Dear AIrtel Broadband Team,

Airtel Broadband cable need to be rerouted as it is passing in front of building #354 and windows..this needs to be rerouted at #354 poornaprajnya layout 10th Main. This was already communicated to Mr Dhanjay.. and also to Mr. Srinath from airtel..
As building front elevation wotk is going need urgent replacement.. cable will get damaged during construction work..need your quick attention to reroute the cable by tomorrow 30th Nov 2021.. don't lay cables in front of building..
Or you can shift the Airtel pole infront of the building..This is causing obstruction jn front side of building..

Need your quick action..

    My number is[protected] and I'm having this number for past 10 years in the name of clarence but now for past six months is not working properly and the service is very poor working for one week again the same i am fedup of sending mails and calling customer care but they are not bothered to solve my problem I can change the service provider but the number is given to all customers and i am helpless and engineer is very bad always gives false information and very rude the to us his name Mayavel and number is [protected]. Kindly help us to solve my problem. Thank you

      Hello Sir/Madam,
      I would like to inform you that airtel mobile prepaid service deducting the money form mobile prepaid Account. they deducting regularly and sending messages to visit google.com with a mobile number.
      Here I completing same thing and stop sending SMS to visit google for good girl ..etc...etc..
      So take immediately Action as possible as.

        Dear Sir/Madam,

        I have recharged with an Airtel 379 pack on 2 Oct 2021. (Order ID[protected] They promised me with 6 Gb data and Unlimited calls and 900 SMS till 24th December 2021(84 days). And I have used 6 Gb and I have also recharged with a Rs.251 data pack on 19 Nov 2021. (Order ID[protected] I was using both the services very well without any issue.

        But on 23rd November 2021 at 8.30pm Airtel sent me a message saying that price is going to increase so if i recharge now the new plan will be activated only after completing my current plan validity .I am attaching the screenshot of this message.

        So I have recharged with a Rs.2498 pack. on 24 Nov 2021. (Order ID [protected]) in which they promised me 365 days o[censored]nlimited calls, 2GB data per day. and 100 SMS per day.

        And The pack just got activated at the time I completed the payment. Which is supposed to be activated after my current plan.

        I tried contacting customer care, and they told me they can’t help me with this. I lost my money. I personally feel cheated by Airtel.

        I am also bringing this to your kind attention. There is one more case filed here, so they are not doing this only with me but they are doing this with a lot of people.

        I believe the Honorable court will grant me justice. And take necessary action against Airtel.

          I am from Patna, Bihar .I booked a connection for airtel xtream fiber about 5 days ago, and at the time of installation was promised installation within 48hrs, but now its 5 days and I still haven't got a connection. On calling the provider keeps on telling it will be installed today and but is never installed. HIs contact number is [protected]

            Airtel erected a pole in front of my house without my permission. This was done a few days ago when I was not at home. This will impact may plans to widen the gate to my compound for easy entry of vehicles.

            Please remove the pole from the front of my house to another location. The location is in front of CRA 61, Cosmopolitan Residence Association, Pottakuzhy, Pattom, Trivandrum

                Iam taking Airtel Land line connection Aug 2021 And sep month I am planning to disconnect My airtel connection[protected]_tn And call customer care to disconnect my connection, But till My connection active and customer care executive to pay the bill ...I need to disconnect my connection and resolve the bill issues...

                  Airtel has been sending me notification on my phone that recharge pack prices are increasing and asking me to recharge before 26th.So i went ahead and recharged with 1499 pack, the pack specifically mentioned that recharge will be activated post current pack's expiry which is why i did the recharge.

                  Now after i did the recharge the 1499 plan is overlapped and i lost 40 work of my current pack and the day after i recharged, airtel silently removed the line that recharge will start after current pack expiry on 1499 pack and not responding on twitter customer support(which is the only way to contact them, how horrible) to whoever raises the similar complaint.

                              Hi,
                              I am Maneesh Verma, an airtel customer for the last 11 years. My SIM is not working and there is no connection coming in Dubai. My phone number is [protected].

                              I have also registered an official complaint via ID[protected]. There is no one available to hear my complaint.
                              When I call toll free number they do not pick and when I call through another alternative number they deduct heavy amount per minute and it takes 5 mins to speak to customer care executive who doesn't understand why the network is not coming. I am really suffering because of this and I have overpaid my phone bills of more than 500.

                              I request some one to listen to my complaint asap and resolve this. Contact me via registered email address.

                                      I have raised disconnection request of my airtel broadband through customer care as we were moving to new town and there is no airtel line over there excutive they said request raised and my connection will be deactivated in 7 working days

                                      I dint recieve any sms I ignored as j thought it may be some network issue

                                      Due to Personal emergency I missed to check whther it is deactivated or not..i dint get any calls from airtel tooo

                                      Later two months I have received two months bill with late payment.

                                      I called customer care and asked for some waive off as my usage is 0 % but they denied and I asked to take the request atleast now
                                      They said we raised request but still I dint again any sms or mail
                                      I called them again.. Other excutive saying nothing has been raised may be some system error.
                                      It is really frustrated due to their careless two months is on due
                                      I mailed airtel regarding waive off my due am yet to hear back.

                                        I have recharged with Airtel 129 pack on 21st nov-2021. The plan validity is upto 14 dec. As airtel insisted me to recharge because of price increase and told me that, new pack will be activated post expiry of current pack, I have recharged with Rs.379 pack, The pack just got activated and the previous pack has just got vanished. When I asked them, they are saying some misinformation, and not willing to extend my pack for which i have paid already. I request you to take necessary action against airtel and provide me refund or validity extension.
