Airtel Broadband is not working since November 11nth, 2021. It has been 12 days since the internet is down. Daily new engineers are coming in, and no proper response or reply after seeing the issue, even the ticket is open. Attached screenshot
Raised concern with nodal officers, they promised to get back in 48 hours which has not happened yet, attached screenshot
12 days, my work has been severely affected due to this.
Trying to reach customer care number and it says, your ticket is already open and will be addressed.
I am not ready to pay the bill for such a service where I have been affected.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
