However without any intimation or permission, the plan was changed to 99, with limit on internet. This clearly is case of misinformation and fraudulent intention.       It is bring to your kind notice that i applied for new prepaid connection at raj telecommunication sector-11, rohini, delhi -110085 ph. no. [protected], on dt. 20.07.16 at about 12 noon and submitted my wife's id (aadhar card photocopy) and one passport size photo with signed airtel blank form. he gave me a new number [protected] and told me that your number will activate at night at about 8:30 p. m. and also gave me the verification no i. e. 59059 for activation of my number and also told me that "you too provide last 4-digits of your aadhar card number and your phone will activate within 15 to 30 minutes, but my number will not activate till date. i inquired about this from raj telecommunication on phone ([protected]) he always gave me the assurance your phone will activate soon their will be some technical issues. so that i called on 121 on dt 22.07.16 and tell about my issues to mr. rahul at customer care, he told me that your papers were not submitted to us, once yours papers will submit than your number will activate after verification. than i request him to lodged my complaint, he said he lodged my complaint and necessary action will be taken. after that i contacted to raj comm. on next day than he told me that you need to submit another photo and id for your new connection because the given number will not activate due to new series than i requested him to return my wife's photo and id, than he said the same will not returned to me due to company policies.
      But today i. e.24.07.2016 i received a call from customer care no.[protected] at about 1:05 p. m. regarding verification for new connection for poonam than i said i don't knnow any poonam i applied for new connection in my wife's name and my wife's name is not poonam, i asked customer care person to add wrong verification call from my side and the same is note in your remarks but he said he will not give any information to me and disconnect the phone.
      I am totally surprised to hear that how our id and photo were used to get the new sim, it is crime and this sim could be used in terrorist activities and other illegal activities, so i am going to lodge fir to the local police station regarding the above matter and the same will send to tri also to take action against such types of people and the company.

        Hi team,

        I would like to appreciate your initiative on being transparent with customers. This is the only way you can sort all issues and be on top among other providers. Recently, you have announced project leap to let customers be part of your solution which is a positive move and i would like to bring to your notice that we have very poor coverage in our area. Airtel tower is located at karumbur village, ambur, tamilnadu -653811. Which is 2km away from ramapuram village. But, we have zero coverage and so many people from our village have converted to other providers in the recent times. All have negative feedback/opinion about airtel. Though, i am a vodafone customer, i advised people, airtel is now coming up with new ideas to overcome issues with network and i am impressed with airtel service in urban/city area. If you can sort network coverage issue in our village, it would be very helpful for many o[censored]s and i would like to switch my provider from vodafone to airtel incase i get 4g/3g signal without disruption in my village.In addtion, i will encourage others as well to switch back to airtel network. You can also check network status of ramapuram village by your app.

          Till date these amounts have not got credited to my airtel mobile balance.

          I don't understand how these transactions did not show in my mobile
          Balance.

            Please Air tel Listen to the below notes, this is my 2nd i am registering my complaint.
            -Till now my night data balance is not updated in my id of air tel app
            -Air tel app is worst it doesn't show usage of data & most the time it shows error and never log in.
            -Air tel customer point located in city with red booth, going there if ask for these queries.you know what they will say SIR THIS FOR THAT AND THAT FOR THIS
            -Just they boomed their product and its suffer for us.
            - Comparatively than other networks, air tel is the one at higher cost in terms of whatever recharges.
            - In below of air tel screen shot images, message it says there is no internet connectivity, Which is actually wrong there is full connectivity of internet

                Hi this side dipesh from delhi actually i am using the number of airtel [protected] and yesterday on 22 july 16 i 've taken a cashback service of airtel by dialled 55555 and i got a confirmation also for the activation but as for the service those data i was used between 12 to 6 am they 've to give 50 percent cashback on the same but i didnot receive any of the data and when i called on the number of cm care they told me the another story but earlier i also used the same but i got the benefit. So i am requesting you please solve my problem and refund my balance.

                  Before few days in my air tel setup box is not working so i called to customer care service center, they told me that yr set up box will be changed & yr problem resolved in 24 hr, i told them that few months before i complained my remote & from yr side they told me same but they continuesly disturb me 8days so this time plz correct in 24 as u saying. But after 48 hr i call them, they r lieing that yr phone is not in range so we will resolved next 24 hrs.                     My airtel broadband[protected] not working from 7 days. i am complaining them daily to resolve this issue but it is not resolving. i never faced that type of issue with airtel broadband in 5+ years but 7 days are too much to resolve a complaint. engineers visited my home to check connection 3 times but my connection still not working. if it will take more days i will change the service provider.

                    My 1st complaint No. 70375800 started on 18 July. I got message that complaint gets resolved on 1 August. But after few hours of working it went down again and i again launched a complaint ( #[protected] on 2 August. Broadband still gets disconnected alot and most of time stay dead. Is there any time frame to get this problem solved ? Or i go take another Internet service ? I do not suppose this kind of service from Airtel. You Guys now providing 4G but that does not mean that you will forget your Wired Broadband users.

                      On 21st july 2016, i have received a message about a balance deduction of rs.5 for every 5 days for a renewal of value added service from airtel.

                      When i checked the last five deduction, i got to know that it was deducted from my account for every 5 days regularly.

                      When i called customer care and checked, then i came to know this deduction was done from 2011 onwards.

                      I was really shocked that my balance was deducted without my knowledge for the past 6 years.
                      The value added service was useless and without my knowledge they have activated it and renewing it.
                      The value added service is for getting message from airtel about the new offers. This is not required by any customer

                      Now, i managed to deactivate with the help of customer care executive. But, what about the deducted amount. I checked with them, they can't help in refunding the amount.

                      When i checked the amount it is more than rs.2000 might be deducted from my account without any confirmation for the renewal from 2011 rs.5 for five days that is daily re.1 from my account for 6 years.

                      I have the recorded the conversation from the airtel customer care that the last deduction was done on june 19th 2016. But, when i mailed nodal officer and appellate officer, they said it was activated two weeks back and they have refunded rs.10/- to my account.
                      From the refunding of amount, it is clearly seen that they have something wrong with them.

                      I need a justice for this and i have the recorded conversation to submit it as proof.

                      I have the sms messages for the activation of the value added services without my knowledge.

                      I need a justice for this and I have the sms from aircel to submit it as proof.

                        I've recently transferred fron nagpur to hyderabad for job purpose. So i went to airtel office to port my airtel postpaid from maharashtra circle to hyderabad circle. After giving my all documents, airtel executive told me that your connection will be activated within 7days. According him, i made some extra bill payment to avoid any issue during porting. But from yesterday i. E. 22.07.2016, my old connection was deactivated and my new sim has not been activated. Now there is no tower showing in my mobile. I'have called airtel customer care for number of times but everytime they did false commitment that it will be activated within 4hrs. At last, i've to say about consumer forum complaint also, but as per their reply i got a message that they don't care about consumer forum. When i've made a call to my family, they were crying due to panic because they were unable to contact me for a long time. Due to the negligence of service provider, me and family faced such kind of bad time. Its my request to you to take a strict action against airtel and resolve this issue. I aslo demand compensation for this harassment.

                          My new airtel sim is activated on 9th july 2016 & they have collected rs. 300/- from me. And she said the amount will be deducted in my bill. But unfortunately!!!

                          Today morning i have received the bill of rs. 599.70/- bill dated 19th july 2016 bill no[protected] and mention dated is 17th june to 16th july. But my airtel sim activation date is

                          9th of july and that bill including 1) one time charges rs 300 what is??? And monthly charges rs 213.07 im using only 8 days

                            I have been trying to get my sim changed from normal sized to nano since 20th june 2016. The same has not been completed citing reasons of mismatch o[censored]ploaded scanned id proofs. I am staying in pune and the number belongs to my brother mr. Pankaj manot. There is continued re-assurance of the same being taken care of within 24 hrs to no result. The sim was taken in 2006 under my brothers office address. There are no id proofs available to office address. The proofs submitted against the same are: votersid, pan card, sbi bank passbook, trade licence (Under mr. Pankaj manot at the said location)

                              My mobile number is [protected]. There is company name constrans containers which are calling me every 10-15 days from different numbers. I have requested them not to call several times but they just keep disturbing me. I had complained on 1909 few times already. And airtel have called and assured me that i will not receive any more these calls. I am getting calls from[protected] and[protected]. Last 2 times registered complain with airtel reference number is : 70290309 dt 11 july 2016 and 70487503 dt 23 july 2016. Please help me get rid of them.

                                Yesterday I recharge my mobile Rs. 185 3G rent pack through net banking for Airtel website. Money deduct from my Canara Bank account but recharge not done. and money not back to my account.

                                Then i again recharge from retail shop.

                                Take necessary step for return my money in my account.

                                    Yesterday (22 jul 2016) mr. Sahil sharma, from the airtel resolutions desk called to fix a time for airtel to visit my home to replace the iptv with the dth box. We decided that the team would visit my house at 6 pm in the evening. He assured and even promised that they would arrive on time and airtel would keep its word. He even said that this was absolutely final. I rushed home from work and then waited and waited in vain. No one visited my house. No one had called till now.

                                    I am absolutely at my wits end!!! Please suggest where should i complain next???

                                    It¿s been 11 days since i raised a request and no action has been taken so far!!!

                                    Dear customer service,

                                    I received several mails telling me to contact airtel before 31 jul 2016 to change my iptv connection to an hd tv.

                                    I called airtel on 121 on 8th jul 2016 to change my iptv connection to hd tv and was told that someone would contact me within 24 hours discuss the new rates and fix a time to visit my residence to fix the new connection. No one called me.

                                    I called again on 15th jul 2016 and repeated my request and was told, once again, that someone would contact me within 24 hours and discuss this. I was quite angry because no one had contacted me for a whole week and demanded to talk to a supervisor. Finally a supervisor spoke to me and apologized and assured me that this time my request would be attended to within 24 hours. He was very confident about my concerns not being ignored.

                                    Five days have passed and airtel has not called me!!!

                                    What am i supposed to do now?? Should i write to mr. Sunil mittal??

                                      I have paid rs 1000 for getting of new broadband connection.. After one week, i got message your area is not feasable for broadband connection.
