I am using airtel post paid connection 15 nos and now a days we are facing network issues in my office location, always calls disconnecting, call breaking etc etc. we are complained to customer service regarding the same but not take action, after that i tried to send mail to customer care and appellate also but same like that they are also not responding my complaint . now i want a solution regarding that because i am using all the 15 nos connection for our business purpose and now i facing challenges in business because of this airtel connection, kindly check and advice as, so that we can migrate all the connections to vodafone also, i have checked the other networks in same place and all the other connections are working properly and very clearly . only facing issues from airtel network . need to close the issue immediately my contact no
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I tried to chat with them on Facebook messenger, they are chatting in bits and pieces, they even don't care what the customer is facing. at least they should tell that they cant resolve
anybody can help, where can I complaint against them
