Hi,
I have been using my number +91 [protected] from last 6+ years, i'm in abroad since 13/01/2016, i have recharged my number a day before i flew away from india, and i have found that number was not working from few last months, i have requested airtel executive about the status of number today, they just informed that they have deactivated my number on[protected] due to no usage and also they have mentioned beyond 90 days of no usage they would deduct rs.20 from the balance for service extension of 30 days, in this case it has been 3 months till now they should have deducted 20*3 = 60rs as i have recharged my number rs 500 earlier, i dont think my account balance ran out of money. Executive informed me that there were no account balance left before the deactivation and just informed he cannot assist me in this case as the number has been recycled already, i'm really unhappy with the customer service of airtel and this is not the way company like airtel should treat consumer who are using their service for 6 years. Please kindly help me in getting my number activated again.
