I had a postpaid connection with reliance.
Executives from airtel, repeatedly called me and informed me, that airtel had great offers if we number port from reliance to airtel. They tempted me by offering 1gb data free every month for 6months. I agreed and ported to airtel.
To my utter shock, airtel did not give me internet connection, free one gb. On contacting the executive charan, he casually informed me that his job is over and we got to contact customer care only.
On contacting customer care, they casually informed me no such offer exists for us. Asked us to contact the executives.
My number is [protected]. I feel cheated. Please help me to get justice.

We have purchased a new sim a week before in coimbatore at airtel office, Lakshmi mills. Due to non registration, again we have been issued a new sim even after repeated contacts after one week. still we are not yet enjoyed the same. We very much sorry for your service. ref sim.[protected]U
Sir,
I recharged Power Rs.24/- on 29.06.16. After recharge Power, your company sometimes has deducted extra amount of Airtel to Airtel and Airtel to others Today Airtel has deducted 90 paise from Airtel to Airtel talking (1 Min. 23 Sec.) after recharging Power of Rs. 24/- on 01.08.16.
In this context, I have to think whether I shall in Airtel.
Sir please provide the name and address of this airtel no [protected] as soon as possible.. Cos it trouble my relation with my husband ..Thank you

    I had registered a cancellation of my airtel data number [protected], 3 months back by writing a letter to bharti airtel.
    The number was not cancelled and i was told to pay the due rental of rs. 3654 for the same after 3 months. The number is already disconnected now and they have barred my current mobile number which is [protected].
    I made the payment after telling them again and again that i asked them to disconnect the data card number and have not been using any of there services since.
    But due to urgency and me being in different city i needed my phone number to be activated immediately. I made the payment of 3654 online which was declined and i lost that amount also.
    Later they called and told me payment can only be made to airtel store in cases where numbers are already disconnected.
    I made the payment again to the nearest airtel office on 6th august 6:10 pm and was told the number ([protected]) will be activated in next 4 hours.
    After half hour i got a call from airtel saying the payment is done by card and will not be reflected in our system until 24 hours, which i was not told before making payment or even during the payment.
    The number was not activated even after 24 hours and upon calling airtel customer support people asked me to wait for another 4 hours and that my number activation is processed since the payment is reflected.

    My number was still not activated till the very next dat 8th august, which is 34 hours after i made the payment. I called the customer service again and told them the whole incident again. They asked me to wait online while they transfer the call to manager, which never happened. I waited to 15-20 mins on call and then i was told managers are busy and they will work upon the request in next 6 hours and get me a call back, which again never happened.
    I called after 6 hours and the same scenario was repeated over and this time they told me to wait for 2 hours for the call back and that managers were busy currently, on which i got angry and told them to file a complained against airtel.

    After this, they made me wait for another 15 mins and then transfered my call to concerned dept. There was a mr. Kartik on the other side of the call who again told me that number will take another 4 hours to activate.

    I am very much disappointed by airtels service and behaviour and lost 2 interview calls because of there uninformed act of barring my outgoing services and and not activating upon paying them twice.

    I have Ported my Maharashtra Idea SIM to Tamilnadu Airtel SIM. But the shopkeeper is unable to do FRC, which is required to get balance and use Data services. Although network is proper and I am only able to receive Calls and messages. This is causing my loss for past 2 weeks.

    Network problem form many day. I am not even getting proper data connection from your network. Please improve your network services in this area. In fact I am unable to take proper voice while I receive calls.

    And it is still not resolved. its 5 hours since i was told that my number will be activated.

      I am using airtel service from 7 years. I have fixed line and prepaid mobile connection([protected]).
      Due to non usage my prepaid connection got deactivated ([protected]).
      I want to reactivate my number again or issue a duplicate SIM for same.

      I had recharged my mobile using paytm but unfortunately ended up entering the wrong number.

      Kindly reverse the recharge and top it up to the right number.

        On 3rd of Aug, 2016, I made a payment of INR 372 for Airtel DTH connections. The payment was intended for my DTH id [protected] but by by my oversight payment was made to some other no [protected] . The transaction reference for payment is IH 86606990 dated 03.08.2016 13:28 hrs. from Durg, Chhattisgarh
        made thru SBI Anywhere from my mobile.
        I need the actual Airtel DTH No. to which the payment was made. SBI people are not able to give me the beneficiary number.
        Could you please give me the exact DTH number to which payment was made as referred above.

            Hi,

            Few months back, Airtel offered free hello tunes for 3 months to me for being a customer for more than 10 years.

            But now, again hello tunes got activated without early intimation/ permission.

            A message after activation is sent.

            My prepaid amount of Rs80 got deducted without my permission / confirmation.

            I m absolutely disappointed by this action.

            I ve called customer care deactivated the hello tune. But my money has not refunded.

            So please look into this and arrange for refund of Rs.80 to my number [protected]

              I have already submitted full details of the problem earlier on 28th July. Moreover, I would like to inform you that the above mentioned problem has not been solved yet. I tried to communicate all most all the concerned persons in this regard but nobody has provided me any solution. I am not able to get my number recharged and tariff plans are not working. I has been a long time from your side saying that it was a network problem and it will take 2-3 days. Whenever I call regarding this problem, you people say that it will take 3-4 days. I am in a great problem as I have not been able to make calls for almost 20 days.

              So, kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                    CUG facility offered by the company

                    I have two Airtel mobile numbers and both are part of the same CUG plan. Last year i.e. May'2015 I had complained to Airtel customer care that I am not getting benefit of my CUG plan for which they said that both my numbers have a different parent ID and hence I am not receiving benefit of the CUG plan. The point to be noted here is that Airtel executive had come to my office and he had given both the numbers to me. Now obviously as a lay...

                    Dear service team,

                    Hi, this is Besto Philip from JP Nagar having airtel prepaid connection no. [protected]. I lost my mobile on August 2nd, hence, I want to request the Airtel team to please BLOCK this Sim card ASAP.

                    Please guide me through the process of issuing a duplicate prepaid SIM card (if possible, with the balance amount from my previous SIM). I expect a quick solution to my problem with further knowledge of the procedure.

                      Sir, I am having issue regarding the Mobile network of Airtel in My Area .I am using Airtel Postpaid connection for calling and Internet Purpose .But for last few Days we are getting very poor network of Airtel in my area . I have logged so many complaint regarding it to Airtel but they are not listening me and my internet is Not working at all .I am paying them 350 rupees for internet connectivity 3G but it is not working at all even 2G is also not working .I am not single facing this issue their are other my neighbor around that area also facing the same problem .We raise many complaint to them but they closed them without any solution even none of their engineer come their to check the issue .Some of Complaint Number are 70660683, PO[protected],[protected], PRO72900019.

                        In my experience Airtel is one the worst company i have experienced so far.I am a returing citizen to india after 20 years overseas and i want to warn the cunsumers of Airtel or anyone who wants to go and get a service with airtel, I would discourage you from doing so.
                        I switched to vodafone and the way the entire process was handeled on the customer service end and the quality of service i received was exceptonal and tho i am not completly happy but the fact that i had a isssue i was not let to think what to do...This builds confidence rather than transparance what Airtel offers which is just a marketting and fooling people

                              I had recharged rs 225 for my mobile and I got SMS from Airtel that successfully recharged. But data benefit was not added. So I asked them about it. They said we are not send any SMS that indicating successfully recharge. But I had a proof of that SMS. Now more than 40 days still they are not refunding my money. In bank transaction it was successful. Only Airtel frauds having my money and not refunding. How can I approach consumer court for this? Any suggestion pls give.

                                      I am complaing about airtel rs 39 recharge which provide airtel to airtel 15 paip i subscribed it on jul 12 which valid for 28 days after a few days ie. On 24 my balance deduct in normal rate then i filed the complain then they convince me to resolve that issue but when next day i called same thing normal call charge then talked with superior he told me that my issue has solved and already my ac. They gifted rs39 offer for free up to 4aug then i argued i don't need your any piece of bread i need the offer which was earlier active in my no. Then he told me he will solve me this issues within 3 days i received the msg. That problem has solved today on 7 aug the same problem arise now they are denying that nonsuch offer is there on my no. Kindly do the needful don't cheat the customers.
