Respected sir,
I am not receiving incoming calls since 6th of june, 2016 and
I am not able to send or receive text messages from my mobile number [protected].
My alternate number is [protected].
I have talked to 121 so many times :
- complaint no. 69710808 dated 7 th june, 2016
- complaint no. 69792153 dated 11 th june, 2016
- complaint no. 69982733 dated 23 rd june, 2016
I have also sent so may complaints to respected nodal officer. I have sent so many complaints to appellate delhi.
Is there any higher authority where i can register my grievance?
Can somebody provide me email address and contact numbers of higher aurhorities?
Do i need to talk to shri bharti mittal ji.
I still believe that airtel is a professional company and a big brand in telecommunication business. But what kind of service are you giving to your customers, i fail to understand.
Every second day some body calls me and say my problem will be rectified within next 48-72 hours. Every time after lapse of that period, i have to complain again.
I want to inform you that i am tired of complaining every now and then.
If you have a solution, please provide it,
But if you donot have a solution, please deny me straightforward.
Please send me a mail and say, i will never receive incoming calls,
I will never receive or able to send text messages. After that, i will never disturb you. But i need a final reply from you.

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
i have stopped using your services in the month of June, but i dont know why you people are seding me the bill fro th emonth of July .Please confirm.
