I had recharged rs 225 for my mobile and I got SMS from Airtel that successfully recharged. But data benefit was not added. So I asked them about it. They said we are not send any SMS that indicating successfully recharge. But I had a proof of that SMS. Now more than 40 days still they are not refunding my money. In bank transaction it was successful. Only Airtel frauds having my money and not refunding. How can I approach consumer court...

A offer came on my phone rs225=2gb 3g internet for 28 days and when i recharged i got only 1 gb.so please give me my half internet....

Network problem in Airtel at whole Modinagar.
Three is problem in the network to provide me network in Modinagar.
Every time the network is fluctuating and the call will disconnected.

I am complaing about airtel rs 39 recharge which provide airtel to airtel 15 paip i subscribed it on jul 12 which valid for 28 days after a few days ie. On 24 my balance deduct in normal rate then i filed the complain then they convince me to resolve that issue but when next day i called same thing normal call charge then talked with superior he told me that my issue has solved and already my ac. This might come out shocking for you because it did for me and all those who I shared my story with. The airtel customer care agent I got connected to, earlier today, abused me and my family, used indecent words against me and finally hung up the call when I called today to enquire about a refund that was promised. To AIRTEL,

Kindly resolve your network issues so that I get messages from whomsoever. I have to fill exam forms and from 10 days I am not receiving any messages.

Also in customers' support, please have a system of talking to customer care executive to at least know the reasons behind the failure of your renowned network.

Take the responsibility seriously and be accountable....

I am using airtel iptv along with broadband and landline connection, i was sold a costly iptv setbox and subscription few years back stating that its a futuristic technology, the services wasn't up to the mark though and i stuck to it as i had paid them a lot for stb & don't want to lose out on my initial charges. Now suddenly airtel decided to close iptv and forcing me to go for dth which comes with only basic manual paid recording option...

I am using Airtel BB 999 plan with 4Mbps speed. On 5th Aug, 2016, I found that
around 10GB of data has been deducted from my balance. When I checked Airtel data usage details online through airtel.in, I found,
a huge amount of data (9GB) is used during 1 hr on 4th Aug night, which I am not aware .

As per my current connection, I get speed of 4Mbps. Using this maximum possible downloaded data could be 2 GB in...

Since last 4 days, my postpaid mobile [protected] is not activated,...

We have a mega pack out of which 2 or more channels arent showing, whereas the others are. When the costumer service was contacted, we were informed by miss anju that a technician would have to be sent to rectify the issue with charges of 150 rs. We were denied a seniors assistance when asked for. First we were blatently said they were busy and later we wern't put through even after waiting. We are asked to pay when there is a technical mistake...
