    Respected Sir,

    My Name is M Avinash Singh S/o M Arjun Singh R/o Hyderabad, Telengana Mobile No: [protected]. I have Recharged with RC109 with Aitel Network on 11th Aug with Transaction id#: 59483378. It was an daily offer on my mobile containing 1GB 2G Data on my number. The Recharge was successful but i'm unable to use the data (Internet) from Day 1. When i contact Airtel Customer care, They gave me many reasons like settings in your phone is not proper and they send me settings instructions and i followed it and found out everything was in place. Than again when i contacted them via mail at [protected]@aitel.com. They said signal in the your area is excellent quality may be your indoor signal is poor. Than i published my complaint on Social media (Facebook) and they told me use another handset may be your current handset is having problem that's why you may be unable to use your data balance.

    Thus, They have lot of excuses like this but no solution to my problem. I think they are playing with customers money and time. They don't value customer money and time and they don't address customers complaint seriously and act upon.

    I request you to please take necessary action on them, As they have troubled me alot from last 15 days without proper answer to my query and not addressing the issue seriously.

      I have using My Airtel Number [protected]. I moved to London for a year. I took my sim along with me. I was receiving all the message to my number. After 3 months my number has been deactivated without informing me. Airtel should have informed me before deactivating it. When my friends in India requested for the same number to Airtel showroom agent, they are not ready to give it.

        Dear Sir
        My sim no is [protected] is a prepaid sim with lifetime validity which am using for years as recently since months am on roaming so was unable to use it i guess last 3months back i used. Today when i inserted it it displays No Sim Available and on calling the same number it says dial a valid number. Hereby request you to reactivate the sim and provide me with the procedure for doing the same as i called to the cutomer care they said not possible. Please look into the matter considering the long standing customer of Airtel. After your positive response i would be able to use 4g services

        Company first called me personally on my alternate number took details from me then side by side they were updating on this consumer site too on this issue and further they mailed me solution within 2-3 days from [email protected] that I can again get my fresh sim for same number by submitting documents at airtel store. I submitted and they told me that it will get activated within 48hrs. Although it took more than 48hours to get activate approx 4-5days but finally got activated and am happy I got my old number activated back.         I would like to inform that as advised I have submitted the fresh documents and I have been given fresh SIM for the same number and been told that SIM will be activated within 48 hours but till now the sim has not been activated and its more than 48hours. Ondialing the number it says outside coverage area and on calling Airtel Customer care the representatives are unable to fetch information on the said number as the same is not active. Please advise

          HI Team,
          I have been using my Airtel postpaid sim for past 8 years.
          My sim got disconnected most recently as i was not using it for ~4 months since I and as i was staying in UK during that time.Later I contacted the aitel ashok nagar showroom and paid all my pending dues for that number and requested for the same number activation providing the documents requested by them.The got the documents and charged me 300 Rs and said the number will be activated within a week.but it was never activated.i have made repeated complaints and mails to [protected]@in.airtel.com, a_ashok.[protected]@airtel.com but i havent even got a acknowledgement from then.Its almost a month now still no response..Worst customer care support i have ever experienced before..Can you please look into the matter and provide justice to a 8yr loyal customer?

              I am trying to get a new broad band connection from Aug 10th.an executive came home took application and a check of 1000 and promised to establish connection in 3 days so I disconnected the old connection in bsnl... Again 3 days passed no one came... I called he he says that I'm 5 mins from ur house I'll b there but didn't turn up again I called he dint pickup... So called customer care they told they will activate in two days again... But after two days I called them they tel it will take 3 months... Then I cancelled and went to airtel outlet directly they told people will come the next day no one came.. So I called customer care and booked a new connection but they also dint turn up frustrated...

                  I'm Yagoph.j from Pudukkottai.
                  The same Video Club subscription has been activated in my mobile no. as well [protected] (without my concern)

                  Airtel is therefore charging All the available balance amount in my Mobile / 5 days, 1days like that and also it varied for how much balance available in my mobile and the funny thing is - the amount is getting deducted whenever the pre-paid balance is above than the required amount!
                  Last deduction was made on 26th September at 2.45pm approximately,

                  I have contacted the customer care service and have spoken with the reps, but they are not willing to solve the issue.

                  This is a clear case of fraud with the unnecessary deduction of hard-earned money.
                  I therefore claim a refund or would leave the Airtel service and would rather opt for an MNP.

                  This is the worst thing any service provider can do!
                  I therefore claim a refund and please take necessary actions against Airtel.

                      I booked a New Postpaid DEL/DSL services on[protected] and an amount of Rs.1000/- paid for Installation and activation of above services. On[protected] broadband service was installed and activated. But despite their promise to deliver phone instrument and its installation neither the instrument was delivered nor the same is installed.As such I am being deprived of the said service though my monthly charges include unlimited calls on fixedline/mobile of any network.This is violation of their promised service.

                        Is there anyone who can be of any help to me?

                        Since a long time I am requesting through email so that the issue can be solved but very sad to say that no one from Airtel has taken the courtesy to help me.

                        The network issue is still not solved and the post paid connections charges are increased without informing me. Also additional charges for the cug connections are charged which were never informed to me.

                        And today suddenly Airtel has stopped outgoing facility of my number.

                        The only reason I have ketp the bills unpaid is that I first want my issues to be solved and then I will pay the bill on the same day.

                        I have all the emails as a record and I will easily present it as proof if needed in consumer forum.

                          I donot know if submitting my complaint will be noticed by anyone but yet I am hoping of some help. I have been facing issues with the internet since almost 4 days and so is my friend . We travel from Mira road till malad west and we have had issues in these 4 days of no signal for the internet for which I managed to call up the customer service the advisor had no manners and infact was asking me to perform settings which I did before hand, when I asked for a manager he kept me on hold for 10 minutes without even asking me or apologizing for the long hold and he put me through to a manager who himself was rude and infact suggested I could take my phone to the gallery when I tested the Sim in a galaxy note 3 a htc desire 310 as well as Nokia 1020 and has the same issues but he didn't care. I am expecting some help for this to be fixed along with a compensation on both my numbers as well as some action taken against the advisor and the manager who took the call as on 25th of August, 2016 @ 8 pm for my mobile [protected] & [protected] Ref.no.is CGPSC[protected] because they've sent messages claiming they have resolved the query when i have had nothing but problems with the internet

                          I got a mail stating that ""You have been selected 700, 000GBP in 2016 shello company UK send ur name age sex adds mobile no Reply to [protected]@shell petroleum.net"".
                          Request to give a n authorized information to me whether true and if it is false take necessary steps to protect your name in the commercial aspects
                          My landline is not working properly .calls are coming on it but when I receive it they are disconnected. There is no dial tone.
                          Broadband connection is dropping a lot.
                          Kindly send my ebill password to number: [protected]. This is for data card and I can't even SMS to 121. Improve your services

                            I have a corporate mobile post paid plan with airtel. I do not receive ebills, everytime i have to call up airtel and ask for a bill. I only receive a sms stating my amount and due date. Despite of my repeated complains i do not receive monthly bills.
                            It is my right to recive bills and not just pay them blindly.
                            And if i delay hoping to recive the bill and then pay i will be penalized.

                              I purchased airtel iptv along with broadband and landline connection for my parents when it was launched, i was sold a costly iptv setbox and subscription few years back stating that its a futuristic technology, the services wasn't up to the mark though and i stuck to it as i had paid them a lot for stb & don't want to lose out on my initial charges. Now suddenly airtel decided to close iptv and forcing me to go for dth which comes with only basic manual paid recording option unlike iptv. I feel cheated because what they offering is not at all equivalent to iptv.

                              I expect nothing less then hd recorder or money back with penalties.

                              I belong to village Bajhan near kol Bajhan, block- Sandwa Chandika, Pratapgarh. Though a tower is not even 1 km away and 3G data pack is there but neither it is constant and H works better but when 3G is written, it does work at all. Please do the needful.

                                I recharged amount rs.143 =1.5gb for 3days on 24/08/2016 internet."previously i checked data services dialling *121*11#.
                                Followed by press 0 then press 8. After displayed press 1 for 142 = 565 mb /14d.
                                Press 2 for 143=1.5 gb /3d." then called customer care and asked about rs143= 1.5gb scheme attend by ms. Joncy rani customer care staff. I get the information that was cash back positive. That mean she said yes you can get the cash back for the scheme rs143=1.5gb/3d. Next day (25.08.2016) i was used approximately 1gb at nearly 04:45 am to 05:15 am. But i can not get cash pack for using 1 gb 3g data. I called again to the customer about 50 percent cash for using 1 gb 3g data. First attend by customer care officer selvakumar. He transfer the call to his senior officer rajesh. Mr. Rajesh said you can not get cash pack for this scheme. He said this is hot offer. I asked how it is hot offer?
                                He (Rajesh) said it is not a ordinary pack. Then i asked how can i know about this scheme dialling *121*11#. And 121*11#.
                                Followed by press 0 then press 8. After displayed press 1 for 142 = 565 mb /14d.
                                Press 2 for 143=1.5 gb /3d. He said again we can not give cash pack. And again i called customer care attend by mr. Ruban. He transfer the call to senior officer la. Kavitha. She also tell same. That mean can not give cash pack. Here my request is give 50 percent cash pack for using 1gb 3g data. And here after mention the 50 percent cash schemes in dialling *121*11# 121*11#.
                                Followed by press 0 then press 8. After displayed press 1 for 142 = 565 mb /14d.
                                Press 2 for 143=1.5 gb /3d. By each every airtel customer. Take immidiate action against fake cash pack schemes in aircel and above mentioned customer care staffs.

                                Press 2 for 143=1.5 GB /3D. By each every AIRTEL CUSTOMER . TAKE IMMIDIATE ACTION AGAINST FAKE CASH PACK SCHEMES IN AIRTEL AND ABOVE MENTIONED CUSTOMER CARE STAFFS.

                                  Even after complaining to you technician, there is no response from hin. He neither picks up his cell phone. The problem is the wire is damaged and due to tha the link to the modem drops frequently. If the problem remains the same and the wire remains unchanged i am not going to pay the bill for this month and you can kindly take off your internet connection if your technician doeesnt have time.

                                    I moinuddin farooque a customer of your service residing at nehru nagar belgaum karnataka feels ashemed to informe you about the service provided at your service center. The guy named mujassam was not available at his desk because he was busy chit chatting in the rest room. Really disappointed with the service and he even showed neglegance to the needed service saying "kal aao sir". He repeated this for atleast 3 times.
                                    I am seriouslly disappointed by your service and i will make it sure i dont avail your service ever again in the future.

                                      I have the plan of 299 on my mobile no. [protected] but Airtel added unwanted charges in bill amount which i have not requested. some bill i paid but when i checked that why my bill is coming to high then i found, unwanted amount added in the bill and sent many mail to send me report of last 6 month charges and recalculate the bill so i will pay the bill amount.but i have not received any update till now and stooped the services.

                                      i have mentioned in the mail that i will not pay bill amount whenever i will not get the recalculated bill.

                                      please let me know where is my fault.

                                      and Yesterday Airtel stopped the calling service of my another no. [protected] due to this i was in trouble. i was on the way and unfortunately my car was stooped then i tried to calling some one but my [protected] outgoing was stopped. i faced too trouble due to this.

                                      i paid all bill of [protected] no, even then stopped the outgoing.

                                      I want to know why Airtel not providing the details which i requested, why added the unwanted charges in my [protected] bill amount and why stopped the outgoing suddenly on my no. [protected].

                                        My Mobile number [protected] ported from Tata Docomo to Airtel.

                                        when i approached Airtel Store they confirmed Initial offers for Ported customers as call from Airtel to Airtel will be charged 10 paise per minute and from Airtel to other network will be charged as 30 Paise per minute.

                                        As my number should be ported out be 16.8.2016 because of mismatch in SIM card provided to me with their records Airtel activated my sim by 19.8.2016 only.

                                        When i asked nodal team Miss.Ezhil confirmed me that since i suffered for 3 days without number she told she will check with store manager for providing me compensation but after that she didn't called me even. Today i called nodal team again Miss.Fathima answered that there will not be any compensation. But i said why Miss.Ezhil didnt called back and inform me she is simply saying IM EXTREMELY SORRY.

                                        Now two of the Airtel teams has cheated me in two days

                                        1. First from store they promised to provide Rate cutter for 90days from the date of activation that didnt happened.

                                        2.For the Suffer without my number 16.8.2016 to 19.8.2016 Miss.Ezhil told that they can provide some compensation she didn't even called me back again

                                        Why the Airtel people simply cheating people starting from Store to Nodal office always providing false information ??

                                        At least can i get the correct answer now!!!
