My no [protected] was disconnected for incoming & out going with out any intimation when i called the customer care they told me it is because of my document problem, with out veryfing with me the details as it was just a old sim card replacement 10 days back, and i had submitted all the document at airtel borivali galary & my sim was working after that & suddenly they blocked my sim saying problem with documents only after when i called them, how can they stop my incoming calls also for no fault of mine, they should pay penalties for loss of business to me.

Nowadays I am facing problem with OTP messages in Airtel. Mobile no. [protected].

Sometimes it is delayed for half an hour and sometimes missed completely. ridiculous service.

I have already told with airtel my last complain id is 70665194. They told me the data has already been refreshed on[protected] and you have consumed your free data on[protected]. This is fraud both date are same how can i have use my date i m facing this problem last 6 days.

      Dear sir/madam

      I hold an airtel sim card of mpcg region since last 3-4 years, my number is [protected]. Relationship no. [protected], bill n0.[protected] using postpaid plan of rs 199 cug.

      I did not get a confirmation call, while changing my postpaid plan from rs 199 to rs 249, besides this i also have charged for calling in cug numbers. Wchich was free in previous plan.

      My problem is, i did not get a confirmation call, while changing my plan, second thing, my plan is activated beetween the month from 15/07/2016 and for that had been monthly charged summation for these two plans ie, rs 199 + 249 = 405 /-. And charged for calling between cug no.

      Please resolve the above issue. And please again activate my previous plan. And all the facilities on my no.

      AIRTEL BROADBAND : i have applied for broadband service on[protected]. on the same day an airtel representative has come to the home address to verify documents. after verification he has taken 1000 as token amount. there has been no feedback on the status of connection after that. he is also not taking the calls

          I had given request to airtel kalkaji new delhi outlet on 22 june 2016 for post to pre. Ms suman was the advisor, she had given me one pre paid sim (8991101sos06944s961u) that was corrupted that she told when i visited after one week. She replaced my sim[protected]u) but that sim does not have network.
          Today i again visit the same outlet one these told me my no is active so again he replaced my sim[protected]u) and told wait for 5hrs but still my no is not activate.
          Everyone given wrong commitment. I want my no should start otherwise i will take some serious action.

            I was recently visited by a salesman of airtel in my office. He offered me a plan which was suitable for me. The same day i was going to buy a vodafone sim as i needed a number urgently. So i bought the plan that he offered me on the condition that it would be activated within 48hrs. The salesman promised me that if i buy it at that point of time it will be activated the very next day. Now it has been 5 days and i have received a message from airtel saying that my document verification has been invalidated. The salesman just to increase his sales had fraudulently made this transaction and its been 2 days that i have been continuously calling him and he is not picking up. I have also left him messages but there is no reply. He has already take money from me also. Other than this, he has not taken any of my signature on any form, he has not even taken any details like my billing email-id, etc and also had offered me this plan fraudulently by telling me to say that i work for a company which i have never even heard of for verification process.

            I had also verified his id to make sure that he works for airtel.

            This whole thing looks like a fraudulent transaction to me and i would request airtel to file a complaint against the person and take some action on this issue.

              I had recharged with 265 data pack. It gives 1gb 3g/4g +1gb 4g only data. Even if i have full 4g signal it won't use the dedicated 4g balance. Instead all the 3g data is gone. And i had opted for for no balance reduction if data pack is not there. Also the ussd shows irrelevant balance details. And even if my data is off it data mbs will be cut. And 3g and 4g signals fluctuate heavily. Lots and lots of problem with airtel. And also very costly for making calls. Can anyone guide me how to solve my data problem?

              I still have got lot of fluctuation in the signal, voice calls and data. please kindly take my complaint with little priority.

              Buddy.. They are not gonna help you any way. All they are gonna say is it is your phone problem that switches to 3G signal when there is no proper 4G signal. Thats why 3G balance gets deducted.
              No matter how much you complain that your phone shows full 4G signal, they'll always act smart by giving answers as your phone doesn't have 4G only option. Note that no phone in India has 4G only option yet. (even iphones sold through airtel network do not have this option..only highest network can be selected) please update the comments if you get any reply from airtel

                I have bought airtel 4g dongle along with airtel 4g card. To my experience i was unable to run internet on my laptop. Though i checked settings of my laptop which seemed to be ok. I immidiately contacted the service provider atleast thrice in 2 days but instead of resolving my issues they constantly asked me to use the sim card in phone. That's what i did and found internet working fine there in phone. But as soon as i connect it in dongle and laptop i found internet errors. I complained again, they did ask me about the dongle but did not resolved it neither any service was provided to me. I had to suffer my entire 2 months when i was newly joined intern in pune city. Pune was new to me. I have been billed sum of 3500 last month just because i have used their services through phone that wasn't my choice. I paid 2000 stating my problem. They accepted the amount but yet not closed my connection. I no longer use the card but get regularly billed for it. Currently they billed me 1900 and connection is active though i destroyed the card out of frustration.

                    My name is sandeep sharma and my customer id is - [protected] and my complaint ref. No[protected]. I was very surprised to know that airtel dth is charging rs. 15/- on every delayed recharge, and they have been charging this every month. This is very frustratic that no message or information they give their consumers about this. And daily rental also is deducted on ther hand if you don't recharge in advance. How airtel is cheating consumers while they take money in advance. If any people don't recharge their account by 15 days, airtel will charge you for these 15 days and recover the money when you make a fresh recharge. Please beware of this.

                        I had ported my mob no to airtel. I got message to change sim on saturday night and i did the same. Since then i am running pillar to post to get the same activated. I made numerous calls to their call center, they are totally untrained. I visited 4-5 times to their airtel outlet in cp, they say they are helpless as the issue is pending from backend. I am using only one no., who will compensate for my loss, when my clients are tryingto contact me. Airtel is so dumb & deaf, so i decided to post here.

                        BY mistake, i had ported to Airtel. My no is not activated for past 3 days, . I am unable to do any Banking transaction and Airtel has has turned Dumb& Deaf. Pls help me urgently.

                        I am unable to do any Banking transaction, I am missing my important calls, I dont know how much more I have to suffer because of the so-called & advertised Biggest Company?

                        Calling their Customer care is just an another act of foolishness, they know nothing, visited 4 times to their outlet at CP, Delhi, again No use, just take the token sit for an hour and you get NO Reply.

                            I have been associated with vodafone from past 6 years but just last week i got an opportunity to get it ported into airtel. their plan seemed good!! (so they say dont judge a book by its cover)..

                            I got notified that my no. will be completely ported and then i can get it verified at 59059 & then it will be a happy welcome just like a karan johar movie!! lol

                            I got it verified last night and airtel signal started coming in.. though it was still pathetic as in the same place where vodafone used to be on full strength the airtel connection had only 2 bars!! secondly just this morning while making a call my call got transferred to the same 59059 no. automatically and it again asked for the verification which i did and after that there has been no service... its like a nightmare that your previous network has been disabled and the current one has also been disabled and that too out of nowhere!!

                            I spoke to their customer care people who can only empathize with you (typical bpo culture) and wont help you with anything!! the lady told me that it will take 7 hours and gave me a complaint no. for the same. just after 2 hours i called them to check my status and another lady told me that the complaint is still pending so just give us 24 hours on which i asked her to connect me with her supervisor on which she put me on hold for 15 mins and never returned!!

                            It is my humble request to airtel that if this is how you treat your new and corporate no. customers then i must say that you should not waste money on your stupid advt. as people have become very sensible now and will talk only on data points. being a new customer (unfortunately) i would rate you 0/10.

                                    My name is kousik. It's about my airtel postpaid connection [protected], relationship no :[protected], which i closed few months back.
                                    I used this number more than one year and i'll continue this number but i think airtel din't want me.
                                    I take this connection because it's was quite nice plan "missile 149 bill plan-kol".149 rental with 500 mins local, 200 sms and call charge a/a 10p/minute, a/o 20p/minute. And after i change it to super gain 99 plan 2-kol but that i did not like that why i wanted to return to the previous plan but they told me that the plan was no any more so they told me that there is a plan called "myplan 149 corp" with 300 mins local and 200 message and also they told me that call charges remains same like super gain 99 plan 2-kol that is airtel to airtel 20p/minute and others 30p/minute.
                                    They charged me 50p/minutes but i don't know why.
                                    If i knew that i never use that connection.
                                    Unfortunately 26 july 2015 to 25 sep 2015 this two moths my airtel to airtel calls was huge.
                                    Because i knew that will cost 20p/minute.
                                    That time l called to the customer care to regenerate my bill but they did not help me.
                                    I'll pay my bill if the airtel to airtel call charge is 20p/minute.
                                    Airtel sent me a letter and reply with email but they are not replying.
                                    I need help.
