Sir,

Thank you very much for CLEARLY expressing your INABILITY to give any solution of my problem, because for the last two months (from 6th June 2016) I have only received only ASSURANCE and TIMELINES. Thank you very much again for not SATISFYING your customer IN TWO MONTHS.

Now please let me clear some thing too. As I said earlier that the problem started late June 2016, I made my first complain on 6th July 2016. On 7th July when your service Engineer called me and visited my place I FEEL REALLY PROUD FOR BEING WITH A NETWORK WHO CARES FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS. I actually didn't expect that so early. That person stayed my place for more than three hours and checked every single corner of my office and home. Finally he told me that a REPEATER should be installed at my office to rectify the problem and also informed me that he is sending mail to the Repeater Installation Team for that.

That has became HISTORY now. My PROUD also deflated like a balloon. Because on 23/07/2016 I got a SMS stating that "the concern related to your mobile has been resolved to your satisfaction", I stunt. However Again I made a complain on 24/7/2016 (Ref. No[protected], on 4/8/2016 (Ref No[protected], on 5/8/2016 (Ref. No[protected] but got no response from INDIA's most TRANSPARENT NETWORK AIRTEL.
On 19/08/2016 I send a mail to appellate team and west bengal nodal officer stating the above problem. Again the Ref. No started[protected] on 19/08/2016).

I have got SEVERAL phone calls from appellate team stating me that they are REALLY UNDERSTANDING my problem and will give solution within 48 hours / 2 days / 3 days etc. etc.

Finally today (02/09/2016) on 5:59pm I finally came to know from you that you don't have any "IMMEDIATE" solution for me. Oh GOD it took almost TWO MONTHS to say these few words.

But what should I do now. SHOULD I PAY FOR THE "SERVICE" WHICH I AM NOT RECEIVING. I PAY FOR FOUR AIRTEL MOBILE CONNECTIONS : 1. [protected], 2. [protected], 3. [protected] AND 4. [protected]. All of these numbers are suffering. Or SHOULD I SAY LIKE YOU --
"I regret I am unable PAY you THE BILL FOR the above MOBILE NUMBERS. I am afraid, I am unable to commit a timeline for THAT presently."

PLEASE DO INFORM YOUR BILLING TEAM NOT NO CHARGE THOSE NUMBERS AND ASK FOR ANY PAYMENT UNTIL AND UNLESS "AIRTEL" PROVIDE ANY SOLUTION TO THEIR NETWORK ISSUE SO THAT THEY CAN MAKE CALLS FROM THEIR HOME AND OFFICE.

I assure you that everything will be NORMAL as soon as as you provide me the SOLUTION.

      Mera naam Dalwinder Singh hai. Main Punjab ke Malout city main rehta hu. Mere pass airtel ka No. [protected] hai.[protected] ko mere mobile pe ek message show hua jisme likha tha 47 pe 47 or 95 pe 95 ka full talk time. Maine 95 ka recharge karva liya lekin mere ko full talk time ki bajaye 380 MB 3G/4G net balance mila 11 days ke liye jabki mujhe full talk time ki jaroorat thi. Maine customer care main phone kiya to unki taraf se koi santoshjanak jawab nahi mila or jab maine kaha ki apne kisi senior se baat karva do to vah taal matol karne lage or meri baat nahi karvaai. Sir mere yahan airtel ke 5 sim hai or main ab sabko port karne ki soch raha hu kayoki airtel ki taraf se main satisfy nahi hu or pata nahi kitne logon ke sath esa hua hoga. Sir meri aapse vinti hai ki esa karne walon ke against action liya jaye. Main yeh shikayat hindi main likh raha hu taki sab isko padh sake or jaan sake.
      Ek baar sir phir aapse prarthna hai ki esa karne walon ke against action liya jaye.

          My Airtel fixed line no [protected] is disconnected due to payment issue, I made payment on 20th August 2016 through net banking.I called to customer care on 28th August they inform me that connection is active but after that I made payment again on 31st August 2016 .After payment I called to customer care 2 times but no solution from them.
          I face many problem due to unavailability on broadband to finish office work.
          I request to reverse my extra payment from Airtel.

            Myself airtel customer [protected], tried out porting to another network by generating UPC code. this time i got call from the customer care informing they will give me offer A2A 10ps/min and other mob 30ps/min which made me refuse the offer from other network and to continue in airtel. but they cheated me without giving any offers making me loss a good amount through calls which were very high rates. as i kept on calling expecting the offer to be activated. once i contacted the customer care executive they told me that they are not providing any such offers, which made me ask them to connect the top management. they made me waiting for 15 minutes and told that all are busy and will get back to me in 2 hours. but still now they are yet to respond.
            utterly this is a cheating character from the largest open network.and the largest customer cheating network

                        As a part of Corporate connection, we are using Airtel network and facing the Signal issue at most of Prime / Major locations across Pune. I am talking about the outdoor locations only and forget about the inside of Office & home network. due to this, Lot of call drops (personal & business calls) and signal strength shows full but if any of my colleague calls me it says that the number is not reachable even with full signal strength. After raising Multiple complaints with Airtel, inspite of responding or addressing my complaints or concerns they are straight away closing the complaints. As a mob, we thought to Port out of Airtel and we want Airtel to address this concern as no one should face the issue. Coming to billing part, they are looting the customers like any thing, bill amounts are generated wrongly and if we chack the bill thoroughly and call the customer care then the excess amount they have charged would be waved off. Kindly note that this is not individual problem, majority of Airtel customers across the pune are facing this issue and to be sorted out immediately.

                            I recharged my airtel mobile [protected] online for Rs 102/- on 31/07/16 for 3G/4G datapack of 250 MB. The recharge was done thru' netbanking. proofs are available.I got confirmation from Airtel immly. confirming the above credit. Evening when I started booking a cab in uber, nothing was comin, the datapack was not on. When I checked the balance it was showing 0 under internet. Again and again I checked up in the night on 1 st, only zero balance came. (surprisingly the Rs. 9 recharge for 1 day pack of 35 MB was working well earlier several days.)
                            Whether it is swallowed up wantonly or it is a technical glitch I don't know. Let them Rectify the mistake andcredit 256 MB for 28 days or credit my bank a/c .

                                    I have been using Airtel WIFI and postpaid number - [protected] in corporate plan from Jan'16. I have lost the WIFI & number on 19-July-2016.and i have raised a compliant on Arumbakkam Airtel office on 30-July-2016 (token no : T054), stating that my old one was lost and please stop the billing and i will the pay the amount on pro data basis. As i have bought new Airtel wifi (token no : T011)and new postpaid number ([protected]) on the same showroom with advance rental plan by paying 4000. Later on i have received the bill for old number and asked to pay full amount which i told already raised the request to stop. but executive did not close it on same day. Now i am getting multiple calls from Airtel threatening to pay the amount 1087 (for old number). they are not understanding if i want to fool them i would have gone for other vendors when purchasing new wifi. but instead i went with airtel wifi.

                                    Even now i am ready to pay the amount used from 12-July to 19-July on pro data basis.

                                    They only act like good up-to if you are customer, and you want to disconnect your connection for any reason, even due to their inability to provide the connection to your new location they started charging you by sending bills for the non connected account is .disconnected account and they will threaten you to pay for it...

                                      Hi There,

                                      This is Tanneru Venkata Sai Rishi, I have applied for prepaid to postpaid connection from airtel in the same circle itself. it has been 40 days since i have submitted my application, my network from the prepaid sim has been removed and there is no network on my postpaid sim since then it has been a "Month" since I am experiencing "NO NETWORK" on my sim. please reach the concerned department and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                                      I am already vexed and cannot send any more emails, i have already contacted your customer care centre several times in this month and there is literally no response from your end. I have also sent several mails regarding the same. no one is even bothered about the issue and its not been escalated. please look into this and resolve the issue as soon as possible. as it has already been 40 days I am experiencing this trouble and still no network on my SIM. I don't know why does it take so long and you people don't even care although all the documents are clear and all the formalities have been completed successfully.

                                      waiting to getting the complaint resolved since 40 days and get my sim activated. but there's no response from the company's end since then. Please look into the issue and resolve it as soon as possible. i am facing a lot of problem since 40 days due to no network.

                                        We have corporate connections with airtel. Our billing cycle is 25th of every month. I am requesting an e-bill for the month of July-August since 26th August for which i received a reply as, it takes 48 hours to generate an e-bill. Its 1 week now i am repetitively requesting for the same but there is no response from airtel team. Our relationship number is [protected]. In reply i received a bill of last month, bill for one single number and a wrong bill of another organization. Is this the service quality of airtel.
