Please put a tower for a village which i have given below. Our village name is hijjinahalli, mageri post, sakaleshpura taluk, hassan district, 573123..in this village, our people are not able to get proper network.. So please install atleast this network.. It helps them a lot.. Even one proper network is not there. So i am requesting you to install a network there.

    It is bring to your notice that, I already paid my outstanding bill amount
    after porting (from Delhi Airtel to Mumbai Airtel), for your reference bill
    paid confirmation mail & last month credit card statement attached.

    I request you to please waive off the outstanding amount from my current bill
    asap and call me immediate basis on [protected].

    Note:- If paid amount is not waived off from my current bill immediate basis
    otherwise I will go to the consumer court for such kind of harassment facing
    since one month. I already made the couple of regarding this.

      Airtel superstore got activated three times and debited my rs 35x3.
      Subserv_celebrity rs 5x10.
      Total=155
      I contacted the airtel customer care. They r telling that its a value added service that i hav activated.
      They told that it activates if we touch any link in d internet, but in my case, the service was activated when i did not even touch the internet the complete day.
      I have no idea how airtel can activate such service without proper authentication? Pl deduct above charges in my bill period july-aug 2016

        Hi,

        I have been using my number +91 [protected] from last 6+ years, i'm in abroad since 13/01/2016, i have recharged my number a day before i flew away from india, and i have found that number was not working from few last months, i have requested airtel executive about the status of number today, they just informed that they have deactivated my number on[protected] due to no usage and also they have mentioned beyond 90 days of no usage they would deduct rs.20 from the balance for service extension of 30 days, in this case it has been 3 months till now they should have deducted 20*3 = 60rs as i have recharged my number rs 500 earlier, i dont think my account balance ran out of money. Executive informed me that there were no account balance left before the deactivation and just informed he cannot assist me in this case as the number has been recycled already, i'm really unhappy with the customer service of airtel and this is not the way company like airtel should treat consumer who are using their service for 6 years. Please kindly help me in getting my number activated again.

          I got a call from customer care executive at around 1;30 pm today. Customer care executive said very quickly that, company is offering hellotune for free of charge, for that i need to press 5 two times. Then i cut the call. She called me again and same way misleaded me, and repeated the same. According to the customer care executive's direction i pressed 5 for two times. At evening i came to know my balance has been deducted. I contacted the customer care at 121, waited again at my own expense but could not reach to concerned department.
          I want my balance back. I have stopped the hello tune service this evening. Why i am cheated like this? How to get back my balance. Please check the recorded conversation between me and the executive. Please let me know how will i get justice?

            I m facing. Problem regarding your airtel connection is not working. Till i get your connection

            And i will receive bill amount of rs.490 but i am not using. Your service properly. Connection activation date is 29/06/2016
            But your connection is working till 02/07/2016 but not working

            And 03/07/2016 to 22/07/2016 is gone connection is death... I completed your both channels by call, e mailing and complete your representatives also... But my problems. Is not to be solved by you. And your company.

            I am take your plan rs. 699 99 -10 gb

              Hi,

              Pfa the screenshot below. It's been more than two months since i cancelled my broadband and fixed line connection for airtel. The last date i had used my airtel broadband was on june 14, 2016. I received 3 calls after making the cancellation request. I mentioned that i am switching to a better isp provider and also moving to a different location. The customer care folks kept annoying me and compelled me to continue with the same connection. Nevertheless i strictly warned them to stop the nuisance and they ended up by saying that my connection cancellation request was immediately accepted and was effective since the same day. I. E. June 14, 2016. The screenshot is to show that the last airtel bill i had to pay for the month of june was rs 890.67 and i have already made the payment in airtel.

              During august 12, even after cancellation i received a sms notification and an email to my registered number and mail id ([protected] and sreeram.[protected]@gmail.com) to pay the outstanding bill of rs 1781 for the month of july. I immediately called to the customer care to intimate this. The person wasn't aware of my cancellation request and asked me to narrate all the incidents that happened again for his verification. I also was annoyed by the customer care person who called in return by quoting the same outstanding dues and also insisted to use airtel broadband for my new address and i again had to warn the person strictly. I have already done that and today i have received a call [protected] to make the outstanding payment. Why is your network so annoying and irresponsible? All i wanted was nothing but a waiver as i have no faults from my side. I tried reaching out the customer care number again to register another complaint about the same but there was some problem in between the automated voice... Why do you people keep annoying again?

              I again request you people to waiver the connection that got cancelled on june 14, 2014 and stop annoying me with such messages.

                Recharged for 375 + 100 on 21st august and subscribed to my plan 99 with telugu topup max hd topup and maa hd topup and two days they deactivated everything and no refund also. I never saw such crap services than airtel. Acc no [protected]

                  For last 3 month, there was big disturbance in broadband and here is summary

                  1. may month [ 2 complaints: (6th may to 8th may) and (22 may to 28 may)]
                  2. june month [ 1 complaints: (14th june to 19th june) ]
                  3. july month [ 5 complaints: (1st to 6th) and (6th to 21st) and (21st to 23rd) and (23rd to 26th) and (26th to 2nd august) ]

                  I have requested on 2nd august for disconnection of service.

                  No i am getting a call for 3 month pending bill payment. on what basis they have calculated this bill. and why should i pay bill for these worst service from may to aug 2nd.

                  Every day i am getting call for bill payment, and now i am feeling like it was my biggest mistake to have airtel broadband service.

                  Can someone help me here.

                    I am using airtel number but here i am facing so many problems while using the same from last 2 weeks

                    1) call interruption : - call automatically disconnect many times in a day.

                    2) worst voice clarity:- while using this number, the voice clarity is really become bad and sometimes it completely gone.

                    3) bad network:- even network service most of the times network gone.

                    The mobile service providers does not show any interest to resolve the issue.

                            Dear team,
                            I bought an airtel digital tv connection around 2 months back. After first 20 days my digital tv showed no signals i called customer care of airtel digital tv and one of the technician visited next day and fixed the problem. From that day onward i am constantly facing the same issue. After every second day my digital tv shows no signal. From 13th of july to 12 of august i registered 5 complaints and could watch tv for maximum 5 days. Now my last complaint as registered on 4th of august is still pending for resolution. Sometimes technician calls for timing and then never receives my call or visit my house. Really fed-up with this service. I have to make at-least 5-7 calls a day to airtel digitaltv customer care to get in touch and get an update however noting working out. Customer care making false promise every day. For this last month i have taken 2 leaves from my office just to stay back at home in case a technician visits, however no one showed up.

                              I am very disappointed with airtel services. Number : [protected]
                              I lost my sim in may. And on this number international roaming services was activated as call center person said that the services self close/end after 1 month when i returned from my journey in june9 2016 and received call on another number. For payment i request for another sim, but after 2 month. I went self for new sim where i pay 20rs. Charges for this.

                              Now i have received call for payment and they gave discount on this number but after pay 700 rs we dont get message for any discount neither that was discounted. Now i have bill of the 1100rs approximate while i am not using the number from may2016 and when i received a call after port request, she denied to stop any services and i face very rude and very disappointed behavior from airtel side.
                              Ya i know i am late for this complaint.
                              But know please stop my services and provide the full and final payment.
                              As airtel are making the fool client and 1st number in fraud,

                                  I am writing to you for a bill issue where in the bill was incorrect for a month as someone from airtel had called and advised to move to a better plan however he changed my plan from a wifi dongle plan to a router plan because of which i experienced no connectivity for two days and after registering my complaint they switched me back to the original plan however they sent me a bill for inr 5000 and in that you guys had included the inr 4000 towards the router plan of 100gb and since then i never used the airtel dongle #[protected] and since then the dongle is accumulating charges and now the bill is for inr 9000. i would like to raise a dispute for the same and would like to discontinue from your services immediately.

                                  Note : until the dispute is solved i am not gonna pay the bill and need a closure of this account as soon as possible herewith i will not be responsible for any unsolicited dues of airtel.

                                    I have been using airtel ip tv services more than 5+ years and now all of sudden there is notification about its closure. Further airtel has offered to provide an hd box in lieu of ip tv services, however if there is no iptv services than i would like to withdraw complete airtel connection and so i would need refund of the whole amount i paid for the settop box and router for iptv connection as there are other vnedors whose services i find better.

                                    The resolution provided by Airtel is there would be no refund provided for the IPTV setup hardware done initially...and so the only option left to you is go with their HD Digital TV setup box...which is a sarcastic decision forced on users
                                    Any timelines by when i can expect some call back from airtel?

                                      I am with aitel broadband along with wifi, i face the same difficulty every 2 months. My land line number is[protected]. I have given complaint to the local authoirsed aitel person but nothing has been done. I registered a complaint on 17.08.2016 and my complaint no. Is 71764254, the local authorised people said that within 48 hours the complaint will be taken care off, but still now nothing has happened. We are using it at our official purpose which happens to be a advocate office, where we get lot of complaints that the phone is not working.

                                        Complaining regarding data. I called 5 times to customer care for illegally deducting my data n balance. Each time customer care executive told DAT he will transfer to his senior and I waited for above 8 to 9 mins each time but no one responded.
                                        My data is not carried forwarded even though I did top up of data before validity expires. In fact my main balance got deducted.
                                        I used to get msgs of 100% data usage even before my data was more than 900mb.
                                        I called customer care in this regard, no proper response from them.
