Really Airtel made a customer as joker and playing games all times with 121.
                                        Its not 121 its hell to 1.
