I came back from india 2days back to dubai. My airtel number is not getting network at all.. My number is[protected].. I have all the credit requirements and check all the settings from my end.. Please look into the matter and resolve asap
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Still no action is been taken its already 3days... Please look into the problem asap

    I tried to recharge my airtel number [protected].

    The amount Rs.698 was deducted from my account. However the recharge failed.

    The airtel has not refunded me as of today, 01/12/2021.

    No option or facilities are given to report these kind of issue by the company.

    It is very shameful that we can't connect to our service provider to report any issue.

    The order ID is[protected].

    Please help me to get my refund as soon as possible.

      I lost my mobile, so i went to airtel store to get sim replacement . They charged me 150 rupees . i thought its too much so i asked him give me receipt, but he denied, and got into argument with me . That's very unethical

        I have been following up with airtel support team requesting for the thanks benefits eversince I got my connection and no resolution has been reached till date.

        First I reached out to the salesperson who gave me the connection.
        Then I reached out to installation people for assistance which did not help.
        Then I went to the nearest Airtel store and they asked me to reach out to customer support.

        No proper response has been received on this issue. I have followed whatever troubleshooting steps communicated to me by the support but nothing helped.

        After multiple reminders this is the message I got from them last week:

        I have registered your complaint and the reference number is[protected]. Let me assure you that the issue will be resolved within 02:38 PM on[protected].

        But still the issue is open. Looks like they are not bothered to address this.

          I paid my international roaming bill today and it was debited from my account twice. It is a huge amount and the plan is for an entire year so double the amount has gotten debited. Could this be refunded back?

                    Dear Sir, I wish to bring your notice that there is a Airtel Broadband junction box in front of my house. The junction box was installed without my knowledge. The installation of junction box is such that it is infront of house. Now the junction box is causing a lot inconvenience to me. The public are using the junction box as garbage dump yard. I cannot park my Four wheeler in front of house. It is requested to remove or shift the Airtel Broadband Junction Box at the earliest. Thanking You.

                        Airtel floated a msg in their app saying u can do a recharge on 25th Nov, which will get activated after the current pack ends.. however when I did the recharge, it was activated immediately. So double prepaid plans working simultaneously thus causing us loss..

                          I had recharged through Net Banking of State Bank of
                          India an amount of Rs. 599 on 08-Oct-2021 for the
                          mobile number [protected]. The reference number is

                          The recharge was not successful and failed. But I have
                          not yet received the refund of the amount till now.

                            Dear AIrtel Broadband Team,

                            Airtel Broadband cable need to be rerouted as it is passing in front of building #354 and windows..this needs to be rerouted at #354 poornaprajnya layout 10th Main. This was already communicated to Mr Dhanjay.. and also to Mr. Srinath from airtel..
                            As building front elevation wotk is going need urgent replacement.. cable will get damaged during construction work..need your quick attention to reroute the cable by tomorrow 30th Nov 2021.. don't lay cables in front of building..
                            Or you can shift the Airtel pole infront of the building..This is causing obstruction jn front side of building..

                              My number is[protected] and I'm having this number for past 10 years in the name of clarence but now for past six months is not working properly and the service is very poor working for one week again the same i am fedup of sending mails and calling customer care but they are not bothered to solve my problem I can change the service provider but the number is given to all customers and i am helpless and engineer is very bad always gives false information and very rude the to us his name Mayavel and number is [protected].                                 I would like to inform you that airtel mobile prepaid service deducting the money form mobile prepaid Account. they deducting regularly and sending messages to visit google.com with a mobile number.
                                Here I completing same thing and stop sending SMS to visit google for good girl ..etc...etc..
                                So take immediately Action as possible as.

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  I have recharged with an Airtel 379 pack on 2 Oct 2021. (Order ID[protected] They promised me with 6 Gb data and Unlimited calls and 900 SMS till 24th December 2021(84 days). And I have used 6 Gb and I have also recharged with a Rs.251 data pack on 19 Nov 2021. (Order ID[protected] I was using both the services very well without any issue.

                                  But on 23rd November 2021 at 8.30pm Airtel sent me a message saying that price is going to increase so if i recharge now the new plan will be activated only after completing my current plan validity .I am attaching the screenshot of this message.

                                  So I have recharged with a Rs.2498 pack. on 24 Nov 2021. (Order ID [protected]) in which they promised me 365 days o[censored]nlimited calls, 2GB data per day. and 100 SMS per day.

                                  And The pack just got activated at the time I completed the payment. Which is supposed to be activated after my current plan.

                                  I tried contacting customer care, and they told me they can’t help me with this. I lost my money. I personally feel cheated by Airtel.

                                  I am also bringing this to your kind attention. There is one more case filed here, so they are not doing this only with me but they are doing this with a lot of people.

                                      Airtel erected a pole in front of my house without my permission. This was done a few days ago when I was not at home. This will impact may plans to widen the gate to my compound for easy entry of vehicles.

                                      Please remove the pole from the front of my house to another location. The location is in front of CRA 61, Cosmopolitan Residence Association, Pottakuzhy, Pattom, Trivandrum
