We have multiple Airtel DTH & Broadband accounts located in the same building. Despite numerous emails regarding our accounts, nobody at Airtel has responded.

I need to speak with a Senior Customer Service or Accounts Manager immediately and request a call back at the above number.

    Hi, am not able to activate imessages and facetime on my phone.Am using airtel network.and i have the unlimited pack for one year. i even added a 99/- talktime pack just to make sure as an additional.but didnt help.
    I have tried turning on and off the imessages toggle button. restarting the phone.even i did reset all the network settings and what not.all in vain.
    Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      I have recharged on 22 Nov 2021 but the issue was by mistakenly I have recharged two times money also deducted but not reflected, pack (100RS- Talk time) it shows like validity nil, but today it shows pack expired how.. within 10 days how does it will expire even I don't call anyone

      NOTE: I HAVE TWO ISSUES

      ONE IS MONEY GOT DEDUCTED BUT NOT REFLECT

      ANOTHER ONE IS HOW TALK TIME WILL EXPIRE WITHIN 10 DAYS

      Below I have attached the documents for proof

        I have done prepaid recharge of Rs.399 on Airtel Thanks App for a airtel simcard on 23rd Nov 2021, order Id[protected]. Rs.399 got deducted from my bank account but the recharge was never successful. I assumed that I will get a refund in a few days as I did not get the recharge done message. It's been 14 days since the recharge date and I still haven't got any refund.

            Airtel is best in service but there lack of plans so, instead of increasing rates put your brains in making plans in the range of 300/400Rs

            There is only 1-2 choices

            If you think you can find money efficient recharge there's nothing

            sometimes we haven't used 250 mb in a day but sometimes 1.5gb is not enough for a day.
            Please make more flexible plans

              I activated the airtel international roaming 3997 pack, as per the pack I'm getting unlimited calls and SMS also the internet is working well, but I'm unable to call anyone or send SMS. I have 500 mins of outgoing calls in my plan.

                I am complaining about a pole erected in front of my house.

                Airtel has dug the road and installed a pole in front of my house. This is an obstacle to the entrance of the house. There are sewage pipes underneath as well.

                I request you to please have this pole removed or moved from the location and install it a little further ahead of my location

                I got airtel broadband connection on Oct 23rd with 30 days free which also included DTH connection free for 30 days. But I got a bill of 1830. After repeated calls with airtel it was not resolved and they asked me to email, even after 10 days of emails not even a single email response. Too much of health issues following up with them, so raising a complaint here. Please help.

                  Wifi box antenna broke.

                  Wifi box is there at first floor
                  now its range get decreased
                  At ground floor we do not get connections.

                  Three persons came to resolve this issue but they just fix it but the antenna wire they have not fix.

                  We have Airtel xstream
                  But many times 5G not connected only 4G works.
                  For last few days, we have not been getting internet connectivity.

                  When the person visit our house it was connected just for the moment, As they gone again internet connectivity was lost.

                  Now we are not getting internet connectivity.

                    I registered to DND services years back and re registered again 3-4 months back as I was regularly getting all types of advertisement messages and calls. Still I keep on getting advertisement SMS related to property, loans, bankings etc. including calls from brokerage firms, loans offers, property etc. Heights have passed now, I received call from SBI Credit card yester day at 12:37 AM (mid night) from number: [protected]

                    Please get these calls stopped otherwise I will have to change my service provider for sure. I have already given complaint to airtel as well.

                      Hi Team,

                      We have received call from airtel team that upgrade your plan to fibre with 499 with unlimited speed of 40 Mbps & we will upgrade to fibre line & modem without any extra cost within 72 hours for landline number [protected].But it's more than 10 days we are getting speed of 8 Mbps with copper line only.

                      You have increased price by telling us wrong thing.They tell us that they are calling from recorded line & we will get 100 rs per month lifetime discount but we are not getting discount as well as getting low speed with high price.

                      These is such a big scam & fraud

                      Kindly sort out these issue other wise we are going to take legal action.

                        I have done a recharge of Rs. 479 on 26/11/2021 at 7:04 AM. But the prepaid recharge has been failed with no reason. The amount has not been refunded still.Please do the needful.

                            Today i contact Airtel customer service for PORT my number . They tell their was no sms package in your account for sending port message. I already recharge RS:99 package. my Airtel number is [protected]. The customer care executive convenience to recharge RS:155 minimum recharge before porting. The Airtel network is very week so i want to change others network. This time aitel is pickpocket me. Kindly please make any solutions

                              On 26.10.2021, I made a Payment of Rs. 2400-
                              The Bill Wrongly states the amount paid as 1525!

                              I have already raised complaints via calling 121, & EMail to [protected]@in.airtel.com
                              no Resolve.
                              Further they cut my outgoing calls!!

                                Its not unusual for people to pay bills a little late.
                                And every time we make a call AirTel Sounds a Warning about Pending dues slowly and it takes a FULL MINUTE.

                                Most of the time, when we are trying to call someone in an Emergency, these interludes are Atrocious.

                                People are expected to pay before the final deadlines anyway, and AIRTEL Does impose a 100 rupee penalty anyway.

                                Why this very annoying announcements

                                Another pesky thing about Customer care calling. ITs such a disaster I had to listen to the Total Amount Due announcements a Dozen times before reaching out to a Executive.

                                  I am having an existing postpaid mobile [protected] which has been upgraded to AIRTEL BALCK from PLATINUM on 19.11.2021. I added 2 of my family members mobile numbers (1. [protected], 2. [protected]) as add on numbers in my 999 postpaid family plan. Since after adding [protected] stopped working. It started showing as "SIM REGISTRATION FAILED". I spoke to my dedicated support team and was suggested for Sim Swap from the nearby Airtel store. I visited the nearby Airtel store which is 40 km far from my residence and came to know that they only provide prepaid SIM cards and for postpaid I need to go to the district headquarters which is 150 kms from my residence. Anyways I went there also on 26.11.2021 but again I was informed that as the sim was on my mother's name the 65yrs old lady needs to travel all the way long 150 kms up and 150 kms down for activation of an existing mobile number. See the issue does not ends here. Again on 27.11.2021 I brought my mother to the store and there new sim was given at 10am and was told that will be activated in 3 hrs. I sent my mother waited myself till evening 6pm but the sim not activated. When I asked the concerned I was informed that the face in the Aadhar and the photo taken at the store are not matching properly.

                                  Now again the game began from starting. When I asked them to activate I was told to bring my old mother again for verification. See the same day at 10 am she came and you people dont have minimum sense that how come an old lady travel again 300 km for the activation of a sim which stopped by airtel after upgrading to Airtel Black which is being promoted rigorously.

                                  My mobile number is not working since last 20 days. My entire Banking transaction had been stopped since the last 20days.

                                  I want my sim to be activated urgently. I am having both the old and new sim cards with me. I can provide you all the required documents needed for activation.
                                  One more interesting thing happened duringthis entire followup. Actually I spoken with the team 5 times during last 10 days and in frustration I requested to raise port out request for all my 4 airtel mobile numbers. And what you peaple did was raised request for deactivation/suspension of my mobile. This is the dedicated service I got after upgrading to Airtel Black.

                                    They cannot change the base pack until 6 months as it some plan.I told i can pay more to change but they cant change .No where in airtel thanks app its not written that plan cannot be changed.why it is only told when we want to change while we call customer care

                                      My airtel phone number alloted to another person without my permission,
                                      the sim number important because gmail and facebook opened from that number . then it can be accessed by another hand... now

                                      can i have any chance to get back my sim number ?
