My mobile number is [protected]. Since last 2 'months i have been getting errenous billing. For june airtel rectified it. For july they still haven't. The problem - i use the internet service provided by airtel. I have a package of 1 gb internet. When the usage comes to 100%, i get a mail alerting me. For july, i got a mail on 5th july 12:34 am. Post that i have used internet sporadically which means that my usage from 5th july to 15 july (My billing cycle) should be around 200mb. This would make my total usage to 1.2 gb when i got the bill it shows 2.7gb consumption. How can this happen. There cannot be a deviation of 1.7gb. Am very confident that similar to previous month, there is an error even this month. I have raised it with the airtel nodal officer and appellate authority. They have said they would get back and closed the ticket. I raised the issue again and get to know that they cannot provide me the breakup of the calculation. They also gave it in writing that they have state of the art technology to track the internet usage. If this is the case then how can there be an error of 1.7gb. Now airtel is not even responding to my mails.

    By mistake my friend recharge on my no. two times i. e. 115 and 55.
    I request to the customer care to cancel the recharge or transfer it to right no.
    But don't get the appropriate solution for it.
    I called #airtel customer care to resolve this.
    My reference number is conrc[protected].
    First when i called and asked for solution and he can not solve my problem.
    I asked him to transfer the call to the senior advisor. but at this time he disconnected the call.
    I call again then i interacted with priyanka (as junior advisor)
    And naveen (as senior advisor).
    But still i don't get any solution.

      3g data recharged on 22july16 with rs225. 3g pack already activated even there is no sign of any 3g/2g/gprs in my mobile. neither i able to use internet. i hv complaint several times in 121 cust. care since 23july2016. no one has resolved my net problem, everybody noted my complain only. kindly resolve my problem within two days or return my money with interest.
      I may go ti court n i fight for maan hani.

        My daughter having mobile no. [protected] from last seven days my daughter `s mobile is not working. today she is in the airtel gallery from 12 o`clock but till 4 o`clock till mobile is not working and one of their employee mr. sailesh parmar is also misbehaving with my daughter.
        Also mr. chirag is main boss he also not relaying he is also not lifting the phone.
        And also they have given us four card. but all card is not working.
        Help us we r fadup of all this pls take any strick action so pls replay us.

          Hi airtel team,

          I am using the number [protected]. My rs 230 got deducted overnight.
          When i wokeup i found the balance zero in my account.
          Airetl always does it to the customers.


          I want my money back into my icici bank account. Please call me and refund my money or i will take strict action against you.
          I never receive call from airtel executives. Now atleast i expect a call from you and i want my money refunded to my account as soon as possible.

            I am really disappointed with your services. My number was deactivated due to non-payment of bill, which i paid on 16 july 2016. I went to your service store of vishal hall where i was asked to submit all my documents. I went to them with all the requested documents and i was informed that my number would be activated by monday. However they call me again asking for some more documents which i again went and submitted. Still as on date my number is deactivated. I have been without the number for past one week, i think your competitors are fast and more active, i am stuck to your services only because i do not want to change my number.


            Your staff does not know what all documents they need and keep on asking for further documents. They do not provide their contact details so i have to visit the store time and again. I hope you understand that everyone¿s time is critical and visiting your store time and again is impractical.


            I am not sure why i am being asked for so many documents if i have a corporate number.


            Please activate my number immediately.

              Its been 8days for today, since your concern team didnt concentrate on my problem facing from your network, its been cross connection of my house no & medical shop no, I'm getting 70-80calls per day. I have been complaining to your customer care people they are keep on saying tomorrow it will get ready, but it hasnt got ready till today & your repair person askb money from me only. Don't you pay him salary & your customer care person says don't call it will only get solved, they are not leaving me to cancel my connection so i have decided not to pay the bill...!!!

                For the connection [protected] I have complaining to the 4G customer care that the 4G speed I get on my hot spot device is extremely slow. I have raised at least 3 tickets in the last 3 weeks and every time the customer service representative tells me that the previous ticket has been closed. Further more, they also tell me that a network engineer has closed the ticket. To make it all the more shameful, they also mention that the ticket has been closed without any resolution.

                Each time a customer care person keeps asking me the same question on the problem I faced using the 4G Hotspot at my location. First of all they don't fix the problem and then ask me shamelessly to pay the bill charges. Why should I pay when you don't serve what you promise for?

                At times when there is so much focus on customer retention this is such a frustrating experience of the Airtel 4G. To top it they hopelessly advertise on TV how transparent their systems are.

                This is ridiculous now! After 5 complaints in a month and regular follow-up the above post says that issue would be addressed as soon as possible. Every time I am have to followup with the customer service and tell them the issue. Is there any customer empathy left?

                  Airtel dth services are really bad and specially your agents. We have subscribed for 2 years pack in september 2015 and the agent is saying that it is over now. They said we have subscribed some sports pack so because of that it would not be any more kindly contact me for the details regarding airtel dth services or i will take off connection.

                    Hi,

                    I am using airtel prepaid[protected]u.p west). i am in delhi now. i am unable to receive the sms from any number and unable to connect to airtel helpline. i got connected to delhi helpline and the gentleman refused to help for the u.p west numbers.
                    Really frustrating if he cannot fetch the details for the up west number he could have simply transfer the call to concerned department.
                    No acceptable, unprofessional helpline services offered by the so called network providers.

                      Hi, i am yet another victim of worst customer service from airtel.
                      - airtel executive collected the initial fund 1000 for new connection and took the documents
                      - no updates from airtel regarding the new connection
                      - i was able to talk to customer care after so many tries. i was told the connection is not feasible for my area. they could have informed it earlier.
                      (guess what i already had airtel broadband for the same address, i surrendered it as i moved out of city temporarily)
                      - i was advised to use the airtel online refund link for refund request
                      - i raised a request
                      - no updates after that, i am still waiting to hear from them.

                        We had an airtel dth connection we have recently relocated to navi mumbai. After moving into the new premises and a number calls made to customer care for relocation of dth connection, we call customer care again and again for 2 weeks for complaining about the relocation. Customer care excutive is told today engineer will come and resolve your problem but till date engineer not come. They purposely taking wrong pin code. They again and again just taking complaints and telling engineer will come and we send message to you the phone no. And name of engineer. But message never come and engineer also never come.

                        This is very rediculus and very bad experience about the airtel company.
                        We don't know why airtel is not look into this matter because soooo many complaints about the reinstallation of dth.

                        Please solve the problem.

                            I ported my number ([protected]) from docomo kerala circle to airtel postpaid maharastra circle (in sep, 2015) and then to airtel prepaid gujarat circle in april, 2016. my number was ported and was working fine for about two months. it stopped working from last 1 month, i enquired the same from customer care, they said they don't have any data and cant help. i visited the airtel store from where my number was ported, he said the number wasn't verified so the number is blocked permanently.

                            As per records, the number was verified from my friend, and the proof of same is that my number was ported and was active for two months and i recharged it also.

                            Kindly provide me my number asap. it is really very inconvenient.

                            Yes. I got new sim around 17th sept from jamnagar airtel office (had to go 35kms thrice and gave documents and photo twice). I did recharge of 200 on the same day. Unfortunately today morning it again suddenly stopped working.I contacted customer care and jamnagar airtel office but didn't get convincing reply from them.

                            Please tell me what to do to get this issue resolved.

                              my name is arun tyagi and my mobile number is [protected] my number is barred for last 1-2 months because of not paid bill. i didn't pay bill because the bill is not correct they added some extra charges which i not used. One day i receive a call from Airtel her name is Sarika Contact No-[protected]. I told her about all my problem that why i am not paying my bill so she gave me waver on my total bill amount. she said you can pay Rs.3067 only and your pending amount will be wave-off. i didn't believe her so she said you can talk my Senior Back-end Manager Mr. Sanjiv garg Contact No-[protected] they will help you about this. He also said the same thing your number will be activate in 24 hours please pay of amount Rs.3067 and visit Airtel Store And he said show him a (Note) they will check the note and then you can pay your amount. i paid of amount Rs.3067 on 22/07/2016 but still my number is not activated.
                              please have a look on my complaint as soon as possible.

                                I recently paid a visit to nepal from 22nd july to 24th july 2016. i am sure i didn't do any internet surfing related activity on my mobile using the airtel sim while i was in nepal. however, i didn't check the mobile data button on 22nd july and my mobile was on for sometime before i switched it off. usually, to avail any service, the airtel guys notify me first and it is up-to me whether to activate the pack or not. this didn't happen.instead, in the name of international roaming rental, they have charged more than 150 rs.

                                I recharged my mobile with 100, 50, 10 (advance talk time) and 70 rs. the total talk time was 83.96+40.48+10+57.87 = 192.24. this much has been deducted. every time, i recharge, the balance reduces directly to 1 rs. what the hell is this? when will this money drain stop? i am afraid that the next time i recharge, same crap will happen again.

                                When i have not subscribed to any international roaming pack, who gives you the right to deduct money? money doesn't grow on trees. i need my money back.

                                Please provide me back my money and stop this roaming rental which you guys have activated automatically. also please provide me details of any other operator who doesn't do backstabbing. i am fed-up o[censored]sing airtel and want an mnp. this isn't the first time that i am complaining. please send me the mnp procedure. i wanna switch. before that, i want my money back.

                                    I'm sugad mal have airtel communication all services postpaid and prepaid service as mobile no. [protected], and offer of night data 50% reversal because normally no policy for this usage after first this night data balance not include in this offer after this company customer care tell me first my main data balance use and after night data balance use, I say when my main account balance empty then night data usage but it's not useful for me because total work in full day if this empty.my total work are stopped so this account not empty any time and second is if not empty this my data not usage night data. So it is totally fraud by company and other is a app exclusive offer also available which provides any recharge 1 GB and more 250 mb but not provide this any of recharge. Attached snapshots

                                    Dear team I am already contacted with customers Care but these guys provide wrong information and suggest technical issues by phone which not working properly day night mode, but I say which company mobile provide this facility there customer choose day night mode facility, and first main account data usage after than night data use, and 50% data discount only a foolish formula for customer

                                      I received an email from Airtel detailing their plan to discontinue their IPTV services and their offer to replace it with DTH with some sops thrown in. Unfortunately despite repeated call to the Airtel Customer Service to schedule a call-back so that the modalities of the DTH installation can be worked out there has been no response.

                                        I request a port to airtel from docomo, so on 11.07.2016 submit the all necessary documents to near airtel money (Abudallkhan estate area, kurnool)
                                        Till now it is not ported and there no response from emplyees, the in charge of office mr shafi, never response with complaint, even i asked several times, he didnot replied, and saying visit again he is busy, and i asked the reason why it is not activated, but there is no answer from him,
