I bought a new airtel 4g sim on on 8th july 2016. It has been more than 15 days still airtel sim is not activated. I was informed from the sim provider that it will be activated soon. But even after frequent visits, it is not activated.

I have recharged my number with rs29 on date 30.06.2016 having offer on recharge of rs29 that i'll get all local and std calls @30 paisa for 90 days (Pehle 60sec / 2p/s).
But i get all calls @1.2 paisa/sec for only 1 day.
I have attached screenshots.
I didn't get that such a reputated company can also do this.
Now they deducting my balance after every call not 30 paisa/min but 2paisa/sec.

I activated my airtel special offer internet pack rs.154 - 1gb - 28 days on 22 july 2016 through 121. But activation did not happen and it says your pack is not activated because of low account balance even though i have a balance of rs.225 in my main account. Till date these amounts have not got credited to my airtel mobile balance.
